Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan metode Fun Teaching dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kelas III SDN Gampengrejo pada mata pelajaran matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Desain penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret - Juni tahun 2022 di SDN Gampengrejo kelas III dengan jumlah 28 siswa pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes, observasi siswa dan guru, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan hasil perhitungan skor pretest (pra siklus) dan post test siklus I dan siklus II siswa kelas III SDN Gampengrejo. Hasil belajar matematika siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika materi bangun datar dengan menggunakan metode Fun Teaching di kelas III SDN Gampengrejo pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 mengalami peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dari pra siklus sebesar 3,57%, siklus I sebesar 50%, dan siklus II menjadi sebesar 92,85%. Jadi, metode Fun Teaching sangat tepat digunakan dalam sebuah pembelajaran di kelas yang pasif dan hasil belajar siswa yang rendah.

Dalam laporan penelitian ini membahas tentang upaya seorang guru dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada muatan IPA materi daur hidup hewan pada siswa kelas IV di SDN Gampengrejo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi sejauh mana peningkatan pemahaman siswa dengan menggunakan model pebelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and pictur. Adapun masalah dalam penelitian ini yakni hasil belajar siswa yang menurun. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV SDN Gampengrejo tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan tes tulis yang dilakukan selama penelitian berlangsung. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik kuantitatif dan teknik kualitatif. Teknik kuantitatfis digunakan untuk mengolah data kuantitatif hasil tes. Sedangkan teknik kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data kualitatif non tes. Berdasarkan penelitian yang peneliti lakukan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture pada kelas IV SDN Gampengrejo. Peneliti mengharapkan untuk penelitian berikutnya agar memilih metode yang tepat dan menggunakan alat peraga yang mendukung terhadap materi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Introduction: Brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are congenital abnormalities in which direct connections form between arteries and veins, bypassing the capillary network and resulting in significant hemodynamic disturbances. This abnormal vascular architecture increases the risk of life-threatening intracranial hemorrhage. The diagnosis and management of brain AVMs are challenging due to their variability in size, location, and vascular supply. Accurate assessment requires advanced imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, and DSA, combined with the Spetzler-Martin (S-M) classification for risk stratification. Epidemiological studies are important for guiding clinical decisions. This study aims to describe the demographic, clinical characteristics, and imaging findings of brain AVMs patients at Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital, Malang. Material and Methods: A retrospective descriptive study using radiology records from September 2020 to August 2024, including all patients diagnosed with brain AVMs who underwent CT, MRI, or DSA imaging. Results: The majority of patients were male (69.6%), and the largest age group was ≥50 years (36.9%). The most common presenting symptom was neurological deficit (47.8%), followed by headache (30.4%) and seizure (21.8%). S-M grading varied by imaging modality, CT most frequently detected grade III, MRI identified grades III–V, while DSA most often revealed grade I. Conclusion: Cerebral AVMs are more commonly treated in males and individuals aged ≥50 years. The main symptoms are neurological deficits, headaches, and seizures. A multimodal approach is essential for diagnosis and management.

Patients with osteoarthritis will experience pain and limitation of motion which has an impact on difficulty in performing activities of daily living (ADL). Patients with these conditions also require recovery after total knee replacement surgery to restore normal physical, psychological, social, habitual and daily life activities. This study aims to determine the description of pain levels and independence of activity daily living (ADL). This study uses a descriptive design. The population of this study were all total knee replacement patients, 37 samples were selected using purposive sampling. The results showed that a total of 49.7% experienced severe pain and 84.6% of respondents had activity daily living (ADL) activities that were not independent. Nurses are needed to help improve the health status of ostheoarthritis patients so that the patient's quality of life can be maintained optimally. Avoid diseases that can aggravate and can fulfill daily needs independently. Health agencies need to further improve health promotion regarding the maintenance of independence and efforts to overcome pain levels in ostheoarthritis patients

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes using fractional puzzle board media. Based on the results of observations made by researchers at SDN Bancaran 3 Bangkalan, there are problems, namely the media used in learning is still limited, namely using simple theme books and companion books. The method used by the author in this research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method and uses the Kemmis and Mc. Taggar method which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle has four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research site is at SDN Bancaran 3 Bangkalan , with the research subject of class II B students as many as 8 students. The data collection techniques used were tests, observations, and documentation. This study used an instrument in the form of test questions. Based on the results of research data analysis, it showed an increase in student learning outcomes by using the fractional puzzle board media. This can be seen from the results of tests carried out by students in each cycle, in cycle I students get an average pre-test of 45% and post-test of 60%.In cycle II students get an average of pre-test of 75% and post-test 93.75%.

This study aims to improve cognitive learning outcomes in mathematics problem-solving through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model for third-grade students at SDN Baddurih. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The subjects of the study are 14 third-grade students at SDN Baddurih. Data collection techniques include tests, observations, and documentation. The research instruments consist of cognitive learning outcome tests, interview guidelines, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of the PBL learning model has been proven effective in improving cognitive learning outcomes in mathematics problem-solving. In Cycle 1, using the conventional method, the percentage of students achieving learning mastery was only 50%. However, in Cycle 2, after applying the PBL model, the percentage of students achieving learning mastery increased to 78.57%, with the class average score rising from 62.14 to 76.43. Learning through PBL actively engaged students in solving mathematics problems, significantly improving their understanding of the material. In conclusion, the application of the PBL model has proven effective in improving cognitive learning outcomes in mathematics problem-solving for third-grade students at SDN Baddurih. It is recommended that teachers apply the PBL model, schools support its implementation, and future researchers further develop more comprehensive studies.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN Alasrajah 2 in the subject of Pancasila Education. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. In the pre-cycle stage, only 40% of students met the minimum mastery criteria. After applying the PBL model in the first cycle, the percentage increased to 80%, and further improved to 92% in the second cycle. These results demonstrate that the PBL model effectively enhances students’ cognitive performance, encourages active participation, and fosters critical thinking skills through problem-solving activities related to real-life issues and Pancasila values. It can be concluded that PBL is a highly effective learning model for improving student outcomes in civic education at the elementary level.

Metastasis has been literally defined as the spread of cancer from the main body part when the cancer starts to induce other parts of the body. Approximately, one third of patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) have presented bone metastases which are often osteolytic causing substantial morbidity, such as: pain pathological fractures, spinal cord compression and hypercalcemia. Additionally, the presence of bone metastases in RCC is also associated with a poor prognosis. This paper reports a case presentation regarding embolization in a case of a 25-year-old female patient with a pathological diagnosis of a pathological fracture at the L1 level dt MBD Process Renal Cell Carcinoma prior to spinal stabilization surgery. Embolization hence plays an important role in treating hypervascular bone metastases, providing effective means of treating hemorrhagic conditions by minimizing the bleeding supply to tumor masses. In sum, embolization could be performed either as a definitive treatment or as an adjunct to subsequent surgical management.

This article describes the results of research related to the learning system carried out at SLB Samudra Lavender, Bangkalan and using qualitative methods. The purpose of this study is to describe how the learning system takes place in order to improve the development of the socialization function and the potential of students in the school. Researchers took the SLB Samudra Lavemder, Bangkalan as the object of research. Data collection was carried out by interviewing the principal at SLB Samudra Lavender, Bangkalan as well as direct observations by researchers which would later be proven through documentation. The schools that the researchers observed made various efforts to develop the development of the socialization function and potential in students at the school by analyzing the applied learning system. Many people in general often underestimate the ability of children with special needs, therefore the researcher wants to find out more about the efforts made by educators in one of the special schools in one of the schools in Bangkalan district. The obstacles experienced by the teacher during the learning process are the difficulties of the students to comply with what the educator wants or says so that the class becomes crowded and learning becomes not conducive. In addition, there is a miscommunication between educators and parents of students so that there is no close relationship to compromise on the development of students from within. Various efforts have been made by educators so that it is not uncommon for SLB Samudra Lavender to get awards in various activities such as exhibitions.
