Evaluasi dan pemantauan Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi (PDDikti) di lapangan telah mengungkapkan bahwa sebagian besar masalah dalam pelaporan data PDDikti di perguruan tinggi disebabkan oleh kelemahan dalam tata kelola PDDikti. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tata kelola pelaporan PDDikti di Universitas XYZ dengan berlandaskan prinsip akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan penjaminan mutu. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pejabat yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pelaporan PDDikti, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas di Universitas XYZ memiliki peran sentral dalam menjaga integritas dan kepercayaan dalam penyajian data pendidikan tinggi. Dengan memiliki struktur pelaporan yang jelas, setiap tahap proses pelaporan dapat ditelusuri hingga ke sumber data yang sah. Pelaporan PDDikti yang terbuka dan transparan sangat berperan dalam menjaga kredibilitas data dan informasi yang diberikan kepada pihak eksternal. Kesalahan dalam data dapat mengakibatkan ketidakakuratan dalam informasi yang disampaikan. Transparansi ini berperan dalam membangun kepercayaan dan memungkinkan pihak-pihak terkait untuk lebih memahami kondisi dan kinerja institusi secara menyeluruh. Dalam tata kelola pelaporan PDDikti, penjaminan mutu memastikan bahwa data yang disajikan memiliki kualitas yang baik dan akurat, berkontribusi pada penyediaan informasi yang handal dan bermutu tinggi bagi pihak luar yang menggunakan data tersebut untuk pengambilan keputusan.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sumber daya manusia pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SMA Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan SMA Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah pengumpulan data, pemadatan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta validitas data dengan menggunakan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan di SMA Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar memiliki manajemen yang baik sehingga menjadikan SMA Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar sebagai sekolah inspiratif tingkat SMA di Kabupaten Sumbawa dan menjadi Sekolah Penggerak pertama tingkat SMA di Kabupaten Sumbawa

This study aims to examine the mediating role of work engagement in the relationship between job resources, public service motivation, and affective commitment in employees in the Parakita Dental and General Clinic environment. The population of this study is the employee agencies in the region, with a sample unit of individuals working in the agency. Non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling was used in sampling, with a total of 100 respondents who had worked overnight for two years as research respondents. Data were obtained through a survey using a six-point Likert scale questionnaire, and data analysis was conducted using the SPSS version 25 program as well as the Sobel test as a tool to test the role of mediation. The results show that the importance of job resources and public service motivation in increasing work engagement, which in turn has an impact on employees' emotional attachment and desire to contribute maximally to the organization. By understanding the mediating role of work engagement, organizational management can design more effective strategies to improve work quality and employee engagement, and create a work environment oriented towards good public service values in the public sector.

The purpose of this study was to describe the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SDN UMA BUNTAR, Sumbawa Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection in the study was carried out by observation, documentation, and interviews. Informants in this study include: Principals and Teachers. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the Miles and Huberman interactive data analysis model. Which consists of four flow of activities, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. To measure the validity of the data in this study, researchers used triangulation techniques. The triangulation used in this study is source triangulation using cross-checking of data between informants. The results showed that the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance during the COVID-19 pandemic at the State Elementary School of UMA BUNTAR, Sumbawa Regency was good.

Education quality standards are important things that must be possessed by educational institutions including at the level of the education unit. The quality assurance that has been running so far is still limited to external quality assurance, while the internal quality assurance of the Education unit has not been widely implemented by every Education unit. This study aims to determine how the implementation and evaluation of the education quality assurance system in SMAN 6 Mataram City. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis shows that SMA Negeri 6 Mataram is in implementing quality compliance, from the results of interviews with researchers with the principal, deputy principal and head of the TPMPS Team, it is found that all school components are actively involved in school activities, both in analyzing activities and program design and having commitment which is high for the fulfillment of the quality compliance component, this can be seen from the involvement in participating in the activities and programs that have been planned by the school. Based on these findings, it is suggested that 1) SMAN Kota Mataram need to implement quality assurance under certain operational units, 2) empower school administrators by implementing school-based management, 3) there is a need for teachers and administrative staff to be educated about the importance of quality culture.
Combining biochar with sediment in the treatment for the effectiveness of sulfate and heavy metal Pb reduction of acid mine drainage

The increasing mining activities have led to the problem of acid mine drainage (AMD) pollution. A method that combines biochar treatment as an adsorbent with wetland sediment treatment as a source of sulfate-reducing bacteria is used to address AMD effectively. This research aimed to determine the ability of biochar in combination with wetland sediment treatment to reduce sulfate and heavy metal content in acid mine drainage wastewater. This research was conducted on a laboratory scale in an AMD wastewater treatment reactor with the following treatments of biochar mixed with wetland sediment. Observations included sulfate content, pH, and heavy metal content. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis was also performed on the biochar. SEM observations revealed the presence of small, dense, and irregularly shaped pores on the surface of the biochar. The results on day 30 showed that biochar mixed with wetland sediment was able to reduce sulfate concentration by 74.19% and reduced Pb by 73.79%, compared with treatment sediment only to 64.81% sulfate concentration and reduced Pb by 53.85%, treatment biochar only had reduced sulfate of 46.90% and reduced Pb by 58.67% and control 1.79% sulfate concentration and reduced Pb by 1.87%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi meningkatkan daya saing melalui brand image di SMAN 5 Mataram. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu deksriptif kualitatif dengan metode study kasus. Tekhnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokuemntasi. Prosedur analisis data yang digunakan adalah kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data yaitu Kreadibiltas dan Transferdibilitas. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Strategi Meningkatkan Daya Saing Melalui Brand Image yang dilakukan kepala sekolah, staf dan guru yang membantu untuk mewujudkannya yaitu dengan (1) Mengenalkan Visi dan Misi Sekolah (2) Menciptakan Citra Positif Sekolah. (3) Penerapan IT Lembaga Pendidikan. Adapun faktor meningkatkan daya saing melalui brand image (1) Guru-guru yang kreatif dan mampu bekerjasama dengan baik. (2) Memiliki hubungan yang harmonis di dalam sekolah maupun diluar sekolah dengan para stakeholder. (3) Sarana dan prasaran yang mendukung pembelajaran. (4) Kerjasama yang baik antara pengurus dan pihak warga sekolah. (5) Letak sekolah yang strategis. (6) Kondisi lingkungan sekitar dan iklim sekolah yang kondusif dan nyaman bagi pembelajaran. Dengan meningkatkan daya saing melalui Brand Image memiliki manfaat yaitu: (1) Memiliki ciri khas sekolah (2) Memberikan identitas sekolah. (3) Menjadi daya tarik Minat Antusias calon peserta didik.

Jagung Zea mays L. merupakan salah satu tanaman serealia yang populer dan digemari diberbagai kalangan masyarakat di Indonesia. Salah satu jenis pemanfaatan jagung yaitu sebagai pakan ternak. Penggunaan jagung pakan terdiri dari beberapa varietas, salah satunya yaitu jagung varietas jakarin. Produksi jagung dipegaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya yaitu pemupukan. Banyak petani yang menggunakan pupuk anorganik yang penggunaannya dalam jangka panjang akan menyebabkan pencemaran tanah. Salah satu upaya dalam rangka mengurangi penurunan kualitas tanah dalam lahan pertanian yaitu dengan menggunakan jenis pupuk organik seperti biofertilizer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan dosis optimal biofertilizer terhadap produktivitas tanaman jagung dan terhadap populasi bakteri rhizosfer. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan pola faktorial 3x4 dengan 3 kelompok. Faktor 1 adalah jenis biofertilizer yang terdiri atas D (Formulasi 1), F (Formulasi 2), dan H (Formulasi 3). Faktor 2 adalah dosis biofertilizer yang terdiri atas K0 (Tanpa perlakuan), K1 (Pemberian dosis 10 ml), K2 (Pemberian dosis 20 ml), dan K3 (Pemberian dosis 30 ml). Data yang diperoleh dilakukan analisis sidik ragam (ANOVA). Hasil yang berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pemberian biofertilizer pada tanaman jagung varietas Jakarin memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap panjang daun, berat basah buah, dan berat kering buah, serta jumlah populasi bakteri rhizosfer. Adapun pemberian biofertilizer formulasi 3 dengan dosis 30 ml/tanaman (HK3) dapat memberikan hasil yang optimal pada produktivitas tanaman jagung varietas Jakarin dan populasi bakteri rhizosfer terdapat pada pemberian biofertilizer formulasi 1 dengan dosis 20 ml/tanaman (DK2U2).

Background: The need for character education in Indonesian schools underscores the importance of integrating Islamic values into the educational framework. Specific Background: This study examines parental involvement in fostering an Islamic culture at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan, highlighting challenges in parents' understanding and engagement with Islamic values. Knowledge Gap: There is limited research on the effectiveness of parental participation in promoting Islamic values in schools, despite existing policies. Aims: The research aims to assess parental synergy's role in building an Islamic culture and identify strategies for enhancing collaboration between parents and educators. Results: Findings reveal significant gaps in parents’ understanding and involvement, exacerbated by technological influences and differing interpretations of Islamic teachings. Novelty: The study proposes a framework to strengthen parental engagement through communication, workshops, and collaborative activities. Implications: The results emphasize the need for an integrated approach that involves both parents and teachers to foster a strong Islamic educational environment, ultimately developing students with robust character and essential life skills. This study aims to find out: firstly, the qualifications for developing teaching materials to evaluate observation-based history learning and secondly the level of students' critical thinking skills. The results of this research contribute to improving students' critical thinking skills through the development of teaching materials. This research method is development (RD). The sample used was History Education students at PGRI Yogyakarta University. The instruments used were questionnaires and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative to explain observational and interview data, and quantitative descriptive statistical analysis techniques to measure the validity of experts and the effectiveness of teaching materials. This study resulted in firstly, expert tests showed content standards showed a score of 90%, language standards showed a score of 91.67%, and display standards showed a score of 81.67%; all three scores showed excellent and valid meaning, secondly, the average percentage of critical thinking indicators was 80.77% for the experimental class and 70.30% for the control class. The numbers in the experimental class show high effectiveness, so the results of this study conclude that the teaching materials for historical learning evaluation developed are very effective in improving students' critical thinking skills.
