Abstract

Background: The prevalence and incidence of Non­tuberculous Mycobacteria (NTM) infections in the world in general have continued to in­cre­ase in the last two to three decades. Until now i­den­tification and testing of NTM sensitivity in Indonesia is still very difficult to do in daily health services. Thus, NTM infection is still a ne­glected case and misdiagnosis often occurs. In these conditions, one of the things that is very im­portant to help clinicians in the management of NTM infections is information about patient characteristics and how the relationship of risk factors for NTM infection with prognosis.Subjects and Method: The study was con­duc­ted retrospectively using data on the medical re­cords of patients with positive culture of NTM at the Surakarta Center for Community Lung Health (BBKPM) for 3 years (2016-2018). A total of 134 samples were selected for this study with total sampling. The dependent variable is the prognosis of infection. The independent variables were gender, age, occupation, history of inhaled corticosteroid use, antibiotic therapy, and under­lying disease. Data were analyzed using multiple logistic regression.Results: The number of samples is 143 medical records. Most of the patients in this study were male (62.90%) and aged less than 60 years (79.70%). The majority of patients work not as far­mers (80.40%). Most patients had no history of inhaled corticosteroid use (89.50%). The­ra­pe­utic factors indicate that the majority of patients receive combined antibiotic therapy (68.5%). As many as 42% of patients with NTM infection have an underlying disease. Underlying disease in patients is mostly in the form of diabetes me­l­litus (DM) in 13.3% and in the former tuber­cu­losis in 4.9%. Based on the Chi-Square test, a sig­nificant relationship was found between the­ra­peutic factors, history of inhaled corti­cos­teroid use, and type of work, and the patient's prog­no­sis. Based on mult­ivariable testing, the factor of antibiotic therapy is the most influential variable on a pa­tient's prognosis.Conclusion: Risk factors related to the patient's prog­nosis are occupation, use of inhaled cor­tico­steroids and antibiotic therapy.Keywords: Nontuberculous Mycobacteria, risk factors, prognosis, Center for Community Lung HealthCorrespondence: Leli Saptawati. Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu komponen pelayanan kesehatan untuk menentukan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di fasilitas layanan kesehatan adalah tersedianya informasi dari rekam medis.  Kualitas informasi dokumen rekam medis ditentukan oleh beberapa hal diantaranya yaitu lengkap, akurat dan konsisten.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas informasi dokumen rekam medis berbasis Permenkes RI No 269/Menkes/Per/III/2008 di klinik pratama surya medika semarangPenelitan ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian crossectional. Lokasi pengampilan sampel di Klinik Pratama Surya Medika Semarang.  Populasi penelitian dokumen rekam  medis periode bulan Agustus-Desember 2019 dengan sampel penelitian sejumlah 200 dokumen rekam medis. Analisa data yang digunakan analisa univariat yang disajikan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi dan  prosentase dari kualitas informasi rekam medis pasien klinik surya medika semarang.  Hasil observasi kualitas informasi dokumen rekam medis berdasarkan komponen kelengkapan didapatkan hasil terdapat ketidaklengkapan pada No Rekam Medis Pasien 55%, Tanggal Lahir 14%, Jenis Kelamin 9%, Alamat 36%, Tanggal Periksa 4%, Terapi 2% dan Tanda Tangan berikut Nama Dokter 95%. Berdasarkan komponen keakuratan didapatkan hasil adanya ketidakakuratan pada perbaikan no rekam medis pasien dengan cairan penghapus tulisan 1%, ketidaksesuaian no rekam medis pasien pada formulir dengan map 2% dan perbaikan tulisan (coretan) pada kolom diagnosis, anamnesis, terapi tidak diparaf nakes 14%.  Sementara untuk komponen konsistensi didapatkan hasil terdapat ketidakkonsistenan pada penulisan kode no rekam medis pasien tidak sesuai antara formulir dengan map 6% dan penulisan nama pasien tidak sesuai antara formulir dengan MAP 2%Kualitas  informasi  dokumen rekam  medis berbasis Permenkes RI No 269 /Menkes/Per/III/2008 pada klinik pratama surya medika semarang masih didapatkan hasil kurang lengkap, kurang akurat dan kurang konsisten dengan besaran prosentase yang bervariasi   Kata Kunci : Kualitas Informasi, Dokumen Rekam Medis, Permenkes RI No 269 /Menkes/Per/III/2008   ABSTRACT One component of health service to determine the quality of health services in health care facilities is the availability of information from medical records. The quality of medical record document information is determined by several things including the complete, accurate and consistent. This Study aims to determine the quality of information on medical record documents based on the Minister of Health Republic of Indonesia Number 269/Menkes/Per/III/2008 at the Surya Medika Pratama clinic in SemarangThis research is a descriptive study using a cross-sectional research design. Location of the sample performance at Surya Medika Pratama Clinic Semarang. The population of the study was the medical record documents for the period August-December 2019 with a research sample of 200 medical record documents.  Analysis of the data used univariate analysis presented in the form of frequency distributions and percentages of the quality of medical record information of patients in the surya medika clinic in semarangThe results of observations of the quality of medical record document information based on the completeness component found that there was an incompleteness in the patient medical record number 55%, date of birth 14%, gender 9%, address 36%, check date 4%, therapy 2%, the following signatures is the name of the doctor 95%.  Based on the accuracy component, it is found that there is an inaccuracy in the improvement of the medical record number of patients with written eraser fluid 1%, Incompatibility of patient’s medical record number on the form with folder 2%, Improved writing (graffiti) in the diagnosis column, history taking, therapy not initialled by health workers 14%.  While for the consistency component, there was a result that there was an inconsistency in the writing of the patient’s medical record number which did not match the form with the map 16% and writing the patient’s name does not match the form with folder 2%The quality of information on medical record documents based on the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation Number 269/Menkes/Per/III/2008 in the Semarang Surya Pratama Clinic still results in incomplete, inaccurate and less consistent with varying percentages Key words : Information Quality, Medical Record Documents, the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation Number 269/Menkes/Per/III/2008

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of the implementation of the School Operational Assistance Program (Bos) at State 2 Madrasah Aliyah in Palu City. The foundation of the theory used is William N. Dunn (2003) which states that there are six factors in evaluating the implementation of the program, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness, and accuracy. This type of research is Qualitative Descriptive which seeks to interpret and interpret data that is pleasing to the facts, using purposive methods, data cursing and discussion with a qualitative analysis approach to collecting data and materials through observation and interviews with the number of 5 informants. Based on the results of the discussion that the Evaluation of the Implementation of the School Operational Assistance Program (BOS) at the State 2 Madrasah Aliyah in City of Palu for effectiveness, efficiency, alignment, responsiveness, and accuracy has been running optimally. However, for the adequacy factor it has not run optimally because the BOS budget is considered to be insufficient or insufficient to finance all school operational costs in order to improve the quality of education services to the community.

The problem statementof the paper are how long elementary school teachers knowed about capacityfor reality see and questions.Instrumen of research is questionary, there are any question about elementary school teachersknowed about capacity for reality see and elementary school teachers knowed about capacityfor reality questions. That is a quantitaive research and then survay research design.We get some information that level of capasity elementary school teachers knowed aboutcapacity for reality see and questions are low. That is consistent with other research result, whenwe get a same kinds.

Abstract

The research aims were: 1) to explore the financial system in Batik Islamic University (UNIBA) Surakarta. 2) To identify the financial managing technique that appropriate with the needs of UNIBA. This was the qualitative research. The data collection was conducted by interviewing several lecturers and staff of UNIBA and observation. The research found the financial managing technique in UNIBA was too simple. Therefore, UNIBA needed the new financial system to encourage the Good University Governance.Keywords: finance, university, good governance

Abstract

Our nation’s journey is getting dynamic. Problems are coming based on the era changing. The shape of our nation behavior is moving without any basic character concept. When the Demak emperor reached the peak of glory, continued by the colonialisms, Soekarno (Old Orde Era), Soeharto (New Orde Era), and Reformation era, the effort to build our nation never stop. Many people and treasure were sacrificed; however the results were not satisfying. Even the same problems repeated as historical theory.Through case analysis method, from small cases, the shape of unity is a fact. Character building that was stated in religion subject could not serve the satisfying results. Even nation character building is being more left behind compared to other nations. The new policy is needed to overcome those problems. Firstly, mother culture and national culture need to improve, whereas international culture is the second choice. Secondly, the implementation honesties, smart, queue culture trough exemplary are important. Wider proportion of psychomotor dimension will improve character building.

Abstract

The research main target is to give direction and guiding the students to study  Entrepreneurship for their future choice job as the entrepreneur candidates. Entrepreneurship education is very brilliant idea in the era of very tight competion for job hunting for university graduaters, and this writing will give useful, valuable and meaningful contribution for students for being honest, reliable and kind heart entrepreneur in the future. The research kind is quantitative, entrepreneurship’ spirit is measured by Likert model attitude scale. The research instrument is questionnaire. The research design is survey, population 750 respondents, 150 samples are choosen by random sampling. Questionaires that are fulfilling the requirement is only 130. Then, it was cultivated SPSS method, and obtaining data presenting table and central tendency data analyzed by doubled linier regression. The research result showed that the entrepreneurship lesson score has influenced the students’motivation for doing business, and students’ study motivation also has influenced to study result entrepreneurship, though the influenced of both variables only 17 %. The growing of the entrepreneurship’spirit can be done if there was motivation and formal education was on. The formal education pushed the students to have positive attitude for doing entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan representasi ideologi ekologi dalam cerpen Jhuko’ Cellot karangan Zainal A. Hanafi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis. data penelitian ini adalah kata, frasa, klausa, kalimat, dan paragraf. Sumber data penelitian berupa Jhuko’ Cellot yang terkumpul dalam kumpulan cerpen Ēsarēpo Bēncong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fitur-fitur bahasa digunakan untuk merepresentasikan ideologi ekologis melalui nilai pengalaman kosakata yang terdiri dari kosakata ideologis yang diperjuangkan, relasi makna, dan metofora. Nilai pengalaman gramatikal berupa ketransitifan dan penegasian. Dan struktur tekstual beruapa pengurutan teks yang sesuai dengan struktur cerpen yang di dalam setiap pengembangan struktur dimunculkan pandangan, kesadaran, dan ideologi ekologis.

Abstract

Wearing working dress in the workplace is considered as a representation of the organization culture, work attire becomes an important factor for the employees in a workplace. The types of work attire depend on the policy and the type of the organization even though there is no certain regulation on uniform in the workplace. This study is conducted to identify the impact of employees’ attire (formal and casual) on the employees’ self-perceptions of creativity, productivity, friendliness, trustworthiness and authoritativeness and competence. This study was held in Yogyakarta. The respondents varied from the employer to the employees, with total of 147 respondents. This study found that the characteristics and the appearance of the uniform significantly affect employees’ attitude towards the job while attribute function did not seem toaffect employees’ attitude towards job.

Nilai pengalaman gramatikal berupa ketransitifan dan penegasian. Dan struktur tekstual beruapa pengurutan teks yang sesuai dengan struktur cerpen yang di dalam setiap pengembangan struktur dimunculkan pandangan, kesadaran, dan ideologi ekologis.
