Abstract

 The purpose of this reseach is to know the principle of edupreneurship according to the Islamic perspertive. The reseach method that the author uses is qualitative-descriptive with a library research approach. The data collection technique here is documentation. that the principles of edupreneurship in the view of Islam are to optimize the various potentials possessed in order to produce scientific added value as well as relevant economic added value in the field of Islamic education. Islamic edupreneurship will develop students' habits in entrepreneurship to remain creative and innovative, such as writing books according to their respective interests and fields, or carrying out other activities that can provide added value economically. As a result, it will bring students to change who initially as users then turn into producers. The results of the research from the principle of edupreneurship according to this Islamic perspective are self-confidence, initiative in an energetic sense, focus on tasks and results, far-sighted, leadership spirit, dare to take risks, calculating, communicative, reflective, originality, innovative, creative, flexible. wise in making policies and decisions. Keywords: Edupreneurship, Islam

Abstract

The research was carried out with the aim of discussing evaluation management (self-reflection). Muhasabah is a medium for self-improvement, self-introspection, and a belief in reckoning actions against oneself before the reckoning is carried out by Allah SWT. The research method used is the method of literature study / study research. The data collection method is done by summarizing, reading, taking notes, understanding, and studying various literatures that are in line with the research theme. The research resulted in the presentation of: 1) evaluation (supervision) of the perfect management of the Qur'an and Hadith, 2) the basis of self-evaluation management (muhasabah) in the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith, 3) the last discussion regarding the implementation of self-evaluation. (muhasabah) management perspective, the following management efforts are carried out in muhasabah management, namely: 1) planning (planning) in muhasabah management. Planning muhasabah is aimed at building character values, considering actions, and improving worship (spiritual values) towards Allah SWT. These efforts come from a positive heart and mind. 2) organizing in muhasabah management. The purpose of organizing efforts in muhasabah is more directed to setting habits / tips to improve oneself. Then 3) implementation (acting) in muhasabah management. The purpose of implementing muhasabah management is the implementation of muhasabah efforts that have been planned on the basis of good planning and time management. And 4) controlling or controlling in muhasabah management. Evaluation means knowing how far, or how optimally the effort is carried out.

Abstract

Edupreneurship is a renewal innovation, especially in the field of education so as not to make a large quantity without good achievements. However, it can produce qualified, qualified, and highly competitive graduates to make positive and beneficial contributions to many people. Edupreneurship is also the answer to the problems currently being faced by the Indonesian people. It can create superior, creative, independent, innovative human resources (HR), and have an entrepreneurial mentality so that unemployment and economic backwardness can be minimized. An entrepreneur who is often referred to as an entrepreneur is someone who wants to develop creative skills, create works, has a visionary spirit, has self-reliance, and dares to take risks. This research method uses qualitative research with a case study approach to the students of the Nurul Ummah Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to provide opportunities for students in developing their potential in the field of entrepreneurship so that they can be developed to the maximum. The results of the study indicate that edupreneurship is a renewal innovation, especially in the field of education so as not to make a large quantity without good achievements. However, it can produce qualified, qualified, and highly competitive graduates to make positive and beneficial contributions to many people.

Abstract

This study aims to determine building customer loyalty and analyze competitors in Islamic Education Institutions. The research method uses a qualitative approach, namely, library research. The data analysis technique is descriptive. Building customer loyalty in Islamic educational institutions is done with several marketing strategies including establishing relationships with various components such as the community and so on, providing customer satisfaction by offering varied programs and facilities, and providing guarantees if customers are not satisfied with the services and quality that have been provided. Analysis of marketing competitors that often occur in Islamic Education Institutions includes products, marketing, prices, and cooperation networks so that they must be able to maintain quality by using various methods, one of which is creating brand awareness to create attractiveness.

Abstract

STUDENTS’ IMPLICATIONS FOR SAFARI ACTIVITIES OF UKMK LPTQ&D UIN RADEN FATAH PALEMBANG:CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT STUDIES. In today's social life there are still many unresolved problems in the field, one of which is a moral crisis such as promiscuity, crimes against friends, theft, cheating habits, drug abuse, pornography and vandalism. The moral crisis will poison generations, especially students. To overcome these problems among students, namely the need for character education in universities. The purpose of this study is to identify the implications of student safari activities for UKMK LPTQ&D UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and describe the implementation of the student safari activities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and makes UKMK LPTQ&D UIN Raden Fatah Palembang the object of research. Collecting data through interviews and documentation (primary data) and books, journals or other articles (secondary data) and analyzing data by integrating the results of interviews with other journals, books or articles and then made an interpretation. The result is that the implications of the student safari activities of UKMK LPTQ&D UIN Raden Fatah Palembang in character development studies are developing religious character, respecting achievement, responsibility, friendship/communicative and cooperation. The activities in implementing the student safari activities of UKMK LPTQ&D are tadarusan, lectures ramadhan, teaching religious materials in schools, holding competitions and torch parades.

Abstract

PThe use of ICT in learning and school management raises new problems. that is, most teachers are not yet optimal in operating ICT, and many are still not able to keep up with ICT progress. In other words, they are still technologically illiterate. This study aims to add references for this study. The aims of this study were to determine the use of ICT in learning activities and school administration, to understand the role of school principals in developing the use of information technology in school management, and to understand the importance of using information technology in school management. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the type of library research (library research). The data collection technique is carried out by searching literature such as books, journals and other articles that support the writing process. The results of this study are 1) Utilization of ICT in Learning can be included in several ICT-based learning activities, blended e-learning, Web/Blog-based learning, ICT-based assessment, multimedia classes, digital libraries and CBT. 2) To face the industrial revolution 4.0, it must be followed by massive HR development and not be half measures. Therefore, it is necessary. First, an open minded leadership strategy is needed. Second, the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 requires leaders who are ready to face the unexpected. Third, leaders must react quickly to existing changes. Fourth, leaders must be able to collaborate. 3) technology and information as a basis for data collection plays a very important role in helping to achieve educational goals. If the institution is not supported by quality data and information, it will undoubtedly face obstacles and difficulties, especially in the strategic decision-making process. With this research, it is hoped that it can become a reference source of information regarding the application of Information Technology in learning activities and school administration.

Abstract

The management of infrastructure which is often neglected has an impact on the success of educational programs in schools. Therefore, fulfilling the needs and optimizing the infrastructure is very much needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of Islamic boarding schools' educational facilities and infrastructure in Bener Meriah district, Aceh, Indonesia. The approach used in this study is an explorative qualitative approach. data collection methods using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the educational facilities and infrastructure of Islamic boarding schools in Bener Meriah district, Aceh have optimized their utilization in supporting the development of human resources. But there are the obstacles found in Islamic boarding schools in Bener Meriah district, Aceh, namely: 1) there are still facilities and infrastructure that have not been updated by the school such as libraries, 2) school buildings that are not suitable for areas where rainfall is more frequent, so that sometimes it causes flooding. Based on this research, it is recommended to pay maximum attention to the condition of infrastructure and be quick in repairing infrastructure that is no longer feasible, empowering human resources according to needs through infrastructure to improve the quality of education towards superior and competitive human resources starting from the quality of educator performance professional.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the family management perspective of Islamic education in rural communities in Yogyakarta and Southeast Sulawesi. The data was collected by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that family management means a family arrangement in preparing various resources for family needs. The farming community in Atula Village, Southeast Sulawesi defined Islamic education as follows; first, it is something that is important and must be done, to gain knowledge, provision for later life, to add insight, future, experience, find work, become smart, then put it into practice, so parents prepare finances for their children. Second, the Islamic education that is carried out by the children of the farming community in the Atula village is Madrasah and Islamic boarding school, generating and exploring the potential for the progress of the nation and generations through Islam. As for Banjaroya Village, Yogyakarta, the majority of parents' occupations are farmers, the meaning of Islamic education for them is; first in general (mostly parents), do not have a clear plan about the education of their children. Second, children and parents are less interested in schooling their children in Madrasas or Islamic boarding schools. The community also viewed religious education is seen as less "cool" in the eyes and less promising according to the parents.

Abstract

At Islamic boarding schools tend to have skin diseases that are contagious due to lack of personal hygiene. Personal hygiene is an effort that can be made to improve the health of students in the hope that infectious diseases will decrease. This study aims to analyze the implementation of integrated quality management in the infrastructure management system at the Ulumul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Wonsosobo. The approach used in this study is an exploratory qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the leaders of the pesantren, administrators and ustadz-ustdzah. The results of this study indicate that the Ulumul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School has optimized the management of infrastructure facilities in an effort to improve personal hygiene behavior for its students.

Abstract

The management of educational institutions or organizations is a very important issue in the world of education. Because the success of an educational institution depends on the leadership of the head of the madrasah. This research aims to find out the implementation of democratic leadership style and transformational head of Madrasah in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat Lampung province. The method used is a descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach. This study uses primary data sources obtained through interviews and secondary data sources obtained through online media. The results showed that the ability of the principal to implement the vision and mission in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat can be seen from the behavior of the principal in carrying out the preparation of the school's vision and mission with a joint discussion, the creation of an education program guided by the quality standards of education, and promoting civility, as well as mobilizing school residents to participate in improving the quality of education. The ability of the principal to communicate effectively in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat is reflected in the principal's behavior in cultivating a disciplined lifestyle and interacting directly with school residents and in problem-solving through a system of discussions, meetings, or deliberations. then, the ability of the principal in developing academic and non-academic programs that can produce good quality for the school.
