Abstract

This article aimed to analyze the codicological and textological aspects of Mbah Ismail's Qur'an Manuscript. This paper is classified as qualitative research based on field research and applies descriptive analysis techniques with the Codicology and Textology approaches. The findings of this study are that the manuscript of the Qur'anic mushaf with inventory number 07.179 which belongs to the Mpu Tantular State Museum in terms of its codicology, this manuscript is written on daluwang paper, measuring 26 cm long, 19.5 wide and 7 cm thick and has 13 lines per page, there is illumination in the form of small flowers which are only found at the beginning of the letters al-Fatihah and al-Baqarah, written using Khat Naskhi using two red and black inks. The manuscript is bound using thread, and there is a colophon. Meanwhile, the textological aspects of this manuscript, the rasm used are rasm usmani and imla'i, regarding scholia, there are scholia maqra', juz names, hizb, text corrupt, and verse markers, In this manuscript, several corrupt (writing errors) are found, which include errors in writing letters and punctuation marks (syakl). This study has the significance of adding to the treasure of Islamic heritage through the earliest Qur'anic mushaf in the Indonesian context.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian yang mengangkat judul ”Penyelesaian Tunggakan Pajak Daerah Melalui Kejaksaan Dalam Peningkatan Pendapatan Daerah” memiliki tujuan untuk membahas dan mengetahui peran kejaksaan dalam metode penyelesaian tunggakan pajak daerah yang pada dasarnya hingga saat ini belum diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, mengingat hingga saat ini kewenangan pemungutan pajak daerah berada di tangan Pemerintah Daerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan mengkaji data sekunder berupa hukum positif, asas-asas dan teori hukum, serta kaidah-kaidah hukum yang berhubungan dengan Hukum Pajak. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan bahwa Kejaksaan memiliki peran sebagai pengacara negara sehingga berhak mewakili negara maupun pemerintah daerah dalam hal ini adalah Dinas Pendapatan baik dalam ranah pengadilan maupun dalam ranah luar pengadilan. Namun dalam kerja sama yang meliputi penagihan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri apabila Dinas Pendapatan tidak berhasil mengoptimalkan pendapatan asli daerah yang berasal melalui penagihan tunggakan pajak daerah belum memiliki kekuatan hukum yang mengikat pihak ketiga yaitu Wajib Pajak sebagai suatu bentuk penyelesaian tunggakan pajak daerah. Kata Kunci: Pajak Daerah; Tunggakan Pajak Daerah; Kejaksaan.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk tugas bagian di Biro Administrasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah melaksanakan tugas di luar kantor (dinas luar). Dinas luar yang melekat pada setiap pegawai adalah dengan mendapatkan surat perintah tugas (spt) sebagai bentuk laporan pertanggungjawaban dari kegiatan yang sudah dilaksanakan. Kendala yang sering terjadi adalah keterlambatan dalam pembuatan surat perintah tugas, sehingga tugas sudah selesai dilaksanakan kemudian administrasi spt menyusul. Oleh karena itu untuk mempercepat penyesuaian administrasi dengan pelaksanaan, maka diperlukan proses administrasi yang memadai, salah satunya dengan membuat administrasi elektronik dalam bentuk aplikasi digitalisasi elektronik surat perintah tugas. Pembuatan digitalisasi elektronik ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall untuk mempermudah dalam pembuatannya. Rancangan model aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan model notasi Unified Modelling Languange (UML) dengan memanfaatkan model use case diagram, dan activity diagram. Kemudian untuk pembuatan aplikasi dibangun menggunakan teknologi berbasis web dengan memanfaatkan kode program berbasis PHP dengan penyimpanan data dengan menggunakan database MySQL. Hasil aplikasi digitalisasi elektronik surat perintah tugas yang dibuat dapat membantu mempercepat pembuatan surat perintah tugas, sehingga dapat membantu mempermudah kinerja dari pegawai/aparatur sipil negara dalam melaksanakan tugas/dinas luar.

Abstract

This research entitled Lift The Flap Storybook to Grow and Raise Awarness about Sugar Intake in Early Chilhood and Their Parents. The purpose of this research is to develop a media to grow and raise understanding of the balanced proportion of sugar intake in early chilhood and their parents. The expected benefit from this research is to provide educational media that is easy to use and understand, and does not harm children, besides that it can instill awareness of healthy living from an early age and an understanding of the importance of balanced food intake by parents for family members. This research is a development research (R & D) using a qualitative approach as a data collection and analysis process. The subject of this research involved 20 parents who have early childhood as participants/media users and also three experts in the field of early childhood education, graphic design, and language as validators. The results of this research showed that: a) of the 20 participants who were involved in the study, 9 families had a pattern of excess sugar consumption, b) the results of media feasibility validation by experts show that the content, design and language in the media are in the good and very good categories, c) the results of trials related to the effectiveness of the use of media by users (parents and children) show that there is an increase in awareness as indicated by changes in sugar consumption patterns in children and parents (families) which initially tend to be more balanced. Keywords: Lift The Flap Storybook, Sugar Intake Awareness, Earlychilhood and Parents.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of various leadership styles on Islamic boarding school management through a meta-analysis and systematic review approach. In this research, data was collected from various studies related to transformational, transactional, charismatic, participative and autocratic leadership styles applied in Islamic boarding schools. The results of the analysis show that the transformational leadership style has proven to be the most effective in increasing students' motivation and self-development, while the transactional style focuses more on discipline and operational efficiency. The charismatic style is able to motivate students, but needs to be balanced with the development of other aspects of leadership to avoid excessive dependence. The participatory style increases students' sense of responsibility and loyalty, although it requires more time and effort to implement. An autocratic leadership style is more effective in contexts that require strict structure and discipline, but can reduce creativity and initiative. This research concludes that an adaptive combination of various leadership styles is needed to create an environment that is conducive to the development of students and improve the performance of Islamic boarding schools as a whole.

Abstract

This research discusses the scope of management and leadership in Islamic education using a qualitative approach. The main focus of this research is to understand how management and leadership systems are applied in Islamic educational institutions, as well as to identify the challenges faced in their management. The research method used is a qualitative-descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that effective management of Islamic education must be based on Islamic principles, such as the values of monotheism, justice, and the welfare of the ummah. In addition, leadership in Islamic education must prioritize morals and exemplary in order to create a conducive learning environment. It was also found that the main challenges in Islamic education management include limited resources, lack of professionalism in management, and resistance to innovation. By understanding the strategic role of management and leadership in Islamic education, it is hoped that Islamic educational institutions can optimize their performance and quality of education

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the contextual learning model in enhancing the learning motivation and reading skills of eighth-grade students at MTs Al Mursyidiyah Pamulang. The background of this research is based on the low interest and motivation of students in reading activities, particularly in the context of Arabic language learning. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest format involving two independent groups. The research sample consisted of two student groups: the experimental group, which applied the contextual learning model, and the control group, which used traditional teaching methods. The sampling was conducted using a census technique to obtain representative data. Data analysis included the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and the Levene's test for homogeneity, both of which indicated that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The results of the Independent Sample T-Test revealed a significant difference between the two groups at a 0.05 significance level. These findings indicate that the contextual learning model has a positive and significant impact on improving students’ motivation and reading skills. The average post-test score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, reinforcing the effectiveness of the contextual approach. Therefore, the contextual learning model is effective and suitable to be used as an innovative strategy that can be implemented in the learning process, particularly in Arabic language instruction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management mechanism of zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) and its contribution to food security, education, and sanitation at the Al-Maun Bina Akhlaq Mulia Islamic Boarding School. Apart from that, this research also evaluates the socio-economic impact of ZIS management for students and the surrounding community, and examines the potential for replicating this model in other Islamic educational institutions. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show that the ZIS management mechanism in Islamic boarding schools is carried out transparently and participatively by involving various parties, such as partner institutions and the community. ZIS funds play an important role in ensuring the food needs of students, supporting access and quality of education, and improving the sanitation quality of the Islamic boarding school environment. The socio-economic impacts generated include increasing the welfare of students, empowering the community, and strengthening the value of social solidarity. This ZIS management model is considered to have the potential to be replicated by other Islamic educational institutions, provided there is professional management, collaborative support, and innovation in resource management. This research provides a practical contribution to optimizing ZIS funds in strengthening the Islamic boarding school-based education system

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video animasi interaktif sebagai media pembelajaran keterampilan menulis bahasa Arab bagi siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Pembangunan Jakarta. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada temuan masalah bahwa latihan menulis siswa masih minim, dimana media pembalajaran di sekolah cukup memadai, seperti adanya e modul berbasis canva, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan TSRD yang terdiri atas tiga tahap: pre-development (perencanaan), development (pengembangan), dan post-development (pasca-pengembangan). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket validasi ahli, serta angket respons guru dan siswa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kelayakan: validasi materi sebesar 80,55%, validasi media 87,25%, validasi responden 83,9%, dan uji coba terbatas 86,94%. Sementara itu, hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa 77,3% siswa menginginkan media pembelajaran yang menarik untuk pembelajaran keterampilan menulis, dan 81,8% menyatakan minat tinggi terhadap penggunaan video animasi interaktif. Dengan demikian, video animasi interaktif ini dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis bahasa Arab.
