Abstract

Robot  barrier  line designed  and  developed  as  a  platform   for the development  of  robots in the  future. Robot  control system  was  designed  based  on  Robo TX Controller  and  is  designed  to be able to move forward, backward, and turn in place or the desiredlocation. In  the  design  o  f the  prototype   robot  is  necessary a barrier line controller ( ROBO TX Controller ) and    infrared   trail  sensor, where  the   sensor  can  distinguish  between  black  and  white. If  the  robot  track  a black  line  then  the  robot  will  stop  and    make  a   turn   to   continue  it  is  work. Obtained   in  the  testing  and   analysis    that   the  robot   is   able  to   do  it  is   job  as  it   should   be .   Data  tables   from  the  test  range   for   robot obtained error of  0.80   %  to  0.86  %  in  the  black  line  sensor readings. Key words : Robo TX, Sensor, Prototype, Autonomous

Abstract

This study aims to determine building customer loyalty and analyze competitors in Islamic Education Institutions. The research method uses a qualitative approach, namely, library research. The data analysis technique is descriptive. Building customer loyalty in Islamic educational institutions is done with several marketing strategies including establishing relationships with various components such as the community and so on, providing customer satisfaction by offering varied programs and facilities, and providing guarantees if customers are not satisfied with the services and quality that have been provided. Analysis of marketing competitors that often occur in Islamic Education Institutions includes products, marketing, prices, and cooperation networks so that they must be able to maintain quality by using various methods, one of which is creating brand awareness to create attractiveness.

Abstract

The use of running text as a promotional media is considered very effective and can bring many benefits to a business. In Duwet Village, there is a UMK that produce several superior products, including corn rice (gerit), cassava crackers and bamboo crafts (besek). UMK in Duwet village require media that can be used for marketing media. This underlies the PkM team to conduct training in making running texts. The target in this training is the youth group of Duwet Village. The results of this dedication, it is hoped to be able to socialize and market superior products when guests or foreigner visits Duwet Village.

Abstract

Managing good relationships with customers can be applied to a concept known as Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The implementation CRM allows companies to personalize interactions with customers. Based on available information, companies can provide specific and personalized services to each customer. Improving service quality makes customers feel valued and important, this will increase customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the application of Customer Relationship Management strategies in the field of Corporate Courier and Logistics at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Ngawi Branch Office. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection through interviews and documentation. Data processing techniques are carried out with data exposure and discussion. The results of the research show that the implementation of CRM strategies at the Ngawi Branch Post Office is carried out in seven stages. In the first stage, one-to-one marketing, customer IDs are made and interact personally. Then conduct employee training, provide complaint services, and conduct promotions. Furthermore, in addition to conducting routine visits and marketing directly or through social media, it also conducts free pick-up services. The last stage is to make the process continuous.

Abstract

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. has introduced an innovative service, enabling customers to open savings accounts digitally, accessible anytime and anywhere without the need to visit the bank. The advent of this digital account opening system aims to enhance customer convenience through digital savings services. This study aims to assess customer perceptions regarding the quality of the product, service quality, emotional satisfaction, pricing, and costs associated with the digital savings account opening system at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. KC Madun Unit Nglames. The research employs a descriptive quantitative methodology. Data sources include primary data from questionnaires completed by 35 respondents and secondary data from documentation on digital savings usage. The data are analyzed and discussed in relation to the theoretical framework, leading to a conclusion. The findings indicate that the digital savings account system is reasonably effective for account opening at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Madiun Branch Unit Nglames.

Abstract

Human resource development is an essential thing to do as a long-term investment for an organization, including educational institutions. Much research has been carried out to determine the influence of human resource development, but only focuses on the large/small level of influence without explaining how concrete steps for human resource development are carried out. This research aims to determine 1) Principles of human resource development at the LPQ Darul Muta'allimin Semarang, 2) Steps for developing human resources at the LPQ Darul Muta'allimin Qur'an Semarang. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews with the head and teachers also staff of LPQ Darul Muta'allimin, as well as documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that 1) The principles applied by LPQ Darul Muta'allimin in implementing human resource development programs, namely istiqomah, are carried out routinely and continuously, customized according to the needs and goals to be achieved by LPQ, active participation of all LPQ stakeholders Darul Muta'allimin, as well as evaluation. 2) Steps for developing human resources for LPQ Darul Muta'allimin teachers, namely examining needs, creating instructional concepts, determining participants, implementing training, and evaluating follow-up of the human resource development program.

Abstract

INTERNALIZATION POLICY OF ISLAMIC VALUES IN THE FORMATION OF RELIGIOUS STUDENTS CULTURE. This study aims to determine how to find out the background of LPSI policy formulation, the method of internalization of Islamic values and the process of creating a student's religious culture. In the implementation used qualitative approach with the techniques of interview, documentation, and observation, data analysis using qualitative descriptive technique. The result of the research showed that the background of LPSI policy formulation was based on the mission of the institution and 3 reasons for the establishment of LPSI, namely: (1) the theological reason of al-amr bi al-ma'ruf wa an-nahy 'an al-munkar; (2) objective sociological reasons that encourage indakwah islamiyah; And (3) reasons for structural responsibility as Muhammadiyah universities. The internalization methods used were: (1) the academic domain, through the courses of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) and the certification of lecturers, and the reference equation. (2) non-academic sphere, LPSI cooperated with student organizations in the form of studies, training and Islamic competitions. The process of creating a student's religious culture began with the vision, mission and objectives of LPSI which then breakdown into several policies: first, it was obligatory to follow AIK courses and certification (dimension of aqidah). Secondly, it is obligatory to follow the Qur'an Reading Test (TBQ) and the guidance of Qur'anic tahsinul (syari'ah dimension). (3) the obligation of wearing syar’i dress (moral dimension) with a structural model (top-down).

Abstract

Globalisasi merupakan salah satu dampak dari kemajuan teknologi yang meningkat pesat seiring dengan perkembangan komunikasi dan teknologi dari waktu ke waktu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan penelitian yang bersifat library research. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengatahui pada apa saja yang menjadi faktor-faktor pendidikan spritualitas, dan sosial dalam mempromosikan pada wirausaha. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis, menunjukkan bahwa spritualitas, serta sikap sosial itu memiliki peranan dalam membentuk sikap kewiraushaan yang meliputi pada hidup, etika, integritas, empati, rasa syukur, dan ketekunan. Faktor-faktor inilah yang dapat memengaruhi sikap seorang wirausaha dalam berbisnis, seperti orientasi jangka panjang, pemikiran holistik, dan rasa tanggung jawab sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi perencanaan, rekrutmen, dan pengangkatan sumber daya manusia di MTs Muhammadiyah 4 Jetis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi perencanaan SDM di MTs Muhammadiyah 4 Jetis melibatkan evaluasi sistematis terhadap kondisi SDM yang dilakukan setiap dua bulan sekali, memastikan bahwa jumlah dan kualitas tenaga kerja yang diperlukan tersedia sesuai kebutuhan. Proses rekrutmen dijalankan dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria utama seperti akhlakul karimah dan kemampuan akademis, serta melibatkan tahapan administratif dan wawancara langsung oleh kepala sekolah. Pengangkatan pegawai didasarkan pada kualifikasi dan kebutuhan sekolah, dengan prioritas pada lulusan Strata 1 (S1) jurusan PAI. Proses ini tidak melibatkan orientasi khusus, namun kepala sekolah memberikan arahan mengenai kondisi dan kebijakan sekolah sebelum pegawai baru mulai mengajar. Pegawai baru dapat diangkat menjadi pegawai tetap setelah menjalani satu tahun sebagai guru kontrak atau honorer. Keseluruhan proses ini memastikan bahwa MTs Muhammadiyah 4 Jetis memiliki tenaga kerja yang kompeten dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan madrasah.

Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang manajemen pengetahuan dalam kajian manajemen pendidikan Islam. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa knowledge management merupakan aktivitas organisasi/institusional dalam mengelola knowledge sebagai aset. Diperlukan upaya untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan yang benar secara cepat kepada orang yang tepat. Dengan begitu, mereka dapat berinteraksi satu sama lain, berbagi pengetahuan, dan menerapkannya dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari untuk meningkatkannya. Penampilan organisasi. Penulis berpendapat bahwa penerapan knowledge management sangat penting di masa pandemi COVID 19 agar tujuan institusi dapat tercapai.
