Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formulasi terbaik dari penambahan tepung mocaf dan daging ikan mas terhadap sifat kimia, organoleptik, sesori pada nugget ikan mas yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan SNI 7758:2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian esperimental dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) menggunakan 4 perlakuan. Dengan perbandingan Tepung mocaf dan Daging ikan mas yaitu N1 (100%:0), N2 (30%:70%), N3 (45%:55%), N4(60%:40%) dengan pengulangan sebanyak 2 kali sehingga diperoleh 7 satuan percobaan. Analisa yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu kadar abu, kadar air, kadar lemak, kadar protein dan kadar karbohidrat, untuk organoleptik uji hedonik berupa tekstur, aroma, rasa dan warna. Perbandingan tepung mocaf dan daging ikan mas formulasi 45%:55% merupakan perlakuan terbaik dengan nilai rata-rata uji hedonik warna 4,17, rasa 4,00, tekstur 4,43 dan keseluruhan 4,37. Kemudian hasil proksimat sebesar kadar air 58,77%, kadar abu 2,00, kadar lemak 0,20, kadar protein 5,69 dan kadar karbohidrat 33,34. Sesuai dengan SNI 7758:2013.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the implementation of green supply chain management (GSCM) at Ummi Home Bakery, Palu City. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation and interviews. The results of the study indicate the initial implementation of GSCM through collaboration with local suppliers, tote bag use initiatives, and plastic reduction. In addition, product design was identified as not optimal for efficiency, and production was still manual or semi-automatic. Post-consumer packaging constraints also hamper product recycling, but hazardous materials are avoided and expired products are withdrawn. Waste is dumped into rivers or given to farmers with distribution problems. Another problem is that the integration of GSCM criteria in purchasing and supplier selection is still limited, as is environmental cooperation with customers. Internal environmental management is also not formally structured.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap problem perwakafan di Provinsi Lampung serta bagaimana membangun tata kelola perwakafan modern di Indonesia dengan pembaruan Undang-undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 Tentang Wakaf. Riset ini termasuk riset lapangan, datanya didapat dari BWI Lampung serta akademisi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa problematika perwakafan di Provinsi Lampung meliputi manajemen pengelolaan wakaf belum sehat, minimnya sosialisasi dan literasi wakaf, kurangnya kompetensi sumber daya nazhir dan dukungan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat terhadap wakaf masih rendah. Akibat dari problem-problem tersebut pengelolaan wakaf belum maksimal dan belum mampu meningkatkan ekonomi umat. Sehingga perlu dibangun tata kelola perwakafan yang modern dengan penguatan hukum wakaf dengan pembaruan hukum wakaf yakni UU No.41 Tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf agar lebih responsif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Kemudian, peningkatan profesionalisme nazhir. Dengan profesionalisme nazir akan mampu mengembangkan dan memberdayakan wakaf menjadi lebih produktif, sekaligus mengalihkan usaha tradisional kepada usaha-usaha yang lebih menguntungkan, seperti rumah sakit, hotel, wisata halal, dan lainnya. Abstract

The presence of wild monkeys in the Engineering Prayer Room at Malikussaleh University has become a severe problem for cleanliness and worship activities. Monkeys often damage equipment and disturb the comfort of pilgrims, causing material losses and threatening environmental cleanliness. Traditional methods to repel monkeys have proven ineffective for a long time, so technological solutions such as ultrasonic waves are needed. This study looked at the effects of using various ultrasonic frequencies on monkeys at multiple distances to determine their effective range of distraction. The results show higher frequencies cause more significant interference, especially at close range. At 23 kHz and 26 kHz, monkeys were only disturbed at a distance of 1 and 2 meters, without disturbance at 3 and 4 meters. The frequencies 29 kHz and 32 kHz show interference at a distance of 1 and 2 meters, with variations at 29 kHz at 3 meters. At 35 kHz, the monkeys were highly disturbed at 1 meter, disturbed at 2 meters, and slightly disturbed at 3 and 4 meters. The 38 kHz and 41 kHz frequencies cause significant interference at 1 and 2 meters, and interference is still felt at 3 and 4 meters. Thus, using frequencies above 30 kHz has proven effective in driving away monkeys up to a distance of 4 meters, with the highest intensity of interference at a distance of 1 to 2 meters. It is hoped that using ultrasonic technology can maintain cleanliness, safety, and comfort in prayer activities in prayer rooms and demonstrate commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate factors that are likely to have a significant impact on employee performance at Afdila Cilacap General Hospital, as well as the simultaneous effect of work environment and patient service quality on employee performance. This study used a quantitative approach, with a sample size of fifty people and a population of one hundred employees. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, T test, and F test. The results of this study show that the variables that have a significant effect simultaneously on the employee performance variable of Afdila Cilacap General Hospital are the work environment and the quality of patient service. The performance variable of Afdila Cilacap General Hospital employees is not significantly influenced by the work environment or the quality of patient service. The work environment at Afdila Cilacap General Hospital is the factor that most affects employee performance

Abstract

The Property Research Institute, Savills Indonesia projects that the supply of apartments will increase by 129,000 units by 2022 , therefore it is certain agents property and marketing will continue to grow but besides that they only think about profit without wanting to deepen their understanding of whether what they are doing is right or not. The purpose of this research is to know the practice profit sharing in marketing as well as the view of sharia economic law on practice profit sharing in marketing at CV Bonzela Property Apartement Grand Kamala Lagoon, Bekasi. This research uses a field study type approach (field research). The sources of data used are primary and secondary data, statements of sources and journals related to the thesis. Data collection techniques carry out by observation, Interview, and documentation. Data processing methods are carried out by editing data, systematizing data, and verification. The data analysis method used is a qualitative analysis approach in the method of inductive thinking.  Based on the research results, it would be stated that the practice of profit sharing in marketing on CV Bonzela Property Apartment Grand Kamala Lagoon there is a fraud committed by marketing to the company by doing secret selling, which is only profitable marketing and harm CV Bonzela Property. as for the practice of profit sharing in marketing at CV Bonzela Property Grand Kamala Lagoon Apartment according to Islamic law is something that is prohibited in Islam, because there are many frauds committed by marketing against the company and it is unlawful or prohibited in Islam. Abstract

Music therapy is the professional use of musical interventions and their elements in a therapeutic relationship to achieve specific goals. Rehabilitation of drug addicts through music therapy is one of the concepts of social rehabilitation by helping to recognize and accept different emotions, develop expressive abilities and self-awareness, increase self-confidence, and facilitate relaxation and reduce stress. The research method used in this research is field research. Based on research conducted by the author at the Way Huwi Narcotics Penitentiary, Lampung Province, using the concept of passive music therapy by only listening to music, the object of research tends to only reach the stage of feeling calm and not yet at the stage of changing mindset significantly to leave old habits and replace them with habits. While the activities carried out in the active music therapy process can include singing, songwriting, improvisation, and performing performances that have therapeutic elements so that the use of active music therapy tends to provide a maximum role rather than just listening. Based on the perspective of human rights, this rehabilitation is in line with the recognition of human rights in the 1945 Constitution which is contained in Article 28A, Article 28C paragraph 1 and then Article 28H paragraph 2.

Abstract

Coffee is a leading commodity in Indonesia because it can increase people's income and foreign exchange. Coffee production can be affected by flowering. Flowering can be done by giving flower inducer, a flower inducer solution containing nutrients and Sitokinin. This study aims to investigate the influence of concentration and timing of flower inducer solution application on the flowering of robusta coffee plants. The research was conducted in Petaling Banjar Village, Bangka Regency, from January to May 2023, using a split-plot experimental design with a randomized block design, repeated four times. The main plots were the weekly and bi-weekly time intervals, and the subplots were the concentrations of Flower Inducer, namely 0 ml/liter, 10 ml/liter, 20 ml/liter, and 30 ml/liter. The results showed that the concentration of flower inducing solution significantly increased the number of silver primordia, the number of perfasciculus primordia, and the period of primordia emergence. A concentration of 20 ml/liter is the best concentration that induces coffee primordia and flowers. Keywords : Coffee, flowering, concentration, sitokinin

Abstract

Tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) merupakan tanaman jenis sayuran yang yang termasuk ke dalam keluarga Brassicaceae. Produksi tanaman pakcoy di Bangka Belitung mengalami penurunan sehingga perlu dilakukan usaha peningkatan produksi melalui unsur hara. Usaha meningkatkan hara dan produksi tanaman pakcoy menggunakan pupuk anorganik dan juga dengan pupuk organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pemberian eco enzyme daun Mucuna bracteata dan pupuk urea terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Penelitian dan Percobaan (KP2) Fakultas  Pertanian Perikanan dan Kelautan Universitas Bangka Belitung pada bulan Mei sampai Juli 2024. Metode Penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah eco enzyme daun Mucuna bracteata (M) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu M0 = kontrol, M1 = 3 ml/liter air/polybag, M2 =  6 ml/liter air/polybag, M3 = 9 ml/liter air/polybag. Faktor kedua adalah pupuk urea yang terdiri dari 5 taraf yaitu N(+) = kontrol dengan rekomendasi pupuk N, N(-) = kontrol tanpa pupuk N, N1 = 0,5 g/polybag, N2 = 0,75 g/polybag, N3 = 1 g/polybag. Setiap kombinasi perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali sehingga total keseluruhan 60 satuan percoban. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah anova dilanjutkan uji DMRT pada taraf  = 5 %. Perlakuan eco enzyme daun mucuna berpengaruh tidak nyata pada semua peubah yang diamati. Pemberian perlakuan urea berpengaruh sangat nyata pada semua peubah yang diamati. Interaksi antara eco enzyme dan pupuk urea berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap parameter lainnya tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat berangkasan basah, dan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap berat berangkasan kering. Dosis yang paling baik yaitu dosis eco enzyme 6 ml + pupuk urea 0,5 gram.

Abstract

Pressure sensors play a crucial role in various industrial and scientific applications. The accuracy and precision of pressure measurements depend highly on the sensors' calibration. This study aims to calibrate the HK1100C pressure sensor using a linear regression method, supported by the Arduino IDE software, and to display real-time measurement results via an I2C LCD screen. The experimental procedure involves connecting the HK1100C sensor to an Arduino UNO board, collecting pressure data using a pressure gauge as a reference, and analyzing the data through linear regression to obtain the calibration equation. The results indicate that the HK1100C sensor provides high accuracy and precision. The smallest average error was recorded at 10 PSI with a value of 0.00038%, while the most significant average error occurred at 2 PSI with a value of 0.00372%. Additionally, the standard deviation of the measurements was relatively low, indicating good data consistency. The lowest standard deviation was found at 6 PSI at 0.0012%, and the highest at 12 PSI at 0.092%. The linear regression method effectively calibrated the HK1100C sensor, resulting in accurate and consistent pressure measurements. This approach also demonstrates that the Arduino IDE is an efficient and flexible tool for developing pressure measurement systems tailored to specific needs.
