Abstract

This study examines how job autonomy, leadership style, and emotional intelligence factors influence freelancers within the gig economy. I used a quantitative approach, conducting a survey of intentionally sampled 150 participants. These participants were gig workers for at least six months, engaged with customers or service users, and had a work schedule of roughly 20 hours a week. As the primary data collection tool, I used a validated five-point Likert scale questionnaire analyzed with a t-test, and reliability was checked by calculating Cronbach’s Alpha. Before regression analysis, I performed classical assumption testing including checks for normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. The results of data processing indicate that the three independent variables jointly have a significant effect on worker well-being. Separately, each variable also shows a positive effect, meaning that greater job autonomy, better perceived leadership, and higher levels of emotional intelligence, lead to higher levels of well-being perceived by gig workers. These findings broaden theoretical understanding in the field of human resource management, particularly in non-traditional work contexts. In addition, these results can also be used as a practical reference by digital platform management in designing strategies that are more responsive to the welfare needs of freelancers in the digital economy era.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to measure the impact of a learning management system's (LMS) features, leadership effectiveness, and information openness on the quality of educational services. A quantitative explanatory approach with a sample of 200 students selected via purposive sampling was used for this research. The students who participated were those who had used an LMS for at least one semester and had interacted with the digital academic service system. Prior to conducting multiple linear regression analysis, the research tool was subject to a number of tests including validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. It was resulting that the three independent variables had a significant and positive impact on educational services. This research has made a theoretical contribution to the area of educational management in the digital age by identifying technology, leadership and transparency in information as essential in the process. The institutions can, as has been the case with research findings that have a practical nature, increase service quality by optimizing the LMS, reinforcing leadership, and providing clear and easily accessible information, as it is the case with research findings that have a practical nature.

Abstract

This study is single-subject research with A-B-A design that aims to find out how to increase the critical thinking skills of a phlegmatic student in learning a system of linear equations with two variables with learning videos. The subject was a class VIII junior high school student with a phlegmatic personality who was selected based on observations and interviews with counseling teachers and school principals. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. Data were analyzed using analysis under conditions and between conditions. The result is mean level of critical thinking skills increased from 48.6 at first baseline to 74 at intervention and 91 at second baseline. These results are supported by the overlap percentage of 0%. This indicates that the learning videos affect increasing the critical thinking skills of the phlegmatic student in learning a system of linear equations with two variables. The results of this study are expected to be a reference in further research related to critical thinking skills in students with phlegmatic personalities.

Abstract

This research aims at identifying the role of social media influencers' credibility, the frequency of posts, and the entertainment value of posts in consumer engagement behavior to culinary products on social media channels. Quantitative explanatory research method has been utilized whereby 300 people who are social media active users and frequently involved with culinary content were given a questionnaire. Purposive sampling was applied in this research basing it on the online behavior of the respondents, and the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicated that influencer's credibility, posting frequency, and content's entertainment value, all three independent variables were positively and significantly correlated with engagement behavior in social media. The present study not only contributes to the development of the theory of digital marketing and consumer behavior but also provides practical recommendations to culinary marketers on how to develop and maintain engagement strategies that are credible, consistent, and entertaining.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of persuasive communication training to increase work productivity in Financial Advisors at Koperasi X. The hypothesis of this research is that the work productivity of Financial Advisors after participating in persuasive communication training increases than the work productivity of Financial Advisors before participating in persuasive communication training. This research is an experimental study using a pretest-posttest only one grup design. The number of subjects in the sample of this research were 14 people in the experimental group. The methods of data collection using data on the ratio of work productivity of Cooperative X. The data analysis technique used the Wilcoxon statistical technique. The results of the analysis of both obtained Z value = -3.297 with p value = 0.001 (p<0.05). This means that there is an increase in work productivity in the research subject between before and after persuasive communication training. Subjects after being given training have a higher work productivity score than before given training.
