Abstract

Curah hujan merupakan unsur cuaca yang bervariasi di setiap wilayah Indonesia termasuk Kota Kendari, mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, sehingga informasi prediksi curah hujan sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun aplikasi prediksi curah hujan Kota Kendari menggunakan tiga metode logika fuzzy, yaitu Mamdani, Takagi-Sugeno, dan Tsukamoto, serta membandingkan hasil prediksi ketiganya. Pembuatan aplikasi meliputi pengumpulan data, pembentukan himpunan fuzzy, pengolahan data dengan fuzzy, implementasi prediksi, dan perbandingan hasil prediksi. Data cuaca yang digunakan mencakup curah hujan, temperatur, kecepatan angin, kelembaban, dan tekanan udara. Software yang digunakan adalah Matlab2014b dengan Fuzzy Logic Toolbox. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Metode Sugeno memiliki tingkat akurasi dan nilai Kappa terbaik, yakni 78% dan 0.57, dibandingkan Metode Mamdani dan Tsukamoto yang masing-masing 67% dan 0.34. Metode ini memberikan wawasan tentang prediksi curah hujan yang bisa diterapkan pada masalah lain. Hasil prediksi dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi banjir, meminimalisir risiko, dan dampak negatifnya. Informasi prediksi curah hujan juga bermanfaat dalam berbagai bidang seperti penerbangan, pelayaran, transportasi darat, lingkungan, dan pertanian.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi persaingan diera globalisasi, suatu perusahaan dihadapkan dengan berbagai masalah yang mengakibatkan kegagalan suatu perusahaan. Dalam hal ini setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan kemampuan beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi dan meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia, karena faktanya sumber daya manusia menjadi salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan mempunyai daya saing tinggi dan mampu bertahan dalam menghadapi perkembangan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif. Dalam hal ini setiap perusahaan perlu memperhatikan pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang baik, karena keberhasilan perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja setiap pegawainya. Pemberian insentif jika tidak dilaksanakan dengan tepat dan adil maka perusahaan akan kehilangan pegawainya. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan sebuah sistem yang efektif dalam membantu mengambil suatu keputusan yang kompleks, sistem ini menggunakan aturan-aturan pengambilan keputusan, model analisis, database yang komprehensif dan pengetahuan dari pengambil keputusan itu sendiri. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) adalah metode pengambilan keputusan multikriteria berdasarkan pada konsep perangkingan menggunakan utility degree yaitu dengan membandingkan nilai indeks keseluruhan setiap alternatif terhadap keseluruhan nilai alternatif optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma Decision Tree C4.5 dalam seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) Kemenkumham Sulawesi Tenggara. Melibatkan Data Mining, metode ini memanfaatkan preprocessing data, pemilihan atribut, dan pengembangan model Decision Tree. Algoritma C4.5, dipilih karena kemudahan dan visualisasi, diaplikasikan pada data pelamar CPNS, termasuk SKD seperti TWK, TIU, dan TKP. Kontribusi utama adalah peningkatan efisiensi dan ketepatan seleksi CPNS, memastikan pegawai sesuai kebutuhan instansi. Visualisasi pohon keputusan dari C4.5 memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan model.Kata Kunci: algoritma C4.5, Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia, Penerimaan CPNS, Pohon Keputusan, Sulawesi Tenggara

Abstract

Transportation, particularly air travel, plays a vital role in supporting economic and social activities of the society. In this context, predicting the number of airline passengers becomes crucial for airport planning and management. This research aims to utilize the Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) method to predict the passenger count at Halu Oleo Kendari Airport. The MLP method is a type of neural network that exhibits high predictive capabilities. In this study, train score and test score are used to evaluate the performance of the MLP model in predicting the training and testing data. Additionally, Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) is employed to measure the accuracy of the model's predictions. The results indicate that the train score of 60% signifies the model's ability to predict the training data with an accuracy of 60%. Meanwhile, the test score of 96% demonstrates the model's good predictive capability on unseen testing data. The MAPE value of 0.152% indicates a relatively low level of error in the model's predictions.

Abstract

The rampant dissemination of false and unsourced information, commonly known as hoaxes, has become a pervasive issue in the era of internet media. In the digital age, the widespread dissemination of false and unverified information has emerged as a critical concern within the realm of internet media. Hoax news can be used to influence elections, sway public opinion, and create political instability. The rapid evolution of information technology has contributed to the uncontrollable proliferation of hoax content, necessitating the development of intelligent systems for effective classification. This research focuses on implementing a robust classification system for identifying hoax news circulating through internet media. The method used in this program is the Naive Bayes method, specifically Naive Bayes Multinomial, which works with the assumption that each feature (word) is considered independent from the others. Text vectorization using CountVectorizer converts text into a numeric vector, which can be used by classification algorithms. This program uses a trained model to make predictions on testing data and calculate evaluation metrics such as accuracy, confusion matrix, and classification reports. By leveraging these methodologies, the study aims to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of distinguishing genuine news from deceptive hoaxes. The highest accuracy value obtained in this research was 94.73% with a division of 20% test data and 80% training data. Abstract

Pemborosan listrik sering disebabkan karena lupa mematikan lampu. Sakelar lampu rumah kebanyakan masih menggunakan sakelar manual yang terpasang pada masing-masing panel baik untuk mematikan maupun untuk menyalakan lampu. Jika rumah mempunyai daerah yang luas atau lantai bertingkat akan mengakibatkan kesulitan dan menghabiskan banyak waktu atau tenaga ketika akan menyalakan atau mematikan lampu, karena sakelarnya yang harus ditekan secara manual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem kendali lampu otomatis multisensor menggunakan metode fuzzy logic control inferensi Sugeno berbasis mikrokontroler. Penelitian ini menggunakan sensor Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) dan sensor ultrasonik. Sensor LDR digunakan untuk mendeteksi cahaya sekitar yang disimulasikan dengan cara mendekatkan dan menjauhkan sumber cahaya ke sensor LDR, sedangkan sensor ultrasonik digunakan untuk mendeteksi gerakan yang memasuki ruangan. Masukan dari sensor diproses oleh mikrokontroler menggunakan metode fuzzy Sugeno yang melalui proses fuzzyfikasi, aplikasi fungsi implikasi dan deffuzyfikasi. kemudian hasil pengolahan data akan menghasilkan lampu padam atau menyala. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara memberikan intensitas cahaya yang berbeda-beda berdasarkan fungsi keanggotaan gelap, redup dan terang pada sensor LDR dan sensor ultrasonik melakukan gerakan berdasarkan fungsi keanggotaan dekat, sedang dan jauh yang telah dibuat. Dilakukan 90 percobaan terhadap rule yang telah dibuat dan diperoleh persentase keberhasilan 100%.

Abstract

The large number of workers managed makes it difficult for BRI officers at the Samratulangi branch to manage them. Management of employee data at the Samratulangi branch of BRI was previously managed via Microsoft Excel. Management carried out manually causes several problems, including the difficulty of identifying workers whose work terms have expired and the number of workers being managed is quite large and takes a long time. This problem can be solved by building a worker data management application. Application development is carried out using the prototype method. In this research, the application is designed to be able to manage workers' data well, be able to manage workers' attendance, know the active status of workers, and be able to issue Specified Time Work Agreement Decree in a timely manner. Based on the prototype method, researchers carry out the communication stage to obtain information about the problems faced by users. At the Quick plan and Modeling quick design stage, researchers began to design the UML and display in prototype form to then create a User Interface. Next, at the Feedback and Delivery stage, researchers ask for feedback and suggestions regarding the application that has been created which will then be developed and improved according to user input. So the system is created so that users can run the system according to their needs. Based on the test results using a blackbox, the system is designed according to its function and use.

Abstract

Image is a spatial dimension contains information, color, and not time-dependent. Nowadays image is very important for recognition system as source/data. In order to obtain certain information (features), image transformed or extracted.  Wavelet is mathematical function that is able to classify the image energy concentrated on a small group of coefficients (approximation), while other coefficient group (detail) contains very small energy which can be eliminated. This study purpose to compare wavelet family include Haar, Daubechies and Coiflet, then applied to the fingerprint recognition system and face recognition system.There are three major steps in this paper, preprocessing that includes resize normalization, histogram equalization and thresholding, feature extraction using three different wavelet family, learning using Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) and matching using Euclidean Distance. The experimental result show Haar is the best among the others. Abstract

Abstract Anxiety is something that must exist in life, so everyone must have it. In everyday life, having anxiety is normal, but excessive anxiety can lead to self-stabilization disorders so that it is classified as an anxiety disorder. With reference to these conditions, this research was conducted with the aim of identifying the early stages of anxiety disorders using the Data Mining process and the Random Forest algorithm. This research applies the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) method for data processing and uses the GAD-7 questionnaire in data collection with a total of 670 records. This study also applied 10-fold cross validation for model evaluation with specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy parameters. The final results of the study show that the prediction of anxiety levels with the Random Forest algorithm has an accuracy rate of 89.55%. Of the total respondents, 12.99% were categorized as normal or not experiencing anxiety disorders, 28.06% experienced mild anxiety disorders, 32.84% experienced moderate anxiety, and 26.12% experienced severe anxiety.Abstrak Kecemasan adalah suatu hal yang pasti ada dalam kehidupan, sehingga semua orang pasti memilikinya. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari memiliki kecemasan adalah hal yang normal, tetapi kecemasan yang berlebihan dapat mengakibatkan gangguan kestabilan diri sehingga diklasifikasikan sebagai gangguan kecemasan. Dengan merujuk dari kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi tahap awal gangguan kecemasan dengan menggunakan proses Data Mining dan algoritma Random Forest. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) untuk pemrosesan data dan menggunakan kuesioner GAD-7 dalam pengumpulan data dengan banyak responden 670 record. Penelitian ini juga menerapkan 10-fold cross validation untuk evaluasi model dengan paramater spesifisitas, sensitivitas, dan akurasi. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil prediksi tingkat kecemasan dengan algoritma Random Forest memiliki tingkat akurasi 89,55%. Dari total responden, 12,99% dikategorikan normal atau tidak mengalami gangguan kecemasan, 28,06% mengalami gangguan kecemasan ringan, 32,84% mengalami kecemasan sedang, dan 26,12% mengalami kecemasan berat.

Abstract

A problem that is often encountered among Qur’an memorized is the inability to memorize verses randomly. Therefore, a system is needed that is able to train the memorization of the Qur'an memorization so that it is able to memorize even with the position of the scrambled verses. To randomize verse chunks, a method is needed that can generate random numbers. Among the algorithms capable of generating random numbers are the Linear Congruent Method and the Fisher-Yates Shuffle. Of the two algorithms, no more effective algorithm has been found. For this reason, a comparison will be made by applying algorithms to Android-based game applications with the puzzle genre. This study aims to build an educational game application with the puzzle genre on the arrangement of quranic verses by comparing the effectiveness of the Linear Congruent Method and Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithms in randomizing verses in games. The game is run in an Android application. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that Linear Congruent Method has a pattern in generating random numbers while the Fisher-Yates Shuffle does not require it, so it can be concluded that the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm is the most effective in randomizing.
