Abstract

Tourism is an industry that is able to provide economic growth both in terms of employment opportunities, income, standard of living of the people, one of the tourism industries in Indonesia, namely Youth Week Tours (KAMU) located in the Kampoeng Lama Tourism Village, Denai Lama Village, Dusun II Kec. Kab. Pantai Labu. Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. The purpose of this study is to see how the influence of Nostalgic, Relaxation, Attraction, Halal Tourism on Tourist Attraction. The research sample is 100 people. This study uses Observation and Questionnaire methods. The author observed the variables Nostalgic (X1), Relaxation (X2), Attraction (X3), Halal Tourism (X4) and Tourist Attraction (Y). This data was tested using classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, concurrent test (F test) and partial test (t test). This research used quantitative descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression assisted by IBM SPSS version 25.0 software. and the Attraction variable has a positive and significant effect on the attractiveness of tourists visiting the Karya Anak Muda (KAMU) weekend tour. However, the Relaxation and Halal Tourism variables have no effect on tourist Attraction. Simultaneously Nostalgic, Relaxation, Attraction, Halal Tourism have a significant effect on tourist Attraction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the current state of the internal and external environment of BMT human resources in North Sumatra to determine the baitul mal wat tamwi human resource development strategy in North Sumatra. This type of research uses a qualitative approach using a SWOT analysis. This research was conducted directly at BMTs in North Sumatra, namely BMT Masyarakat Madani, BMT Raudhah, and BMT Al-Musabbihin. The research time started in June 2022, and it is finished. The researchers obtained it from the company and managers in the company, including managers and administrators in the two BMTs. The research object in question is the Human Resources (HR) development strategy for BMT Civil Society, BMT Raudhah BMT Al-Musabbihin, and its influence on the resilience of BMT and its impact on the welfare of MSMEs. The primary data source in this thesis is taken from answers to questionnaires distributed to respondents through direct interviews with the subject of the BMT management or those in charge of the BMT institution.Data obtained from other sources, researchers also include secondary data as a reinforcement of arguments, both from various literature such as previous research journals, both national and international, books, statistical data, and so on. After being seen from the internal environment, the study results stated that the BMT Human Resource Development Strategy in North Sumatra consisted of strengths, namely clear legal aspects of BMT and good relations between employees. At the same time, the weaknesses consist of human resources who tend not to be graduates of Islamic economics, family management, and human resource capabilities and competencies that still need them. Not active in the BMT forum/organization. When viewed from the external environment, it consists of opportunities, namely Linkage with Islamic Banks. At the same time, the threats are the lack of government support, minimal financial support, and the issue of the industrial revolution 5.0. A microfinance institution emerged. Furthermore, based on the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, after processing the IFE and EFE matrices, the resulting strategy quadrant is in quadrant 1, namely the progressive strategy. The approach used to develop BMT human resources in North Sumatra is the BMT SO Strategy will continue to make clear legality as a reinforcement for the establishment of BMT, continue to establish good relations between employees and take advantage of BMT links with Islamic Banks. As a strategy analysis from the author for BMT to utilize digitalization of BMT in promoting the presence of BMT or other social media.

Abstract

To increase employee loyalty and job satisfaction, companies need to pay attention to aspects of compensation and the work environment of employees to achieve company goals; if these aspects are fulfilled, it is effortless for companies to achieve company targets. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee loyalty through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as the primary data collection tool. The population in this study is as many as 31 respondents who are employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia S Parman Branch Office using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Path Analysis method, processing using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that partial compensation does not affect employee loyalty and job satisfaction because other variables also control compensation variables. Still, correlational payment has a significant influence on employee loyalty. Meanwhile, the work environment substantially affects employee loyalty and job satisfaction. And when the variables of compensation and work environment are through the variables of job satisfaction, these two variables do not affect employee loyalty. In contrast, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee loyalty..

Abstract

This study analyzes the potential of microinsurance implementation to enhance the economic empowerment of rural communities in Singkuang Village, Muara Batang Gadis District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The research background is based on the condition of the majority of MSMEs, who still face business risks without adequate financial protection. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design, through interviews, observation, and documentation, as well as a SWOT analysis. The results show that MSMEs' internal strengths outweigh their weaknesses (IFAS 3.541 > 3.103) and opportunities outweigh their threats (EFAS 3.157 > 2.264), placing MSMEs in Quadrant I (aggressive strategy). Microinsurance is considered relevant because it offers affordable premiums, simple administration, and fast claims, while also encouraging a culture of risk management. However, challenges remain in the form of low financial literacy and limited access to information. Therefore, education, mentoring, and support from the government and financial institutions are needed. Overall, the implementation of microinsurance has great potential to strengthen business resilience and rural economic empowerment if accompanied by increased literacy, access to capital, and accessible product distribution.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of profitability ratios on the stock prices of Islamic banks listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018–2020. The research employs aquantitative approach using secondary financial data derived from the annual reports of threeIslamic banks, namely Bank BRI Syariah, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, and Bank BTPN Syariah.Profitability is measured through Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earningsper Share (EPS), while stock price serves as the dependent variable. Data are analyzed usingmultiple linear regression and classical assumption tests to ensure the validity of results. Thefindings reveal that EPS has a positive and significant influence on stock prices, whereas ROAand ROE show positive butstatistically insignificant effects. Simultaneously, all three profitabilityindicators collectively exert a significant impact on the stock prices of Islamic banks. Theseresults suggest that investors in Indonesia’s Islamic capital market place greater emphasis onearnings information as a reliable signal of firm performance. The study contributes to thegrowing literature on Islamic finance by offering empirical evidence from emerging marketconditions and provides insights for investors, bank managers, and policymakers seeking toenhance financial transparency and market confidence in the Islamic banking sector

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis siklus produksi beras di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal dalam kerangka economic sustainability yang mencakup dimensi ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah fluktuasi produksi yang menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan antara kebutuhan dan ketersediaan beras daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik triangulasi data, yaitu menggabungkan hasil wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan data dokumentasi. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan petani, perangkat desa, penyuluh pertanian, dan pihak Dinas Pertanian, sedangkan data sekunder bersumber dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) serta Survei Kerangka Sampel Area (KSA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara ekonomi, efisiensi produksi masih rendah akibat tingginya biaya dan ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia. Secara sosial, kesejahteraan petani masih terbatas meskipun peran kelompok tani dan penyuluh mulai meningkat. Dari sisi lingkungan, penggunaan pupuk kimia berlebih menurunkan kesuburan tanah dan kualitas air. Produksi beras di Mandailing Natal berkaitan erat dengan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya SDG 1, 2, 8, dan 12, serta sejalan dengan prinsip maqāṣid syariah yang menekankan keseimbangan antara kesejahteraan ekonomi, keadilan sosial, dan kelestarian lingkungan dalam pembangunan pertanian berkelanjutan.

Prudential Sharia Branch Binjai is an Indonesia insurance company whose mission is to provide future welfare and health through varios product,including life and health insurance.The purpose of this study is to determine the basic principles of sharia insurance at PT. Prudential Sharia Binjai Branch.The qualitative research methodology used in this final theree includes surveys and interviews.Sharia insurance is an insurance is an insurance system based on islamic sharia in its service process and operation.Sharia comes from the provisions in the Qur’an ans as-sunnah.The emergence of sharia insurance in the Islamic world is based on the assumption that insurance states that existing insurance so far,namely convensional insurance contains many element: gharar,maisir,usury.This shariainsurance has principle that are firmly held,namely ta’awumu ‘ala al-birr wa al-taqwa (please help all of you in goodness and piety) and al-ta’min (feel of security).

Abstract

PT. Prudential Syariah Branch Binjai is an Indonesian insurance company whose mission is to provide future welfare and health through various products, including life and health insurance. The purpose of this study was to determine how to submit a claim for life and health insurance at PT. Prudential Syariah Binjai Branch. The qualitative research methodology used in this final project includes surveys and interviews. Insurance claims are replaced or dissolved if the standards met are properly met, according to research. Notification, Document Attachment, Rejection, Claim Approval, or Claim Payment are the steps in filing a claim. The conclusion of this study is the method of insurance claims at PT. The life and health insurance products of the Prudential Syariah Binjai branch are in compliance with applicable laws and are handled properly by agents or customer service, although the procedure must be changed to make it easier and faster.

Abstract

PRUCINTA is a traditional sharia life insurance productwith a membership period of 20 years that provides comprehensive protection against the risk of death and death due to accidents. In addition to protection for 20 yers, this product can also be extended without a medical examination, benefits in the form of cash value will be charged to the cash value fund at the end of the membership periode, and other benefits including protection against the risk of death. There may be an accident during the return period or due to the risk of returning. A complete explanation of fund management refers to the general anda specific provision of PRUCinta. Fund management for this PRUCinta product 100% Tabarru fund insurance compensation and the cash value of the cash value fund if the insurade participant dies during the membership period.
