ركز الباحث إلى أن يبحث شأن الطريقة التيجانية من شكل التخارج الذي قام به الشيخ جوهري والشيخ تيجاني والشيخ أحمد فوزي لكونهم ممارسين للطريقة التيجانية في معهد الأمين الإسلامي برندوان، وجميعهم قادة المعهد ورؤساء الأمور في فتراتهم الخاصة. يستخدم هذا البحث دراسة ظاهرية، مع طرق جمع البيانات للرصد والمقابلات والتوثيق، ويتم تحليل نتائج البحث باستخدام نظرية بناء الواقع الاجتماعي لبيتر إل بيرغر. وأخيرا حصل الاستنتاج على أن البناء الذي قام به المشايخ الثلاثة المقدمة في المعهد مشير إلى نفس الأهداف أي تخريج الطلاب المتفوقين في الدين من استيعاب القيم والشخصيات النبيلة، مثل التوبة، والصدق، والصبر، والتقوى، والاستقامة، والامتنان، والورع، والزهد، والتواضع، من خلال التدريس المستمر للكتب الصوفية، وتقديم الحياة المثالية لطلابهم دائما. بالنسبة إلى أن الشيوخ الثلاثة لديهم أشكال ولهجات مختلفة. حيثما قاد الشيخ جوهري بشكل فردي، بينما من فترة الشيخ تيجاني إلى الشيخ أحمد فوزي تم تشكيل مجلس الرياسة، والذي نفذ الإدارة الحديثة والقيادة الجماعية. أشرك الشيخ جوهري الطلاب في الطريقة التيجانية، باختلاف ما لم يحث عليه الاثنان الآخران الطلاب على اتباع الطريقة التيجانية. This study constructs the form of externalization performed by Kiai Djauhari, Kiai Tidjani, and Kiai Ahmad Fauzi as practitioners of the Tijaniyah Order at the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School, all of which are leaders and caregivers based on their respective periods. Moreover, while this is phenomenological-based research, its data collection methods appear to consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the research findings are analyzed through the theory of Social Reality Construction of Peter L Berger. In accordance with the conclusion, it revealed that the construction carried out by the three Kiais at the Islamic Boarding School possesses the same meaning, namely to produce mutafaqquh fiddin students by internalizing noble values and characters such as repentance, honesty, patience, god-fearing piety (taqwa), steadfastness (istiqamah), gratitude, abstinence (wara’), asceticism (zuhud’), sincerity and humility by continuously teaching the books of Sufism as well as providing an exemplary life for their students. However, the three of them have different forms and accentuations. While Kiai Djauhari seemed to lead individually, either Kiai Tidjani or Kiai Ahmad Fauzi appeared to lead by forming a Riasah Council which implemented modern management and collegial leadership in their respective periods. In addition, while Kiai Djauhari involved students in practicing the Tijaniyah Order, it seemed that the other two did not encourage students to do so.

Implementing the Independent Curriculum is increasingly urgent in efforts to improve the quality of education that is more flexible, relevant, and adaptive to students' needs. However, problems are still related to the effective implementation of the independent curriculum in educational institutions, especially at the Islamic-based madrasa level. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation strategy of the Independent Curriculum at MAN Palopo, as well as to identify the challenges faced and opportunities that can be optimized. Using a qualitative method with a case study type, this study found several main strategies, such as classroom adjustments, digital skills development through technology, interest-based learning, and intensive teacher training. The main findings show that MAN Palopo has demonstrated a high commitment to implementing the Independent Curriculum, including integrating technology and project-based learning, but faces limited facilities, time management, and teacher training that still needs improvement. The implications of this study include the need to improve facilities and infrastructure, fulfil the need for technological devices, ongoing training for teachers, and more efficient time management to ensure that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum runs optimally and sustainably.

Kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan sosial merupakan kecerdasan dasar yang diperlukan oleh setiap individu pada era kontemporer saat ini. Permasalahan yang terjadi di era kontemporer saat ini yang berkaitan Urgensi Kecerdasan Sriritual dan Kecerdasan Sosial dalam pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, pendekatan ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan, menjelaskan, dan menjawab secara rinci permasalahan yang diteliti dengan mempelajari semaksimal mungkin seorang individu maupun kelompok, atau mempelajari suatu peristiwa. Data penelitian bersumber dari bahan pustaka setelah mempelajari sejumlah literatur relevan terkait Urgensi Kecerdasan Sriritual dan Kecerdasan Sosial dalam pendidikan Agama Islam. Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang erat antara kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasaan sosial. Dimana untuk membangun kecerdasan spiritual maka individu diharuskan berpedoman kepada Al-Qur’an dan Hadis agar mampu menggunakan kecerdasan sosialnya dengan baik dan benar. Peran Pendidikan Islam pada pembentukan kecerdasan spiritual di era kontemporer diharapkan mampu memperbaiki seluruh permasalahan sosial yang muncul di masyarakat yang dimulai dari kemampuan siswa membuat keputusan moral.

This research explores strategies to enhance the coherence between curriculum and instruction in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) by employing Robins Fogarty's theory of curriculum integration. Utilizing a qualitative approach with integrating a theoretical study as a research design. Specifically, the study highlights the utility of Fogartyâ€™s tripartite integration model as a critical lens for developing a unified IRE curriculum. This model aims to synchronize disparate content areas, fostering a more integrated and holistic student understanding. For the data sources, the research examined the various theories linked with Forgatyâ€™s theory, and the data analysis was qualitative, in which the research tried to explain and integrate the theory into IRE policy. The findings from the study emphasized the imperative for further applied research to develop integrated lesson plans, explore teachersâ€™ experiences and professional development needs, and assess comprehensive learning outcomes. The research advocates for a collaborative approach between curriculum theorists and educators to refine and advance IRE policies. Such collaborative efforts ensure that IRE promotes intellectual advancement and contributes to studentsâ€™ spiritual and personal growth, ultimately enriching their educational experience.

Background: The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in higher education presents both opportunities and challenges for curriculum design. Purpose: This study aims to develop and validate an AI-Integrated Curriculum Innovation Framework with an Islamic Perspective, which holistically integrates technological, pedagogical, ethical, and spiritual dimensions. Method: Using an exploratory sequential mixed-methods design, qualitative data were collected through interviews and focus group discussions with 25 participants (lecturers, students, and administrators), while quantitative validation involved a survey of 115 respondents. Thematic analysis identified four core dimensions—AI Literacy, Data-Driven Personalization, Ethics & Governance, and Adaptivity & Future Skills—which were tested using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Result: Results demonstrated strong construct validity, with Ethics & Governance as well as AI Literacy as a major predictor of future adaptability and skills. Integration of Islamic values such as ta‘lim (education), ḥikmah (wisdom), and maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah ensuring that AI functions not merely as a technical tool, but as a catalyst for values-oriented curriculum transformation. Conclusion: Theoretically, this research bridges classical curriculum theory with AI studies; practically, the AI-Integrated Curriculum Framework has the potential to revitalize academic governance, strengthen digital literacy, and establish an adaptive, ethical, and sustainable learning ecosystem in higher education institutions.

This article aims to explain the process of developing students' religious character based on teachers' exemplary behavior in schools. This perspective is founded on the belief that the success of instilling religious character values in the educational process cannot be separated from the example set by teachers for their students.This research is classified as qualitative research employing a case study method and a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive-analytical technique to comprehensively illustrate the phenomena being studied.The findings reveal that the development of students' religious character based on teachers' exemplary behavior in schools is manifested through various efforts to foster values that contribute to building religious character. These include the practice of regular worship, behavior that aligns with religious teachings, the use of polite language, and mutual respect among school community members. This religious character development is carried out by teachers both inside and outside the classroom through consistent verbal and non-verbal communication, which has a positive impact on students.

This qualitative study explored the integration of the Talaqqiyan Fikriyan method and the Sorogan model in Qur'anic education at Islamic Center eLKISI, Mojokerto, East Java. The study employed observation, interviews, and documentation over a period of three months to gather comprehensive data on the implementation and outcomes of the integrated method. The results indicate improvements in students' discipline, honesty, empathy, and spiritual awareness. The integration of reflective thinking and individualized instruction led to improvements ranging from 18% to 33% in students’ moral and spiritual indicators. Teachers also observed stronger student motivation and improved teacher-student interactions. These findings underscore the relevance of traditional Islamic pedagogy in enhancing character-based education.

This study aims to examine Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani’s concept of moral education and its influence on shaping students’ noble character at SMK Yanisba Pontang, Indonesia. The research employs a qualitative approach based on library study, supplemented by field data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using content analysis, focusing on the integration of Sheikh Nawawi’s principles into school practices. Findings indicate that moral education is implemented through routine programs, such as congregational prayers, recitation of moral texts, and discipline reinforcement via school regulations. Teacher role-modeling and behavioral habituation proved effective in cultivating moral awareness and producing tangible changes in student attitudes, including discipline, responsibility, politeness, and mutual respect. Theoretically, this study reinforces Sheikh Nawawi’s principles, particularly uswah hasanah (teachers as role models) and tadrib al-nafs (training oneself through habituation). The results emphasize that moral internalization requires practical engagement and consistent repetition of virtuous behavior. Practically, this model can be applied in vocational schools to develop students with strong moral and spiritual character, preparing them to face social and professional challenges effectively.

This study focuses on the structure of the Qur'anic tahfizh learning model, as well as the factors that facilitate and hinder its implementation. The research was carried out through a qualitative approach with a case study at the Abdullah Wa Salma Islamic Boarding School in Sumbawa. Data collection was carried out by means of in-depth interviews, direct observation involving researchers, and document studies. The collected data was then analyzed using interactive analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. The results of the study revealed that the learning model applied was a combined modification that systematically combined the methods of halaqah, takrir, simā’i, and independent murāja’ah. The success of this model is supported by the positive role of the ustadz as an example and the existence of a structured coaching system. However, there are obstacles in the form of differences in motivation between students and lack of time to do murāja’ah together. This study concludes that the adaptive tahfizh learning model has proven to be relevant and effective in producing qualified Qur'an memorizers, as well as making contributions both theoretically through the synthesis of adaptive tahfizh learning models and practically.

This study aims to describe the efforts to develop a literacy culture in SMA Negeri 1 Batu in enhancing students' understanding of PAI learning materials, as well as the benefits gained by students with the existence of a school litersai culture. This research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of the study show: (1) the implementation of the literacy culture development program at SMA Negeri 1 Batu is largely in accordance with the design of the government's main about GLS. By implementing mandatory reading activities for 10 minutes before learning, the availability of literacy corner facilities in every corner of the classroom, as well as adequate libraries as the main source of literacy in schools. (2) there are many benefits obtained by students with the existence of literacy activities in schools in improving their understanding, especially on PAI subjects
