Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk membahas konsep 'illat nahwi sebagai alat penting untuk memahami struktur bahasa. Dan juga memberikan contoh yang menunjukkan bagaimana bahasa Arab dapat berubah sesuai dengan alasan gramatikal dan bagaimana perubahan ini memperkaya makna kalimat. Dan juga membahas beberapa aturan yang mengatur 'illat ini dan bagaimana penerapannya dalam teks yang berbeda, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kemampuan kita untuk memahami bahasa Arab dengan lebih dalam dan lebih akurat. Illat itu merupakan sebuah rukun dari rukun-rukun qiyas nahwu, sebagiamana Ibnu Al-Anbariy yang mengatakan: setiap qiyas harus terdiri dari empat perkara, yaitu: Pokok (yang menjadi sandaran perbandingan), cabang (yang akan dibandingkan dengan pokoknya), illat(penyebabnya diadakan pembandingan), hukum (hasil dari perbandingan)

Abstract

Abstrak - Kapal merupakan salah satu sarana transportasi penyeberangan utama antar pulau di Indonesia khususnya di Provinsi Aceh dan Kabupaten Simeulue. Kabupaten Simeulue merupakan wilayah administratif dari Provinsi Aceh yang letaknya jauh dari daratan Sumatera. Dimana wilayah Kabupaten Simeulue dikelilingi oleh laut. Sehingga moda transportasi laut merupakan salah satu transportasi yang digunakan oleh masyarakat dan pemerintahan Simeulue untuk melakukan perjalanan ke berbagai daerah di Provinsi Aceh. Selain itu, keberadaan transportasi laut di kabupaten Simeulue berdampak pada aktivitas perdagangan, industri, wisata dan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat di wilayah tersebut. Salah permasalahan dalam penjadwalan adalah waktu tunggu antara kedatangan kapal masih diperkirakan cukup lama. Hal Ini disebabkan tidak adanya ketepatan jadwal keberangkatan dan kedatangan kapal rute Simeulue-Calang. Salah satu penyelesaian masalah ketepatan dan keberangkatan jadwal keberangkatan yaitu penyampaian sistem informasi jadwal keberangkatan kapal yang efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan hal ini maka perlu untuk merancang sistem informasi berbasis website yang memberikan informasi dalam pencarian jadwal kapal laut secara lebih mudah dan cepat. Hasil dari penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dibuat dapat memudahkan proses pengolahan data, pencarian data dan pembuatan laporan serta mengintegrasikan data dan informasi secara online. Aplikasi yang telah dirancang sudah bebas dari kelemahan-kelemahan yang dapat menyebabkan program tidak dapat berjalan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan.Kata Kunci : Sistem, Informasi, Penjadwalan, Kapal, Berbasis WebsiteAbstract- Ships are one of the main means of transportation between islands in Indonesia, especially in Aceh Province and Simeulue Regency. Simeulue Regency is an administrative region of Aceh Province which is located far from mainland Sumatra. Where the Simeulue Regency area is surrounded by the sea. So that the sea transportation mode is one of the transportations used by the people and government of Simeulue to travel to various areas in Aceh Province. In addition, the existence of sea transportation in Simeulue district has an impact on trade, industry, tourism and the creative economy of the people in the region. One of the problems in scheduling is that the waiting time between ship arrivals is still expected to be quite long. This is due to the absence of exact departure and arrival schedules for ships on the Simeulue-Calang route. One solution to the problem of accuracy and departure schedule is the delivery of an effective and efficient ship departure schedule information system. Based on this, it is necessary to design a website-based information system that provides information in searching for ship schedules more easily and quickly. The results of the research conclude that the information system created can facilitate the process of processing data, searching for data and creating reports as well as integrating data and information online. The application that has been designed is free from weaknesses that can cause the program to not run as expected.Keywords : System, Information, Scheduling, Ship, Website Based

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan video animasi 2 dimensi terhadap penguatan kosakata siswa kelas III MI Hadanah Darussalam, Kampar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen jenis pre-eksperimental desain one group pretest-posttest. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi dengan sampel sebanyak 16 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata posttest siswa adalah 85. Uji normalitas (Shapiro-Wilk) mengindikasikan data berdistribusi normal, sedangkan uji homogenitas (Levene’s Test) menunjukkan varian data yang homogen. Analisis dengan Paired Sample T-test memperoleh nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) <0.001, yang lebih kecil dari 0.05, sehingga hipotesis nol (H₀) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Hₐ) diterima. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan video animasi 2 dimensi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan penguatan mufradat siswa kelas III MI Hadanah Darussalam, Kampar.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and COVID-19 pandemic have accelerated the adoption of digital technology in education, yet Islamic educational institutions face unique challenges in balancing technological modernization with the preservation of authentic Islamic values and scholarly traditions. This research employs the theoretical framework of Resource-Based View (RBV) and the Islamic concept of tawhid to analyze how religious values can serve as strategic resources in creating sustainable competitive advantage through digital technology integration. The objective of this research is to analyze the integration strategy of digital technology with Islamic values in educational innovation and develop an implementation framework to achieve sustainable competitive advantage for Islamic educational institutions. The research utilizes qualitative methods with a library research approach through content analysis and narrative synthesis of international journals, academic books, and current research publications validated through source triangulation from various academic databases. The research findings identify three integration models (content, pedagogical, and systemic), competitive advantage achievement strategies through value-based differentiation and network effects, and a five-dimensional implementation framework (philosophical, structural, operational, evaluative, and adaptive) that can create unique value propositions in learning ecosystems combining spiritual, intellectual, and technological intelligence. The research limitation lies in the library research approach that does not involve empirical validation through case studies or direct implementation in Islamic educational institutions therefore it is recommended to conduct further research with a mixed-method approach that combines theoretical analysis with implementation case studies in various types of Islamic educational institutions to test the effectiveness of the developed framework in diverse practical contexts

Abstract

The execution auction of Mortgage Rights is one of the legal mechanisms for paying off debtors who are in default. In its implementation, the auction minutes as an authentic deed have an important role in providing legal certainty for the auction winner. However, in practice, auction winners often experience obstacles when the auction object has been transferred to a third party, resulting in disputes and uncertainty in the transfer of rights. Based on this, what is the position of the auction minutes in providing certainty and legal protection for auction winners for Mortgage Rights objects that have been sold to third parties? The approach method used in this study uses a normative legal approach. The research specifications used in this study are descriptive analytical. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative normative approach. The auction minutes have binding legal force and provide legal certainty for auction winners. However, its implementation still faces obstacles in the form of lawsuits from third parties that can disrupt the validity of ownership of auction objects, even though the auction winner has legally obtained the rights. Therefore, auction winners who act in good faith need to get legal protection. In addition, it is necessary to conduct socialization to the public to understand the importance of auction minutes and transparency in the auction process by KPKNL in order to reduce the potential for disputes and clearer regulations are needed regarding legal protection for auction winners to ensure legal certainty in the implementation of auctions.

Abstract

Legal issues arising from violations of tax provisions are resolved through administrative law mechanisms. Tax legislation grants the state broad authority to collect taxes, making tax law a part of public law, and regulating the legal relationship between the state and individuals or legal entities obligated to pay taxes. The existence of criminal provisions in Tax Legislation, called administrative penal law (Verwaltungs Strafrecht), which is included in the framework of public welfare offenses (Ordnungswidrigkeiten), is defined as all legislative products in the form of laws within the administrative sphere that have criminal sanctions. In cases of tax crimes experienced by taxpayers who have been sentenced to criminal penalties, the convict (taxpayer) is still required to pay his tax administration obligations, resulting in the imposition of double sanctions (criminal and administrative) for the same act (double sanction) which is contrary to legal certainty and a sense of justice, and is not in line with the ratio legis of the Taxation Law. As a doctrinal legal research, this article investigates how the administrative and criminal sanctions are applied in taxation in Indonesia and how legal certainty is guaranteed in the tax law. It is found that criminal and administrative sanctions are applied according to the actions taken based on the qualifications outlined in the articles violated. The procedure for enforcing tax law varies and is applied on a case-by-case basis. Further, administrative sanctions are the precursor to criminal sanctions. While administrative sanctions are the primum remedium applied in tax administration violations, which are carried out to obtain payment, criminal tax sanctions are applied as the ultimum remedium, taking into account the objective conditions related to the act

Abstract

The relocation of Indonesia’s capital is a strategic constitutional decision with significant legal consequences. While Law Number 3 of 2022 formally designates Nusantara as the new capital, it fails to regulate the transition of core state functions. This research aims to identify the normative gaps in the law, focusing on the absence of two key indicators: a legally defined effective date of relocation and the formal transfer of executive, legislative, and judicial functions. This research specification is descriptive in nature and employs a normative legal method as type of research. The conceptual approach is applied to explore legal doctrines to provide a broader legal perspective, the research also employs a comparative approach. Data is collected through a literature review, and analyzed qualitatively through interpretive reasoning and legal argumentation to formulate normative conclusions relevant to the issues discussed. The lack of transitional provisions undermines legal certainty and the legitimacy of government actions taken in Nusantara. The article argues for an urgent reformulation of transitional instruments to restore coherence between political declarations and constitutional order.

Abstract

This study aims to explore effective marketing strategies to maintain the existence of Islamic Educational Institutions in Indonesia, The method used in this study is a literature review (Systematic literature review) whose data is obtained by reviewing articles on the Google Scholar database site. The results of the study concluded that there are 5 steps of marketing strategy for Islamic educational institutions. First, Determining Customer Value (School Vision and Mission). Second, Determining Segmenting, Targeting, and positioning. Third, Determining the Marketing Mix (Excellence of Educational Products or Services, Competitive Prices, Selection of Strategic School Locations and Comfortable Rooms for Learning, Efficient and Effective Promotion, Competent Human Resources, Complete Infrastructure, Accountable, Friendly, Fast and Quality Educational Service Process). Fourth, direct marketing is achieved by creating a website, optimizing IG, TikTok, and YouTube, installing banners, distributing brochures, and advertising on radio and newspapers. Fifth, Indirect Marketing Through Soft Community Service, Student Achievement, the number of alumni who enter their favorite schools/PTN/Education Abroad, and job matching with companies so that alumni can get job access.

Abstract

Compensation money handed over by new residents to old residents of official residences in Langsa City as well as handover transactions for official residences have caused problems related to the status of the contract and ownership rights which occurred after payment of a sum of money which was also recognized as compensation money. Through a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, this research aims to determine the status of contracts, compensation money and ownership rights for official residences in Langsa City from a muamalat fiqh perspective. This research reveals that an official residence transaction that is recognized as a sale and purchase agreement is a false sale and purchase agreement because the old occupant as a seller is not the owner of the official residence as al-mabi' so the status of ownership of the official residence does not transfer to the buyer, but remains ownership. National Police. Furthermore, handing over compensation money is not appropriate because it is contrary to the concept of al-ta'widh, causing the transfer of assets from the party giving compensation money to be illegal to own and not permissible to use.

Abstract

Diarrhea remains one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality among children, particularly in developing countries. Poor hygiene awareness and limited knowledge about prevention are major contributing factors. Health education using interactive media, such as the Quartet Card, can enhance children's understanding of diarrhea prevention.This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of health education using the Quartet Card in improving elementary school students' knowledge of diarrhea prevention. This study employed a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest approach to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention. The sample consisted of  55  students from SDN 7 Singaparna, Tasikmalaya Regency, selected through total sampling. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test results showed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant improvement in students' knowledge after the intervention. Therefore, health education using Quartet Card media has been proven effective in enhancing students' knowledge of diarrhea prevention. This educational tool presents information in a visually engaging format through card-based games that promote active participation, discussion, and repetition. Such an approach creates a fun and interactive learning experience, making it easier for students to comprehend and retain information related to clean and healthy living behaviors.
