Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran eksperimen terhadap hasil belajar fisika dengan pokok bahasan energi dan perubahannya. Desain penelitian ini dengan membandingkan hasil nilai postes dengan kelas eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran Eksperimental learning berbasis PhET dan kelas kontrol dengan model pembelajaran biasa (konvensional). Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan peserta didik kelas X-MIPA SMA Argopuro Panti yang berjumlah 60 siswa yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen (X-MIPA 1) dan kelas kontrol (X-MIPA 2). Hasil penelitian dan hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai postes pada kelas eksperimen lebih baik dibandingkan kelas kontrol dan pada uji Independent T-Test didapatkan signifikansi sebesar 0,023 atau kurang dari 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai postes kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran eksperimen dengan PhET Simulation memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Argopuro Panti.

Abstract

Abstract:  This study was conducted to analyze the level of critical thinking and its impact on the physics learning outcomes of physics education students at Lember University, specifically in the topic of Projectile Motion. The research employed a survey method with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The study included one variable, where the participants were given two sets of tasks. In the first set, they were assessed to measure their critical thinking abilities (X), while in the second set, they were tested on their physics learning outcomes in the topic of Projectile Motion (Y). The results of the descriptive analysis showed that 70% of the samples possessed a moderate level of critical thinking ability. Similarly, the physics learning outcomes were categorized as moderate, with 56.68% of the samples falling into this category. The analysis confirmed a positive relationship, as the correlation analysis using SPSS IBM 25 yielded a positive result of 0.000 for the correlation between critical thinking ability and physics learning outcomes among the physics education students. Based on the analysis, it is evident that critical thinking skills have a significant correlation with the physics learning outcomes of the students. Therefore, the statistical testing results demonstrate a significant positive relationship between critical thinking ability and the learning outcomes of students in the topic of Projectile Motion. This implies that the higher the students' critical thinking skills, the better their learning outcomes will be.Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar tingkat berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar fisika mahamahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika di Universitas Jember pada materi fisika Gerak Parabola. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survey dengan teknik korelasi. Dalam penelitian ini diperlukan 1 kelompok, dimana setiap responden dalam kelompok tersebut diberikan 2 perlakuan. Pada perlakuan pertama, responden diberikan tes untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis fisika peserta didik (X) dan pada perlakuan kedua responden diberikan tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar fisika mahamahasiswa fisika pada pokok bahasan gerak parabola (Y). Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 70% sampel memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis pada tingkat kategori sedang. Sama halnya dengan nilai hasil belajar mahamahasiswa yang menduduki kategori sedang sebanyak 56,68% sampel. Pengujian analisis dibuktikan bahwa adanya hubungan positif karena pada pengujian analisis korelasi didapat hasil positif yang diperoleh dari aplikasi SPSS IBM 25 yaitu sebesar 0.000 untuk hubungan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan hasil belajar mahamahasiswa pendidikan fisika. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut diketahui bahwa keterampilan berpikir kritis memiliki korelasi tinggi terhadap hasil belajar mahamahasiswa pendidikan fisika. Dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan hasil belajar mahamahasiswa dalam materi Gerak parabola. Artinya, semakin tinggi kemampuan berpikir kritis mahamahasiswa, maka akan semakin tinggi pula hasil belajarnya.

Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of the Relationship between Critical Thinking Ability and Learning Outcomes of Physics Education Students on Mathematical Pendulum Material. This study aims to determine the relationship between critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of physics education students on mathematical pendulum material. In this mathematical pendulum material, critical thinking skills are needed by each student because they need to understand the concept of simple harmonic vibrations and the various components in it. This research method is conducted quantitatively correlative, which describes and investigates the relationship between variables. The correlation coefficient number in the results above shows 0.521 or a positive value, so the relationship between variables is unidirectional. This can be interpreted that the higher the critical thinking skills of students, the higher the student learning outcomes. Based on the correlation coefficient number on the research results, the level of relationship between critical thinking skills and physics learning outcomes on mathematical pendulum material is a moderate correlation. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa pendidikan fisika pada materi bandul matematis. Pada materi bandul matematis ini diperlukan keterampilan berpikir kritis setiap mahasiswa karena perlu memahami konsep dari getaran harmonik sederhana dan berbagai komponen di dalamnya. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif korelatif, yang dimana menggambarkan dan menyelidiki hubungan antar variabel. Pada hasil di atas angka koefisien korelasi menunjukkan 0,521 dapat diartikan bernilai positif, maka dari itu hubungan antar variabel mempunyai sifat searah. Hal tersebut diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa maka akan semakin tinggi juga hasil belajar mahasiswa. Menurut angka koefisien korelasi pada hasil penelitian, maka tingkat hubungan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan hasil belajar fisika pada materi bandul matematis adalah korelasi sedang. Hasil dan diskusi penelitian mengidentifikasi bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa memiliki kencenderungan baik.

Abstract

Magnetic field props not only help students in understanding the basic concepts of magnetic fields, but also help in proving the existence of magnetic fields in electric current wires. The magnetic field practicum tool around the current wire, with that tool, students can conduct experiments to prove the existence of a magnetic field around the current wire and observe the direction of the deviation that occurs. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The collected data in a quantitative descriptive manner is used to provide an overview of the actual situation, as well as to answer questions related to the status of the subject of the study. The experiment was carried out by changing the voltage value, namely at 1.5V and 3V to analyze the difference. The relationship between the magnitude of the voltage V to the strength of the current I is directly proportional. That is, the greater the voltage given, the greater the current generated, and vice versa. Then the relationship between the strength of current I to the magnitude of deviation B is directly proportional. That is, the greater the strong current produced, the greater the deviation produced, and vice versa.

Abstract

LKPD is a printed media or teaching material containing guide actors that can be used by students to develop their abilities.LKPD is one of the media to create a better learning atmosphere. LKPD was developed based on the PBL (ProblemBased Learning) model which is a learning approach to challenge students to think critically and acquire real-world problem-solving skills. This study was to analyze the completeness and contextual aspects of vector material PBL-based physics worksheets. This research uses the method of Research and Development (R&D).This development research is used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The steps in the LKPD development stage include an assessment by development test experts, evaluation, and responses from experts and students. Based on the validation results obtained from the first validator and the second validator, it can be seen that the completeness and contextual aspects of PBL-based Physics Worksheets in vector material obtain an average value of 3 and 4 indicating that the results obtained are good. In addition, the contextual aspects of LKPD are able to improve high-level critical thinking skills in class X high school students because the material presented is related to everyday life. Overall, PBL-based physics worksheets on this vector material were deemed fit to be used as an effective physics learning medium.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Project-based Learning (PjBL) yang terfokus untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (R & D) yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan dan menguji efektivitas produk tertent. Berdasarkan hasil data penelitian hasil analisis validasi ahli materi yang menggunakan instrumen penilaian atau skor 1-4 sesuai dengan interval persentasi skor hasil dan kriteria interprestasi. Dapat diketahui pada histogram gambar 1 bahwa skor hasil validasi ahli secara rinci adalah, untuk aspek materi yang terdiri dari komponen kelengkapan materi, keakuratan materi, dan kemutakhiran materi dan konstekstual mendapatkan hasil rata-rata 3,2; pada aspek sistematika penyajian yang terdiri dari komponen teknik penyajian mendapatkan hasil ratarata 3; pada aspek Bahasa dengan mencangkup komponen komunikatif, dialogis dan intraktif, dan kesesuaian dengan perkembangan peserta didik mendapatkan hasil rata-rata 3,25; dan aspek yang terakhir yaitu aspek konstektual yang mencangkup komponen hakikat konstektual mendapatkan hasil rata-rata 3. Sedangkan pada histogram 2 dapat diketahui bahwa aspek yang divalidasi oleh 2 validator. Validator pertama memberikan nilai untuk kelengkapan materi 3,2 , kemutakhiran materi dan kontekstual 3,3 , dan hakikat kontekstual 3. Validator kedua memberikan nilai untuk kelengkapan materi 3, kemutakhiran materi dan konstektual 3,7 , dan hakikat kontekstual 3.

Abstract

The concept of effort is closely related to the concept of energy. Energy can be interpreted as the cause of effort. However, effort can also cause energy changes. The purpose of this study was to determine how the motivation ability and accuracy of PBL-based Physics LKS improve students' critical thinking on the material of effort and energy. This study used a research and development planning methodology. The data collection technique used is avalidation sheet as a validator. In addition, to obtain relevant information about the assessment tool, use analysis techniques, calculation methods to calculate the average score of each component and literature research. Based on the results of the research assessed by material experts and media experts, PBL-based LKS on the material of effort and energy and its use in everyday life is in the appropriate category and this PBL-based LKS can alsoincrease student learning motivation, where they can be more interactive in understanding the material of effort and energy and can think critically. Students can also solve problems about effort and energy material well. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the quality of this LKPD meets very good criteria so that this LKPD can be declared valid and of high quality to be used as one of the teaching materials for high school physics of work and energy. This LKPD has produced teaching materials that are quite accurate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran PBL berbantuan E-LKPD terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajarserta respon siswa setelah pembelajaran menggunakan model PBL berbantuanE-LKPD pada pokok bahasan besaran dan satuan. Jenis penelitian ini adalaheksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Jember tahunajaran 2022/2023 dengan menggunakan dua sampel penelitian yaitu kelaskontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas danjika data terdistribusi normal akan dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesismenggunakan uji independent sampel t test, sedangkan jika data tidakterdistribusi normal maka akan dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan mannwhitney u. Setelah dilakukan analisis data diperoleh hasil untuk aktivitas belajardilakukan uji t dan menghasilkan signifikan sebesar 0,000 yang artinya tesdinyatakan signifikan dan untuk hasil belajar dilakukan uji mann whitney ukarena data tidak terdistribusi normal dan didapatkan hasil signifikan sebesar0,000 yang artinya tes dinyatakan signifikan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkanterdapat pengaruh model PBL berbantuan E-LKPD terhadap aktivitas dan hasilbelajar siswa SMA pada pokok bahasan besaran dan satuan.

Abstract

Physics is a branch of science that studies natural phenomena and phenomena. Learning physics is often considered difficult by students. This thinking can affect the results of student physics learning. This research purpose was to examine the relationship between students' motivation to learn physics and the physics learning outcomes of high school students on the subject of static fluid. The research method used is correlational quantitative. The sample for this research was students of class XI MIPA 4 at SMAN 1 Gedeg, Mojokerto Regency, which were determined using a purposive sampling area technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires for students' motivation to learn physics with the ARCS indicator, while data collection on learning outcomes was carried out by means of a posttest. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis and Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed that the average student’s motivation to learn physics was 3.49 and the students' physics learning outcomes were 67.34. The results of the Pearson correlation test obtained a value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.025 which means there is a correlation between variables. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a correlation relationship between students' physics learning motivation and student physics learning outcomes on the subject of static fluid. The Pearson Correlation value of 0.395 which is in the interval from 0.21 to 0.40 indicates a weak level of relationship between students' motivation to learn physics and students' physics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Arduino UNO design is a series that is carried out through processes to make automatic lights by designing, making device prototypes, implementing, and testing the final device until the device is complete and ready to be tested. The purpose of this research is to develop a prototype of basic physics teaching aids on the subject of Ohm's law. The method used in this research is the research and development method. The results obtained in this study are that the Arduino uno-based automatic light control circuit can be used as a basic physics teaching aid for Ohm's law material. This trainer uses 4 lights that are assembled in series and parallel. In addition, this trainer is accompanied by Bluetooth to connect with an Android smartphone as a light switch controller.
