Abstract

This article examines the complex relationship between morality and business ethics in the context of Indonesian law. Taking a normative approach and using conceptual and comparative research methods, this study explores the impact of business law on ethical practices that are increasingly important amid rapid economic growth and intense business competition. An understanding of business ethics is closely related to moral conduct in business activities, which is important for maintaining corporate reputation and consumer trust. In addition, this article explores the challenges faced by companies in implementing effective ethical and legal practices, as well as the negative impacts of unethical business practices, such as environmental damage and human rights violations. This research underscores the importance of integrating ethics in business strategy to support sustainable economic growth and societal well-being.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran warna dan komposisi dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna pada desain grafis digital melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan menerapkan metodologi fenomenologi dan studi kasus, penelitian berfokus pada pengalaman subjektif praktisi desain grafis profesional serta analisis implementasi praktis dari prinsip-prinsip desain. Proses analisis data mengungkapkan bahwa prinsip warna dan komposisi memiliki pengaruh dominan dalam membentuk reaksi emosional, preferensi visual, dan pola atensi pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa warna primer efektif dalam menarik perhatian awal, sementara komposisi berbasis grid memfasilitasi navigasi dan pemahaman struktur informasi. Selain itu, pemilihan kontras warna yang tepat dapat memperkuat hierarki visual dan meningkatkan keterbacaan elemen desain. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pembaruan berupa pedoman strategi desain berbasis pengalaman yang mencakup penggunaan palet warna dinamis dan panduan komposisi fleksibel yang adaptif terhadap konteks pengguna. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan fenomenologis sangat efektif dalam mengungkap insight desain yang berakar pada pengalaman subjektif, memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam tentang proses kreatif yang autentik dalam desain grafis digital.

Abstract

Liquid organic fertilizer is one type of fertilizer that is widely circulated in the community which is produced from the fermentation of leaf waste or animal waste. This study aims to utilize fruit waste as a production material for making Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC), in addition to determining the effectiveness of variations in sugar sources and EM4 concentrations on the quality of the POC produced. The production process of liquid organic fertilizer in this study used types of sugar with variations of granulated sugar, brown sugar, mixed sugar (granulated sugar + brown sugar) and without sugar and EM4 bioactivator concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%. The results obtained from the nitrogen analysis ranged from 0.1-0.3 which when associated with the SNI POC did not meet the standard. Liquid organic fertilizer was obtained from testing the phosphorus content in 30% brown sugar, which was 0.00931. While the best potassium content analysis results were found in the EM4 10% granulated sugar variation sample with a result of 0.30%.

Abstract

Aircraft is a type of transportation that can reach a certain area in a short time compared to other types of transportation. Every aircraft used will experience a decrease in performance along with the use of flight hours, to maintain and restore the aircraft condition to its original condition, maintenance effectiveness is needed. Aircraft maintenance carried out to keep the aircraft systems or components working properly, one of the components that need maintenance is the Air Separation Module. The purpose of this study to determine the reliability, failure rate, type of failure, and effectiveness of maintenance of the Air Separation Module.

Abstract

Digitalization has brought significant changes to education, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI), which has long been characterized by normative and traditional approaches, thus requiring adaptation to remain relevant to the learning characteristics of the digital-era generation. This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by the PAI curriculum in the digital era, including curriculum transformation, teacher readiness and digital competence, access and infrastructure availability, and the integration of Islamic values with digital literacy. This research employs a qualitative method through library research by analyzing books, scholarly articles, and educational policy documents using content analysis techniques. The findings indicate that digitalization offers opportunities for more varied, interactive, and flexible PAI learning through online platforms, multimedia resources, and blended learning models. However, the use of technology remains limited due to low teacher digital competence, inadequate infrastructure, and insufficient digital literacy among students. Additionally, the PAI curriculum faces substantive challenges related to integrating Islamic values with critical thinking skills, media ethics, and digital literacy to prevent students from falling into religious misinformation or value degradation. Therefore, the transformation of the PAI curriculum must be carried out comprehensively by strengthening teachers’ digital competencies, providing adequate infrastructure, and reconstructing the curriculum to combine Islamic spiritual values with 21st-century digital skills, ensuring that PAI learning remains relevant, meaningful, and adaptive to technological advancements.

Abstract

Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) has the natural resources with the potential of beauty and geological diversity which are the result of the past process that potentially become a geotourism area. This research is conducted to identify the potential of geosites, by finding and mapping geological sites scattered in this region. The research is conducted by using literature review methods, field observations, laboratory analysis, geological site assessment analysis. Geosite assesment analysis method is done by using assessment according to Kubalikova, 2013 which is used to provide an assessment of the feasibility of the geological sites location. The result of quantitative analysis of the assessment method that is conducted shows that there are only 8 (eight) geological sites that are possible to be developed into geotourism objects. Based on all the sites found, 2 (two) routes of geotrack tour were made, namely the west route and the east route. Keywords: Bantul; Geosite; Kubalíková; Geotourism

Abstract

This study explores the academic literacy challenges faced by night class students in English Language Education who also work full-time. Using a qualitative narrative inquiry approach, five students from Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya shared their experiences navigating English academic reading and writing under the pressure of limited time, cognitive fatigue, and minimal institutional support. The findings reveal that these learners often struggle to comprehend complex texts and structure academic writing, not due to a lack of motivation, but because of structural and emotional constraints. Many rely on coping strategies such as digital tools or peer support, though these are often insufficient for deep learning. The study highlights that current academic systems are not fully responsive to the realities of non-traditional learners. It recommends inclusive literacy support such as flexible feedback mechanisms, evening-based writing clinics, and integrated instruction. This research calls for a shift toward more equitable and empathetic approaches in English language education

Abstract

Hutan Kemasyarakatan merupakan kebijakan pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk menekan laju deforestasi denga nmelibatkan masyarakat setempat melalui pemanfaatan sumberdaya hutan. Masyarakat di Kecamatan Sungai Durian melalui izin Hutan Kemasyarakatan dapat melakukan pemanfaatan sumberdaya hutan. Salah tegakan yang diusahakan masyarakat adalah jenis Sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria). Selain manfaat ekonomi yang didapatkan dari pengelolaan tegakan sengon, manfaat ekologi juga didapatkan dengan terciptanya habitat bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jenis vegetasi lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu menganalisis kehadiran jenis vegetasi dan indeks nilai penting pada tegakan pohon utama Sengon di Hutan Kemasyarakatan wilayah KPH Sengayam. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode plot ganda yang terdapat petak contoh dengan teknik sampling dan ditentukan secara acak di sekitar jalan raya, di tengah petak ukur, dan di dekat aliran Sungai. Observasi dan wawancara kepada pengusaha di daerah KPH Sengayam juga dilakukan dalam penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu jumlah jenis vegetasi paling banyak ditemukan pada tegakan utama pohon sengon dengan 22 jenis., nilai INP tertinggi pada tegakan pohon utama sengon adalah jenis Pulai sebesar 18,81 % dan untuk nilai terendahnya yakni Nangka dengan nilai INP 9,45 %. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa tegakan sengon dapat menciptakan kondisi yang adaptif bagi perkembangan vegetasi lainnya di hutan kemasyarakatan.

Abstract

The greater human need for livestock continues to increase along with increasing population growth. Therefore, optimization is needed in the livestock processing process, while some livestock equipment today is still classified as conventional, which still uses human power and is manual in nature, for example the animal feeding system. With the development of technology that can be applied to the shutter, it is necessary to optimize animal feeding systems such as automatic weighing systems. The automatic weighing system is one of the innovations that supports the performance of a mixing tool (mixer) which is designed to mix unused plantation industry waste such as sugar cane shoots, palm fronds, bagasse, palm oil meal, etc. in the animal feeding system. This research begins with a search for related literature, followed by making a tool design which then based on the design that has been made this tool can be realized accompanied by testing whether this tool is in accordance with the desired specifications. The progress of this research is in the stage of making schematic wiring diagrams for making printed circuit board (PCB) lines. Next, all electronic components used on the bread board are transferred to the PCB and then PCB prototyping testing is carried out to analyze wiring path errors on the PCB. The next stage is to apply a load to the load cell to ensure the correctness of the program/coding that has been created and the accuracy of the reading results for the given load. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the measurement results are still within tolerance so that this Automatic Weighing System tool is suitable for use. As a final stage, a mechanical system will be created to apply an automatic weighing system that uses this load cell on each leg of the mixer machine.

Abstract

Olahraga tenis lapangan merupakan olahraga dengan menggunakan raket dan bola tenis di lapangan persegi panjang yang dibatasi dengan net. Pada saat ini olahraga tenis lapangan ini sedah berkembang bahkan sampai ke Kampar. Dimana sudah adanya beberapa atlet tenis kampar mengikuti pertandingan nasional dan memiliki peringkat. Namun di Sekolah Dasar tenis ini masih belum banyak yang melakukan latihan dengan rutin. Sehingga bermain tenis hanya ikut ikut aja namun tidak ada mengikuti latihan yang terprogram dan kontiniu.  Untuk itu PKM ini memberikan solusi (1) Memberikan pembekalan program latihan tenis lapangan pada guru dan siswa sekolah dasar (2) Memberikan pelatihan teknik dasar tenis forehand drive, backhand drive, servis dan volley pada siswa Sekolah Dasar (3) Memberikan semangat supaya Siswa sekolah dasar semangat dalam melakukan latihan bersama. Hasil dari PkM ini adalah guru dan anak mendapatkan pengalaman dalam cara cara melatih teknik dasar tennis.
