Abstract

Topik pada jurnal ini adalah pemaknaan karya Kaligrafi Surat Al Ashr ayat 1 dengan Gaya Sufi. Surat Al- Ashr adalah Surat yang membahas mengenai waktu. Waktu merupakan suatu alat yang sangat ampuh untuk manusia dalam mengatur segala jadwal antara lain, jadwal kerja, jadwal dalam melakukan aktivitas bahkan jadwal shalat lima waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Hakikat Waktu dalam QS. Al Ashr ayat dan menciptakan media komunikasi visual Surat Al-Ashr ayat 1 dalam bentuk kaligrafi Sufi. Metode yang digunakan Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dari ayat Al-Qur’an, beberapa Tafsir serta buku-buku yang memiliki pembahasan terkait dengan penelitian ini. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah waktu dalam Al-Quran dapat digantikan dengan kata Al-Ashr yang artinya ialah waktu yang singkat, waktu menjelang terbenamnya matahari dan bisa juga dimaknai sebagai suatu masa secara mutlak. Implikasi dari penelitian yang didasarkan pada penciptaan karya Kaligrafi Sufi ini sebagaimana kata sebagian ulama bahwa kata Ashr pada ayat pertama Surat ini adalah Waktu, ada juga yang berpendapat bahwa ia adalah waktu atau masa dimana langkah dan gerak tertampung di dalamnya, serta Ada juga menyatakan waktu dimana shalat ashar dilaksanakan dan ada juga pendapat ulama tentang waktu sebagai masa kehadiran nabi Muhammad SAW di dunia ini.

Abstract

Post Dural Puncture Headache (PDPH) is the most common complication that occurs in spinal anesthesia techniques resulting from a tear in the dura mater which causes a leak in the Cerebrospinal Liquor (LCS). This study aims to describe the incidence of complications of headache in post-spinal anesthesia patients. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional study design. The population and sample of this study were all post-sectio caesarea patients with spinal anesthesia in the last 1 month of January 2022, namely 46 people using the total sampling technique. Data is taken directly from the subject as a source of information under study, namely the results of observations. The results showed that the majority of PDPH incidents were 18 respondents (39.1%) aged 30-39 years, most of them experienced PDPH with a mild pain scale of 12 respondents (37.5%), most of the respondents who experienced PDPH had BMI with the normal category as many as 16 respondents (34.8%), the majority of respondents who experienced PDPH with a quinckie needle size of 26 were 18 respondents (39.1%). This study concluded that most of the respondents who experienced PDPH were aged 30-39 years with normal BMI and a quinckie needle size of 26 at Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli General Hospital, Pidie Aceh District.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of third-party funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), return on assets (ROA), Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO), and NPL (Non-Performing Loans) on Credit Distribution to commercial banks listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesian Securities for the period 2018-2021. The type of research used in this research is associative research. Associative research is research to know the relationship between two or more variables. Thus, Dabat builds a theory that functions to predict and control a phenomenon. The researcher explains whether TPF, CAR, ROA, BOPO, NPL, and Credit Distribution in this study. The population of this study is the banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as many as 42 banks. The sample selection method used is purposive sampling. So the total sampled is 120 samples. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square model using the Eviews Version 12 software. The results of this study found that Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Return on Assets (ROA) had a positive and significant effect on Credit Distribution to banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Meanwhile, Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO) and NPL (Non-Performing Loans) have a negative and significant effect on Credit Distribution to banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to determine: 1) the description of students' psychological well-being, 2) the interest in learning among students in the class, 3) whether psychological well-being affects students' learning motivation, 4) whether interest in learning affects students' learning motivation, and 5) whether psychological well-being and interest in learning together affect students' learning motivation. The method used in this research is quantitative. The analysis employs statistical and econometric methods. The results of the research indicate that 1) the description of students' psychological well-being is high, 2) the description of students' interest in learning is at a moderate percentage based on the analysis conducted, and the indicator of enjoyable lessons is a highly desired indicator by students while learning, 3) partially, psychological well-being affects learning motivation, 4) partially, interest in learning affects students' learning motivation, 5) the coefficient of determination (R2) shows a positive relationship between psychological well-being (X1) and interest in learning (X2) on students' learning motivation.

Abstract

MAN Model Manado was the most prominent Islamic school in North Sulawesi Province. The student body of more than 1.400 is ethnically diverse. Most of the students of this school were Muslim, and the school with proud of Muslim values and identity, as well as its increasing academic competitiveness. The role of civic education teachers in strengthening the importance of religious moderation in MAN Model Manado used the power of curriculum 13 (K-13) and the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) & Muhammadiyah religious organizations. These two strengths are carried out through an indoctrination teaching strategy, including dichotomy, internalization, and habituation. Their status as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) also influences the strengthening of religious moderation in the learning process. Our research also found that the IPNU (Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association) and the IPM (Muhammadiyah Student Association) base their perceptions on a rational-religious model. In the Manado Model MAN, the position of religious moderation in civics education is more directed to the process of forming public morality rather than class identity hegemony.

Abstract

Technological advances have brought about significant changes and influences in all aspects of human life, including in matters of etiquette. This comprehensive study interprets the concept of etiquette education in Surah al-Kahf and its relevance to Islamic education in the Society 5.0 era. This study was library research using a thematic surah approach. Primary data sources included the Quran and Hadith, tafsir books, and journal articles, while secondary sources were taken from other relevant books. Data analysis used content analysis and comparative analysis, with validity checked using triangulation techniques. The research findings showed that first, etiquette must be possessed by learners, namely educators, students, and simultaneously (educators and students. For students: 1) making maximum effort in seeking knowledge, 2) needing rest time during the process of seeking knowledge, and 3) speaking politely to teachers. For educators: answering students' questions politely. For both educators and students: 1) having an agreement in the educational process, 2) having a strong commitment to the agreement, and 3) having a separation. Second, no matter how advanced technology is today, the educational process must prioritize etiquette because etiquette can shape an education that is a blessing for all creation, and the realization of the perfect human being.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa yang buruk serta kurangnya antusiasme dan aktivitas dalam mengekspresikan pikiran mereka.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share terhadap hasil belajar Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam kelas VIII MTsS Ashhabul Yamin Lasi Tuo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan metode kuasi eksperimen dan pengolahan datanya bersifat kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII MTsS Ashhabul Yamin Lasi Tuo tahun pelajaran 2023-2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel (sampling) dilakukan secara random atau Simple Random Sampling dengan kelas VIII.7 sebagai kelas control dan kelas VIII.6 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu post-test dalam bentuk lima butir soal uraian. Analisis post-test yang diperoleh bahwa kedua kelas sampel berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Statistik yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah uji-t indpendent. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS 29.0 for Windows, pada α = 0,05 didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,002 dan nilai tersebut < 0,05. Selain itu, thitung > ttabel (3,299 > 1,267). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap hasil belajar Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam kelas VIII MTsS Ashhabul Yamin Lasi Tuo.

Abstract

Agreement is the source of an engagement. One of the irregularities in the agreement is breach of contract. In order to provide certainty in an agreement, a guarantee can be held and a letter of acknowledgment of debt can be made. This study is aimed to analyze legal settlements in breach of contract and position of vehicle on bail in Cirebon City District Court Decision Number: 35/Pdt.G/2021/PN. CBN. The method used in this research is normative juridical with prescriptive research specifications. Data source used is secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Data collected was carried out by literature study, data obtained was presented with narrative text, and the data analysis method used was a qualitative normative method. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that a deed of debt recognition can be used for a lawsuit in a court if there is a party that neglects the obligations and can create a rights for creditors in compensation for losses caused by breach of contract. Objects that are controlled by another person but juridically owned by another party, that party has full rights over the object so that the object can be used as an on bail object.

Abstract

The decline in water quality in the Pusong reservoir, Banda Sakti sub-district, Lhokseumawe city, has made the Lhokseumawe City Government try to improve the reservoir's water quality by planning a policy for relocating fish cage farmers from the Pusong reservoir to another place. This study aims to identify the characteristics of the Pusong reservoir farmers, and identify the level of willingness to relocate the Pusong reservoir farmers. This research uses a descriptive method. The subjects in this study were the farmers of the Pusong reservoir, which consisted of 53 farmers from the village of Pusong Lama and 21 farmers from the village of Keude Aceh. The results of the study showed that there were differences in characteristics between the farmers of Pusong Lama Village and Keude Aceh Village, namely in the classification of the age of the farmers and the length of time they had been pondering. Farmers in Pusong Lama village are dominated by farmers aged 40 to 49 years, while farmers in Keude Aceh village are dominated by farmers aged 30 to 39 years. The farmers in Pusong Lama Village are dominated by farmers who have ponded in the Pusong Reservoir for 11 to 15 years, while the farmers in Keude Aceh are dominated by farmers who have ponded for 1 to 10 years. The level of willingness to relocate farmers in the old Pusong village shows that 49% of farmers stated that they strongly disagree and 35% of farmers stated that they did not agree with the policy planning for the relocation of the Pusong reservoir. The level of willingness to relocate farmers in the old Pusong village showed that 56% of the farmers stated that they strongly disagreed and 11% of the farmers stated that they did not agree with the policy planning for the relocation of the Pusong reservoir. while the farmers in the village of Keude aceh are dominated by farmers aged 30 to 39 years. The farmers in Pusong Lama Village are dominated by farmers who have ponded in the Pusong Reservoir for 11 to 15 years, while the farmers in Keude Aceh are dominated by farmers who have ponded for 1 to 10 years

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan data objektif di lapangan tentang problematika penerjemahan bahasa Arab di Madrasah Aliyah DDI Takkalasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah Aliyah DDI Takkalasi berjalan dengan baik meskipun ada kendala-kendala yang dihadapi. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah metode mufradah, metode qawa‘id tarjamah dan metode membaca. Penerjemahan masih bersifat harfiah. Problematika penerjemahan yang muncul, yaitu aspek linguistik yang meliputi kurangnya penguasaan mufradah dan qawa‘id. Aspek non linguistik yang meliputi perbedaan latar belakang pendidikan peserta didik, kurangnya waktu pembelajaran, motivasi, fasilitas pendukung dan bimbingan penerjemahan. Upaya mengatasinya, guru dan peserta didik dituntut mengetahui masalah-masalah yang ada. Setelah itu, ditempuh beberapa langkah efektif untuk mengatasinya.Kata kunci: Problematika, penerjemahan bahasa Arab
