Abstract

Pengembangan model supervisi klinis teknik konseling kelompok dilatarbelakang kepengawasan yang selama ini belum oftimal karena jarak sekolah yang jauh, dan belum mampu mengembangkan potensi khas dan performance guru yang berkaitan dengan kreatif dan inovatif dalam membangun suasana pemberian layanan yang menarik. Pembinaan melalui supervisi klinis dapat berfungsi sebagai human resources devlopment bagi guru BK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model supervisi klinis yang dilaksanakan selama ini dan menghasilkan model supervisi klinis teknik konseling kelompok, serta menguji dan menganalisis kelayakan model supervisi klinis teknik konseling kelompok pada guru BK Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Metode penelitian yaitu dengan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D), berpedoman pada langkah-langkah Sugiyono dengan prosedur penelitian melalui tiga tahap yaitu: (1) Tahap studi pendahuluan, (2) tahap Pengembangan (3) Tahap ujicoba.Data penelitian pada tahap pendahuluan dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara,observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Pada tahap pengembangan melibatkan ahli dan praktisi. Tahap ujicoba dengan uji persepsi menggunakan lembar penilaian dengan skala likert yang diberikan pada calon pengguna model untuk mengetahui kelayakan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi klinis yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru BK SMA adalah supervisi dengan teknik konseling kelompok yang di mulai dari tahap perencanan, pertemuan awal, observasi mengunakan teknik konseling kelompok, pertemuan balikan dan tindak lanjut. Hasil uji persepsi menunjukan kelayakan model supervisi klinis teknik konseling kelompok kategori tinggi. Disarankan model supervisi klinis teknik konseling kelompok dapat diuji coba lagi sampai pada model final sehingga dapat dilaksankan oleh supervisor, guru, Dinas Pendidikan dan untuk lebih mengembangkan lagi keterampilan mengajar yang lebih menarik dan menyenangkan di Kabupaten Lombok Timur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsi dan menganalisis (1) perencanaan (2) pelaksanaan (3) evaluasi, dan (4) pelaporan supervisi manajerial oleh pengawas SMK di Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, serta (5) faktor-faktor penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dalam analisis data menurut Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan supervisi manajerial belum sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditentukan, (2) pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial mencakup pemantauan SNP, pembinaan kompetensi kepala sekolah dan penilaian kinerja kepala sekolah tidak dilakukan secara optimal; (3) evaluasi pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial tidak diikuti dengan kegiatan tindak lanjut, dan (4) laporan supervisi manajerial tidak memuat secara rinci hasil supervisi. (5) Faktor-faktor penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi adalah (1) UJT (Uang Jalan Tetap) pengawas sekolah tidak cukup, (2) kondisi geografis, (3) rendahnya respons sekolah terhadap tugas pengawas sekolah, (4) kurangnya dukungan dari dinas pendidikan, (5) intervensi politik dalam pendidikan, dan (6) kompetensi pengawas sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perencaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut, dan pelaporan supervisi tidak dilakukan secara optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis bentuk-bentuk pelibatan orang tua di sekolah; (2) menganalisis usaha sekolah dalam memberikan ruang bagi orang tua untuk terlibat di sekolah ; (3) menganalisis tingkat pelibatan orang tua di sekolah; (4) dampak pelibatan orang tua di sekolah pada prestasi akademik dan non akademik siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Sains Islam Al Farabi Sumber Cirebon. Sumber data diperoleh dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil kepala sekolah, Wali Kelas, Orang tua siswa, Siswa dan dokumen terkait pelibatan orang tua di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pelibatan orang tua terdapat berbagai macam, usaha yang dilakukan sekolah untuk melibatkan orang tua sangat baik, tingkat pelibatannya mencapai empowerment, dan dampaknya pada prestasi akademik serta non akademik siswa sangat baik dan mampu meningkatkan prestasi siswa secara efektif. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan SD Sains Islam Al Farabi Sumber Cirebon (1) Sekolah dapat menciptakan kondisi yang mendukung terlibatnya orang tua secara efektif. (2) Orang tua dapat memahami pentingnya terlibat dalam pendidikan anak di sekolah bagi prestasi siswa baik akademik dan non akademik serta dapat meningkat lebih baik lagi. This study aimed to (1) analyze the form of parents involvement in children education at school; (2) to analyze the effort of the school in giving space for parents to involve; (3) to analyze the level of parents involvement in children education at school; (4) The impact of parents involvement in children education at school.This research was conducted at SD Sains Islam Al Farabi Sumber Cirebon. Source of data obtained from :Principal, Vice Principal, Homeroom Teachers, Parents, Students and documents related parents involvement at school. The results showed that the form of parent involvement is various, the effort done by the school to involve the parents is very good, the level of involvement reaches the empowerment level, and the impact on the academic achievement and non-academic students is very good and able to improve student achievement effectively. From the results of this study are expected SD Sains Islam Al Farabi Sumber Cirebon (1) Schools can create conditions that effectively support parent involvement. (2) Parents can understand the importance of engaging in children's education in schools for both academic and non-academic student achievement and can improve better.

Abstract

Exemplary teacher can be seen on how a teacher behaving in the school environment. School is an educational organization which has certain activities and rules. Those activities and rules will influence school staff behavior, including teachers’ social behavior. The aim for this research is to analyze the influence of school environmental effect: school culture and headmaster supervision on teachers’ social behavior through interpersonal communication. This research is a qualitative research with ex post facto design. The population of this research is vocational school teachers in Gajah Mungkur regency. Proportional stratified random sampling technique is used to take the sample of the research. The researcher uses questionnaire as the method of data collection. The researcher gives the questionnaire to respondent through validity and reliability test. The researcher also conducts path analysis consisting of two structural equations. The result of the research shows that school culture and headmaster supervision has a direct influence on the interpersonal communication at 48.5% and 42.7%, school culture, headmaster supervision and interpersonal communication skill has an indirect effect on teacher social behavior through interpersonal skill at -2.4% and -2.1%. Teacher social behavior tends to be influenced by school culture than headmaster supervision. Meanwhile, interpersonal communication skill is not an intervening variable that influence others variable relation. The number of factors that give influence on teacher social behavior other than research variables, the researcher suggests that the stakeholder (teacher, headmaster and school) should uphold character value implementation in every school activity.

Abstract

Education is aimed at improving the quality of human life, both individually and in society. Education is not separated from an institution where learning is a school. There is no denying the quality of service between public and private schools. However, the phenomenon is in contrast to current on-going program of the government to promote qualified and affordable education through public schools. This research aims to analyze background of primary school selection for parents as seen at a private school in Purwokerto. This research uses qualitative method with study case type. The research was conducted at a primary school in Purwokerto. The data sources were obtained from the students’ parents, teachers, and the principal. Techniques of collecting data were observation, comprehensive interview, and document study. The validity test was done by source triangulation. The finding showed that parents considered two factors: theological and academic factors. The theological factor was based on religious consideration. Parents wanted their children to have strong religious foundation. The academic factors dealt with the human resource ability to achieve both academic and non-academic achievements for the students.

Abstract

Based on constitution number 20 Year 2003 about educational system concerning with National education, it asserts that teaching - learning activity should be PAIKEM in nature. To promote PAIKEM learning, teachers should design the learning by cooperative learning model. In Public Primary School 2 Sambung, the teacher had implemented 2013 curriculum but the realization was not fully utilized PAIKEM well. This research aims to find out Talking Stick model assisted by PowerPoint medium influences to students’ critical thinking skills. This qualitative descriptive research took population from Public Primary School in Sultan Agung cluster, Kudus municipality. Then, the sample was taken by purposive sampling, resulting to IV A class of Public Primary School 2 Sambung which consisted of 22 students as experimental group. Meanwhile, the control group was obtained from IV B class, consisting of 18 students. Techniques of collecting data were test - essay test, and non-test - documentation and observation. The calculation of independent sample t-test showed that tcount0.4, meaning that tcount>ttabel.Result of experimental group's N-gain score was 0.65, categorized moderate. Meanwhile, the control group obtained 0.35, categorized moderate. It showed there was improvement of critical thinking skill after being intervened by talking stick assisted by PowerPoint media.

Abstract

Learning inside of classroom is only merely transferring knowledge or memorizing in nature. It has not had purpose to improve students’ conceptual understandings. To make learning process capable in improving conceptual understanding, teachers should prepare innovative learning model and make their students able to determine solution by themselves from the given problems. This research aims to analyze improvement of students’ conceptual understanding after being intervened by Problem Based Learning assisted by Mobile Learning. This quasi experimental research used nonequivalent control group design. It was done for V graders of Public Primary School 2 Ngeling and Public Primary School 3 Ngeling in Jepara municipality. Techniques of collecting data were documentation, observation, conceptual understanding test in the form of multiple choices. The data was analyzed by gain score test and t-test. The results showed there was significant difference of the students’ conceptual understandings intervened by PBL assisted by mobile learning media. There was significant difference of conceptual understanding score between both groups with significant level 5% with N-gain of experimental group 0.61, categorized as moderate while the control group obtained 0.19, categorized as low. The independent test stated there was difference between both groups as shown by score of tcount 0.411 with significant level 0.000. It showed that problem based learning assisted by mobile learning media could improve the students of the primary schools’ conceptual understandings.

Abstract

Referring to thematic learning that has not been optimized, this study aims to develop a quality and independent integrative thematic model, and to determine its effectiveness to improve learning outcomes and 21st century learning skills of elementary school students. This research was conducted using research and development designs (R&D) with preliminary study research stages, development stages, and evaluation stages. Model validation involves experts from academia and practitioners. The result of the effectiveness of the model is done through experimental activities using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results of the model validation show that the integrative thematic learning component is valid with a percentage of 88.9% and 93%. The effectiveness of the product showed that an increase in learning outcomes can be seen in the average affective learning outcomes 89.1 and 85.4. The average psychomotor learning outcomes are 79.63 and 80.08. Then the results of the mastery test of the material (cognitive) after being treated with the results of 0.40 (medium category). Model effectiveness test showed an increase in learning outcomes after the use of thematic learning models based on scientific approaches with the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000. This shows that the model is effective in improving student learning outcomes and skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the risk management of the Japanese language education study program at Universitas Negeri Semarang. This research approach is a qualitative approach with a case study design. data collection using structured interview methods, unstructured interviews, and document study. The results of this study indicate that the risk management carried out by the Japanese language education study program Universitas Negeri Semarang is not yet structured, but is following the directions and rules of the university. Although not yet structured, risk management that is carried out can minimize the impact of a problem that can disrupt the stability or sustainability of the study program. There are already standard rules for handling each problem and special handling in each case. Carried out very carefully so that the stability of the study program is maintained. The benefit of this research is to provide insight into risk management in the Japanese language education program Universitas Negeri Semarang to maintain the quality of graduates and the sustainability of the study program itself and can be an example of risk management in other institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of customer expectations and marketing mix on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervention at SMK Al-Ittihad. All activities carried out by a school will ultimately lead to students' value regarding their perceived satisfaction. If student satisfaction is realized, loyalty to school is also manifested. This study's population were all SMK Al-Ittihad Boarding School Jungpasir, Wedung, Demak in the 2020/2021 academic year, with the sampling technique being the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The path analysis results (Path Analysis) show that there is a significant influence between the variable Customer Expectations and the Marketing Mix partially on Customer Satisfaction with the Sig. <0.05. Directly there is a significant influence between the variable Customer Expectations and Customer Satisfaction with Customer Loyalty with the Sig Value. <0.05, and there is no significant influence between the Marketing Mix variable and Customer Loyalty with the Sig. 0.778> 0.05. Customer Expectations directly affect Customer Loyalty with the direct effect value is greater than the indirect effect value (0.507> 0.316). Marketing Mix directly affects Customer Loyalty with the greater direct effect value than the indirect effect value (0.013> -0.201). This research is useful as input in the development of management science, especially in marketing management.
