Abstract

ABSTRAK – Teknologi biometrik sedang menjadi tren teknologi dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan. Teknologi biometrik memanfaatkan bagian tubuh manusia sebagai alat ukur sistem yang memiliki keunikan disetiap individu. Suara merupakan bagian tubuh manusia yang memiliki keunikan dan cocok dijadikan sebagai alat ukur dalam sistem yang mengadopsi teknologi biometrik. Sistem pengenalan suara adalah salah satu penerapan teknologi biometrik yang fokus kepada suara manusia. Sistem pengenalan suara memerlukan metode ekstraksi fitur dan metode klasifikasi, salah satu metode ekstraksi fitur adalah MFCC. MFCC dimulai dari tahap pre-emphasis, frame blocking, windowing, fast fourier transform, mel frequency wrapping dan cepstrum. Sedangkan metode klasifikasi menggunakan GMM dengan menghitung likehood kesamaan antar suara. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, metode MFCC-GMM pada kondisi ideal memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 82.22% sedangkan pada kondisi tidak ideal mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 66.67%. Abstract

Information technology and telecommunications have promoted the development in all fields, including in the service sector, which now almost all have internet facilities. BPJS Health itself has developed various technology-based innovations to support the implementation of JKN-KIS Program. One of them is the design of an information system for KIS distribution in Southeast Sulawesi. The KIS distribution system is intended to make it easier for BPJS Health employees or parties to see the distribution of KIS in districts/cities in Southeast Sulawesi. In order to get the expected results of this research, the making of this system used the prototype method. The prototype method is a method where developers and customers can interact with each other during the system creation process. In the testing phase, the method used is Black Box Testing. Black Box Testing performs testing without detailed knowledge of the internal structure of the system or component being tested. As a result, this study proves that this system can reduce errors that can occur when distributing KIS to every area in Kendari City, help and make it easier for BPJS membership workers to see the distribution of healthy Indonesia card data, as well as it can directly update.

Abstract

Abstract. Detection of Counterfeit Rupiah Using the Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG) Edge Detection Method and the K-Means Clustering Algorithm Counterfeit money is a severe problem that is increasing in every country. The reason is the ease of getting information on making counterfeit money and the development of technology such as color printers. This study used data from 20 images of authentic rupiah banknotes and 20 photos of fake rupiah banknotes. Data analysis in this study consisted of four stages: reading the image, converting the image to grayscale, image segmentation, and grouping image values. The dataset of real money images were taken with a cellphone camera, while counterfeit money images were obtained from the website. After the dataset retrieval process, the image conversion process was carried out into a grayscale image; then, the image segmentation process proceeded. The conclusion obtained from this study is that edge detection with Laplacian of Gaussian combined with the K-Means Clustering algorithm is quite effective in detecting an image to determine the picture as whether real money or counterfeit money.Keywords: Counterfeit Money, Laplacian of Gaussian, K-Means Clustering. Abstrak. Uang palsu adalah masalah serius yang semakin meningkat di setiap negara. Penyebabnya ialah kemudahan mendapatkan informasi cara pembuatan uang palsu serta perkembangan teknologi seperti printer warna. Penelitian ini menggunakan data 20 gambar uang kertas rupiah asli dan 20 gambar uang kertas rupiah palsu. Analisis data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu membaca gambar, mengubah gambar menjadi skala abu-abu, segmentasi gambar, dan pengelompokan nilai citra. Pengambilan dataset berupa uang asli dilakukan dengan kamera handphone dan gambar uang palsu didapatkan dari website. Setelah proses temu kembali dataset, dilakukan proses konversi citra menjadi citra grayscale, kemudian dilakukan proses segmentasi citra. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah deteksi tepi dengan Laplacian of Gaussian yang dikombinasikan dengan algoritma K-Means Clustering cukup efektif mendeteksi suatu citra untuk menentukan gambar tersebut sebagai uang asli atau uang palsu.Kata Kunci: Uang Palsu, Laplacian of Gaussian, K-Means Clustering.

Abstract

Pembelajaran jarak jauh di perguruan tinggi memberikan tantangan baru karena banyak konflik terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi, pedagogi, media dan proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil dibuat berdasarkan penelitian ini bahwa mahasiswa sepakat menggunakan aplikasi Diabestie untuk mata kuliah pelayanan kefarmasian komunitas berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) prodi S1 Farmasi Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Persepsi mahasiswa terkait aspek pemanfaatan aplikasi Diabestie, meliputi aspek kemudahan untuk memahami aplikasi Diabestie sebesar 87,11%, aspek aksesabilitas aplikasi Diabestie dalam penggunaan sehari-hari sebesar 87,11%, aspek desain yang atraktif dan menarik pada aplikasi Diabestie sebesar 87,56%, aspek efisiensi waktu dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi Diabestie sebesar 82,67%, aspek kesukaan saat menggunakan Diabestie sebesar 84,4%. Tujuan pembelajaran pelayanan farmasi diabetes adalah untuk mencapai hasil akhir, dengan dukungan lingkungan belajar dari platform diabetes, sehingga mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang tujuan dan hasil akhir pembelajaran, serta efektivitas pembelajaran yang baik.

Abstract

The problem with most mining companies is a lack of information on the availability of ready-to-use (purchase or rent) heavy equipment and information on providers of heavy equipment spare parts, heavy equipment owners who have difficulty finding a market to sell or rent their equipment. Transaction processes that have been taking place so far have used telephone lines, chats and person-to-person emails where this is felt to be less effective and efficient. This research methodology contains stages regarding the process and procedure of data collection, method analysis procedures, system development procedures as well as the time and place of research. The purpose of this study is to implement the user based filtering recommendation machine method on mining equipment rental systems. The results of the study show that the recommendation system that has been built has succeeded in providing appropriate recommendations to customers who have made mining equipment rental transactions based on the parameters of the results of the recommendation accuracy test. The algorithm of the user based filtering recommendation engine method can be applied to the mining tool recommendation system that has been built. Based on testing the accuracy of the recommendation values, each value obtained in the calculation of the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) is 0.00936 so that the resulting recommendation accuracy is 99.99%. Then for the value of the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) obtained a value of 27.84%, and for the value of the Mean Squared Error (MSE) obtained was 0.01702.

Abstract

In digital era, development of information technology is unavoidable, almost all sectors have utilized development of information technology to facilitate all human activities, including health agencies. One form of health agency is a clinic. Sometimes in clinics, there is still way to take the queue number manually, thus making queue so long. Based on these problems, queuing system is needed to solve all queuing problems. In this study, used Single Channel Single Phase where Single Channel is service system that has one service, while Single Phase is only having one service station so after receiving service, it can immediately exit queue system. Based on results of the study, conclusions were obtained: The system built has been successfully implemented Single Channel Single Phase method where this success parameter can be seen from system that provides information about the queue that is running so that the waiting time for patients is more efficient. The characteristics of queuing that occur in Mono Valensi clinic with one stage of service show that average queue in system is ± 2 people, average queue is ± 4 people, average waiting time in system is ± 63 minutes, average waiting time in queue is ± 108 minutes.

Abstract

Penggunaan alat Kesehatan atau biomaterial diindonesia mengalami peningkatan. Material untuk alat kesehatan dapat disebut dengan biomaterial suatu disiplin ilmu Teknik Material dan Metalurgi. Biomaterial mencakup ilmu kedokteran, ilmu dasar (biologi, kimia dan fisika) dan ilmu teknik (mesin, elektro dan material). Biomaterial dapat diartikan suatu material untuk membuat berbagai alat kesehatan dan berinteraksi dengan sistim biologi. Biomaterial banyak digunakan sebagai implan dan devices (surgical implants and devices) untuk memperbaiki (to repair), mengganti (to replace), mendukung (to support) dan atau mengembalikan (to restore) fungsi organ tubuh secara aman. Biomaterial dapat berupa implan permanen atau implan sementara berupa scaffold. Biomaterial pengganti (scaffold) bagi sel atau jaringan di sekitarnya untuk merangsang, tumbuh, dan membimbing regenerasi jaringan baru. Setelah perbaikan dan penyembuhan jaringan selesai kemudian scaffold terdegradasi in vivo secara klinis dan biomekanik, sehingga tidak memerlukan operasi kedua untuk pengangkatan, biomaterial biodegradable harus mendukung proses regenerasi dan perbaikan jaringan dengan dukungan mekanis dan tidak beracun. PLA merupakan biopolimer yang sering digunakan sebagai biomaterial selain dari sifat biodegradable dan biocompatible karena propertiesnya yang baik digunakan sebagai scaffold. Penggunaan PLA atau biokomposit PLA banyak diaplikasikan sebagai bahan pengganti sementara atau scaffold pada tissue engineering seperti skin, tendon, ligamen, cartilage, arteri, aorta dan lain-lain. Perkembangan teknologi dibidang disipilin ilmu teknik metalurgi, fisika-kimia, biologi dan medis. Penggunaan polimer khususnya PLA dan biokompositnya telah berkembang dibidang tissue engineering dan alat kesehatan, untuk implan hard tissue masih dalam proses pengembangan. Paper review penelitian bertujuan untuk memudahkan, mengembangkan dan memulai penelitian baru dan review hasil penelitian untuk dijadikan acuan sebagai bahan penelitian selanjutnya agar lebih baik.

Abstract

Absensi dalam suatu institusi salah satunya Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara pada umumnya dilakukan secara manual, namun pada masa pandemi Covid-19 hal tersebut memiliki kekurangan yaitu para pegawai tidak dapat melakukan absensi dikarenakan Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara menerapkan sistem work from home. Untuk itu perlu adanya sistem informasi absensi online berbasis website dimana absensi dapat dilakukan secara online dari rumah masing-masing pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai rancangan Sistem Informasi Absensi Online (SIAB) di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi absensi online berbasis website dengan menggunakan Bahasa PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan oleh beberapa pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara dan dari hasil pengujian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan dibuatnya sistem tersebut. Abstract

Purpose: To detect cracks in the walls of buildings using digital image processing and the Naïve Bayes Algorithm.Design/methodology/approach: Using the YCbCr color model for the segmentation process and the HSV color model for the feature extraction process. This study also uses the Naïve Bayes Algorithm to calculate the probability of feature similarity between testing data and training data.Findings/result: Detecting cracks is an important task to check the condition of the structure. Manual testing is a recognized method of crack detection. In manual testing, crack sketches are prepared by hand and deviation states are recorded. Because the manual approach relies heavily on the knowledge and experience of experts, it lacks objectivity in quantitative analysis. In addition, the manual method takes quite a lot of time. Instead of the manual method, this research proposes digital-based crack detection by utilizing image processing. This study uses an intelligent model based on image processing techniques that have been processed in the HSV color space. In addition, this study also uses the YcbCr color space for feature extraction and classification using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm for crack detection analysis on building walls. The accuracy of the research test data reached 88.888888888888890%, while the training data achieved an accuracy of 93.333333333333330%.Originality/value/state of the art: This study has the same focus as previous research, namely detecting cracks in building walls, but has different methods and is implemented in case studies.

Abstract

Abstract — Letters are an important part of administration at a university. Letters are a formal means of communication between internal institutions within a university. In the academic process at Halu Oleo University, letters are generally used for applications for academic dispensation, for example KRS dispensation requests, uploading repair grades and UKT payment dispensations. This letters is still carried out in a conventional way so it is still difficult to validate the integrity of the letter, even though the letter contains a stamp or signature of the head of the institution. Therefore, in this study a validation system for academic letters was developed using the QR Code and the AES Algorithm. The AES algorithm is used to ensure document data integrity. While the QR Code is used so that the validation process is easily carried out by the user. The results of testing with the black box showed that the results of the implementation of the system design can run effectively. Whereas in testing the performance of the data validation process it showed that when the number of attachments is 25, the results of the QR Code cannot be scanned. This is due to the density of the contents of the QR Code and the scanning tool used. Keyword — AES Algorithm, Document Validation, QR Code, and Rational Unified Process, and Document Validation.
