Abstract

Kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik merupakan permasalahan yang cukup disorot di Indonesia karena pendidik dituntut untuk menjadi tenaga profesional yang menciptakan Indonesia Emas 2045, tetapi hak-hak mereka belum dipenuhi. Kondisi psikologis, jasmani, dan rohani dari kebanyakan tenaga pendidik masih sering diabaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kualitas kesejahteraan di Indonesia terhadap tenaga pendidik, permasalahan tenaga pendidik Non-ASN yang tidak mendapatkan hak-hak yang sesuai dengan beban kerja dan tanggung jawab mereka, serta menjelaskan pandangan Islam mengenai hal tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan rentang tahun literatur dari 2020 sampai 2025. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari, membandingkan dan menganalisis informasi yang relevan dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, artikel, dan berita yang membahas kesejahteraan guru di Indonesia, stigma masyarakat tentang profesi mulia, serta pandangan Islam mengenai permasalahan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik masih belum setara jika dibandingkan dengan pengabdian yang telah mereka jalankan. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah maupun masyarakat supaya tenaga pendidik mendapatkan kesejahteraan yang layak baik secara materi, teknis dan moral, yang juga memperhatikan perspektif agama Islam.

Abstract

Quality education is expected to create a generation that is able to adapt to challenges. To achieve this, the development of superior human resources must begin with efforts to instill an interest in reading from an early age, both in schools and in the community, so that every individual has equal access to knowledge. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of optimizing the Community Reading Park as an effort to build a literate generation in Nyerot Village. The problem of low interest in reading in the village is a major urgency that must be prioritized by the village government so that it can be addressed immediately. Through the PMD Real Work Lecture activity in Nyerot Village in collaboration with the National Library, a work program focused on literacy was presented. The methods used in this activity were initial observation, preparation, and implementation of activities carried out at the Saras Alus Community Reading Park in Nyerot Village. Various activities were carried out, such as reading aloud, book reviews, and implementing simple projects based on reading books. Through these activities, children not only read, but also experienced learning activities accompanied by play so that it did not feel boring. Additionally, the children who participated in the learning activities at the TBM were very enthusiastic, which helped develop their level of participation in utilizing their free time in a meaningful way.

Abstract

Purpose: The implementation of community service activities aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Key Performance Indicators (IKU), Asta Cita, and the National Research and Innovation Roadmap (RIRN) aims to reduce health risks associated with formalin-contaminated food, enhance public health awareness, strengthen practical understanding of the program application system, and increase knowledge related to formalin through structured training. These efforts contribute to the collective vision of achieving Indonesia Emas 2045. Design/Methodology/Approach: PKK members were positioned as community-based educators and facilitators in the prevention and control of formalin contamination in food products. Program effectiveness and efficiency were evaluated using a mixed-methods approach, including pre-test and post-test assessments, interviews, and direct observations. The program involved 17 PKK members who participated in training sessions on formalin removal techniques and the use of a formalin detection application. Findings: The evaluation results indicate a measurable improvement in participants’ knowledge following the training program. The average pre-test score increased from 78 to an average post-test score of 85 after participants received instruction on formalin reduction techniques in salted fish and the utilization of a web-based formalin detection application. Practical Implications: Formalin content in salted fish can be effectively reduced by soaking the product in warm water at a temperature of 40°C for 15 minutes. Formalin detection can be supported through the use of the gacor.web.id application, which facilitates early identification and community-level monitoring of food safety risks. Originality/Value: This program offers a practical, community-driven model for preventing and monitoring formalin contamination in food, integrating simple treatment methods with digital detection tools to strengthen food safety awareness at the grassroots level.

Abstract

Folktales are oral expressions of local culture that are transmitted from generation to generation. This study aims to analyze the values of local wisdom contained in folk tales, focusing on the aspects of peace and prosperity as well as their meaning and function according to Sibarani's perspective. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including literature study, observation, and recording. This study uses the theory of local wisdom developed by Robert Sibarani. The results of the study identify the values intended to teach morals or norms for community life, and these values play a role in the values of hard work, caring, and social solidarity that reflect the character of the local community as well as the meaning and function of each of the values contained therein. Based on the explanation of the values in the story above, the researcher was interested in describing all the values in this story so that they could be preserved. The story si Pogos-Pogos tells of a man who managed to change his life from poor to rich and successful through hard work, honesty, and good attitude. These values can be revitalized and preserved by the younger generation as part of the formation of a positive cultural character.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan makna khusus jargon yang digunakan pada grup WhatsApp Ladies Bikers Indonesia, dan fungsi bahasa yang merepresentasikan penggunaan jargon pada grup WhatsApp Ladies Bikers Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Objek yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah grup WhatsApp Ladies Bikers. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik simak/sadap sebagai teknik dasarnya dan teknik lanjutannya menggunakan  teknik Simak Libat Cakap (SLC), dan wawancara agar data yang sudah didapat lebih akurat dan bersifat objektif. Pengumpulan data jargon didokumentasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi cuplikan layar pada gawai. Hasil penelitian menemukan data jargon yang digunakan pada grup WhatsApp Ladies Bikers Indonesia sebanyak 32 jargon dari masing-masing bentuk, di antaranya: 9 jargon bentuk kata benda (nomina) di antaranya batangan, plakat, peneng, nyawa, chapter, club, komunitas, unit, boncengers. 6 jargon bentuk kata kerja (verba) di antaranya gas, merapat, up, portalan, edankeun, pantau. 1 jargon bentuk kata ganti pronomina (ganti sebutan) yaitu queen. 5 jargon bentuk frasa verba di antaranya rolling thunder, izin melintas, keep safety riding, riding senja, balik kanan. 1 jargon bentuk frasa nomina yaitu lelang online. 1 jargon bentuk singkatan yaitu sf (single fighter). 9 jargon bentuk akronim di antaranya tikum, kopsan, kopdar, Jamda Rattle, kopling, Jamnas LBI, sunmori, salken, dan bupres..  Kata kunci: sosiolinguistik, bentuk dan fungsi jargon, Ladies Bikers Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aimed at analysing how copyrights could bring about economic rights for innovators and authors. In addition of generating economic rights, copyrights also protecting intellectual property rights. As we know, intellectual property rights is rights obtained from one’s thoughts or ideas, and it has economical values for the innovator and/or author. As it consequence, people required to get license from and grant royalty to the innovator and/or author when they need to gain further these economic values. This condition also valid to the copyrights as contained in law no. 28 of 2014 on Copyrights. Abstract

Creative writing training activities are a form of community service that aims to develop literacy skills, creativity, and intellectual capacity among the younger generation. The programme, entitled ‘Suara Anak Negeri: Creative Writing Training for Members of the Literacy Community’, was held on Monday, 2 June 2025, at the Fisabilillah Hall in the Riau Provincial Language Centre Building. The event was opened by the Head of the Riau Province Language Centre, Umi Kulsum, S.S., M.Hum., and featured a speaker, Listi Mora Rangkuti, S.S., M.Hum. The target audience for the event was members of the Riau Sastra Community, most of whom were students from various universities in Pekanbaru. The methods used in the event included training, writing practice, discussion, and mentoring. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in the participants' writing skills, particularly in terms of idea exploration, diction selection, cohesion of ideas, and creativity. This activity also strengthened the network of productive and sustainable literacy communities in Riau Province. This programme made a significant contribution to strengthening creative literacy and fostering literary communities in Riau Province.

Abstract

Financial performance is the main element as a benchmark for a company, this can be seen from its financial statements. At PT Indofood CBP, Sukses Makmur Tbk (2017-2024) has experienced an increase and decrease in financial performance every year. This shows that the Company's financial performance is influenced by various factors in this study, these factors include profitability, liquidity and solvency. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a simultaneous influence between the profitability ratio, liquidity ratio and solvency ratio to Financial Performance at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2017-2024 and the purpose of this study is to determine the simultaneous influence between profitability ratio, liquidity ratio and solvency ratio on Financial Performance at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2017-2024. The discussion in this study is related to the field of financial accounting science, in this case the approach taken is theories related to financial accounting, especially in financial performance, where later it will be discussed about the profitability ratio, liquidity ratio and solvency ratio contained in the company and its influence on financial performance. This type of research is quantitative with normality test analysis, descriptive test, classical assumption test (using multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test (using t test and f test), R2 determination coefficient. To obtain the results of the researcher using the SPSS application version 26, the data used in this study used secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id with the number of samples used as many as 32 samples at PT Indofood CBP sukses makmur Tbk (2017-2024). The reaseach result show that there is no effect of profitability ratios and likuidity ratios on the financial performance of PT indofood CBP sukses Makmur tbk, there is an effect of solvency ratios on the financial performance of PT indofood CBP sukses Makmur Tbk and there is a simultaneous effect of profitability ratios, likuidity ratios and solvency ratios on the financial performance of PT indofood CBP sukses Makmur Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ethics of using the social media platform TikTok from an Islamic perspective. As a popular social media platform, TikTok has significantly changed the way individuals interact and share content. However, the use of TikTok also raises various ethical issues that need to be addressed, especially in the context of Islamic values. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method to collect and analyze relevant literature. Data is collected from various sources, including books, journal articles, and official documents discussing ethics in social media usage and Islamic teachings. Content analysis techniques are used to identify the main themes that emerge from the literature and relate them to the context of TikTok usage. The results show that the ethics of using TikTok in Islamic teachings include principles such as maintaining the honor of oneself and others, avoiding indecent or harmful content, and promoting goodness and positive values. TikTok can be an effective tool for dawah and spreading Islamic values if used wisely and responsibly. This study provides in-depth insights into how Islamic teachings can be integrated into the use of TikTok, and its implications for character and moral development in the digital society. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for TikTok users, policymakers, and academics in understanding and applying ethical social media usage in accordance with Islamic teachings.
