The tourism industry is one of the most well-known and worldwide industrial fields, just like Indonesia. Tourism in Indonesia is certainly not less than other developing countries. Indonesia is included in the list of countries that have the a lot of intriguing tourist destinations which attract the attention of tourists. Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) is a city known for its various types of tourism, especially with very beautiful beaches, especially in Girisubo sub-district, Gunungkidul Regency. Pucung Village which is located in the area also has a very beautiful beach. Since there is a lot of tourism potentials here, it is not surprising that many local and foreign tourists come to see the natural beauty in Yogyakarta and this can also encourage sources of income. However, all these tourism activities must be temporarily suspended because throughout 2020 the world is being attacked by the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) outbreak. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with secondary data. This research was conducted in Pucung Village, Girisubo District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Central Java. The purpose of this paper is to identify the impact of Covid-19 on the tourism potential of Pucung Village. The results and discussion of this research is that the number of tourists visiting Gunungkidul Regency, especially Pucung Village, has decreased due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic, so there is a need for efforts to restore tourism in Pucung Village during the new normal period by following the recommended health protocols that are believed to be effective in preventing the transmission of the Covid-19 Virus.

Penelitian yang dilakukan di Desa Botodayaan dilakukan secara daring. Sehingga data yang digunakan untuk menyusun penelitian ini didapatkan dengan melakukan studi pustaka sebagai bentuk pengamatan terhadap objek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan tersebut mengenai Desa Botodayaan didapatkan masalah yang sedang dihadapi masyarakat setempat yang berhubungan dengan ketersediaan air bersih, sehingga usulan yang diberikan yaitu berupa pembuatan alat penyaring air. Selain pembuatan alat penyaring air, penulis juga melakukan pemetaan potensi desa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan potensi-potensi yang ada di Desa Tileng, Kecamatan Girisubo, Kabupaten Gunung Kidul serta bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan pariwisata masyarakat Desa Tileng sehingga mampu meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya alam yang ada.

Inclusivity is a principal value in togetherness which is currently being eroded by the emergence of narrow nationalism accompanied by fanaticism spreading in various corners of the world. Many countries build fortresses to separate themselves from others because of excessive suspicion of others. Furthermore, religions have been inseparable from the strongholds that increasingly separated one from the other. This phenomenon received exceptional attention from Pope Francis in the Fratelli Tutti encyclical which was written in loving language to encourage fraternity. One of the frequently appearing keywords in this encyclical is human dignity or dignity of the human person. How did Pope Francis talk about the inclusivity in Fratelli Tutti concerning human dignity? Through qualitative method using literature analysis techniques, the authors answered this main question from Fratelli Tutti’s ethical perspective through three focal inquiries, i.e., Fratelli Tutti, inclusivity, and human dignity. The novelty of this research lies in the analysis that seeks the comprehensive relationship between inclusivity and human dignity to conceptual thinking enrichment.

This study aims to find a model of madrasa principal academic supervision that improves teacher performance. The location of this research is at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Krembangan, Surabaya. There were four respondents to the research. Collecting research data using in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The research data was then analyzed using data reduction and triangulation techniques. The results of this study found: 1) Implementation of academic supervision by the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Krembangan Surabaya is carried out every year at the beginning of the new school year, then divided into two stages, namely the first semester and the second semester. The stages of implementation of academic supervision are divided into three, namely: a) planning of academic supervision; b) implementation of academic supervision; and c) evaluation and follow-up of the results of the implementation of academic supervision. 2) There are three approaches used by madrasa heads: a) a directive approach; b) a non-directive approach; and c) a collaborative approach. The supervision model used is the artistic supervision model. The application of academic supervision using these models and approaches has implications for improving the performance of teaching staff at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Krembangan Surabaya. Teachers became more diligent in preparing everything related to learning activities and became more disciplined in carrying out their duties at the madrasah. This study recommends further research on the academic and clinical supervision of all teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Krembangan Surabaya.

Blended learning, which is mostly used in higher education, is introduced to Elementary Schools teachers through teaching and learning English. This study aimed at exploring the teachers’ responses on their attitudes towards the implementation of blended learning as an interactional teaching and learning tool in English course. Observation, questionnaire, and interview were given to 24 elementary school teachers who are also students of English in Open University. The result showed around 45.8% of them have already had PC or laptop and only 8.2% really have problem in internet connection. Further, 50% of teachers stated that rotation blended learning is ease their teaching and learning.

This research to find out how student activity and environmental support at Surakarta High School affects their academic achievement in the Sociology subjects will provide valuable insights for educators, parents, and educational stakeholders. Thus, the study aims to systematically analyze the relationship between student activity, environmental support, and academic achievement in the context of learning Sociology at Surakarta High School. This method of research is quantitative using the survey method using google form. Population is a whole student class X Phase E, XI Phase F 6-11 and XII IPS with a sample of 177 students, regression analysis with normality tests, rehabilitation, and hypothesis tests. Thus, the results of this study can be explained by the variables of student activity and environmental support of only 3.1% while the remaining 96.9% are influenced by other factors that are not included in this variable, expected to provide conceptual and practical contributions to improving the quality of learning and student performance at the middle level. Background: Most temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) will become seizure-free after anterior temporal lobectomy (ATL) surgery but often result in cognitive decline, specifically in verbal or visual memory. Objective: This study examined the relationship between several demographic characteristics and pre-operative clinical conditions with changes in pre-post surgical memory of TLE patients. Methods: This study used a retrospective cohort in which the subjects were TLE patients who had undergone ATL surgery at Kariadi Hospital or Telogorejo Hospital, Semarang. Demographic variables include the age of onset, duration of illness, level of education, and clinical variables include seizure frequency, EEG waveform, number of AED, lesion site, and IQ score. Results: Memory re-examination was conducted on TLE patients who had undergone surgery between 2018 and 2021, with 55 subjects who fulfilled the criteria. Characteristics of the subjects were male 31(56%) males, 38% Senior High School education, the mean age of onset was 13,87±6,899, age at surgery was 27,67±9,802, 21 (39%) normal pres-surgical EEG waveform, 31 (56%) lesion on the left and the most frequent seizures occurred in 36 subjects (65%). Statistical test results showed a significant relationship between age of onset and changes in verbal memory recognition scores (p 0.044), lesion side with changes in verbal memory task scores (p 0.018), recall (p 0.005), recognition (0.008), and IQ scores with changes in visual memory construction recall (p 0.041) Conclusion: Age of onset, lesion side, and IQ score characteristics were related to the changes in memory scores between pre- and post-operative anterior temporal lobectomy in TLE patients.

Penelitian yang dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto mengeksplorasi efektivitas integrasi nilai-nilai karakter Mohammad Hatta dalam program pendidikan antikorupsi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh nilai-nilai integritas, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab terhadap etos antikorupsi di kalangan mahasiswa. Melalui metode kualitatif yang mencakup wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen kurikulum, penelitian ini mengungkapkan hasil positif dari integrasi nilai-nilai tersebut, meskipun ada beberapa hambatan dalam implementasinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai ini telah berhasil diinternalisasi dalam kurikulum dan praktik pembelajaran, dengan dosen dan mahasiswa sama-sama mengakui manfaatnya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan materi dan metode pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan relevan dengan tantangan kontemporer. Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto telah mengambil inisiatif untuk mengadopsi pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif melalui studi kasus, role-playing, dan simulasi, serta integrasi teknologi untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai antikorupsi. Implementasi temuan ini diharapkan tidak hanya memperkuat dasar etika mahasiswa tetapi juga membekali mereka dengan keterampilan praktis untuk menjadi agen perubahan sosial yang positif dan bertanggung jawab.

Nebus kembar mayang merupakan bagian dari rangkaian ritual pernikahan adat Jawa.pernikahan adat Jawa dapat ditemukan sitem nilai masyarakat Jawa yang didalamnya berisi konsepsi-konsepsi yang hidup di alam pemikiran sebagaian besar warga masyarakat Jawa, mengenai hal – hal yang harus mereka anggap amat bernilai dalam hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap ‘konsepsi’ hidup dari simbolisasi-simbolisasi dalam ritual yang masih bertahan dalam upacara pernikahan Jawa.Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode kontekstual dan metode pemahaman. Kedua metode ini digunakan sebagai upaya menemukan kaidah dalam tahap analisa data. Dalam analisis mengenai ritual ini, ditemukan konsepsi-konsepsi simbolisme dalam Nebus Kembar Mayangyang memberikan kekuatan pada masyarakat pelakuuntuk mengukuhkan eksistensi ritual ini sehingga masih dapat bertahan sampai sekarang. Kata-kata kunci: ritual, nebus kembar mayang, pernikahan jawa.
