Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the public response to the implementation of the e-PR service by PT. KAI, focusing on service satisfaction and effectiveness. In the context of public service  digitalization, PT. KAI has taken an innovative step by introducing e-PR, an electronic public relations platform, to enhance engagement and communication with the public. Through online  surveys , this study will collect user perception data related to the quality, accessibility, and benefits of the e-PR service. Data analysis will be conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to identify levels of satisfaction and factors influencing the effectiveness of e-PR. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for PT. KAI in refining its digital communication strategy and improving service quality to the public. Thus, this research is not only relevant to PT. KAI but also to digital PR practices in other industries

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to provide a new perspective on the study of entrepreneurship and its relation to the progress of the Indonesian economy And this research uses the literature study method (Library Reserch) and the data obtained in this study will be analyzed by descriptive analysis through literature studies so that studies can be carried out from related sources using data sources Secondary data in the form of data that has been published in the form of e-books, articles, websites and so on that have a relationship in this study. This research aims to provide a new perspective on the study of entrepreneurship based on micro, small, medium enterprises, and their relation to the progress of the Indonesian economy and provide evaluation materials to stakeholders so that entrepreneurship can contribute to the progress of the Indonesian economy. In general, UMKM in the national economy have a role as the main player in economic activities; employment providers; important players in local economies and community empowerment; creators of new markets; and its contribution to PDB and balance of payments. One way to find out the role of UMKM in the economy is through PDB.

Abstract

Peran seorang pemimpin tentu harus benar-benar memiliki kompetensi atau kemampuan yang mumpuni agar organisasi dapat berjalan secara dinamis terutama ketika terjadi perubahan lingkungan organisasi yang dapat berdampak secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap organisasi itu sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang membahas tentang peran kepala madrasah dalam manajemen perubahan pada lingkungan organisasi pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah An-Nuur, Ngangkrik Triharjo Sleman, yang bersifat kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) masyarakat menginginkan madrasah mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang menguasai baik ilmu agama maupun ilmu umum. (2) Kepala madrasah memiliki peran sebagai Catalyst, Solution Givers, Process Helpers, dan Resources linkers. (3) Perubahan yang direncanakan oleh kepala Madrasah Ibtidaiyah An-Nuur yakni; mengenai pelaksanaan sholat dhuha dan tahfidz dilakukan diawal sebelum memasuki jam pembelajaran, adanya surat pernyataan kesanggupan orang tua siswa menjalankan tata tertib madrasah dan surat tersebut bermaterai, adanya pendamping psikologi untuk mengetahui kondisi IQ atau kecerdasan siswa dan pendamping konselor untuk mengatasi siswa yang bermasalah dalam hal moral atau kejiwaan, dan membidik siswa yang memiliki kemampuan khusus dalam mata pelajaran tertentu.Kata Kunci: Kepala Madrasah, Manajemen Perubahan, Organisasi Pendidikan

Abstract

The character and attitude of students is a very essential thing in education. The nature of education is not just transferring knowledge but must be able to change behavior or character for the better. The purpose of this study is to reveal how the teacher's strategy in fostering the character of students during online learning in the scope of SD/MI in the Kalibawang Kulon Progo area. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, namely by collecting data at several State Elementary Schools (SDN) and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Ma'arif Kalibawang Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta, as well as various sources such as scientific journals, books, and other documents related to analysis of online learning and its impact on the development of attitudes and character of SD/MI students. The results of this study found that online learning is the best alternative as a breaker in the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak in schools, but still leaves other educational problems, namely the decline in student enthusiasm for learning, the decline in students' personality characters, and not achieving the subject matter completely. In rural areas (Kalibawang), Kulon Progo, there are several factors that lead to a decline in the personality character of students, including the teacher's lack of intense monitoring of student development due to online learning, the economic condition of the community, namely parents who are busy making a living so that children are not monitored. good educational development, as well as free association children can interact with whoever they want, so it affects the pattern of the character. Therefore, to overcome this, the school rolled out several programs, as well as building communication and cooperation with the parents of students to jointly monitor and supervise the growth and development of their children's education.

Abstract

Background The concept of spiritual leadership of the spiritual leader is one of the efforts to overcome various crises, including the moral crisis of students, as well as the leadership crisis in the 21st century. Purpose This research is important to understand the spiritual leadership of Tuan Guru at the Darul Kamal An-Nur NW Kembang Kerang Islamic Boarding School in the context of Islamic education management. Design/method/approach The method used is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through observations, documentation, and interviews. In contrast, secondary data came from scientific journals, documents, and other sources related to spiritual leadership in the study of Islamic education management. Results The results show that Tuan Guru's spiritual leadership emphasizes creating an organizational environment based on love, empathy, faith, and purity. The crisis of leadership and the decline in students' character can be addressed through spiritual leadership, character education, and motivation. The Focus of Tuan Guru's spiritual leadership at the Darul Kamal An-Nur NW Kembang Kerang Islamic boarding school is the formation of student character and motivation, and the harmonious relationship between teachers, students, parents, and the wider community. Contribution/value This concept illustrates how the spiritual leadership pattern of Tuan Guru shapes the character of students, their learning motivation, and the solidarity among teachers.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of blended learning during the Covid-19 pandemic on students’ learning achievements at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Prambanan. Design/methods/approach – This research was conducted by means of a descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The collected data were analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Findings – This study revealed that blended learning had not been able to achieve the desired learning objectives, since it had not been able to reflect the value of Islamic education as seen from students’ lack of manners, particularly to teachers. This fact is attributed to several factors: 1) Teachers’ lack of monitoring on students’ development and associations during the pandemic 2) lack of motivation to learn, 3) lack of adequate facilities for online learning. To overcome the aforementioned problems, teachers have done the followings based on several aspects: 1) the cognitive aspect, the teachers were proactive by helping students who had learning difficulties during the online learning. 2) affective aspects, teacher set an example to students, trained them to practice regular worship, sharpen their ability to behave honestly, and monitored the development of their attitudes and behaviors through their parents. 3) psychomotor aspect, teachers reopened several extracurricular activities. Research limitations – The limitations of this research are mainly centered on the limited number of samples observed as case studies at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Prambanan. Originality/value – The research findings provide an explanation on the effectiveness of blended learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and teachers’ efforts in achieving learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prinsip dan kriteria keberhasilan edupreneurship menurut perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang penulis lakukan ialah kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pendekatan library reserarch. Teknik pengumpulan data disini yaitu dokumentasi. bahwa prinsip-prinsip edupreneurship dalam pandangan Islam untuk mengoptimalkan berbagai potensi yang dimiliki demi menghasilkan nilai tambah ilmiah sekaligus nilai tambah ekonomis yang relevan dalam bidang pendidikan Islam. Edupreneurship Islam akan menumbuhkembangkan kebiasaan peserta didik dalam berwirausaha untuk tetap kreatif dan inovatif seperti menulis buku sesuai dengan minat dan bidang masing-masing, melakukan aktivitas lain yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah secara ekonomis. Alhasil akan membawa peserta didik pada perubahan yang awalnya sebagai pengguna kemudian beralih menjadi penghasil. Hasil penelitian dari prinsip edupreneurship menurut perspektif islam ini yaitu percaya diri, inisiatif dalam arti enerjik, fokus pada tugas dan hasil, berwawasan jauh ke depan, berjiwa kepemimpinan, berani mengambil resiko, penuh perhitungan, komunikatif, reflektif, keorisinalitas, inovatif, kreatif, fleksibel. bijaksana dalam mengambil kebijakan dan keputusan.

Abstract

This study examines human resource development (HRD) through aspects of compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction among educators at SMK Islam Krembung. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research was conducted through interviews and observations of the school principal and educators. The results show that fair and competitive compensation, including basic salary, allowances, and supporting facilities, plays an important role in improving the performance of educators. Motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, has proven effective in creating a conducive work environment and encouraging self-development of educators. High job satisfaction, characterized by a balance between workload and compensation as well as harmonious relationships among colleagues, contributes to increased commitment and loyalty of educators. The research concludes that good management of these three aspects can encourage optimal HR development, which ultimately contributes to improving the quality of education in schools. It is recommended that school management consistently pay attention to and manage aspects of compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction to support sustainable human resource development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keefektifan Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (TQM) dalam meningkatkan kualitas lembaga pendidikan Islam. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan TQM melalui prinsip-prinsip dasar, komponen utama, serta efektivitas kepemimpinan dan kerja tim dalam mendukung implementasi yang berkelanjutan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kajian literatur dan analisis dokumen dari berbagai sumber relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip TQM, seperti fokus pada pelanggan, perbaikan berkelanjutan, pengambilan keputusan berbasis fakta, serta keterlibatan semua elemen organisasi, memainkan peran kunci dalam menciptakan lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu tinggi. Komponen penting seperti komitmen terhadap perubahan, visi masa depan yang terarah, dan perencanaan strategis juga diidentifikasi sebagai elemen pendukung utama. Kepemimpinan yang efektif, dengan kemampuan memotivasi dan mengarahkan tim, berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Selain itu, kerja tim yang solid mendukung kolaborasi yang memperkuat kemampuan institusi dalam mencapai tujuan kualitas. Implementasi TQM terbukti mampu mengurangi kesenjangan mutu pendidikan, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, serta menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan globalisasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kompetensi kepemimpinan, budaya kerja sama tim, serta evaluasi dan pembaruan strategi TQM secara berkelanjutan. Hal ini diharapkan mampu mendukung pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang lebih inovatif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan pendidikan karakter di pesantren sebagai tindakan preventif maraknya kasus klitih. Teori yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori belajar sosial milik Albert Bandura. Penelitian dengan metode kepustakaan ini menggunakan sumber data penelitian dari buku, artikel berita online, jurnal ilmiah, dan penelitian terdahulu yang mengandung informasi terkait permasalahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam melakukan pengembangan karakter di pesantren sebagai upaya preventif atas kasus klitih. Pertama, pendidikan karakter ditekankan pada pengembangan nilai kemandirian, tanggung jawab, kasih sayang, serta menghormati dan menghargai orang lain. Kedua, berprinsip pada model pembelajaran modeliing Bandura dan lima prinsip pengembangan karakter Lickona. Ketiga, mempertahankan lingkungan dan ciri khas pesantren yang suportif dengan pengembangan pendidikan karakter. Keempat, memerlukan usaha yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan serta melibatkan seluruh elemen pendidik pesantren.Keyword:
