Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision and communication on employee performance at the Satpol PP Office in South Bengkulu Regency. The sample in this study 44 employees who have become the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Satpol PP Office in South Bengkulu Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 3,762 + 0,510X1 + 0,420X2. The coefficient of determination of the Adjusted R square value is 0.487. This means that X1 (supervision) and X2 (communication) have an effect on performance (Y) by 48.7% while the remaining 51.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the F test show that the significance is 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance level is below 0.05, it indicates that together X1 (supervision) and X2 (communication) have a positive and significant effect together on performance (Y). Supervision has a positive and significant effect on performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on performance because the significant value is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

CV. Anugrah Kirana Motor Bengkulu is an official dealer of Honda Motorcycle. The address of this dealer is at Dempo Street 18, Sawah Lebar, Ratu Agung, Bengkulu. This dealer sells some kinds of motorcycle types like Honda Scoopy, Honda Vario, Honda Beat and other kinds of motorcycle. The research objective is to determine the influence of price, promotion location and service on purchasing decisions at CV Anugerah Kirana Motor Bengkulu. The sample in this study are 80 consumers who purchased automatic type motorbikes at CV Anugerah Kirana Motor Bengkulu. Data are collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed by using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained multiple linear regression equations Y = 12.106 + 0.356 X1 + 0.249 X2 + 0.372 X3 + 0.132 X4 + e. The results of the t-test variable Price (X1) have a positive and partially significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.022 < 0.05. The location variable (X2) has a partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.016 <0.05. The promotion variable (X3) has a positive and partially significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.027 <0.05 and the service variable (X4) has a positive and partially significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.008 <0.05. The results of the F test significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 (<0.05), this indicates that simultaneously (simultaneously) there is a significant influence between price, location, promotion and service on purchasing decisions at CV Anugerah Kirana Motor Bengkulu. price variable (X1) location (X2) promotion (X3) and service (X4) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the calculation and determination of the full costing method through the calculation of the cost of production (HPP) as the basis for determining the selling price at the Mini Tiga Putri Peyek Business in Bengkulu City. The analytical method used in this study is a comparative descriptive method. Based on the calculation of the cost of production carried out by the Tiga Putri Mini Peyek Business, the city of Bengkulu, the cost of production of mini dents per pack is Rp. 8,547.-. and the determination of the selling price based on the market price of Rp. 20,000 so that the profit earned is Rp. 11,453 per pack. Based on the full costing method, the cost of production of mini dents per pack is Rp. 16,213,-. With the determination of the selling price of 25% of the cost of production, the total selling price of mini dents per pack is Rp. 20,000, - so that the profit earned is Rp. 3,787 per pack. There is a difference in the calculation of the cost of production between the company's calculation and the full costing method because the company's calculation does not include labor costs and factory overhead costs, even though the selling price is the same but the profits obtained by the company are much smaller when compared to the company's calculation.

Abstract

This study aims to implement SAK ETAP in the presentation of financial reports and to find out the financial condition after the implementation of SAK ETAP. Research at the Notary Office of Angga Prisma Jelita, S.H., M.Kn in Bengkulu City is a type of comparative descriptive research, to collect and compile data, data collection methods are needed, namely interviews and documentation. The results of research at the Notary Office of Angga Prisma Jelita, S.H.M.Kn Bengkulu City, the financial reports presented are not in accordance with SAK ETAP. Notary Office of Angga Prisma Jelita, S.H., M.Kn in Bengkulu City does not make financial reports, balance sheets, profit and loss and notes to its financial reports. Therefore, researchers have implemented financial reports at the Notary Office of Angga Prisma Jelita, S.H., M.Kn in Bengkulu City in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability.

Abstract

Good public service refers to a person's level of satisfaction with what is received, either an individual's relationship with an individual or an individual's relationship with a government agency. Government agencies as public service providers have efforts to improve the quality of public services, one of which is the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Department of South Bengkulu Regency. To obtain and analyze data on the level of public satisfaction with the implementation of public services that have been provided by the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Department of South Bengkulu Regency. Research methods can be interpreted as tools to answer certain questions and to solve scientific or practical problems. In this study the authors used descriptive quantitative research methods. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded as follows: Based on the calculation of the Community Satisfaction Index which refers to Kepmenpan RB No. 25 of 2018, the Satpol PP and Fire Fighters Office of South Bengkulu Regency obtained an IKM Conversion result of 50.5. The performance of the Mungkid District Office service unit is in the "C" service quality with the "Good Enough" category. This shows that the overall service performance of the South Bengkulu Regency Satpol PP and Fire Department Office in 2015 is in the good category.

Abstract

One of the tools for assessing financial performance is the profitability ratio analysis, which aims to measure overall management effectiveness indicated by the level of profit obtained, whether large or small. The better the profitability ratio, the better a company's ability to generate profits.,The purpose of this research is to assess the financial performance of PT Akasha Wira International Tbk for the period 2018-2022. Data collection methods include documentation and literature study, and the analysis method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, using profitability ratio analysis, including Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return On Investment, and Return On Equity. The research results indicate that both Gross Profit Margin and Net Profit Margin increased continuously from 2018 to 2022, with an average of over 15%, indicating excellent performance. Return On Investment showed an increase from 2018 to 2021 and a slight decrease in 2022 but still falls within the good category with an average of 14.59%. Return On Equity increased from 2018 to 2021, with a slight decrease in 2022 compared to the previous year but still maintains an excellent average of 19.98%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine public satisfaction with public services in the Seluma Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The sample in this study was 100 respondents, namely the people of Seluma Regency. Data collection uses observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis method used is IKM in this study based on KEPMENPAN Number 4 of 2007 concerning Guidelines for Preparing Community Satisfaction Surveys. From the results of the study, it was found that the quality of service at the Seluma Regency Population and Civil Registry Office has met the expectations of customers or the community, in other words, the community is satisfied with the services provided by the Seluma Regency Population and Civil Registry Office office with the criteria "Very Good (A)" which is indicated by the average value of the mastarakat perception of 3.64 at an interval of 3.5324 – 4.00. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) value of 3.64 is at an interval of 3.5324 – 4.00 with the criterion "Very Good (A)", as well as the IKM value after being converted by 91 is at an interval of 88.31 – 100.00 with the criterion "Excellent (A)". Based on 9 indicators of service quality, the highest value is in the fourth indicator, namely costs / tariffs with an average value of 3.74 at intervals of 3.5324 – 4.00 with the criterion "Excellent (A)". Based on 9 indicators of service quality, the lowest value is in the sixth indicator, namely the competence of the Executor with an average value of 3.35 at intervals of 3.0644 – 3.532 with the criterion "Good (B)".

Abstract

The This study aims to determine product quality control at Meubel Warsito business in Jayakarta Village of Central Bengkulu. Based on the characteristics of the assessment obtained by the research sample, namely chair products from 1 to 15 September 2023 using the purposive sampling method. The type used in this research is quantitative analysis. The data collection method in this research is using interviews, observation, documentation and the analysis method is Statistical Quality Control (SQC) with calculations using Seven Tools. Based on the research results, it shows that the number of chair products examined was 200 production units with 47 production units producing defects and producing the highest proportion value, namely 50. The product defects obtained were still below the statistical control limit because the lower control limit (LCL) value was -2,435. The middle value (CL) is 0.235 with the upper control limit (UCL) value being 2.905. So that there is no increase in defective chair products, this research provides the implementation of product quality control so that the at Meubel Warsito business in Jayakarta Village of Central Bengkulu can improve the causes and effects of defective products.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work ability and work environment on employee performance at the Seluma Regency Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) Office. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The data collection method in this research uses observation and questionnaire techniques, with a sample of 60 respondents. The results of the research show that the multiple linear regression Y = 22.644 + 0.134 (X1) + 0.439 (X2) + 3.451. Where the coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the work ability variable (X2) and the work environment (X1) the value is zero, then employee performance (Y) will increase by 0.439. The coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the work environment (X2) and employee performance (Y) at the Seluma Regency Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) office. The results of the work ability test (X1) show tcount 2.984 > ttable 1.6706 and significance 0.004 <0.05, so the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning work ability (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) in the Agency's office. The results of the work environment test (X2) show tcount 6.638 > ttable 1.6706 and significance 0.000 <0.05, so the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning the work environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) in the Agency's office Regional Development Planning (BAPPEDA) Seluma Regency. The result of the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 25.679 > 2.76, so it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between work ability (X1) work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPEDA) office. Seluma Regency. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital wallet usage, specifically the DANA application, on the personal financial management of university students. Using a quantitative survey approach, data was collected from students who actively use DANA in their daily financial transactions. The findings indicate that the intensity of digital wallet usage significantly influences students' financial management, particularly in monitoring expenditures and accessing transaction histories. Promotional features such as cashback and discounts have also been proven to increase students' consumption behavior. The study further shows that digital financial literacy plays a crucial role in ensuring responsible use of digital payment tools. These results imply the need for enhanced financial literacy education in higher education institutions to support healthy financial behavior among young digital users.
