Abstract

The income level of smallholder farmers can only meet their daily needs due to the location's remote location and the difficulty of communication access. Based on this, the Government seeks to formulate policies that are expected to have a real impact on increasing the productivity of smallholdings and improving the welfare of farmers. One of the efforts made is the Primary Member Cooperative Credit (KKPA). The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the partnership program at the Windu Nabatindo Lestari (WNL) company in the KKPA scheme, a program to improve the welfare of plasma farmers. The research method is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach using purposive sampling. Research respondents were 60 plasma farmers. Data collection techniques include field observations, in-depth interviews with questionnaires, and analysis of company documents. The results showed an increase in the welfare of plasma farmers after the partnership program. The partnership program at the Windu Nabatindo Lestari (WNL) company under the KKPA scheme positively impacts the welfare of plasma farmers in Pundu Village, Cempaga Hulu District East Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan. The frequency of the number of plasma farmers who experienced increased income before and after the KKPA program was 83.3%.

Abstract

Oil palm is one of the plantation crops in Indonesia which has the fastest development compared to the other plantation crops, one of them is in the oil palm smallholder farmers sector. However, this development has not been completely and evenly distributed, so that the condition of oil palm plantations in the world is considered not in harmony with oil palm smallholder farmers in rural areas. The level of harmony can be measured based on the level of welfare of the existing oil palm smallholder farmers. The research objective was to determine the welfare of oil palm smallholder farmers in Pangkalan Banteng, Central Kalimantan. The methods used were a survey and direct field observation. The farmer who became the research respondents were selected using purposive sampling. The number of respondents was 100. The questionnaire was measured using the Likert scale. The results of the study showed that most of the oil palm farmers in Pangkalan Banteng were in a prosperous standard of living, as evidenced by the fact that oil palm farming was able to meet the consumption needs of all family members, the ownership of savings for the future, the ownership of valuable and durable goods, as well as able to provide social assistance and permanent home ownership. However, some farmer families were still below the prosperous category due to the low productivity of their farming and the small area of land they have, so their income was still low.

Abstract

This study analyses what factors make online learning outcomes better than offline. It is crucial to know whether there are other supporting factors or factors from the students' abilities. The method used in this research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach with six research subjects. The selection of subjects in this study was by purposive sampling. Collecting data in this study using task-based interviews, namely: (1) selecting research subjects; (2) determining the time of data collection; (3) carrying out data collection; (4) analysing data; (5) comparing the results of online and offline data collection; and (6) conclude the results of the analysis. The results of the analysis of this study are that the application of online learning methods and offline methods has little effect on material understanding, enthusiasm and independence in learning. The things that need attention are not the learning method, but how we can foster a good and consistent spirit for education, especially for students with medium and low abilities, it is vital to increase the excitement for learning in all learning methods because, with a consistent enthusiasm for learning, students will be happy. And active when participating in class learning both with online and offline modes.

Abstract

This study seeks to ascertain the impact of favorable emotions and sales promotions on consumer purchasing intentions. This study used quantitative research as many as 96 respondents in Jombang Regency who will visit or have visited Coffee Shop Epidemic. This research employed a questionnaire-based data collection approach, disseminated through purposive sampling methods. Data analysis involved employing various statistical techniques, including multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability assessments, F-tests, t-tests, and correlation coefficient and determination assessments utilizing SPSS 25 software. The results of this study suggest that positive emotions significantly influence the likelihood of making a purchase. Moreover, sales promotions wield a noteworthy impact on purchasing intent as well. Furthermore, there exists a concurrent effect of favorable emotions and sales promotions on purchasing intent.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya gaya-gaya yang terjadi pada dinding penahan tanah; mengetahui besarnya gaya aktif pada dinding penahan tanah akibat percepatan gempa; dan mengetahui faktor keamanan terhadap guling, geser, dan kapasitas daya dukung dinding penahan tanah. Metode pelaksanaan studi ini dilakukan dengan menganalisa dan menghitung kestabilan dinding penahan tanah terhadap daya dukung tanah; menganalisa dan menghitung kestabilan dinding penahan tanah terhadap gaya pergeseran dan penggulingan; danmenganalisa dan menghitung terhadap gaya-gaya dalam yang bekerja pada dinding penahan tanah tipe grafitasi. Bendungan Wampu Kecamatan Kuta Buluh Kabupaten Karo ditinjau dari tingkat kegempaan berada pada zona 2. Daerah ini rentan terhadap gempa dan sering terjadinya aktifitas erupsi Gunung Sinabung. Bendungan ini berada di daerah perbukitan yang rawan terhadap longsor, sehingga pada daerah dengan kondisi tanah lunak akan diberi perkuatan lereng dengan konstruksi dinding penahan tanah.Dari hasil perhitungan stabilitas dinding penahan tanah dalam keadaan statis didapatkan hasil bahwa struktur stabil terhadap guling, geser dan daya dukung. Stabilitas dinding penahan tanah terhadap guling, geser, dan daya dukung memberikan nilai aman yaitu SF > 1,5, Nilai SF(over turning) = 2,331; SF(Sliding) = 2,779; SF(bearingcapacity) = 4,839. Dari hasil perhitungan stabilitas dinding penahan tanah dalam keadaan dinamis didapatkan hasil bahwa struktur stabil terhadap guling dan daya dukung, tetapi tidak stabil terhadap geser. Stabilitas dinding penahan tanah terhadap guling dan daya dukung memberikan nilai aman yaitu SF > 1,5. NilaiSF(Sliding) 1,028 < 1,5; Nilai SF(over turning) = 1,849; SF(bearingcapacity) = 1,779.Nilai SF menjadi lebih kecil setelah konstruksi memikul beban gempa.

Abstract

Tindakan korupsi di sektor swasta yang diatur di dalam UNCAC contohnya adalah tindakan memperkaya diri sendiri secara tidak sah (illicit enrichment- kekayaan yang diperoleh dari cara tidak wajar), penggelapan kekayaan di sektor swasta, penyuapan di sektor swasta, dan perdagangan pengaruh. Fokus permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaturan hukum mengenai suap di sektor swasta menurut United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dipahami bahwa Isi dari United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) memberikan penjelasan mengenai suap pada sektor publik dan swasta. Dalam hal sektor swasta dijelaskan dalam Pasal 12, 15 dan Pasal 21 United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis desktop pada Perpustakaan SMKN 40 Jakarta menggunakan Metode Waterfall pada SDLC (System Development Lifecycle) untuk mengubah atau mengembangkan sistem. Sistem informasi perpustakaan pada Perpustakaan SMKN 40 Jakarta berbasis desktop dibuat untuk mengelola data buku, input data peminjaman, juga untuk melakukan perhitungan total denda berdasarkan jumlah keterlambatan dalam pengembalian, data yang telah dimasukkan dan dapat digunakan untuk mencetak lembar peminjaman buku. Dengan adanya sistem informasi perpustakaan dibuat dengan Netbeans dan MySQL sebagai databasenya, proses perhitungan biaya denda pengembalian dapat di lakukan secara otomatis tanpa perlu menghitung secara manual dan valid.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kelayakan pemberian kredit kepada nasabah yang masih bersifat manual di Bank ANZ Indonesia, proses penentuan kelayakan pemberian kredit kepada nasabah yang ada sekarang ini masih belum efisien. Tujuan dirancangnya suatu sistem pendukung keputusan kelayakan pemberian kredit kepada nasabah agar memudahkan pimpinan dalam penentuan kelayakan pemberian kredit kepada nasabah dari hasil kinerja dan proses perhitungannya terkomputerisasi dengan menggunakan metode SAW. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Additive Weighting dalam penyelesaian permasalahan yang sudah diteliti. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan laporan data kelayakan pemberian kredit kepada nasabah pada Bank ANZ Indonesia yang akurat sehingga dapat membantu dalam membuat strategi di masa yang akan datang. Sistem aplikasi yang dirancang sudah layak digunakan untuk proses penilaian kelayakan pemberian kredit kepada nasabah pada Bank ANZ Indonesia karena sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan, sehingga dapat mempermudah pimpinan dalam proses penginputan data serta pembuatan laporan.

Abstract

Background. Security has a job description that will guide and direct so that the work becomes smooth and controlled according to the regulations set by the company. Research Purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job descriptions on employee performance. Research Method. This study uses an explanatory quantitative research approach using a survey as a data collection tool that aims to determine how a variable affects other variables. The population in this study were all employees of the security department in a company with a total of 46 people. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling because it takes samples from the entire total population, using a Likert scale, this research is a survey research where primary data is collected through distributing questionnaires, secondary data is collected from companies, and literature studies. The data analysis method used is the descriptive analysis method with a simple linear regression analysis technique and Crosstab as a tool to calculate whether there is a relationship or influence between Job description on employee performance. Findings. The results of simple linear regression analysis, it can be said that the dependent variable (Y) changes to the independent variable (X), but the remaining part is caused by other factors that are not included in the model or this study, including the variables of motivation and ability. Conclusion. The job description variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the security department of the company.
