Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah metode pembelajaran dengan media pembelajaran video youtube pada mata pelajaran Matematika Materi Bilangan Berpangkat dapat meningkatkan pemahan konsep dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Matematika di Kelas IX.A SMPN 25 Bengkulu Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari satu kali pertemuan pelaksanaan tindakan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi keaktifan siswa untuk mengetahui keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran Matematika. Analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan mereduksi data, mendeskripsikan data, dan membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa setelah diterapkan metode pembelajaran dengan Media Pembelajaran Video youtube berbantuan Whatsapp Grup, keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran Matematika mengalami peningkatan. Keaktifan siswa dari kondisi awal dengan keaktifan siswa pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan, dari rata-rata keaktifan siswa pada kondisi awal 47% menjadi 56%. Sedangkan pada pertemuan 2 di siklus II meningkat menjadi 69% dengan kategori siswa aktif dalam pembelajaran. Meski pada siklus II sudah memenuhi target, peneliti mencoba melanjutkan penelitiannya pada siklus III untuk memastikan keaktifan siswa tetap atau bahkan menurun dan hasilnya pada siklus III keaktifan siswa tetap meningkat sebanyak 6% menjadi 75% dengan kategori siswa aktif dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dan kemampuan menyajikan data dan informasi dalam bentuk teks siswa kelas VIII-6 MTs Negeri 5 Jakarta tahun 2019 melalui pembelajaran kuantum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada prasiklus, siklus I dan siklus II diketahui adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa dalam pembelajaran menulis teks berita. Pada prasiklus diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 60,20, pada siklus I sebesar 66,94 dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 78,7. Peningkatan keterampilan menulis teks berita diikuti dengan perubahan perilaku siswa ke arah yang positif, yaitu siswa semakin aktif dan antusias saat mengikuti pembelajaran menulis teks berita melalui pembelajaran kuantum.

Abstract

Sri Hartati, Effect of Office Management on Employee Effectiveness At Bappeda Office of East Kalimantan Province, under the guidance of Mrs. Salasiah, S. Sos., M.Si as mentor I and Mr. H. Ahmad Jubaidi, S. Sos, M. Si as Mentor II.The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Office Management on Employee Effectiveness at Bappeda Office of East Kalimantan ProvinceThe results showed that Office Management has a positive effect on the Effectiveness of Employees at the Bappeda Office of East Kalimantan Province. Based on the data in the interval table it can be seen that the value of rxy coefficient correlation on that calculation is 0.649 it is above> 0.202 thus there is closeness relationship between independent variables to the dependen variable is quite strong. The value of rxy coeffeicient correlation or r arithmetic is 0.649 while the r value of product moment  or r table at the level of significance alpa is 0,05 or 5% N = 98-1 is r0,05, 24 = 0,202 (contained in attachment). Therefore the value of r xy> r table (0.649 > 0.202) then the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted that the variables of office management have a significant effect on the effectiveness of employees at the Bappeda Office of East Kalimantan Province.From the calculation results above can be seen that the value of correlation coefficient r = 0.649. Furthermore, the value in the interpretation table according to a conservative size. Based on the interpretation table the value (r) of 0.604 lies between 0.600 up to 0.800 that fall into the quite high category.From the calculation result obtained r arithmetic count 0,649 then compared with price critic at table r Product Moment at N = 98 with 95% significance level obtained critic value = 0,202. Thus proved: r arithmetic = 0.649> r table = 0.202 at σ = 95%Thus there is a positive and significant influence office management on employee effectiveness At Bappeda Office of East Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning of the conventional approach which is to provide packaging of ready-made material, students just need to receive, memorize, tend to be passive, teacher-centered, teachers tell a lot. abstract and theoretical,, so that learning outcomes are low. Through the application of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach, this problem is attempted to be improved and improved. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of grade IV students of SD Negeri Seworan inter-line relationship material through the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach of two cycles. Steps in each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The activities are collecting data by observing activities in the learning process, interviewing to obtain more complete data. Reality Mathematics Education (RME) percentage of pre-cycle learning completeness 41.67% to 58.33% in the first cycle increased 16.66 points, and to 91.67 in the second cycle increased 33.34 points. The average value of pre-cycle classes 58, 08 to 67.17 in the first cycle increased 9.09 points, and to 82.25 in the second cycle increased by 15.08 points. Student learning activeness in the pre-cycle learning process 47.87% criteria Good Enough, reached an average of 70.13% good criteria in the first cycle, increased 34.87 points and increased to 89.52 very good criteria in the second cycle increased 19, 39 points. Abstract

Toko online merupakan sebuah usaha bisnis yang bergerak pada bidang penjualan produk/barang yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat saat ini. Pada masa saat ini terutama pandemi covid 19 banyak masyarakat yang lebih tertaik dengan belanja online dibandingkan belanja langsung. Belanja secara online lebih efisien dalam waktu dan juga pembeli tidak harus berhadapan langsung dengan orang banyak. Oleh karena itu peneliti bermaksud menganalisis menentukan toko online terbaik menggunakan metode WASPAS (Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assesment). WASPAS (Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assesment) adalah metode yang dapat mengurangi kesalahan-kesalahan atau mengoptimalkan dalam penaksiran untuk pemilihan nilai tertinggi dan terendah. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan beberapa kriteria diantaranya adalah harga, pelayanan, produk, respon penjual, kecepatan pengiriman, kemasan. Alternatif dalam penelitian ini adalah, Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada dan Bibli. Dari perhitungan tersebut didapatlah hasil dari analisis menentukan toko online terbaik menggunakan metode WASPAS(Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assesment) adalah sebagai berikut :1. Shoope mendapatkan hasil 5.818 2. Lazada mendapatkan hasil 5.691 3. Tokopedia mendapatkan hasil 5.509 4. Bukalapak mendapatkan hasil 5.001 5. Bibli mendapatkan hasil 4.420.

Abstract

The research aimed to get the most suitable media and foliar fertilizer to acclimate plantlet of orchid hybrid resulted from inter generic crossing of Phalaenopsis sp vs Vanda tricolor and to study the difference of the chromosomal structure compared to their parents. The research showed that the best growing media for hybrid seeds of ♀ Vanda tricolor x ♂Phalaenopsis Pinlong Cinderella was pakis, the most suitable fertilizer was Hyponex 2g/l, number of parental chromosomes of Vanda tricolor 2n = 38, while Phalaenopsis pinlongcinderela; Phalaenopsis Joane Killeup June; the hybrid of ♀ Vanda tricolor x ♂ Phalaenopsis joankileup june) and the hybrid of ♀Vanda tricolorx ♂Phalaenopsis Pinlong Cinderella had the same chromosomes, 2n = 40. The chromosome size of V. tricolor ranged (1,94 ± 0,16) µm to (4,72 ± 0,19) µm, while Phalaenopsis Joane Killep June ranged (0,84 ± 0,02) µm to (2,97 ± 0,13) µm, Phalaenopsis pinlong cinderela was from (2,02 ± 0,15) µm hingga(5,91 ± 0,78) µm, the hybrid of ♀Vanda tricolor dengan ♂ Phalaenopsis joankileup june.) was from (1,77 ± 0,20) hingga (1,69 ± 0,24) µm, the hybrid of ♀Vanda tricolor dengan ♂ Phalaenopsis pinlong cinderela)was from (1,86 ± 0,03) µm to (6,74 ± 0,59) µm. The caryotype arrange-ment was also different. Vanda. tricolor 2n = 18 m + 1 sm, Phalaenopsis joankileup June 2n=13 m+7 sm., Phalaenopsis pinlong cinderela 2n = 18 m + 2 sm, while the hybrid of ♀Vanda tricolor x ♂ Phalaenopsis Joankileup june.) and the hybrid of ♀Vanda tricolor dengan ♂ Phalaenopsis pinlong cinderela) had the same karyotype, 2n = 17 m + 3 sm.

Abstract

The purpose of the introduction of species of orchids nature, germplasm conservation of natural orchids that species is not extinct, increasing the genetic diversity of natural orchids through crossbreeding. Indonesia has a rich diversity of germplasm of wild orchids that have economic value and not all identified. To add to the natural genetic diversity as a source of genetic Orchids can be reached by crossing / hybridization. Hybridization and selection program geared to improve the genetic quality and economic value of nature orchid market. The types of natural orchids (orchid forest) have not been developed in the area of the District Plosorejo Kedongdowo Matesih. Given the types of wild orchids have a fairly high biodiversity and endangered species that need to be preserved. Efforts to improve the genetic quality of orchids have constraints   on   the   crossing   and   propagation   techniques   seeds   from   crosses. Service activities have been undertaken to increase natural orchid plant development by providing counseling introduction to the types of natural orchids (orchid jungle) with their morphological characters and techniques on how to cross.

Abstract

Morphological characters orchid species (natural) is very important to learn in order to support successful breeding orchids. Orchids of this species plays an important role as a parent crosses. The purpose of this study was to determine the morphological characteristics of orchid species and genetic diversity of natural orchids in Indonesia.Pelaksanaan some research done in the Faculty of Agriculture exsitu UTP Surakarta from May 2012 until November 2012 Rangcangan design used was Randomized Complete Block with three replications. Accession number consists of 12 orchid species, accession assumed as treatments and replications assumed as a group. Morphological characterization using a scoring guide Characterization of Ornamental Plants by Orchid. Cluster analysis performed by the program NTSYSpc version 2.02i with UPGMA method SimQual function. Dendrogram based on the similarity of 39% obtained by the two groups, the first group consists of Dendrobium liniale, Calanthe triplicate, crumenatum Dendrobium, Eria javanica, spathoglotis plicata, and Acriopsis javanica. The second group consisted of Cymbidium bicolor, Rhynchontylis retusa blume, Vanda tricolor var Suavis, Vanda tricolor var tri color and Vanda Limbata.

Abstract

Uber Gadung (Dioscorea Hispida dennst) is a tuber plant that can produce glucomannan. Chemically, glucomannan is a non-ionic hydrochloric polysaccharide compound, having a high molecular weight of 9.0x105gmol-1atau2.7x105-1.1x106Dalton. The current problem is not done to the mass balance calculation at the end of the product being the processing base at the agroindustry level. The study consists of 3 main stages, including: (i) sampling; (ii) Product fractionation and drying; (iii) Economic extraction and calculation. The results showed that the calculation of the mass balance of treatment difference in mesh size gives the result that the larger the size (smaller particle size), resulting in less glucomannan. The fraction of glucomannan flour which passes 40-60 mesh sieve produces the highest glucomannan content compared to other particle size. The particle size treatment has significant effect on glucomannan, starch, crude fiber, water, density of kamba, viscosity, pH, and weight percentage. The highest yield is found in 40-60 mesh flour mung, while the highest starch and crude fiber content is in the size <100mesh. The highest added value is obtained from the processing into glucomannan with the value of Rp 650.000 / 100kg, as well as the profit of 86.67 percent.
