Abstract

Alat ukur tekanan darah yang dirancang menggunakan Arduino UNO R3 dengan mikrokontroler ATmega328p dan sensor tekanan udara MPX5050DP. Sensor MPX5050DP memiliki jangkauan daerah pengukuran dari (0 – 50) kPa atau (0 – 350) mmHg yang dapat digunakan untuk pengukuran tekanan darah. Alat ukur dirancang kemudian diujicobakan kepada tiga orang pasien laki-laki. Data yang diperoleh merupakan nilai tekanan manset yang kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk grafik. Data tersebut dianalisis untuk menentukan nilai sistol dan diastol. Hasil pengujian memiliki persentase kesalahan dari nilai perbandingan antara hasil tekanan darah yang terukur menggunakan alat yang dirancang dengan hasil tensimeter digital OMRON HEM 8712 sebagai referensi. Rentang kesalahan pada pasien pertama yaitu pada sistol sebesar 2,70 % hingga 10,13 %, dan diastol sebesar 0,00 % hingga 3,70 %. Rentang kesalahan pada pasien kedua yaitu pada sistol sebesar 22,50 % hingga 40,00 %, dan diastol sebesar 3,23% hingga 14,52 %. Rentang kesalahan pada pasien ketiga yaitu pada sistol sebesar 2,10 % hingga 13,68 %, dan rentang diastol pada 5,79 % hingga 10,14 %.

Abstract

This study discusses the teaching method of Datok Sulaiman in spreading Islam in Tana Luwu, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. This study employed historical and sociological approaches to unpack those research aims. The research findings show that the teachings of Islam transmitted throughout the Tana Luwu region used a peaceful approach without involving any violence with the support of Datok Luwu. Datok Sulaiman mostly used dialogue, Sufistic, and supernatural approaches to spread Islam. Therefore, he could successfully spread Islam in Tana Luwu, including the conversion of XV King Luwu in 1603 which influenced the rapid conversion of Islam in the area.AbstrakStudi ini membahas metode pembelajaran Datok Sulaiman dalam menyebarkan Islam di Tana Luwu. Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan historis dan sosiologis. Analisis yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hassil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ajaran Islam berkembang pesat di seluruh wilayah Tana Luwu secara damai tanpa kekerasan berkat peran Datok Sulaiman. Metode pengajaran Islam damai yang digunakan oleh Datok Sulaiman adalah dialog, pembelajran sufisme, dan supranatural. Hal ini berdampak pada adanya dukungan Raja Luwu XV pada 1603 M, sehingga agama Islam berkembang dengan cepat

Abstract

Breast milk is the most important baby food, especially during the first weeks of a baby's life. To help postpartum mothers with breastfeeding problems and breast engorgement, the researchers developed a combination of Oketani massage and back massage to increase breastmilk production and to prevent breast engorgement. This is quasi-experimental research designed with a pre-post test and with a control group. The research population consisted of post-partum mothers in the Lembeyan Community Health Center area, Magetan Regency, East Java with a consecutive sampling technique. The independent variable is the combination of the Oketani Massage and the Back Massage, meanwhile, the dependent variables are breastmilk production and prevention of breast engorgement in postpartum mothers. The respondents consisted of 50 people. The combination of the Oketani Massage and Back Massage is effective in increasing breastmilk production. This can be seen from the results of the independent t-test with a significance value of 0.00 (

Abstract

Sistem neuromuscular terdiri dari saraf motorik dan otot rangka yang menghasilkan aktivitas kelistrikan pada otot dan menyebabkan otot dapat berkontraksi dan menghasilkan gerak tubuh. Gangguan neuromuscular dapat terjadi pada sel saraf yang dinamakan Neuropathy dan pada sel otot yang dinamakan Myopathy. Aktivitas kelistrikan pada otot direkam melalui suatu alat yang dinamakan Electromiography (EMG). Pada penelitian ini dilakukan identifikasi sinyal EMG pasien sehat, myopathy dan neuropathy. Neuropathy merupakan gangguan yang disebabkan oleh kerusakan sel saraf. Myopathy merupakan gangguan yang disebabkan oleh kerusakan sel otot. Penanganan dan pengobatan myopathy dan neuropathy berbeda, sehingga diperlukan suatu metode yang dapat mendiagnosis dengan tepat jenis gangguan yang dialami. Analisis karakteristik sinyal EMG dilakukan menggunakan metode dekomposisi Wavelet Discrete Dyadic dan variasi fitur Root Mean Square (RMS), approximate entropy, spectral entropy dan Singular Value Decompotition (SVD) entropy. Sinyal karakteristik yang diperoleh di identifikasi menggunakan metode klasifikasi Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). Performa ANFIS dalam mengidentifikasi karakteristik sinyal EMG pada masing-masing koefisien dekomposisi, menghasilkan performa terbaik pada koefisien aproksimasi ke-5 (cA5), dengan akurasi 100%, sensitivitas 100% dan spesivitas 100%.

Abstract

This article describes the detection of myocardial infarction using the statistical mean features, including the mean, median, and standard deviation. The classification used is the discriminant analysis method which is implemented using matlab software. The ECG signal obtained from the device is then processed. After that, the feature extraction is carried out. The results of the extraction is normalized so that all patient data have the same standard in amplitude wave magnitude. After normalization, the data will be used as input for discriminant analysis. In this article we try to use the mean, median, and standard deviation features. In this experiment using 15 leads consisting of 12 conventional leads and 3 posterior leads, the addition of these 3 leads has the advantage of determining the performance results obtained. Percentage of accuracy performance, the best percentage of accuracy performance is 97.73% with the mean feature. This experiment tries to compare the features of mean and standard deviation, mean and median, standard deviation and median, and mean, median, and standard deviation. The combined experiment shows that the best accuracy performance percentage value is 98.84% with standard deviation and median features.

Abstract

Atrial Fibrillation (AF) is most found arrhythmias in daily medical practice. AF has correlation with other medical conditions and gives risk of stroke to the patient. Research for AF is interesting for multi discipline of science. One of them is computational sciences with the purpose to develop an AF detection. There are three characteristics of AF appearance. The irregularity of RR-intervals, the loosing of P wave, and the appearing of fibrillations wave. Among that three, the irregularityof RR intervals is the most used as the key feature. In this article, the irregularity of RR interval is detected using Finding Anomalies Around the Mean ( FAM). FAM is the method to detect irregularity by comparison of data based on the mean of data in the observed set. FAM has xand y parameters that need to be fixed. For that purpose, FAM is combining by grid search. This combination shows us a good performance, because the system of grid search works thoroughly and regularly. This method has been used to test the 22 patient’s data from MIT-BIH. Using the approach and the clinical data, accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity are obtained, whice are 92.63%, 95.38%, and 90.57% respectively.

Abstract

Humans are born with tremendous potential in the ability to think. The development of this thinking is a gradual process, with the most critical period occurring during childhood, often referred to as "The Golden Age" During this time, the ability to think develops rapidly, but keep in mind that this development must be maintained so that it is not inhibited or atrophied. In the early stages of a child's thinking development, the most striking abilities are speech and walking. Speaking, in particular, is heavily influenced by the environment and the role of parents in shaping the child's first language. A child's second language, on the other hand, is often acquired during the school years with the guidance of teachers. To develop first and second language skills, games are an effective and fun method. Games such as drawing, singing, word scramble, gardening, word puzzles, finding missing letters, counting and storytelling can be used. After analyzing various games by involving parents and teachers as assessment subjects, it was found that counting and singing games are very effective and preferred. Both games provide many benefits, including ease of implementation, motor development, increased thinking power, child confidence, and support from various musical and mathematical instruments. The counting and singing games can also be adapted to different languages, which supports children in their learning.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Syntactic Material in Textbook Material at SDN 03 Cempaka Putih Grades 1-3." Many people do not know that syntactic material has also been studied since elementary school, therefore the researcher decided to conduct this research. The purpose of this research is to find out what material is related to syntax in class 1-3 textbooks at SDN 03 Cempaka Putih. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was carried out through observation by borrowing textbooks from grade 1-3 teachers at SDN 03 Cempaka Putih and carrying out reading, listening and note-taking techniques. The subject of this study is the syntactic material contained in the textbooks used at SDN 03 Cempaka Putih grades 1-3. The results showed that of the 17 textbooks used at SDN 03 Cempaka Putih grades 1-3, there were 9 materials related to syntax. The material found in the textbooks used at SDN 03 Cempaka Putih grades 1-3, namely words and sentences.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the formation of verbs in the exposition text in the book Budi Waluyo Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Kelas VIII SMP dan MTS. This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive research. The data used in this study are verbs and the source of the data is in the book Budi Waluyo: Indonesian Language and Literature Class VIII SMP and MTS. The technique used in collecting data in this research is the analysis technique on the exposition text which contains a verb. The results of data analysis are presented using ordinary words. The forms found from the data source include the original verb and the derived verb. Derived verbs formed by affixation and verbs formed by reduplication. Affixes forming verbs include, meN-, meN-kan, meN-i, di-, ter- and ber-an. In addition, there are verbs related to nouns, namely active and passive verbs and verbs related to arguments, namely copulative verbs and equative verbs.
