Abstract

Mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu produsen air minum dalam kemasan pondok pesantren Mamba’ul Ma’arif Denanyar Jombang. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah kualitas produk belum memiliki keunggulan khusus yang dapat disejajarkan dengan brand air kemasan yang berskala Nasional. Selain itu, produk belum memiliki standart SNI, Surat Ijin Edar dari BPOM serta pemasaran yang dilakukan bersifat tradisional. Pola marketing mengandalkan rekomendasi klien (dari mulut ke mulut). Jenis air mineral yang ditawarkan tidak variatif belum memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Promosi yang digencarkan belum mempertimbangkan mix marketing serta produk belum dibranding secara maksimal. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan penerapan mix marketing. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalah mitra menggunakan model pemberdayaan Asset-based community development (ABCD). Kegiatan PKM dengan pola ABCD ini dilakukan melalui tahapan yaitu persiapan/pemetaan Asset, perencanaan Aksi, pelaksanaan Aksi, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah rebranding produk, meliputi: desain kemasan, logo/motto, harga, kelengkapan fitur dan atribut produk;  strategi pemasaran; dan peningkatan kualitas produk.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui bagaimana bisnis tengkulak ikan di desa Dekatagung. 2) Mengetahui bagaimana strategi bisnis tengkulak ikan di desa Dekatagung. 3) Mengetahui hambatan dan tantangan tengkulak ikan di Desa Dekatagung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan data menggunakan perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, dan triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Bisnis tengkulak ikan merupakan salah satu usaha yang ditekuni oleh sebagian masyarakat desa Dekatagung secara turun temurun sejak tahun 1990-an. Bisnis ini tergolong kedalam jenis bisnis kemitraan. 2) Adapun strategi yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha tengkulak ikan di desa Dekatagung sebagai berikut: a. memberikan pelayanan yang ramah terhadap pelanggan, b. menetukan harga yang bersaing, c. mempercepat pembayaran, d. tidak mebeda-bedakan pelanggan, e. jujur dan tidak melakukan tindak kecurangan, f. membantu pelanggan menyiapkan akomodasi yang dibutuhkan untuk menagkap ikan. 3) Adapun hambatan dan tantangan yang dihadapi para pengusaha tengkulak ikan adalah sebagi berikut: a. cuaca buruk, b. hasil tangkapan ikan dari nelayan tidak banyak, c. terlambatnya supplayer dalam mengirim uang, d. minimnya modal, e. banyaknya kegiatan di masyarakat sehingga menghambat nelayan untuk menangkap ikan, f. kurangnya stok es batu.

Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu bisnis biro haji dan umrah semakin berkembang pesat dalam peningkatan jumlah travel. Dengan banyaknya travel menimbulkan persaiangan bisnis yang sangat ketat, sehingga diperlukan strategi untuk dapat bertahan diantara banyaknya kompetitor. Dalam melakukan pemasaran travel harus melakukan kegiatan promosi agar dapat menawarkan produk dan jasanya kepada konsumen. Promosi adalah kegiatan komunikasi yang dilakukan melalui pemberian informasi kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui, memahami dan meningkatkan citra perusahaan sehingga menarik konsumen untuk membeli produk serta jasa yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana efektifitas pada kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan oleh Agta Mandiri Tour Travel Kota Palu dan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan jumlah jamaah umrah. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bauran promosi memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam rekuitmen jamaah haji, tetapi jumlah biaya yang di keluarkan mempengaruhi terkadang juga tidak mempengaruhi jumlah rekuitmen jamaah. As time goes by, the Hajj and Umrah bureau business is growing rapidly as the number of travelers increases. With so much travel, business competition is very tight, so a strategy is needed to survive among the many competitors. In carrying out travel marketing, you must carry out promotional activities in order to offer products and services to consumers. Promotion is a communication activity carried out through providing information to the public with the aim of knowing, understanding and improving the company's image so as to attract consumers to buy the products and services offered. This research aims to find out the effectiveness of promotional activities carried out by Agta Mandiri Tour Travel Palu city and to find out how it affects the increase in the number of Umrah pilgrims. In this research the author used a qualitative descriptive research method through interviews, documentation and observation. The conclusion from the results of this research is that the promotional mix has a very big influence on the recruitment of Hajj pilgrims, but the amount of costs incurred does not sometimes affect the number of pilgrims' recruitment.

Abstract

Identification is an important part of image analysis because in this procedure the desired image/image will be analyzed for further processing to make it easier to analyze for further purposes, for example in image identification pattern recognition which is part of image analysis used to divide an image into several parts and take some of the desired objects. This study aims to identify buni fruit with Euclidean distance and extract shape and texture features. Extraction of shape features using boundary metrics and whimsy. This boundary is considered to be able to recognize objects based on their shape and can distinguish them from other objects. For identification expositions, Euclidean distance is used which serves to represent the level of similarity of two images that take into account the distance value of the Euclidean distance. From the results of the evaluation using a disarray network by calculating precision, review, and accuracy, in order to identify the image of the buni fruit object properly.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada sektor ekonomi, termasuk usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Desa Kota Bangun, Kabupaten Kampar, Riau memiliki beberapa UMKM yang dapat menjadi potensi untuk menyokong perekonomian desa. UMKM tersebut diantaranya ialah UMKM tempe, tahu, donat, pengepul lidi sawit, serta Pujasera. Namun karena adanya pandemi Covid-19 semua UMKM tersebut mengalami penurunan jumlah konsumen dikarenakan mengikuti protokol dari pemerintah untuk melakukan social distancing, sehingga terkendala untuk melakukan jual beli secara langsung. Meskipun pandemi Covid-19 sudah mulai berakhir, dampak yang diberikannya terhadap UMKM masih dapat dirasakan hingga saat ini, beberapa UMKM di Desa Kota Bangun yang terkena imbas dari pandemi mengalami penurunan penjualan produk sehingga terjadinya penurunan pendapatan. Selain itu pemilik UMKM juga terlambat dalam mengikuti arus perekonomian modern karena kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pemasaran secara online dengan media E-marketing. Dengan munculnya masalah tersebut pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran UMKM di Desa Kota Bangun yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pendampingan pembuatan media promosi usaha dan aktivitas promosi di media sosial. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik dan mendapatkan apresiasi dari UMKM yang menjadi mitra. Mitra sasaran merasakan manfaat berupa penambahan wawasan serta penambahan omzet dan jangkauan pemasaran. Promosi usaha melalui media sosial diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan agar jangkauan pemasaran UMKM tidak hanya di Desa Kota Bangun saja tetapi hingga dikenal di luar desa. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan serta perekonomian pemilik UMKM Desa Kota Bangun pasca pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Picture is one of media that can be used in learning Muthala’ah lesson to make it easier for teachers and students to understand the lesson and improve learning outcomes. This research uses one-group design through a pre-test and post-test. All students of class III Intensive D TMI (female) with a total of 23 students were used as the research population, and what will be used as a research sample is the total number of students or 100% of the total population. Based on the analysis carried out in this study, using pictures influences student learning outcomes. The result of student pre-test of 5.84 before using picture media and the results of the student post-test after using the picture media are 7.19. Based on these results, it can be stated that the value of students in class III Intensive D TMI (female) increased by 20% in learning Muthala'ah lesson after using Picture media, and it can be concluded that picture media is effectively used in teaching and learning activities of Arabic language, especially on Muthala'ah lesson.

Abstract

This paper tries to solve the problem of 'Allāl al-Fāsy regarding al-maqāṣid al-sharī`ah, as a figure who developed the study of maqāṣid sharīah after as-shāṭiby and Ibnu `Ashūr. The study of the science of maqāṣid sharī`ah offered by al-Shāṭiby was later developed by two people from the generation of the al-Māliky school, namely Ibn ʻArūr and al-Fāsy. Ibn 'Asr supported to make maqaṣid sharī`ah an independent science of ushul fiqh. While al-Fāsy tried to apply the ideas of maqāṣid al-Shāṭiby in the realm of contemporary issues. He prioritizes the essence of Islamic sharia in the benefit of humans. For him, there is no dispute with the benefit of humans. To find out the essence of this Shari'a, al-Fāsy divides maqāṣid into two; the first is the maqāṣid sharīah in establishing the basis of sharia law called ushūl al-shar`, and the second is the maqāṣid sharīah in providing human rights.

Abstract

In this method, it is stated that the understanding of the implementation of Hajj which will make it easier for prospective pilgrims in the future" can be interpreted as "The method teaches an understanding of the implementation of Hajj, so that prospective pilgrims can undergo Hajj more easily in the future. In this study, the author uses descriptive (qualitative) research" can be interpreted as "The author uses a descriptive research approach that has qualitative characteristics. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the method of guidance for hajj manasik in increasing the knowledge of pilgrims at PT Grand Darussalam.The results of this study can be concluded that the hajj manasik guidance method implemented by PT Grand Darussalam can be interpreted as the hajj manasik guidance method applied by PT Grand Darussalam.

Abstract

Universities are required to have lecturers who are competent and have good performance. The role of the lecturer is crucial to the success of the Vision, Mission and Goals of the Higher Education. Universities expect their lecturers to have better performance, be more process oriented, more involved in leadership, and more capable in knowledge and competence so as to provide added value to the Higher Education which in the end the Higher Education has competitiveness with other universities. Richard S Wellins (2015:525) argues that engagement is when employees enjoy their work, are satisfied with their work conditions, contribute enthusiastically to meet team targets, organizational goals, and there is a sense of belonging to the company, and are committed to the organization. Gibson et al (2006: 113-117) stated that personality is a relatively stable set of characteristics, tendencies, and temperaments (of individuals) that have been formulated by inheritance and by social, cultural, and environmental factors. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between personality and engagement. Based on the results of the research by testing the hypothesis, it is known that the correlation coefficient between personality and engagement (ry1) is 0.995 with the category having a very high/very strong relationship. The probability value is 0.000 < 0.005, then Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient is significant. Thus, this study confirms that there is a significant relationship between personality and engagement. The diversity in engagement related to personality is reflected in the coefficient of determination of 0.990 or 99.0%, while the remaining 1.0% is influenced by other factors. The results of this study get the equation = -13.659 + 1.047 X1 can be used to predict engagement based on personality scores, it can be predicted that every 1 increase in personality score will increase engagement by 1.047 times at a constant -13,659. Abstract

Abstract The critique of the hadith scholars or what is called the science of jarh wa ta'dil is an effort to maintain the originality of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. There is a diversity of hadith studies in terms of dlabt, tsiqah, etc, even the emergence of some people who dared to make false hadiths (maudlu') and connect it to Rasulullah SAW. for personal and group interests, the hadith scholars make a strict selection of the hadiths that come to them. Abu Bakr as-Siddiq was the first person to test the authenticity of the hadith in the case of grandmother's inheritance. Likewise, Umar bin Khattab tested the originality of the hadith in the hadith of Abu Musa al-Asy'ari by asking for witnesses. Furthermore, the test of the originality of hadith was carried out by the others Sahabah and the Tabi'in by means of criticism of hadith narrators and discussed their credibility and accountability in order to distinguish between true hadith and false hadith. The peak of jarh wa ta'dil development occurred in the 3rd century H. with the emergence of several Muslim figures who were concerned about the studies of jarh wa ta'dil, such as Yahya bin Ma'in, Ali al-Madini, and others.
