Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pencapaian kompetensi pengetahuan bahasa indonesia SMA kelas XI pada materi unsur-unsur intrinsik dalam cerpen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan Research and development (R&D) langkah-langkahnya yaitu penelitian,pengumpulan data,desain produk,validasi desain,uji coba produk dan tahap akhir revisi produk. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA PGRI 3 Surabaya. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi ahli materi dan validasi ahli media. Hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan 73 % (baik). Hasil validasi ahli media menunjukan 89% (sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan modul pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada materi unsur-unsur intrinsik dalam cerpen layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Lack of lecture time was a serious problem and must be addressed immediately in the study of photography courses because of the large amount of material; the number of cameras is not comparable to that of students. Moreover, conventional learning through the face of the muka by using PowerPoint makes students bored and less interested in learning. This research aimed to develop e-learning with a constructive approach to photography subjects triangle exposure material and know the feasibility and effectiveness. This research was a type of research R &D (Research and Development )using the Addie model, Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This study involved three validators, namely learning design experts, material experts, media experts and student motorcycle taxis, and there were control classes and experiments with a  sample count of 80  students per class. The method of collecting data using questionnaire instruments and tests. Method analysis data using descriptive percentage and independent test t-test samples. The average assessment results of each expert's percentage were: (a) the assessment of learning design experts 96.66%  of the excellent category; (b) material experts 95%  excellent category; (c) media experts 95.58%  excellent category,  individual trials 84.05% excellent category, individual trials 88.37% excellent category. The effectiveness of constructivist e-learning with significant results in sig (2-tailed) column of 0.00 or significance of < 0.05. Based on the research results obtained, e-learning with a viable constructivist approach and effective implications used in lectures on photography courses.

Abstract

Wabah Virus Zika (ZIKV) merebak pada tahun 2015 hingga 2016 terutama di benua Amerika dan mendapat perhatian dunia. ZIKV merupakan penyakit yang ditularkan oleh nyamuk Aedes, umumnya self limiting dan jarang fatal pada dewasa. Perhatian lebih kepada ibu hamil karena potensi janin mikrosefalus. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) telah mengeluarkan beberapa rekomendasi diagnosis dan manajemen ZIKV baik pada ibu hamil maupun pada bayi baru lahir. Pencegahan dan diagnosis dini ZIKV menjadi kunci utama penanganan.

Abstract

In online learning, an attitude of responsibility is needed in the learning process. Today, the attitude of responsibility in students is reduced. This study aims to look at the student's responsible attitude towards online learning in the interactive multimedia development course. This research is descriptive, namely research to describe the symptoms, phenomena, or facts studied by describing the independent variables, without intending to connect or compare. Data collection techniques using a Google Form questionnaire. The population in this study were students who were taking Interactive Multimedia courses totaling 167 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using a descriptive percentage technique. The results of this study indicate that a very good attitude of responsibility in online interactive multimedia learning is related to aspects of punctuality in collecting assignments and knowing the lecture schedule, aspects of revising work and doing all assignments independently, aspects of using original ideas, and do not do plagiarism works. While the attitude of responsibility that is still lacking in online interactive multimedia learning is related to aspects of participation in online class forum discussions and providing suggestions or input on the work of colleagues, aspects of using illustrations/drawings themselves. So that we get the results that there are aspects of the attitude of responsibility related to social responsibility that is still lacking, while individual responsibility is quite good.

Abstract

The current era is entering a fast-paced and uncertain period. In that era, it has a significant impact on learning. One of the impacts is online learning. However, online learning raises various kinds of problems in its implementation. Student learning independence is one of the problems that arise and must be resolved immediately. If student learning independence cannot be appropriately handled, learning outcomes will also be affected. From the observations, independent learning in students also causes low learning outcomes obtained. Thus, interactive multimedia is here to solve the problem of independent learning in students. Interactive multimedia can help students to learn independently. Interactive multimedia does not only act as a passive means of knowledge but also can be a solution for students to understand introductory learning media courses. The development model used was the Lee & Owens model. The research design in this study was a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results of this study were valid and effective interactive multimedia products and increased student independence. The implication of improving student learning independence ultimately impacts increasing student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Background: To determine the incidence of hepatitis A infections and the clinical profiles of adult patients admitted to public hospitals in Jakarta, Indonesia. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study that utilised consecutive secondary data from internal medicine wards of seven public hospitals in Jakarta between 2011 and 2013. Eligibility criteria included patients over the age of 18 years and an ICD-10 diagnosis code of B15, acute hepatitis A. Case proportion was reported per 1000 people by dividing incidence per year to total in-ward patients. Clinical profiles were reported descriptively. Laboratory results were compared and categorised into groups of patients aged below and above 25 years old. Results: Data revealed that hospitalisations of patients with hepatitis A had decreased from 2011 to 2013. 289 patients were studied, the majority were young adults (18-25 years old) and their common chief complaints were nausea (36%), fever (24%), and jaundice (21%). Higher bilirubin levels were seen in older patients. There were 13 patients coinfected with hepatitis B, one patient coinfected with hepatitis C, and one patient coinfected with HIV. Conclusions: The proportion of hepatitis A infection amongst adults admitted to public hospitals in Jakarta was low and had decreased during the study period. Most of the patients reported classical clinical manifestations. This study found that the targeted age group may benefit from receiving routine hepatitis A vaccinations.

Abstract

Proton pump inhibitor (PPI) has become drug of choice for acid related disease. However, PPI tend to be overprescribed and becoming one of the highest burden for health cost. Some studies showed that PPI are prescribed unnecessarily. Recent evidences showed raised concerns over long term effects of PPI consumption. Several long term side effects such as increased incidence of gastric polyps, micronutrient absorption disorders, infections, and osteoporosis have been yearly discussed. In recent years there has been increased attention to new side effects such as dementia, chronic renal failure, and cardiovascular disorders. Therefore, some health associations had issued warning and guidance regarding long term PPI prescription.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh multimedia mobile learning dengan kemandirian belajar bagi peserta didik. Kemandirian belajar merupakan suatu sikap peserta didik yang memiliki inisiatif sendiri untuk belajar, memiliki keinginan untuk menguasai kompetensi, memiliki rasa percaya diri serta tanggung jawab terhadap tugasnya sebagai peserta didik serta tidak bergantung pada temannya. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Cluster Random Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 30 peserta didik. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan instrumen angket dan wawancara. Pengujian hipotesis terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara mobile learning dengan kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas X di SMK Ma’arif Sudimoro pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam (PAI) selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, diketahui hasil analisis data sebagai berikut; (1) peserta didik memiliki responsif terhadap penggunaan mobile learning mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam (PAI), dibuktikan dengan hasil analisa angket di angka 77 %; (2) penggunaan mobile learning ini menimbulkan efek terhadap kemandirian belajar bagi peserta didik, hal ini terbukti di hasil rata rata yang mencapai 76%; (3) sesuai hasil analisa uji hipotesis dan analisa angket maupun wawancara bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara mobile learning terhadap terhadap kemandirian belajar bagi peserta didik di masa pandemic covid-19.

Abstract

Comics with its features has the potential to increase motivations and creativity and the students' interest in understanding concepts. Educational comics is developed and utilized in classrooms. This systematic literature review analysis aims to focus on comics as instructional media in educational journals across Indonesia since 2018 to 2022. This current study has found that Research and Development is the most type of research employed to study educational comics. Relating to R and D method, ADDIE model has been most selected by researchers to develop educational comics. Elementary school students are the most chosen research subjects. Educational comics are utilized in Mathematics, natural science, Religion, Chemistry, Literacy, Thematic, Biology and English courses with particular topics. In addition, computer-based tools, web-based apps, and a combination of both are to develop educational comics in today's digital era.
