Abstract

AbstrakEra informasi yang semakin berkembang mempengaruhi lingkungan bisnis. Pengaruhnya dapat dilihat pada proses pengambilan keputusan. Proses pengambilan keputusan terhadap sejumlah alternatif dan sejumlah tujuan diselesaikan dengan sebuah sistem. Sistem  yang bermodelkan Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) dan Multi Objective Decision Making (MODM). Model MODM digunakan untuk menyelesaikan perancangan alternatif terbaik dan model MADM digunakan untuk menyelesaikan penyeleksian terhadap beberapa alternatif dalam jumlah yang terbatas. Salah satu pendekatan model MADM adalah TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). Konsep utama TOPSIS adalah alternatif preferensi terbaik memiliki jarak terpendek dari solusi ideal positif dan memiliki jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Hasil metode TOPSIS adalah perankingan terhadap sejumlah alternatif. Salah satu masukan dari metode TOPSIS adalah nilai pembobotan kriteria. Nilai pembobotan kriteria dapat diberikan secara langsung oleh pengambil keputusan atau dihitung melalui sebuah metode. Penelitian akan menghitung nilai pembobotan kriteria dengan metode Entropy. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan objektifitas pembobotan kriteria. Penelitian mengangkat kasus tentang pengalokasian spare part ke sejumlah store. Alternatif terbaik dengan sumber daya yang terbatas, beberapa tujuan yang saling bertentangan didekati dengan metode Goal programming. Pengambilan keputusan akan lebih terarah karena sistem menghasilkan perankingan store spare part, dan menampilkan  informasi alokasi spare part.  Kata kunci— Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Entropy, TOPSIS, Goal Programming AbstractThe capabilities of computrized systems facilitate decision support in a number of ways, such as speed computations, increased productivity ,improved data management and others. Decisions are often made by individuals. There may be conflicting objectives even for a  decision maker. The conflicting objectives can be solved by goal programming. Research of spare part allocation focuses on an individual decision maker and presents the solving problem with Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). A lot of MCDM approaches have been developed and applied to diverse fields, like engineering, management, economic, etc. As one of the known classical MCDM approaches, TOPSIS method is known to be a common method to get the preliminary outcome.  The main concept of TOPSIS is the best alternative has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution.  Before the stores are ranked with TOPIS method, the management assigned a weightage to each store using Entropy method.  Keywords— Decision Support Model, Entropy, TOPSIS, Goal Programming.

Abstract

AbstrakPemilihan kualitas batu mulia membutuhkan kemampuan khusus untuk memilih dan menilai kualitas batu mulia yang akan diperdagangkan. Keberagaman jenis batu mulia dan konsumen menjadi kendala tersendiri ketika pengetahuan dan kemampuan individu dalam menganalisis kualitas batu mulia sangatlah minim.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model Fuzzy AHP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara konsultasi dengan Direktur Kantor Pusat Promosi Batu Mulia Indonesia GEM-AFIA GROUP  di Bandung sehingga dihasilkan kriteria-kriteria terbaik dalam pemilihan kualitas perdagangan batu mulia. Kriteria-kriteria tersebut kemudian disusun berdasarkan literatur, observasi dan wawancara, selanjutnya diberi penilaian perbandingan berpasangan dengan AHP untuk mencari bobot informasional dan menggunakan TFN untuk mencari upper excepted value.Hasil yang didapat dengan menggunaan model Fuzzy AHP dalam pemilihan kualitas perdagangan batu mulia menunjukkan bahwa kriteria berat jenis, warna, kekerasan, pemotongan, dan kejernihan merupakan kriteria utama dalam pemilihan kualitas perdagangan batu mulia. Fuzzy AHP dalam penilaian tingkat kosistensi dilakukan pada level struktur hierarki dan mampu mengakomodir ketidak konsistenan dalam penilaian. Kata kunci—AHP (Analysis Hierarchy Process), Fuzzy AHP, TFN (Triangular Fuzzy Number), upper eecepted upper. AbstractThe selection process of Precious stone quality requires particular ability in selecting and assessing the quality of traded Precious stones . The diversity types of Precious stoneand consumers in choosing it become an obstacle since the limited knowledge and ability to analyze needs of individuals.This research applied quantitative method by employing Fuzzi AHP model. The data was collected by consulting the director of  Kantor Promosi Batu Mulia Indonesia GEMAFIA GROUP located in Bandung that gives some criteria in the selection of Precious stonetrade quality. Further, these criteria are formulated based on AHP pair comparison to find out the informational quality and upper expected values using TFT (triangular Fuzzy Number).The result that is based on Fuzzy AHP method show that density, color, hardness, cutting and clarity criteria are the criteria in selecting Precious stonetrade quality.  This method in the assessment of consistency level is done in the hierarchy structure level and is able to accommodate the assessment inconsistency. Keywords—AHP (Analysis Hierarchy Process), Fuzzy AHP, TFN (Triangular Fuzzy Number),  upper eecepted upper.

Abstract

AbstractTree identification is a very important to support almost all activities in the forest sector. Unfortunately, the inavailability of data and computer programs that is user friendly have caused ineficiency in tree identification. This research tries to make an expert system to identify trees by using the leaf images. To store the data in the knowledge base one must choose one of the some leaf images that are in the data base available in the program according the characteristic of the leaf. Each leaf image has a code and the accumulation of all codes build a tree code then this code is saved in the knowledge base. The tree code is used to identify a tree by making the comparison between input chosen by user and the tree code in the knowledge base using forward chaining. User who has information about a tree can add to the knowledge base but this information must be validated by an expert before it is used in the system. Another task of an expert is to give a CF (certainty factor) for each tree.The result of this research shows that no more errors are found due to input mistakes and the program is more user friendly. Another advantage is that the knowledge base is more flexible, dynamic and well organized Validation of knowledge base by experts can increase the quality and accuracy of using the knowledge base system.Keywords : expert system, leaf image, knowledge base, forward chaining, CF

Abstract

AbstractThe goal of this research is to make an expert system as a tool for diagnozing endoparsitism gastrointestinal disease for cows and sheep. The knowledge base of the system has been acquired from some interviews with some doctors from the internal diseases animal's unit at Animal's Hospital, Gadjah Mada University Jogjakarta, some text books, journals, and research papers. The inference machine of the system uses Forward Chaining and uncertainty data methods using Dempster-Shafer Theory.The system has a consultation session with an interactive dialog that can be used by the users. A user gives information such as user's data, and answers the questions about the endoparsitism gastrointestinal symptoms that might be had by his animal. From the answers, the system computes the possibility of the animal to suffer from endoparsitism gastrointestinal, informs the life cycle parasites, and suggests a therapy for it.Keywords : Expert System, diagnoze, endoparsitism gastrointestinal disease, Forward chaining method, Dempster-Shafer Teary

Abstract

AbstrakPenggunaan metode Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) dalam proses identifikasi salah satu gangguan neurologis pada bagian kepala yang dikenal dalam istilah kedokteran stroke ischemic dari hasil ct scan kepala dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi lokasi  yang terkena stroke ischemik. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam proses identifikasi antara lain ekstraksi citra hasil ct scan kepala dengan menggunakan histogram. Citra hasil proses histogram ditingkatkan intensitas hasil citranya dengan menggunakan threshold otsu sehingga didapatkan hasil pixel yang diberi nilai 1 berkaitan dengan obyek sedangkan pixel yang diberi nilai 0 berkaitan dengan background. Hasil pengukuran digunakan untuk proses clustering image, untuk proses cluster image digunakan fuzzy c-mean (FCM). Hasil clustering merupakan deretan pusat cluster, hasil  data digunakan untuk membangun fuzzy inference system (FIS). Sistem inferensi fuzzy yang diterapkan adalah inferensi fuzzy model Takagi-Sugeno-Kang. Dalam penelitian ini ANFIS digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan hasil penentuan lokasi penyumbatan stroke ischemic. Digunakan recursive least square estimator (RLSE) untuk pembelajaran. Hasil RMSE yang didapat pada proses pelatihan sebesar 0.0432053, sedangkan pada proses pengujian dihasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 98,66% Kata kunci—stroke ischemik, Global threshold, Fuzzy Inference System model Sugeno, ANFIS, RMSE  Abstract            The use of Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) methods in the process of identifying one of neurological disorders in the head, known in medical terms ischemic stroke from the ct scan of the head in order to identify the location of ischemic stroke. The steps are performed in the extraction process of identifying, among others, the image of the ct scan of the head by using a histogram. Enhanced image of the intensity histogram image results using Otsu threshold to obtain results pixels rated 1 related to the object while pixel rated 0 associated with the measurement background. The result used for image clustering process, to process image clusters used fuzzy c-mean (FCM) clustering result is a row of the cluster center, the results of the data used to construct a fuzzy inference system (FIS). Fuzzy inference system applied is fuzzy inference model of Takagi-Sugeno-Kang. In this study ANFIS is used to optimize the results of the determination of the location of the blockage ischemic stroke. Used recursive least squares estimator (RLSE) for learning. Abstract

AbstrakPotensi perikanan budidaya air tawar semakin meningkat, hal tersebut disebabkan produksi ikan sektor penangkapan mendekati “overfishing”. Budidaya perikanan air tawar memiliki beberapa alternatif ikan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi yaitu ikan Mas, ikan Mujair, ikan Nila, ikan Gurame, ikan Lele dan ikan Patin. Alternatif ikan ini memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda untuk masing-masing jenis pembudidayaannya. Parameter-parameter yang mempengaruhi proses budidaya ikan air tawar tersebut diantaranya: faktor kesesuaian air meliputi: suhu, kecerahan, DO (derivater oksigen), keasaman (pH). Sedangkan pemilihan budidaya perikanan yang menguntungkan bisa dinilai dari faktor finansial yaitu: NPV (Net Present Value), ROI (Return on Investment), BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio), PBP (Pay Back Period) dan BEP (Break Event Point). Sedangkan metode yang dipergunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan yaitu Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) sebagai salah satu model decision dapat digunakan untuk memberikan preferensi kepada para petani budidaya ikan, karena alternatif yang terpilih tidak hanya memiliki jarak terpendek dari solusi ideal positif tetapi juga jarak terpanjang dari solusi ideal negatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem penunjang keputusan yang mempertimbangkan parameter kondisi lingkungan air dan faktor finansial dapat membantu petani budidaya ikan untuk menentukan jenis budidaya ikan air tawar yang akan dijalankan. Kata kunci—Ikan air tawar, Analisis Finansial, TOPSIS, SPK. AbstractFreshwater aquaculture potential is increasing, one of the reason is production of fishing over the sea is almost deal with "overfishing". Freshwater aquaculture fish have few alternatives such as Carp, Mossambique, Tilapia, Gouramy, Catfish and Pangacius. Each has different type of cultivation. The requirement parameters that influence the process of freshwater cultive is water suitability factors include: Temperature, Brightness, DO (derivated oxygen), acidity (pH) etc. While the selection of profitable aquaculture can be determind from financial bussines as: NPV (Net Present Value), ROI (Return on Investment), BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio), PBP (Payback Period) and BEP (Break Event Point). The methods that used to help the decision-making process that Method Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) as one of the decision models can be used to give preference to farmers fish farming, because the alternative is chosen not only have the shortest distance from a solution positive ideal but also the longest distance from the negative ideal solution. The results of this study show that decision support systems that take into account the environmental condition of water parameters and financial bussines can help fisherman to determine the type of freshwater Aquaculture culture to be run. Keywords— Fresh Water Fish, Financial Analysis, TOPSIS, SPK

Abstract

Wulung rice called black rice in Java, it was believed the functional food for Diabetes Mellitus. The purpose studies was to determine the chemical content of rice like the moisture content, carbohydrate, protein, fat, ash and to know the changes in polyphenolic and anthocyanin levels after cooking and a flour product. The Results showed that is a carbohydrate (64.98% wb), protein 15.41% wb, fat 4.23% wb, minerals (ash) 2.04% wb, crude fiber 3.52% wb and moisture 13.34%. There were no differences between the levels of phenols for whole grain that has been processed into rice, but there were significant differences with flour. Total phenol of whole grain, flour, and rice respectively are 0.76, 0.55 and 0.84 mg. There were significant decreasing of anthocyanin in processing to the flour and rice. The decrease in anthocyanin 83.60% occur in the processing of rice. Anthocyanin of whole grain, flour and rice respectively: 2.8918, 2.4091 and 0.4741 mg/100g (% db).

Abstract

Telah dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi pengolah bahasa alami untuk melakukan query basisdataXML. Data yang tersimpan dalam basisdata XML berupa bibliografi koleksi perpustakaan.  Bahasa alamiyang diproses untuk query merupakan bahasa Indonesia sehari-hari yang mengikuti pola kalimat tertentusesuai dengan tata bahasa Indonesia.Query basisdata XML dilakukan setelah aplikasi ini menerima masukan berupa kalimat bahasaIndonesia yang sederhana. Kalimat ini mengikuti pola aturan produksi yang telah ditetapkan dan mengikutitatabahasa Indonesia.   Setelah proses penginputan kalimat bahasa alami selesai, dilakukan proses analisisleksikal, sintaks, parsing, dan  semantiks untuk verifikasi bahasa alami yang masuk. Hasil yang benar akanditerjemahkan menjadi XQuery sebagai suatu perintah untuk melakukan query pada basisdata XML.Perintah ini kemudian akan diproses untuk menghasilkan keluaran hasil operasi query tersebut.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pengolahan bahasa alami melakukan query padabasisdata XML dengan benar, dan memberi kemudahan bagi user untuk melakukan operasi pencarianinformasi bibliografi.

Abstract

Group Decision Support System (GDSS) is a computer based systems that support groups of people involved in a common goal. Pneumonia is an infection of the alveoli and the end of bronkiol and that most diseases result in death for each year, lack of medical personnel at health centers compared with the population resulted in frequent delays service to the patient's pneumonia. This study focused on the development of group decision support system for diagnosis pneumonia in adult patients. The system is designed to help medical personnel in diagnosis pneumonia patients and reduce the level of delays in treatment for pneumonia patients and minimize the error giving antibiotics to pneumonia patients.Group Decision Support System was developed using a web based PHP programming language while to process the knowledge database using MySQL database, to give a decision table which is an association between symptoms and disorders, as well as giving preference value of the three experts, namely the pulmonary experts, internists experts and pharmacists use Triangular Fuzzy. In the aggregation stage of preferences used Fuzzy Linguistic quantifiers and phase perangkingan using AHP. The system was tested by entering the symptoms of pneumonia without the involvement of an expert. The results showed that the system could support to diagnosis pneumonia.

Abstract

Congenital toxoplasmosis has an important role in the transmission of toxoplasmosis in animals andhumans. Thus, a rapid and an accurate diagnostic method is needed. The aim of this study was to conductthe diagnosis technique of congenital toxoplasmosis in mice based on surface antigen-1 (SAG-1) gene oflocal isolates (IS-1) T. gondii using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). A total of 15 pregnant mice Balb/C strain with the aged of eight weeks were used as experimental animal. Mice were intraperitoneallyinfected with 103tachizoit of T. gondii RH strain at day 9th of gestation. Amniotic fluids, blood, fetus, andplacenta then were collected at day 1, 2 , 3, 4 and 5 post infection. DNA was extracted from the abovesamples using PureLinkTM Genomic DNA Kit (Invitrogen, Life Technologies, US), and then amplified byusing specific primer based on SAG-1 gene of the local isolate T. gondii. This study shows that positivePCR result were seen in all samples of amniotic fluids at day 2 up to day 5 post infection. Fetus andplacenta samples also show positive PCR result at 3 up to day 5 post infection. Negative PCR result showsin blood samples, however. To conclude, PCR technique using SAG-1 gene of local isolates T. gondii as atarget gene, could be used to detect congenital toxoplasmosis from infected mouse samples such as, amnionfluids, fetus, and placenta. Further research was needed to apply the PCR method with SAG-1 gene of localisolate T. gondiion the human samples of congenital toxoplasmosis.
