Literasi ekonomi syariah di Indonesia menjadi isu penting dalam pengembangan sektor keuangan syariah. Meskipun terdapat kemajuan dalam indeks literasi, tantangan signifikan masih dihadapi, termasuk rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang produk dan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi literasi ekonomi syariah serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pemangku kepentingan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi perlunya sinergi antara pemerintah, lembaga keuangan, akademisi, dan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan program edukatif dan kampanye kesadaran publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi yang efektif dapat memperkuat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap produk keuangan syariah dan mendorong pertumbuhan industri halal di Indonesia.

Nilai perusahaan memegang peranan sentral dalam menarik minat pemegang saham, yang secara langsung berhubungan dengan tingkat profitabilitas dan kesempatan investasi perusahaan. Tingkat profitabilitas mencerminkan kemampuan perusahaan menghasilkan dividen, sementara kesempatan investasi mencirikan potensi pertumbuhan nilai perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh profitabilitas, kesempatan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan sebsektor makanan dan minuman yang ada dalam daftar DES selama Preode tiga tahun (2019-2021). Sedangkan Metodologi penelitian yang diterapkan bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan melalui purposive sampling, menghasilkan 15 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan total observasi sebanyak 45. Analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi data panel, regresi ramdom effeck sebagai model yang di pulih dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada bilai perusahaan subsector makanan dan minuman, dan ini rercermin dalam nilai thitung sebesar 3,050069, yang melebihi nilai ttabel 2,17881 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,0002 < 0,05. Selanjutnya, variabel kesempatan investasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan subsektor tersebut, dengan thitung sebesar 2,674797 > ttabel 2,17881 dan nilai signifikansi 0,0106 < 0,05. Company value plays a central role in attracting shareholder interest, which is directly related to the company's level of profitability and investment opportunities. The level of profitability reflects the company's ability to generate dividends, while investment opportunities characterize the potential for growth in company value. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the influence of profitability and investment opportunities on the value of companies in the food and beverage sector on the DES list during the three year period (2019-2021). Meanwhile, the research methodology applied is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Sample selection was carried out through purposive sampling, resulting in 15 companies as research samples with a total of 45 observations. Data analysis was carried out through panel data regression, random effect regression as the model recovered in this research. Meanwhile, data analysis uses Eviews 9. The results of the research show that profitability has a positive and significant effect on the value of companies in the food and beverage subsector, and this is reflected in the t value of 3.050069, which exceeds the t table value of 2.17881 with a significance level of 0.0002 < 0 .05. Furthermore, the investment opportunity variable also has a positive and significant effect on the company value of this subsector, with tcount of 2.674797 >ttable 2.17881 and a significance value of 0.0106 <0.05.

In this globalization era, the progress of technology has positive and negative impact, the moral decadence, the lost of noble characters, the lack of politeness, respecful and appreciating others. Dealing with this, human must learn Islamic Education especially about Islamic morals. This study is to identify the values of Islamic moral education at Surah Luqman and the implementation for teaching Islamic Education of verse 12-20. This study is qualitative research in the form of library research. The main data are surah Luqman verse 12-20, and the secondary data are books and other related sources. This study shows that the values of Islamic moral education at Surah Luqman verse 12-20 contain the basic of relationship between human and God, among human, and between human and nature. The implementation for teaching Islamic Education is about bad and noble characters toward oneself, parents, God, among human, and nature. It is implemented in Islamic elementary school, Islamic Junior High School, and Islamic Senior High School.

Communication employee at the health center are less effective Brambang result of less brave subordinatesin delivering opinions and suggestions to the boss so that the relationship with the head of the health centeremployees become less harmonious. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between internalcommunication with employees on work motivationPuskesmas Brambang.The design of this study used a survey conducted in survey cross sectional. This study was conducted inPuskesmas Brambang Gudo Jombang, using the method of sampling the total number of samples 24employees. Data collection using questionnaires. Processing the data through the stages of Editing, Coding,Scoring, and Tabulating. Statistical tests using Spearmen Rank at the level of 5%.The results showed the price and the value of r at 0,500 probabillitas 0,013 < 0,05, then there is arelationship of internal communication with employees on work motivation Puskesmas Brambang. Relationsbetween the two variables is affected sex, age, length of service and education.Internal Communication employee at the health center are included in the category Brambang enough.Motivation of employees working at the health center are included in the category Brambang There wasrelationship and internal communication with employees on work motivation Puskesmas Brambang.Sugestion for management Puskesmas to increase employees on work motivation, for STIKES ICME giveninformation knowlege for reseacrh in the future.Keyword : Internal Communication, Work Motivation

The lack of quality of nursing care, the nurse do not perform minimum service standard in the set, So thatpatient feel the service provided is not in accordance with costs incurred and the results received service.Minimum service standard in Indonesian hospital in 2013 based on the results of a survey of communitysatisfaction index of 81% of the people are very are satisfied. Standard care hospital in the province of EastJava based community satisfaction index by 86% are satisfied (RI Department of Health, 2013). Meanwhile,in Hospital Dr Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto patient satisfaction rate of 75% (Medical Care, 2013).This study aimed analyzing the relationship the quality of nursing care with patient satisfaction studies inHospital Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto.This study used a cross sectional analytic design with a sample population of 219 patients and 44 patientstotaled probability sampling is done by simple random sampling approach. Data processing with editing,coding, scoring, tabulating and software SPSS version 16.0 statistical test "Spearman Rank's" by rate  =0.000 <0.05.Based on the results of the study showed the majority of the quality of nursing care is less category, showedthat more than half of the respondents level of patient satisfaction was less are satisfied. Results of statisticaltest Spearman Rank's ( = 0.000 <0.05) so that H1 is accepted to mean there is a relationship between thequality of nursing care with patient satisfaction.From the results of this study are expected to improve the skills of nurses and skills when examining patients.for services provided by nurses patients were satisfied with the services provided.Key words: Quality of nursing care, patients satisfaction rate

Health problem that often occurs in children and is likely to increase each year of acute respiratory tract infections. Environment that is close to the highway, the less maintained home hygiene and health behaviors such as unbalanced diet, lack of rest and smoking habits of parents in the home can cause respiratory infection in infants. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of environmental conditions and hygiene behavior with the incidence of ISPA in children under five in the region of Puskesmas Duduk Sampeyan Gresik. This type of research is non-experimental cross-sectional approach. The population is all mothers who have children aged 1-4 years in rural Brak Tebaloan Duduk Sampeyan Gresik as 58 people. Study sample were 51 mothers and taken by using purposive sampling technique. Data processed by the editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating and Test Correlation with Spearman Rank with significance level α = 0.05. The results showed that there is a relationship of environmental conditions with the incidence of ISPA in infants with Spearman rank test p value = 0.005 <α = 0.05, which means that H1 is accepted, and the hygiene behavior of the research results with the incidence of respiratory infection in infants p value = 0.014 <α = 0.05, which means that H2 is accepted.The results of this research that there is a relationship of environmental conditions and hygiene behavior with the incidence of ISPA in children under five in the Village Brak Tebaloan Duduk Sampeyan Gresik.Suggestion for this study include health workers to do more counseling about a healthy environment, for the health of mothers and children to always maintain good environmental conditions and healthy living behavior in order to familiarize the child avoid the disease, especially respiratory infectionKeyword : Environmental conditions, hygiene Behavior, ISPA

The capital market is one of the important indicators in a country's economy, which reflects the dynamics of the relationship between investors, companies, and market conditions. In the Efficient Market Hypothesis (EMH) theory, stock prices are said to reflect all available information efficiently. Thus, there is no opportunity for investors to consistently generate abnormal returns, namely profits that exceed market expectations based on the risks taken. However, in practice, various market anomalies and financial behavior often show deviations from the basic assumptions of the EMH. This study aims to analyze the effect of various market anomalies such as the January Effect, Ramadhan Effect, Election Days Effect, Pandemic Covid Effect, and financial behavior on abnormal returns in the Efficient Market Hypothesis using the system literature review research method. The results of the study show that the January Effect, Ramadhan Effect, Election Days Effect, Pandemic Covid Effect have a negative effect on abnormal returns in the Efficient Market Hypothesis. Financial behavior such as herding behavior shows that there is no herding behavior in the Indonesian capital market. These results indicate that investors are rational in making investment decisions because they have good access to relevant information about stock price movements in the market.

Penelitian ini membahas fitur Affiliate pada aplikasi Shopee dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Pesatnya perkembangan platform e-commerce telah memunculkan model bisnis baru termasuk pemasaran afiliasi yang memungkinkan individu mendapatkan komisi dengan mempromosikan produk melalui tautan unik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mekanisme program Shopee Affiliate dan mengevaluasi kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka dan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa program Shopee Affiliate beroperasi di bawah konsep ujrah (upah) dalam transaksi Islam. Hubungan antara afiliator dan merchant memenuhi persyaratan transaksi yang sah dalam hukum Islam, termasuk kejelasan pihak yang berakad, adanya persetujuan (ijab-qabul), kompensasi yang ditentukan, dan manfaat yang sah. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa program Affiliate Shopee diperbolehkan (mubah) menurut hukum Islam karena mematuhi prinsip-prinsip kompensasi yang adil untuk jasa yang diberikan, mekanisme transaksi yang transparan, dan melibatkan produk-produk yang diperbolehkan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar para afiliator memastikan konten promosi mereka tetap etis dan menghindari menampilkan produk-produk yang dilarang. The purpose of this study is to analyze the liquidity ratio at PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk using Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR) and Cash Ratio (CAR). The type of research used is descriptive. The research instrument used is a list of tables consisting of data on current assets, current liabilities, inventory, cash and cash equivalents of PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2014 to 2023. The population used in this study is all financial reports of PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk since it was listed on the IDX from 2002 to 2023, namely for 21 years. The sample in this study is the financial report of PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2014 to 2023. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. Data were collected by means of documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study is by using data analysis per component of financial ratios used to measure liquidity reflected by the Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR) and Cash Ratio (CAR) and one-tailed t-test data analysis (t-test One Sample). The results of the study indicate that the Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR) and Cash Ratio (CAR) at PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk are healthy.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of inflation, BI rate, foreign exchange rates and return on equity (ROE) on stock prices in state-owned banks listed on the IDX. This research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the object used being state-owned banks. This research is an associative quantitative study. The type of data used in this study is data with research instruments in the form of a list of tables consisting of balance sheet and income statement data in the form of inflation data, BI rate, foreign exchange rates, net profit, total equity and stock prices for 5 years, namely from 2019 to 2023. The population in this study were all state-owned banks listed on the IDX from 2019-2023, namely 5 banks. The sample in this study was 4 state-owned banks listed on the IDX from 2019-2023. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was documentation and literature study techniques. Documentation data collection technique is a method used to obtain data. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. The results of the study indicate that Inflation, BI Rate, Foreign Exchange Rate and Return On Equity (ROE) have a simultaneous effect on Stock Prices in state-owned banks listed on the IDX.
