Abstract

Hasil analisis kemudian ditinjau melalui Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA).

Abstract

This research modifies the theory of planned behavior in Muslim decision making in purchasing halal certified products among madrasah teachers and is the first research that is used as the object of research, namely madrasah teachers. The assumptions offered are: (1) attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control and purchase intentions influence the decisions of madrasah teachers in Bone district buying halal certified products, (2) Finding out the magnitude of the direct and indirect influence on Muslims' decisions to buy halal certified food with the theory of planned behavior on madrasah teachers.  In achieving this goal, an inductive approach was used with a quantitative method in collecting data using a closed questionnaire technique via Google Form which was constructed using variables adopted from the theory of planned behavior by taking samples randomly from North Bone, city and South Bone areas which have schools. madrasa. The sample size criteria were adjusted to the analysis of the variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the partial Least Square (PLS) method. The required data is collected using observation methods, distributing questionnaires and documentation. The data that has been collected is analyzed quantitatively and the data that has been obtained through observation is expressed based on narrative. The research results show that the findings of this research show three things. First, attitude has no influence on the decision to buy halal-certified food, only Subjective norm and behavioral control variables have a direct influence on a person's decision to use halal products, especially among madrasah teachers in Bone Regency. Second, lack of literacy regarding purchasing decisions. Third, all variables when constructed through moderating variables to see the indirect influence have no influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Background: Nursing students have a higher risk of depression due to their high academic burden, social isolation, pandemic loneliness, abrupt online learning, and financial difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. Although the disruption of social network patterns during the pandemic has been observed in previous studies, it is still not fully understood which source of social support is associated with depression among nursing students.Purpose: This study aimed to assess the correlations between sources of social support and depression among nursing students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: An online cross-sectional study was conducted between May and September 2021. Nursing students (n=734) from seven universities across four provinces in Indonesia were recruited as participants using convenience sampling methods. Data were obtained through online questionnaires consisting of the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) to assess social support and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) to assess depression. Spearman-Rank correlation tests were used to examine the correlations between sources of social support and depression.   Results: Most of the nursing students (85.1%) were female, with a mean age of 19.94 years (SD=1.42). Many nursing students (n=313; 42.6%) experienced depression. Most of the students (n=465; 63.4%) perceived high family support, moderate friends (n=415; 56.5%) and significant others’ support (n=437; 59.5%). Of the three sources of social support (family, friends, and significant others), only family support had a significant inverse correlation with depression (Rho=-0.492, p<0.001).Conclusion: Family support had a significant inverse and moderate correlation with depression among nursing students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our findings provided information to nursing educators to incorporate a strategy to maintain robust family support and regular depression assessments as part of the online learning curriculum. Therefore, it can be used to ameliorate depression among nursing students.

Abstract

The tendency of citizens in developing countries such as Indonesia to adopt modern foreign nations as social role models has contributed to the marginalization of Indonesia’s own cultural identity. The Pancasila-based character, enriched with local wisdom, represents a distinctive national strength. This study aims to analyze the manifestation of Society 5.0 within the scope of Indonesian education, identify strategies to strengthen Pancasila character in this context, and formulate strategic plans for character formation rooted in local wisdom. This study employs qualitative methods, synthesizing data from scientific books, peer-reviewed journals, and official government documents to capture the latest trends and best practices of the Society 5.0 era, which provide important opportunities to strengthen national character. Findings indicate that the Society 5.0 era offers a pivotal opportunity to reinforce national character. Character education, anchored in local wisdom and aligned with Pancasila values, strengthens Indonesia’s national identity and can be effectively implemented through a comprehensive management approach that encompasses intra-curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities. This research provides a practical framework for character-education management that can inform policy decisions and educational practice, offering a scalable model for embedding Pancasila values into future-oriented education systems.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of auxin soaking and planting spacing on the growth and yield of yam bean (Pachyrhizus erosus L.). The experiment was conducted in Paya Pasir, Medan Marelan, North Sumatra, from March to July 2025, using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors: auxin soaking duration (0 hours, 1 hour, 2 hours) and planting spacing (20×20 cm, 20×25 cm, 20×30 cm), each with three replications. The results showed that auxin soaking had a significant effect on vine length at 3 weeks after planting (WAP), whereas planting spacing had no significant effect on all measured parameters. The interaction between the two factors significantly affected vine length, tuber weight per sample, tuber weight per plot, and brix value. The best combination was obtained from treatment P1J1 (1 hour soaking and 20×25 cm spacing), producing the highest tuber weight per plot (574 g). These findings indicate that a combination of moderate auxin dosage and close planting spacing can enhance the productivity of yam bean. Keywords: jicama, auxin, planting spacing, growth, yield
