Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya penerapan suatu manajemen perubahan di lembaga pendidikan, yaitu merubah dari keadaan sebelumnya menjadi keadaan yang lebih maju maka Madrasah tersebut akan diminati oleh masyarakat. Dan masyarakat juga tidak beranggapan lagi, bahwa Madrasah tidak tertinggal lagi dengan pendidikan – pendidikan yang lain. Manajemen adalah fungsi untuk mencapai sesuatu melalui kegiatan orang lain dan mengawasi usaha-usaha individu melalui sebuah proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengkoordinasian, dan pengontrolan sumber daya untuk mencapai sasaran secara efektif dan efesien. Perubahan bertujuan agar organisasi tidak menjadi statis melainkan tetap dinamis dalam menghadapi perkembangan jaman, begitupun hal nya dalam manajemen suatu organisasi. Adapun dalam pendidikan adanya resistensi dengan ini peneliti mengkaji resistensi dalam manajamen perubahan.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan Islam dengan pendekatan bisnis juga harus memiliki sistem dan infrastruktur yang dijiwai oleh budaya perusahaan yang unggul (great corporate culture). Kewirausahaan merupakan sikap mental dan jiwa yang selalu aktif atau kreatif berdaya, bercipta, berkarsa dan berusaha dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan kegaitan usahanya. Pendidikan kewirausahaan, juga memungkinkan individu bekerja dan berkarya di bidang yang diminati, karena mereka berusaha menciptakan pekerjaan mereka sendiri. Implikasinya, tentu akan meningkatkan etos dan durabilitas kinerja. Hal ini akan menghindari jumlah karyawan yang bekerja dengan perasaan terpaksa dan cenderung berprinsip ABS (asal bapak senang), sehingga membuat perahu perusahaan berat untuk berlayar karena banyak pekerjaan tambalan yang harus dilakukan.Pendidikan yang berwawasan kewirausahaan, adalah pendidikan yang menerapkan prinsip-prinsip dan metodologi ke arah pembentukan kecakapan hidup (life skill) pada peserta didiknya melalui kurikululm yamg dikembangkan di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Kerangka pengembangan kewirausahaan dikalangan tenaga pendidik dirasakan sangat penting, karena pendidik adalah agen of change yang diharapkan mampu menanamkan ciri-ciri, sifat dan watak serta jiwa kewirausahaan atau jiwa entrepreneur bagi peserta didiknya. Di samping itu, jiwa entrepreneur juga sangat diperlukan bagi seorang pendidik, karena melalui jiwa ini, para pendidik akan memiliki orientasi kerja yang lebih efisien, kreatif, inofatif, produktif, dan mandiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan laporan ini menggunakan study literatur dengan langkah awal yaitu menganalisis dan menentukan fokus topik artikel ilmiah kemudian melakukan pengumpulan data dari beberapa literatur dan dilakukan analisis isi dari beberapa literatur yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan artikel, selanjutnya dilakukan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di masa pandemi Covid-19 yang telah menghambat kegiatan pembelajaran. Kepala sekolah perlu melakukan manajemen strategi sebagai upaya membentengi diri sekolah agar kegiatan Pendidikan tetap dapat dilaksanakan dan mutu Pendidikan dapat meningkat di masa pandemi Covid-19. Adapun strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan melalui tiga proses manajemen strategi yaitu: (1) formulasi atau perencanaan strategis; (2) implementasi strategis; (3) evaluasi strategis.

Abstract

Currently, character education is in the spotlight because of the many moral declines. Character education has become a model of education offered to overcome the moral problems of children in Indonesia. This is related to the increase in juvenile delinquency which causes moral decline in children, one of which is bullying. In this regard, this study aims to help overcome the problem of bullying through the application of character education. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The process of collecting data in this research is to use the method of interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, namely starting from data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are forms of bullying that occur at MTs Al-Ikhlas Proklamasi Karawang. The forms of bullying that occurred at MTs Al-Ikhlas Proklamasi Karawang were divided into two forms. Namely verbal forms of bullying, such as mocking, shouting, and making fun of calls. While bullying is a social form of exclusion. In the process of implementing character education values ​​at MTs Al-Ikhlas Proklamasi Karawang, it is carried out using three strategies, namely by integrating character values ​​in the teaching and learning process, by habituation and through the culture of the school environment. Efforts made by MTs Al-Ikhlas Proklamasi Karawang in handling this bullying act are in the form of advising and applying the values ​​of character education, but if the student still does not change, the school will call the parents of the students involved in the bullying. Based on the results of this study, the authors hope that the school will pay more attention to the behavior of its students and always instill the values ​​of character education in students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of finger painting media on children's writing skills. This study used an experimental methodology with a sample of 10 children aged 5-6 years from group B, using a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The survey was conducted 10 times in class B TKQ An-Namlu Karawang. According to survey findings and data analysis, early childhood writing skills improved by 34 and 57 points on pretest and posttest, respectively. The findings of the Paired Sample T-Test table show the t-count value of 36,037 and sig (0.000). Therefore, it can be said that finger painting media has a significant influence on children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the number poster learning media at TKQ An-Namlu Palubonsari Karawang has an impact on the ability of early childhood to recognize early numbers. At TKQ An-Namlu Palumbonsari Karawang, this study used experimental research and a one group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 10 children in group A. The research findings show that the use of poster media has an impact on people's ability to detect initial numbers. that the mean score on the pretest, SESA, was 33.50, and the average score on the posttest, 61. In addition, as seen from the findings of the paired sample T-test table, the calculated T-score was 38,439 with sig. (0.000), then the data can guarantee that the use of poster media greatly affects the ability of children aged 4 to 5 years to recognize basic numbers.

Abstract

Through finger painting exercises, this study hopes to improve kids' fine motor skills. With a sample of 15 group A children aged 4-5 years old, this study used an experimental methodology with a one group pretest-posttest design. In group A of the Kindergarten Shafa Islamic Karawang, this study was carried out ten times. The findings of this study show that fine motor abilities increased by 24 during the pretest and by 51 during the posttest. Additionally, as can be seen from the Paired Sample T-Test Table results, where the T-count value is 2,145 with sig. (0.000), it can be deduced from the data that finger painting activities have a significant impact on kids between the ages of 4-5.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pendidikan karakter menurut kacamata Islam. Terdapat beragam keunikan yang menjadikan pendidikan karakter menurut perspektif islm berbeda dengan konsep barat. Hal-hal yang membedakan tersebut terlihat dari adanya penegasan untuk menjalankan pedoman-pedoman agama, aturan dan hukum yang menguatkan karakter, persepsi yang berbeda mengenai realitas, ketidaksetujuan akan teori moralitas otonom dari Imanuel Kant, serta memfokuskan tujuan utama seseorang adalah balasan di hari kiamat untuk mendorong seseorang bertindak sesuai moral. Pendidikan  karakter  dalam  hakikatnya  adalah perjalanan nilai-nilai hidup yang bertransformasi dan berkembang sempurna dalam diri  seseorang  yang kemudian melekat dn tercermin dalam  perbuatan  orang itu. Dasar pembentukan karakter itu adalah nilai baik atau buruk. Dalam pandangan Islam, pendidikan karakter sudah lama diterapkan semenjak Islam pertama kali dibawa di dunia bersamaan saat diangkatnya Nabi Muhammad SAW sebagai rasulullah untuk membenahi atau  dalam istilah qur’an menyempurnakan akhlak (karakter) manusia. Adapun karakter utama Nabi Muhammad SAW yang terkenal luas dan patut untuk dijadikan teladan antara lain Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh dan Fathanah.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Pendidikan Karakter, Islam

Abstract

Behavioristic is an effort and learning process that aims to shape students towards the desired life behavior. In the order of implementation, behaviorism can be applied in fostering healthy living behavior through the provision of stimuli which in turn will produce a controlled and directed response. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of behavioristic theory in fostering healthy living behavior of Raudhatul Athfal Miftahul Falah students. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed through (3) three flow of activities, namely data reduction, data display, and formulation of conclusions. The validity of the data was carried out with two criteria, namely persistence of observation and triangulation including source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results show that school programs to develop healthy living behavior in students are the My Clean School Program, My Healthy School, the School Trash Can Program and the Clean Friday Program. Stimulus provided by school personnel includes giving examples, advice and warnings, as well as giving gifts. Students respond positively and produce changes in students' mindsets who love the environment more and change in behavior, namely getting used to throwing garbage in its place

Abstract

The development of early childhood education institutions in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid progress. This increase can occur if there are many young children who need care (AUD). Quality is also directly proportional to the need for qualified teachers. The demand to become a quality educator reclaims early childhood development, the golden age of quality teachers who can influence the next generation of superior Indonesians, the cornerstone of early childhood excellence. Many initiatives suggest improvement by improving the quality of early childhood educators so that the quality of early childhood education services can be improved. This study is intended to find out how the outstanding skills of instructors at RA AL-HIDAYAH improve. In addition, this research was conducted at RA AL-HIDAYAH. Based on research findings on the professional development of a teacher, a term that can refer to a mental attitude in the form of a commitment from members of a profession to always realize and improve the quality of their profession, the respondents include the head of Ra Al -School Hidayah and all teachers. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive research techniques. The teaching profession is one that assumes an important part in the country's daily routine. The quality of education is greatly influenced by how well teachers carry out their responsibilities, because the education system is influenced by teachers and society. Therefore, the advancement of the teaching profession is an absolute requirement for the progress of the nation. The quality of educational processes and outcomes will also improve as a result of better educators. The progress of the impressive skills of educators in RA AL-HIDAYAH is very much reflected in the calling of an educator, but leaders for this situation should also continue to strive to live up to the educator's calling by involving them more regularly through various school programs and the preparation of both is coordinated by the Training Office in Kab. the Karawang.
