This research aims to analyze the level of financial distress in four palm oil plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2022-2023 period, using the Altman Z-Score method. The basis for selecting companies as sampling is the criteria for companies whose share price trends are below IDR 500 per share. In addition, this research evaluates the relationship between stock price trends and company financial conditions as a reflection of market sentiment on business performance. The results of the analysis show that two companies are in the financial distress zone, one company is in extreme conditions with a high risk of bankruptcy, and one company is in the safe zone with stable financial performance. It was found that companies with low Z-Score values tend to have stagnant or declining share prices, while companies in the safe zone show more stable share prices. This research provides insight for management, investors and policy makers to understand the relationship between financial risks and market trends, as well as design mitigation strategies to maintain business sustainability in the palm oil plantation sector

Assessment of the implementation of healthservices for pregnant women can be done by looking at the coverage of K1, K4 and K6 (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2020). According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health on Indonesia’s health profile, in 2021 K4 coverage reached 88.8%, showing an increase compared to the previous year. This increase was caused by new adaptations made due to facing the COVID-19 pandemic situation in 2021. Where in the previous year, there were significant restrictions on routine services, including maternal health services. The aim aof this research is to analyze factors related to antenatal care visits in the Gandapura Community Health Center working area. The type of research used is analytical observational research with the research design used being cross sectional. The research was carried out in November-December 2024. The sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population. The number of samples taken was 30 samples. Each data was tested statistically to see whether there was a relationship between the two variables. For the attitude factor with antenatal care visits, the value was p=0.004, for support from health workers with antenatal care visits, the value was p=0.014, while the husband’s support with antenatal care visits was obtained with a value of p=0.042, so it can be concluede that there is a relationship between attitude, staff support and husband’s support with antenatal care visits for pregnant womwn at the Gandapura health center.

The phenomenon in this research lies in the value of Current Debt and Total Debt at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, which continues to experience an increase from 2016 to 2022, this phenomenon of increasing debt has the potential to reduce the company's Profitability (Return On Equity). This is the basis and aim of this research, to see whether there is an influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Equity in PT companies. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses purposive sampling in sample selection, and this research also uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that partially the Current Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Equity, and the Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Equity. Meanwhile, simultaneously the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on Return On Equity

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) are an effective strategy that can be carried out by companies including banks to increase capital, expand business and create financial stability. This research evaluates the financial performance of banks that did mergers and acquisitions. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review to obtain results by collecting various research journals related to M&A using a published search system that focuses on Google Scholar, Crossref, Semantic and Science Direct as sources of journals. The results of this research show that the impact of M&A on financial performance in the banking sector is variative. The result of this study is M&A has significant impact to financial performance commercial banks but not significant for public banks. M&A can have a significant impact if done voluntarily. On the other hand, M&A can also have an insignificant impact if the M&A is carried out with aim only for saving the company target and not focused on increasing the company's value.

Generasi X menghadapi dilema dalam mengakses informasi Branchless Sharia Banking akibat banyaknya sumber dan perbedaan literasi digital, di mana mereka di perkotaan lebih adaptif dibandingkan yang di pedesaan dan semi-perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Branchless Sharia Banking untuk Generasi X dengan Pendekatan TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif untuk mengkaji fenomena. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi manfaat (PU) menjadi faktor utama dalam adopsi layanan ini, meliputi kemudahan akses, efisiensi, keamanan, kepercayaan, dan kesesuaian dengan prinsip syariah. Sementara itu, kemudahan penggunaan (PEU) juga berperan penting, terutama jika layanan mudah diakses, menghemat waktu, dan mendukung aktivitas sehari[1]hari, termasuk ibadah. Sikap Generasi X terhadap Branchless Sharia Banking dipengaruhi oleh manfaat, keamanan, kemudahan, dan kesesuaiannya dengan nilai syariah. Tingkat penggunaan aktual bergantung pada frekuensi penggunaan, akses teknologi, kepercayaan, dukungan syariah, dan pengaruh sosial. Dengan edukasi dan peningkatan literasi digital, adopsi layanan ini berpotensi terus meningkat. Kata Kunci: Branchless Sharia Banking, Generasi X, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Persepsi Manfaat (PU), Kemudahan Penggunaan (PEU).

This study explores the growth and future prospects of Danareksa Syariah within the Islamic capital market industry in Indonesia. Danareksa Syariah, as an investment tool that complies with Syariah principles, has become increasingly popular among investors, largely due to a growing awareness of the importance of aligning investments with Islamic financial guidelines. The research employs a systematic literature review methodology based on the PRISMA 2020 framework, analyzing articles published between 2018 and 2024. The findings suggest that Danareksa Syariah has significant potential for further expansion, positioning itself as an essential component of Indonesia’s Islamic capital market. However, several challenges continue to impede its growth, including low levels of financial literacy, susceptibility to market fluctuations, and the need for more robust regulatory frameworks to ensure sustainable development. Addressing these obstacles is crucial for maximizing the potential of Danareksa Syariah, as it could play a pivotal role in supporting Indonesia's broader economic growth. Enhanced educational initiatives, improved market stability, and strengthened regulations could all contribute to further solidifying the position of Danareksa Syariah within the Islamic capital market, ensuring its ability to meet the evolving needs of investors and foster economic resilience in Indonesia.

World Health Organization 4.5% of 149/100.00 maternal deaths worldwide are caused by anemia. One of the indirect causes of maternal death is anemia. Anemia is a condition where hemoglobin levels decrease below normal limits. The general aim of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of giving green beans on increasing hemoglobin in pregnant women in the Sambau Community Health Center Working Area, Batam City. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test post-test with control group design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 32 pregnant women, 16 pregnant women in the intervention group and 16 in the control group. Each respondent was given treatment by administering 500 ml of green beans, 2 times a day for 7 days. Hemoglobin levels were measured twice, namely pre-test before being given green beans and post-test after being given green beans. The results of the analysis using the Independent T Test analysis showed that the mean difference between the intervention group and the control group was 0.86, which means the average hemoglobin in the intervention group was greater than the average hemoglobin in the control group. And data obtained sig(2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, which means there is an effect of giving green beans on increasing hemoglobin in pregnant women. It is hoped that health workers can apply green beans to pregnant women to increase Hb levels.?

Administrasi sekolah merupakan faktor kunci dalam menunjang keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan, terutama di tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Administrasi yang baik akan mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran, manajemen keuangan, pengelolaan tenaga pendidik, serta sarana dan prasarana sekolah. MINU 21 Bululanjang sebagai institusi pendidikan menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam implementasi administrasi sekolah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana administrasi sekolah diterapkan dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses pengelolaannya.khususnya di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi administrasi sekolah di MINU 21 Bululanjang, dengan fokus pada manajemen kurikulum, keuangan, sumber daya manusia, dan sarana prasarana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi administrasi di MINU 21 Bululanjang sudah berjalan cukup baik, meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan yang perlu diatasi, seperti pengelolaan keuangan dan keterbatasan sumber daya.

Penelitian ini menganalisis kondisi keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Papan Akselerasi Bursa Efek Indonesia menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score. Papan Akselerasi dirancang untuk membantu perusahaan skala kecil hingga menengah yang memiliki potensi pertumbuhan tinggi dalam memperoleh pendanaan serta meningkatkan transparansi dan tata kelola perusahaan. Perusahaan yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Tourindo Guide Indonesia Tbk (PGJO), PT. Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia Tbk (CASH), dan PT. Planet Properindo Jaya Tbk (PLAN). Ketiga perusahaan tersebut mewakili sektor yang berbeda, memberikan pandangan beragam tentang stabilitas keuangan dan kinerja di Papan Akselerasi. Altman Z-Score digunakan sebagai alat untuk menilai risiko keuangan pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan laporan keuangan tahun 2023 sebagai data utama, dengan fokus pada rasio-rasio kunci seperti modal kerja terhadap total aset, laba ditahan terhadap total aset, laba sebelum bunga dan pajak terhadap total aset, serta nilai pasar ekuitas terhadap total kewajiban. Hasil penelitian memberikan wawasan penting mengenai kondisi keuangan perusahaan, yang dapat menjadi acuan bagi investor, pembuat kebijakan, dan manajemen perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan.

This study discusses gender inclusivity in Islamic economics, with a focus on women's leadership roles in Indonesia. The background highlights that although there has been progress in women's participation across various sectors, challenges remain in achieving gender equality in management and leadership. This research aims to explore how the presence of women in leadership positions can influence company performance. Using a qualitative analysis approach and empirical data, the findings reveal that gender inclusivity not only promotes social justice but also positively contributes to innovation and corporate financial performance. These findings underscore the importance of policies that support gender diversity as a strategy for achieving sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. This study contributes to the development of more inclusive corporate governance and highlights the vital role of women in management as a key factor in economic and social sustainability.
