Abstract

Abstrak Pelanggaran operasional di beberapa SPBU Pertamina Yogyakarta pada November 2024 telah menyebabkan penutupan beberapa SPBU akibat ketidaksesuaian takaran bahan bakar yang diterima konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor penyebab pelanggaran, dampaknya terhadap konsumen dan perusahaan, serta solusi perbaikan yang diperlukan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran ini disebabkan oleh lemahnya sistem pengawasan, manipulasi alat ukur, dan rendahnya kepatuhan terhadap standar operasional. Dampaknya meliputi kerugian finansial dan psikologis bagi konsumen serta penurunan reputasi PT Pertamina. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, direkomendasikan penguatan pengawasan, kalibrasi alat ukur secara berkala, transparansi operasional, penegakan sanksi tegas, dan pelatihan bagi pengelola SPBU. Implementasi langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat memulihkan kepercayaan publik, meningkatkan integritas layanan SPBU, dan mencegah pelanggaran serupa di masa depan. Kata Kunci: SPBU Pertamina, pelanggaran operasional, takaran bahan bakar, pengawasan, perlindungan konsumen. Abstract Operational violations at several Pertamina gas stations in Yogyakarta in November 2024 led to closures due to discrepancies in fuel volume provided to customers. This study aims to analyze the causes of violations, their impacts on consumers and the company, and necessary corrective actions. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through interviews, field observations, and document reviews. The findings indicate that these violations stem from weak oversight systems, manipulation of measurement tools, and low compliance with operational standards. The impacts include financial and psychological losses for consumers and a decline in Pertamina's reputation. Recommendations include strengthening oversight, periodic calibration of measurement tools, operational transparency, strict enforcement of sanctions, and training for gas station managers. Implementing these measures is expected to restore public trust, enhance service integrity, and prevent similar violations in the future. Abstract

The production of smoked catfish in Pasaman Barat faces several challenges, including traditional smoking processes that lack the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), inadequate packaging and labeling, and limited marketing strategies. These conditions result in inconsistent product quality, a short shelf life, and low market competitiveness. This community service program aims to improve the product quality and sustainability of the Gusni Afrida MSME partner through the application of GMP, enhanced packaging techniques, and the development of digital marketing strategies.  The methods employed include training in GMP implementation, vacuum packaging techniques, labeling, replacement of equipment compliant with GMP standards, and mentoring in GMP applications. The program enhances the partner's understanding of GMP, vacuum packaging techniques, labeling, production management, and digital marketing, accompanied by the practical implementation of GMP. This involves the use of equipment that meets GMP standards, employing proper production personnel attributes, vacuum packaging techniques, and attractive product labeling. In addition, e-commerce-based marketing broadens market access.  Implementation of this program is expected to positively impact the quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of the partner's products. The adoption of GMP and modern marketing strategies can serve as models for the development of small businesses in the local food industry.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of community organizations in increasing the political participation of the Chinese community in Medan City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy that is descriptive and analytical. Research data processing uses the triangulation method to ensure reliability, validity, and generability. The results showed that the INTI Association as one of the largest Chinese community organizations in Medan City was able to increase the participation of the Chinese community. First; The Chinese community in Medan City has actively participated in the world of politics as indicated by the many members of the association who have nominated themselves to become members of the legislature. Second, the negative value of the role of community organizations is used as a tool to get the votes of community organization members. This is because there is support or encouragement from members of the organization who will nominate themselves so that votes are needed to win political contestation.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the effect of carbon emission disclosure, environmental performance, and corporate social responsibility on firm value, both partially and simultaneously. This research adopts a quantitative approach using an associative method. The population consists of 105 mining companies, with purposive sampling selecting 35 companies over a four-year period, resulting in a total of 140 samples from mining companies that meet predetermined criteria and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020–2023. The type of data used is quantitative, sourced from secondary data. Data collection methods involve annual reports and sustainability reports published by mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2023. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression analysis, using the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) software, version 15. The partial test results show that carbon emission disclosure and corporate social responsibility do not have a significant effect on firm value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2020–2023. However, environmental performance partially has an influence on firm value for these companies. Simultaneously, the study demonstrates that carbon emission disclosure, environmental performance, and corporate social responsibility collectively have an effect on firm value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2023 period.

Abstract

The rapid transformation of global society in the digital age necessitates the integration of 21st century competencies in higher education, particularly in the field of sociology. This study investigates the effectiveness of integrating digital literacy, collaborative learning, and critical thinking into sociology education among undergraduate students. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, involving 35 students from the Sociology Education Study Program at a public university in Indonesia. Data were collected through a validated Likert-scale questionnaire comprising 30 items across three core constructs. Descriptive statistical analysis revealed that students perceived the integration of these competencies to be highly effective. Digital literacy scored a mean of 4.31 (SD = 0.46), collaborative learning 4.25 (SD = 0.52), and critical thinking 4.37 (SD = 0.48), all categorized as “very high.” The overall average score was 4.31, corresponding to 86.2% in percentage agreement. These findings suggest that the learning model successfully fosters essential 21st century skills, equipping students with digital fluency, social collaboration, and analytical capacity in the context of sociological inquiry. The study concludes that a purposeful pedagogical design embedding these three competencies enhances students’ academic engagement and critical sociological understanding. It also calls for broader implementation and further research to explore long-term impacts and institutional scalability of 21st century learning frameworks in higher education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze innovations in entrepreneurship education to promote digital economic growth in the modern era. The study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to analyze innovations in entrepreneurship education in supporting digital economic growth. The reviewed papers are those published between 2020 and 2025, in Indonesian, and contain relevant keywords. The search process involves screening based on title and abstract, followed by an evaluation of the full text to ensure relevance and quality of information. Data from journals are synthesized to provide a comprehensive understanding of the topic. An analysis of ten articles shows that the development of entrepreneurship education is crucial to enhancing relevant skills in the digital era. This education not only provides technical knowledge but also encourages students to think creatively and independently. Although digital training offers many benefits, challenges such as the lack of teacher competencies and data privacy issues need to be addressed to ensure effective and safe implementation. This research emphasizes that entrepreneurship education is important for enhancing skills in the digital era. Students not only learn technical knowledge but are also trained to think critically and independently. Digital entrepreneurship training provides opportunities for the millennial generation to leverage technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the patterns of dating app usage through the lens of Cross Media theory, focusing on the integration of multiple digital platforms in the partner-seeking process. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with three key informants who actively use dating apps such as Tinder, Bumble, Tantan, and Line People Nearby. The results reveal a concrete pattern of cross-media transition: all three informants reported moving from Tinder to Instagram before proceeding to WhatsApp as a strategy for identity verification and creating a sense of comfort before offline meetings. Additional findings highlight user preferences for specific apps; for example, Bumble is perceived as more exclusive and empowering for women, while Tinder is seen as more casual but sometimes overly suggestive. The discussion emphasizes that integrating dating apps with other social media platforms plays a crucial role in building trust, reducing the risk of fraud, and providing a safer space for identity verification. This study highlights the significance of cross-media literacy in online relationship-building and emphasizes the importance of digital literacy in safeguarding privacy and security within the evolving digital dating ecosystem.

Abstract

The vulnerability of an area to disasters can be a benchmark in designing disaster mitigation. This study aims to determine the level of social vulnerability of the community and institutions to flood disasters in Nagari Palangai Gadang, Ranah Pesisir District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews with 35 respondents and secondary data documentation. The results of the analysis show that the level of social vulnerability is High (1.762) and the level of institutional vulnerability (1.242). This condition is influenced by low income levels, economic dependence on the agricultural sector, minimal community literacy about disasters and the lack of role of local institutions in reducing the risk of flood disasters.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengaktualisasikan konsep moderasi beragama dalam lingkungan pendidikan madrasah, dengan fokus pada pengembangan model pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Amaliyah Secanggang. Moderasi beragama, sebagai prinsip hidup beragama yang menekankan keseimbangan antara pemahaman tekstual dan kontekstual, relevan diterapkan dalam upaya membentuk siswa yang toleran, inklusif, dan menghargai keragaman. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan moderasi beragama di MAS Amaliyah Secanggang mencakup pengintegrasian nilai-nilai moderasi dalam kurikulum, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan budaya sekolah. Model pengembangan ini didukung oleh kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan masyarakat melalui dialog antaragama, pelatihan keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta pembentukan komunitas pembelajaran yang inklusif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa moderasi beragama di madrasah dapat diwujudkan secara efektif melalui pendekatan pendidikan yang holistik dan kontekstual. Model yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi madrasah lain dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai moderasi di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

The level of regional financial independence (KKD) shows the ability of the regional government to reduce dependence on transfer income to finance all its government activities as a manifestation of regional autonomy. The purpose is to empirically test the influence of DAU, PAD and BM on KKD in the Bandung Regency Government in the 2019-2023. The research method is quantitative, the type of data used is secondary data, the data analysis method used descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and test hypotheses t and f with the help of SPSS version 26. Based on the analysis technique using multiple regression, it shows that partially the DAU has a significant effect on KKD, while the other two components, PAD and BM, do not affect KKD. Then the results of simultaneous testing show that there is no significant influence of DAU, PAD and BM on KKD.
