Abstract

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of the Mind Mapping learning model on the ability to write scientific work texts of the type of article for class XI students of SMA Negeri 7 Palembang. The purpose of this study was to find out and describe the effect of the Mind Mapping learning model on the ability to write scientific work texts of the type of articles for class XI students of SMA Negeri 7 Palembang. The method used in this study was a quantitative method with a posttest Only Control Design and a study population of 288 and a sample of 78 people (39 class XI IPA 1 and 39 class XI IPA 2). Data collection techniques in this study used essay tests and interviews. The results showed that the t-count was 3.44 and t-table was 1.66. This indicated that t-count ≥ t-table. Thus it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) in this study has the influence of the Mind Mapping learning model on the ability to write scientific texts of class XI students of SMA Negeri 7 Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh, Return on asset, Return On equity, Curent Ratio, dan Debt To Equity Ratio terhadap harga saham. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022 sebanyak 36 Perusahaan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan penelitian ini ialah non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. 1) ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. 2) ROE tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. 3) CR tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. 4) DER tidak berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. 5) ROA, ROE, CR dan DER secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap harga saham.hasil penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan namun mampu memberikan kontribusi dan saran kepada masyarakat atau investor maupun perusahaan sebagai pelaku pasar dan peneliti selanjutnya. Investor yang akan membeli saham di BEI, harus memperhatikan perkembangan harga saham dengan mempertimbangkan lebih dari hanya ROA, ROE,CR dan DER. Juga harus mempertimbangkan faktor lain, seperti ukuran perusahaan, GPM, solvabilitas, dan ITO.

Abstract

The Maccera Manurung ritual is a vital part of life for the Labuku community, fostering harmony among humans, nature, and spiritual beliefs. A key challenge lies in preserving this tradition while adhering to religious principles and bridging the gap between deeply rooted local customs and Islamic values that guide contemporary society. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, incorporating normative sharia, historical, phenomenological, and sociological perspectives. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Maccera Manurung ritual reflects values that harmonize Islam and local wisdom, including: (1) spiritual and religious values that frame the ritual as an act of worship, (2) solidarity and mutual cooperation values that strengthen social cohesion, (3) respect for ancestors as recognition of spiritual heritage, (4) simplicity values that counter materialism, and (5) social responsibility values aligned with Sharia principles. Future research should expand its focus to explore other local traditions that integrate religious and cultural values, further enriching understanding in this field. Ritual Maccera Manurung menjadi aspek integral dalam kehidupan masyarakat Labuku yang berfungsi untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara manusia, alam, dan kepercayaan spiritual lokal. Masalah utama yang muncul adalah bagaimana ritual ini dapat dipertahankan tanpa melanggar aturan-aturan agama, serta bagaimana menemukan titik temu antara tradisi lokal yang berakar kuat dengan nilai-nilai Islam yang menjadi pedoman hidup masyarakat modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan Normatif Syariah, Historis, Fenomenologis, dan Sosiologis, serta mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ritual Maccera Manurung memuat nilai-nilai yang mengharmoniskan Islam dan kearifan local yaitu: (1) nilai spiritual dan keagamaan yang menjadikan ritual ini sebagai ibadah, (2) nilai solidaritas dan gotong royong yang memperkuat ikatan sosial, (3) nilai penghormatan terhadap leluhur sebagai pengakuan terhadap warisan spiritual, (4) nilai kesederhanaan yang menentang materialisme, dan (5) nilai tanggung jawab sosial yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperluas kajian dengan mengeksplorasi tradisi lokal lain yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama dan budaya setempat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan hukum pidana dalam putusan Nomor: 320/Pid.B/2021/PN Mataram telah sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku baik secara materiil dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pertimbangan hukum Hakim dalam memutuskan perkara Nomor: 320/Pid.B/2021/PN Mataram. Dalam Penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah Metode Yuridis Normatif yang bertujuan untuk meletakkan hukum sebagai sebuah bangunan sistem norma dalam cara menelaah dan menelusuri berbagai peraturan yang ada hubungannya dengan permasalahan yang akan dibahas, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Normatif-doktriner bertujuan untuk menemukan jawaban yang benar dengan dasar pembuktian yang mengacu kepada KUHP. Teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum mempergunakan “content analysis” penelitian dengan strategi interprestasi, teknik kepustakaan yang berfokus pada literatur perundang-undangan. Teknik Analisis Bahan Hukum adalah analisis kualitatif yaitu menganalisis data berdasarkan tingkat keterkaitannya dengan masalah yang sedang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penerapan hukum pidana dalam perkara Nomor: 320/Pid.B/2021/PN. Mataram telah sesuai dengan kaidah hukum yang berlaku baik sebagaimana diatur di dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP) maupun secara materil perbuatan terdakwa telah memenuhi semua unsur yang terkandung di dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) tentang tindak pidana penganiayaan. (2) Adapun pertimbangan hukum Hakim telah sesuai dengan norma hukum, yakni memutus terdakwa dengan hukuman pidana penjara selama 3 (tiga) bulan, dimana pasal yang didakwakan kepada terdakwa yaitu Pasal 351 ayat (1) KUHP tentang penganiayaan yang mengakibatkan luka berat dan diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama 2 tahun 8 bulan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai sosial dan pendidikan karakter dalam novel Dompet Ayah Sepatu Ibu karya J.S. Khairen serta menganalisis relevansinya terhadap konteks sosial budaya masyarakat Indonesia masa kini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa kutipan narasi, dialog, dan kalimat yang mencerminkan nilai sosial dan pendidikan karakter dalam novel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa novel Dompet Ayah Sepatu Ibu tidak hanya merepresentasikan realitas sosial masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah melalui tokoh Zenna dan Asrul, tetapi juga menegaskan pentingnya solidaritas, tanggung jawab, dan keserasian hidup sebagai refleksi nilai sosial. Sementara itu, nilai pendidikan karakter yang ditemukan meliputi religiusitas, nasionalisme, kemandirian, gotong royong, dan integritas sesuai dengan Permendikbud No. 20 Tahun 2018. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pemanfaatan teori Zubaedi (2012) dalam pemetaan subnilai sosial yang dikaitkan dengan lima pilar pendidikan karakter secara terintegrasi. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkuat posisi sosiologi sastra sebagai sarana interpretasi nilai-nilai moral dan sosial dalam karya kontemporer, sedangkan secara praktis memberikan kontribusi bagi pembelajaran sastra yang menanamkan karakter kebangsaan dan empati sosial pada peserta didik.

Abstract

Cross Project Defect Prediction (CPDP) is used to overcome the limitation of training data on new projects. This study tests the performance of machine learning models (Random Forest, CatBoost, Logistic Regression, KNN, SVM) in a CPDP scenario with the AEEEM dataset, comparing results before and after hyperparameter adjustment. Models were tested using a one-to-many CPDP architecture, with evaluation metrics of Accuracy, AUC, Recall, Precision, and F1-Score. As a result, Random Forest excels in 9 out of 20 prediction combinations, followed by CatBoost which is best in 4 combinations after tuning. KNN and SVM won in 3 and 2 combinations respectively, while Logistic Regression only excelled in 2 combinations. Hyperparameter tuning improved the performance of all models except Logistic Regression, with SVM improving most significantly (6.39%), followed by KNN (3.94%), RF (5.14%), and CatBoost (1.4%). Project combinations such as LC ? EQ, ML ? EQ, and PDE ? EQ performed well, demonstrating the effectiveness of CPDP when projects are similar. In contrast, combinations such as EQ ? ML and ML ? LC performed poorly due to differences in data distribution. This study concludes that CPDP is effective for software defect prediction when local data is limited, and can be the basis for further research such as transfer learning or project selection based on semantic similarity.

Abstract

Conflict is an inherent aspect of organizational life, including within Islamic educational institutions. While often viewed negatively, conflict can foster innovation and performance improvement if managed effectively. This study aims to identify appropriate conflict management strategies for Islamic educational institutions through a literature review of conflict and negotiation theories. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing library research from various academic sources. The findings indicate that strategies such as SWOT analysis, win-win solutions, and integrative negotiation can be harmonized with Islamic values such as tabayyun (clarification), islah (reconciliation), and ukhuwah islamiyah (Islamic brotherhood). The integration of modern management theory with Islamic principles proves effective in facilitating fair, constructive, and sustainable conflict resolution. These insights are expected to serve as practical guidance for educational leaders in managing conflicts wisely and professionally.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the managerial thinking of Muhammad Al-Fatih in the development of educational institutions through a library research approach. Muhammad Al-Fatih is known not only as a military and political leader, but also as an Islamic educational figure who has a long-term vision of civilization. This study found that Al-Fatih's managerial thinking rests on three main pillars, namely the pursuit of knowledge as a form of worship and social obligation, character development based on Islamic values such as exemplary, sincerity, and discipline, as well as the spiritual responsibility of education which is not only borne by individuals, but also becomes the duty of the state. In addition, education in Al-Fatih's leadership functioned as a geopolitical instrument, namely as a tool of diplomacy and regeneration of global-minded leaders. These values are represented in the madrasa system, integrative curriculum, and narrative approach in shaping students' characters. The results of the study show that Al-Fatih's thinking is very relevant to the challenges of modern Islamic education, especially in forming an education system that is characterized, competitive, and based on spiritual values. Therefore, Al-Fatih's managerial approach can be used as a strategic model for the development of contemporary Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Malay poetry (syair) is a cultural heritage rich in aesthetic, moral, and social values. However, interest among younger generations in syair has declined due to the dominance of popular culture and the lack of interactive learning methods. At Arsya Ganeeta Indonesia Palm Oil Vocational School, students were found to have low levels of understanding, reading skills, and confidence in performing syair. To address these issues, a practice-based poetry reading training was conducted using an experiential learning approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and pre- and post-training questionnaires involving 28 students. The results showed significant improvements: understanding of syair increased from 11% to 86%, accurate pronunciation improved from 14% to 57%, appropriate use of tone and intonation rose from 11% to 50%, and students’ confidence in reading aloud grew from 11% to 54%. Additionally, 90% of participants expressed that the training was beneficial and hoped it would be continued. This training proved effective as an applicable culture-based learning model and can be integrated into local content curriculum or extracurricular activities to preserve Malay literary heritage among vocational school students.
