Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang muncul di dunia pada tahun 2019 dan mulai masuk di Indonesia pada awal tahun 2020 telah mengubah kondisi banyak sektor salah satunya pendidikan. Kebijakan pemerintah untuk mengatasi covid yang juga rentan untuk siswa-siswi di sekolah dengan melakukan pembelajaran daring atau belajar dari rumah. Hal ini menimbulkan banyak pro dan kontra dari banyak pihak, siswa, guru, bahkan orang tua. Masa-masa pembelajaran tatap muka juga dijadikan bahan perbandingan oleh masyarakat terutama di daerah sekitar Kalimantan Timur. Tingkat efektivitas belajar telah menjadi pertanyaan dikarenakan tidak banyak orang tua yang dapat mendampingi anaknya belajar selakyaknya guru di sekolah, yang memang sudah terdidik dan terlatih menyampaikan materi agar dapat dimengerti. Pengukuran efektivitas juga dapat menggunakan salah satu algoritma k-means dari data mining, dengan melakukan pengelompokan data dan dibagi menjadi cluster, sehingga dapat diketahui hasil analisa untuk pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 siswa-siswi secara acak di sekitar Kalimantan Timur. Kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data menggunakan k-means dan diperoleh hasil dari iterasi terakhir kategori kurang puas sebesar 4,24, kategori puas 1,41, dan angka 0,00 pada kategori netral.

Abstract

The study aim to 1) Describing of business pattern developed farmer households in various typologies of lowland swamp land, and 2) Analyzing household income of farmers in various businesses developed in lowland swamp land. The sampling method used is a simple random sample with a total of  responden  as many as 222 farmers. The study used a survey method. The results showed that the business pattern of households at shallow swampy, ie: Horticulture: annual fruit, Livestock: chickens and goats, trade, household industry, transport services, Rice, fishing, horticulture: vegetables and fruits a season and crops: cassava and peanuts, Labour, fish farming. The business pattern of households at middle swamp, ie: horticulture: annual fruit, Livestock: ducks, trade, household industry, transport services, rice, fishing, horticulture: vegetables and fruits a season, Labor, fish farming. The business pattern of households at deep swampy, ie: Horticulture: annual fruit, Livestock: duck and buffalo, trade, household industry, transport services, rice, fishing, horticulture: vegetables and fruits a season, Labor, fishing, fish farming. Household income in each of the  swampy land, ie: household income  the shallow swampy amounted Rp19.525.400/year.  The household income  the middle swampy amounted Rp20.212.000/year.  The household income the deep swampy amounted Rp18.248.000/yearKeywords: pattern of business, income, household, lebak, surveyABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini 1) mendeskripsikan pola usaha yang dikembangkan rumah tangga petani pada berbagai tipologi lahan rawa lebak, dan 2) menghitung pendapatan rumah tangga petani pada berbagai pola usaha yang dikembangkan pada lahan rawa lebak. Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan adalah sampel acak sederhana (random sampling) dengan jumlah total sebanyak 222 orang petani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola usaha yang dikembangkan petani lahan rawa lebak pematang adalah: hortikultura:buah-buahan tahunan, Ternak: ayam dan kambing, dagang, industri rumah tangga, jasa angkutan, padi, penangkapan ikan, hortikultura: sayuran dan buah-buahan semusim dan palawija: ubi kayu dan kacang tanah, Buruh, budi daya ikan. Pola lebak tengahan: hortikultura:buah-buahan tahunan, Ternak: itik, dagang, industri rumah tangga, jasa angkutan, padi, penangkapan ikan, hortikultura: sayuran dan buah-buahan semusim, Buruh, budi daya ikan.  Pola usaha rumah tangga pada lebak dalam: hortikultura:buah-buahan tahunan, Ternak: itik dan kerbau, dagang, industri rumah tangga, jasa angkutan, padi, penangkapan ikan, hortikultura: sayuran dan buah-buahan semusim, Buruh, penangkapan ikan, budi daya ikan. Pendapatan rumah tangga yang mengusahakan lebak, yaitu lebak tengahan: Rp20.212.000/rumah tangga/tahun, lebak pematang Rp19.525.400/rumah tangga/tahun dan lebak dalam Rp18.248.000/rumah tangga/tahun. Kata kunci: pola usaha, pendapatan, rumah tangga, lebak, survei

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and emotional intelligence on work motivation and its implication on staff performance of Aceh Parliament Secretariat. Population of this study was overall employee who works on the Aceh Parliament Secretariat where were at about 255 employees. This study employed census method. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that organizational culture has no significant effect on work motivation; however, it effect on staff performance. Emotional intelligence significantly effect on both work motivation and staff performance at the Aceh Parliament Secretariat. Work motivation serves as a partial mediator between the effects of emotional intelligence on the staff performance of the Aceh Parliament Secretariat. The implications of this study, Secretariat of the Aceh Parliament need to improve intelligence capabilities of employees through technical assistance programs respectively

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know / analyze: (1) the influence of leadership on employee motivation, (2) the effect of communication on employee motivation, (3) the influence of conflict on employee motivation, (4) the influence of leadership on employee performance, (5) the effect of communication on employee performance, (6) the effect of conflict on employee performance, (7) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (8) the indirect influence of leadership on employee performance through employee work motivation, (9) the indirect influence of communication on the performance of employees through employee work motivation, (10) the indirect effect of conflict on the performance of employees through employee work motivation. This research was conducted at the Department of Industry and Trade of Aceh. As for the object of this research is leadership, communication, conflict and work motivation and employee performance, with the number of respondents as many as 130 people. The result of this research shows that leadership influence to employee work motivation, communication also influence to employee work motivation, conflict between employee have influence to work motivation, work motivation possessed by employee have influence to improvement of employee performance, leadership owned by employee have an effect on performance employee, communication influence to employee performance, then conflict influence to employee performance, there is indirect influence of leadership to employee performance through employee work motivation, there is indirect influence of communication to employee performance through employee work motivation, there is indirect influence of conflict to officer performance through employee work motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the training effectiveness as well as its impact on the performance of civil servants within Aceh government. The predictor variable for the training effectiveness consists of the trainer competency, training environment, and co-workers support. The sample of the study are 148 civil servants attending the level four leadership training. The empirical data was collected by using questionnaire and then the data analyzed by the structural equation model. The study found that trainer competency, training environment and co-workers support have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of level four leadership training. The Co-workers and the training effectiveness have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The training effectiveness has mediating the effect of trainer competency, training environment and co-workers support on employee performance. The mediating effect appearing by the training effectiveness as intervening variable between co-workers support and employee performance is partial mediation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) description of leadership, career development, personnel work satisfaction and performance of Aceh Police, (2) the influence of leadership on job satisfaction of personnel, (3) the influence of career development on job satisfaction of personnel, (4) the effect of performance allowances on employee job satisfaction, (5) the influence of leadership on the performance of personnel, (6) the influence of career development on the performance of personnel, (7) the effect of performance allowances on the performance of the Aceh Police, (8) the effect of job satisfaction on personnel performance of Aceh Police personnel, (9) the influence of leadership, career development and performance benefits on the performance of Aceh Police personnel through job satisfaction of Aceh Police personnel. This research was conducted at Polda Aceh. As for the object of this research is leadership, career development and performance benefits, job satisfaction, personnel performance. The results show that leadership, career development, performance benefits, personnel job satisfaction and performance of Aceh Police personnel have been running well. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung sikap etnosentris, etos kerja  dan keterampilan berkomunikasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan dampaknya pada kinerja pegawai administrasi pada RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai administrasi sebanyak 145 Jiwa. Karena ukuran populasi tersebut mencukupi dan terjangkau untuk diteliti maka sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi pegawai administrasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan lembar pertanyaan (kuesioner) tertutup yang dibagikan kepada seluruh pegawai administrasi. Data primer dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan bantuan program AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa sikap etnosentris  berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja maupun kinerja pegawai administrasi pada RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Etos kerja dan keterampilan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja maupun kinerja pegawai administrasi pada RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh.  Motivasi kerja berperan dalam memperbaiki pengaruh negatif etnosentris  terhadap kinerja pegawai pada RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Sponsorship, Personal Selling and Pricing Strategies on Customer Engagement, and how it impacts on Customer Retention dental suppliers. Although the dental equipment industry increased 15% per year or equal to USD 1 million, research that discusses dental equipment marketing is very limited. The respondents of this study are the providers of dental health services (dental nurses and dental paramedics) that limit the scope to cover only in Aceh province, Indonesia. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires. From 123 questioners distributed, 102 of them filled and returned completely. The data processed by using Smart PLS 2.0, since it able to run factor analysis and regression simultaneously. The results showed that the three exogenous variables: Sponsorship, Personal Selling and Pricing Strategies had a significant positive effect on the mediation variable of Customer Engagement. Only Pricing Strategies had a positive and significant influence on the Customer Retention as a dependent variable. For the mediation test, from the three indirect effect of hypothesis tested, only two of them had the significant indirect effect.Keywords: customer relationship marketing, customer retention, customer engagement, sponsorship, personal selling and pricing strategies.

Abstract

  Salah satu faktor penting dalam menopang eksistensi perusahaan dalam memajukan kualitas dan manajemen kinerja adalah penguasaan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan kejelasan pengembangan karir. Perusahaan yang bersih dan sehat tentu dikarenakan kinerja karyawan yang baik. Kinerja karyawan akan membaik jika karyawan diberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan juga program pengembangan karir yang jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah individu karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Syariah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Syariah Keutapang yang berjumlah 63 karyawan. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan karir baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawang.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pengembangan Karir, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This research stems from the lack of variety of learning media in teaching and learning activities soit is necessary to develop interesting funny products in the form of comics as learning media. Thisresearch describes three items, the first is the development proses of environment-based Islamiccomic media. The second is expediency of environment-based Islamic comic media. The thirth isthe response of educator and student toward environment-based Islamic comic learning media inclass IV SD/MI. This research is a research and development study by ADDIE model whichincludes 5 steps, namely analysis, design, development, implementation evaluation. The productfeasibility test was conducted by several validators, namely 2 material experts, 2 media experts, 2linguists, 1 religious expert, 3 class IV teachers on class IV. The research results showed thatenvironmentl-based Islamic comic learning media gained an average percentage of material expertsat 93% with a very decent category, media experts got a score of 80% with a decent category,linguists got a score of 85% with a very decent category, ratings educators get an averagepercentage of 90.75% with a very decent category and the response of students get an averagepercentage of 96% with a very decent category. This shows that Islamic environment-based comicsthat have been developed are very suitable for use as learning media.
