Abstract

Atrial Fibrillation (AF) is most found arrhythmias in daily medical practice. AF has correlation with other medical conditions and gives risk of stroke to the patient. Research for AF is interesting for multi discipline of science. One of them is computational sciences with the purpose to develop an AF detection. There are three characteristics of AF appearance. The irregularity of RR-intervals, the loosing of P wave, and the appearing of fibrillations wave. Among that three, the irregularityof RR intervals is the most used as the key feature. In this article, the irregularity of RR interval is detected using Finding Anomalies Around the Mean ( FAM). FAM is the method to detect irregularity by comparison of data based on the mean of data in the observed set. FAM has xand y parameters that need to be fixed. For that purpose, FAM is combining by grid search. This combination shows us a good performance, because the system of grid search works thoroughly and regularly. This method has been used to test the 22 patient’s data from MIT-BIH. Using the approach and the clinical data, accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity are obtained, whice are 92.63%, 95.38%, and 90.57% respectively.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai perancangan sistem pengukuran detak jantung berhasil dilakukan. Pengukuran detak jantung mandiri dapat membantu dalam menjaga kesehatan. Fotopletismogram atau PPG merupakan metode yang mampu memberi kemudahan dalam pengukuran detak jantung. Sensor PPG Easy Pulse Plugin adalah salah satu sensor PPG dengan modul pengondisi sinyal. Sensor PPG dihubungkan dengan Arduino untuk membaca sinyal dan memberikan perintah pengiriman secara nirkabel ke Android smartphone melalui Bluetooth. Aplikasi pada Android akan menampilkan sinyal dan hasil pengukuran detak jantung. Hasil pengukuran akan disimpan pada penyimpanan internal Android. Perhitungan detak jantung dilakukan berdasarkan interval waktu antar puncak pada sinyal PPG. Algoritma penentuan puncak sinyal PPG asli dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan kombinasi antara threshold dan batas interval pada sinyal PPG. Threshold terbaik adalah 2,13 V dan batas interval terbaik adalah 0,45 detik. Nilai kombinasi ini memberikan error rendah, yaitu 4,26%. Nilai sensitivitas, prediktif positif sekaligus.

Abstract

Humans are born with tremendous potential in the ability to think. The development of this thinking is a gradual process, with the most critical period occurring during childhood, often referred to as "The Golden Age" During this time, the ability to think develops rapidly, but keep in mind that this development must be maintained so that it is not inhibited or atrophied. In the early stages of a child's thinking development, the most striking abilities are speech and walking. Speaking, in particular, is heavily influenced by the environment and the role of parents in shaping the child's first language. A child's second language, on the other hand, is often acquired during the school years with the guidance of teachers. To develop first and second language skills, games are an effective and fun method. Games such as drawing, singing, word scramble, gardening, word puzzles, finding missing letters, counting and storytelling can be used. After analyzing various games by involving parents and teachers as assessment subjects, it was found that counting and singing games are very effective and preferred. Both games provide many benefits, including ease of implementation, motor development, increased thinking power, child confidence, and support from various musical and mathematical instruments. The counting and singing games can also be adapted to different languages, which supports children in their learning.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Syntactic Material in Textbook Material at SDN 03 Cempaka Putih Grades 1-3." Many people do not know that syntactic material has also been studied since elementary school, therefore the researcher decided to conduct this research. The purpose of this research is to find out what material is related to syntax in class 1-3 textbooks at SDN 03 Cempaka Putih. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was carried out through observation by borrowing textbooks from grade 1-3 teachers at SDN 03 Cempaka Putih and carrying out reading, listening and note-taking techniques. The subject of this study is the syntactic material contained in the textbooks used at SDN 03 Cempaka Putih grades 1-3. The results showed that of the 17 textbooks used at SDN 03 Cempaka Putih grades 1-3, there were 9 materials related to syntax. The material found in the textbooks used at SDN 03 Cempaka Putih grades 1-3, namely words and sentences.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the formation of verbs in the exposition text in the book Budi Waluyo Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Kelas VIII SMP dan MTS. This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive research. The data used in this study are verbs and the source of the data is in the book Budi Waluyo: Indonesian Language and Literature Class VIII SMP and MTS. The technique used in collecting data in this research is the analysis technique on the exposition text which contains a verb. The results of data analysis are presented using ordinary words. The forms found from the data source include the original verb and the derived verb. Derived verbs formed by affixation and verbs formed by reduplication. Affixes forming verbs include, meN-, meN-kan, meN-i, di-, ter- and ber-an. In addition, there are verbs related to nouns, namely active and passive verbs and verbs related to arguments, namely copulative verbs and equative verbs.

Abstract

The prevalence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) in Indonesian population aged 15 years increase based on a doctor's diagnosis, where DKI Jakarta is the province with highest prevalence of T2DM. Gorontalo Province itself experienced an increase prevalence of T2DM compared to Riskesdas 2013, the rose from 6.9%to 8.5%. This study aims to observe the effect of nutrition education on knowledge, physical activity and eating habits of Diabetes mellitus patients participating in Posbindu at Monano Health Center. This study uses a quantitative method with an analytical survey with a quasi-experimental approach.The sample of the study were diabetes mellitus patients who were participate in Posbindu. Using the total sampling technique where the population was sampled as many as 74 people then categorized 2 groups, intervention group and control group. Based on the results of bivariate analysis, obtained p value > α (α = 0.05) in the category of physical activity with test results showing p value = 0.271 > 0.05. The same thing also happened to carbohydrate intake with p value = 0.088 > 0.05. For knowledge and eating habits with fiber and protein intake, p < 0,05 was obtained. In conclusion, knowledge, eating habits with fiber and protein intake affect the provision of nutrition education to diabetes mellitus patients participating in Posbindu in the work area of Monano Health Center.

Abstract

The development of supplementary food formulas for toddlers made from local foods can be an alternative in handling child nutritional problems. Purpose of study was to observe the acceptability of biscuits substitution of snakehead fish meal and purple eggplant flour. Design of study was an quasi experimental using postest only control group design with four treatments namely substitution of snakehead fish meal and purple eggplant flour. The ratio of wheat flour, fish meal and purple eggplant flour is 100%: 0 : 0,85% : 10% : 5%, 70% : 20% : 10%, and 55% : 30% : 15%. The results of the study based in the color characteristic the highest score after control was F1 (score = 2.47), the taste aspect F1 (score = 2.7), the aroma aspect F1 (score = 2.41), thetexture/crunch F1 (score = 2.65). There was an effect of substitution of snakehead fish meal and purple eggplant flour on color acceptability (p = 0.000) and taste (p = 0.003), there is no effect of substitution of snakehead fish meal and purple eggplant flour on aroma receptivity (p =  0.306) and crispness (p = 0.155).  In conclusion, there are significant differences in the color and taste characteristics of cookies substitution of snakehead fish flour and purple eggplant flour between F0, F1, F2 and F3.

Abstract

Dietary patterns influence the progression of prediabetes, so it is necessary to develop representative instruments for measuring eating habits, primarily indigenous dietary consumption. The research aimed to develop a semiquantitative food frequency questionnaire to identify indigenous dietary patterns in prediabetes sufferers in Gorontalo Regency. The research was a descriptive study that tested the validity and reliability of the food frequency questionnaire semiquantitative (FFQ-SQ). The research was conducted in Limboto Barat Health Center, based on the prevalence of diabetes mellitus. Selection samples using purposive sampling with 30 adult women. The validity test used internal validity Pearson correlation, while the reliability test used internal consistency Cronbach α. Comparison of average FFQ-SQ and recall 2 x 24-hours using Wilcoxon test. The results showed that 12 food groups consisted of 207 food items and indigenous food products with validity tests 123 items valid, 67 items invalid, and 17 items never consumed by the subject study in the previous month; the reliability test showed food group category low 10, moderate 5 and high 3. Comparative analysis of the energy and nutrient intake between FFQ-SQ with recall 2 x 24 hours showed significant differences in intake of carbohydrates, fiber, vitamin E, vitamin B1, folic acid, vitamin C, potassium and zinc (p-value < 0.005), and comparison of energy and nutrient intake between FFQ-SQ1 and FFQ-SQ2 showed no significant difference (p-value> 0.005). The conclusion was FFQ-SQ with 123 items of foods and derived products is valid and reliable for measuring the eating habits of prediabetic adult women.

Abstract

This paper discusses “The Contribution of TK/TPA in Increasing Students' Interest in Learning Al-Quran in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SDN 247 Padatuo Kec. Tonra Kab. Bones". This study aims to describe the participation of students at SDN 247 Padatuo at TKA/TPA, and to determine students' interest in learning about the Qur'anic material in PAI subjects at SDN 247 Padatuo Kec. Tonra Kab. Bones. This research is a field research with the type of qualitative research, namely examining and researching respondents' sources found directly in the field through the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The approaches in this thesis are psychological approaches, pedagogical approaches and sociological approaches. Data processing techniques with data reduction, presentation or display of data and drawing conclusions. The data analysis techniques used are participation, persistence and triangulation. The results showed that the participation of TK/TPA students had contributed to Koranic education from an early age to students at SDN 247 Padatuo. Another contribution is to foster the interest of students to explore the Qur'anic material in PAI subjects at SDN 247 Padatuo.

Abstract

ABSTRACTNuryani, 2020. This study aims to determine explain and anlyze the effect of hedonic motivation and fashion involvement to impulsive buying by online on instagram of the Singaperbangsa University Karawang Management Department batch year 2016- 2018. This research was conducted using descriptive and verificatife methods. The research population included 1,029 students of the Singaperbangsa University Karawang management department batch year 2016-2018 and the sampling technique used the Stratified Random Sampling method and a research sample of 280 respondents was obtained. The variables of this study use two variables, namely the dependent and independent variables. For the dependent variable (Y) in this study is Impulsive Buying. For the independent variable (X), namely Hedonic Motivation (X1) and Fashion Invlovement (X2). for the data analysis method, namely by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Heonic Motivation and Fashion Invlovement had a influence simultaneosly and partially to impulsive buying by online on instagram of the Singaperbangsa University Karawang Management Department batch year 2016-2018.Keywords: hedonic motivation; fashion invlovement; impulsive buying.ABSTRAKNuryani, 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian meliputi mahasiswa Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang program studi manajemen angkatan 2016-2018 yang berjumlah 1.029 dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Stratified Random Sampling dan diperoleh sampel penelitian 280 responden. Variabel penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yaitu variabel dependen dan independen. Untuk variabel dependen (Y) dalam penelitian ini adalah Pembelian Impulsif. Untuk variabel independent (X) yaitu Motivasi Hedonis (X1) dan Keterlibatan Fashion (X2). untuk metode analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Hedonis dan Keterlibatan Fashion Memiliki pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap pembelian impulsif secara online di instagram pada mahasiswa Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang Program Studi Manajemen angkatan 2016-2018.Kata Kunci: motivasi hedonis; keterlibatan fashion; pembelian impulsif.
