Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of HPMM Branch Alla on the performance of government in Enrekang Regency and to know the impacts of the community on the role of HPMM Branch Alla. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative method, data collection is used by observation, interview, documentation technique from photograph result, sound recording and archive owned by local government. The results of this study indicate that HPMM's role in community empowerment is to facilitate community preparation, bridging the interests of the community and the government, thus conflicts can be detected early. Another role is advocacy that is directed to the correlation of deviations, while the main mission is how to make the community self-governing and not to leave everything to be administered by the government. This means that HPMM Branch Alla became a government colleague in Enrekang Regency. For the social impact is divided into two, namely positive impact is communication, delivery of issues and policy making that is not in accordance with the government is easy with the help of HPMM Branch Alla as a facilitator (facilitator and motivator) and memperhatiakn elements of community participation. While the negative impact is with the presence of several parties / people who take personal advantage on behalf of the interests of the organization and the aspirations of the community. And some people who also have college kids assume that the organization will disturb or slow the period of college for their children.Keywords: Role, HPMM Alla Branch, Performance

Abstract

Improving the motivation and learning outcomes of Pancasila Education is a significant problem in research that is very important to improve. This study aims to determine how implementing the independent curriculum affects the motivation and learning outcomes of Pancasila Education in high school students in Bantaeng Regency. Mixed research methods will be used in this study. The mixed method is a research method that combines elements of quantitative and qualitative approaches in a single study. The Mixed Method research method is an approach that integrates quantitative and qualitative research simultaneously in one study to produce more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. Top of FormBottom of Form The qualitative data collection techniques of the research include observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the quantitative data collection technique uses a Google form questionnaire sent to teachers and students. This research is carried out through several stages, namely preparation, implementation, completion, and preparation of reports. The result of this study is that implementing the independent curriculum effectively affects the motivation and learning outcomes of Pancasila Education in high school students in Bantaeng Regency. The independent curriculum is designed to prioritize the development of students' character and skills. The involvement and activeness of students in learning, as well as the curriculum approach used, emphasizes contextual learning and free and independent learning, which will affect the increase in motivation and impact the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education.

Abstract

The P5 program is part of the formation of educational character in the independent curriculum, resulting from discoveries that strengthen the educational character in the previous curriculum. This research aims to find out how to form the character values of high school students through the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile. Then, this research applies a mixed research method, which combines quantitative and qualitative approaches in one study or research program and critically reviews reality. The use of mixed methods aims to obtain a more comprehensive analysis of research problems through several stages in the research process. Qualitative data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, while quantitative data collection is carried out through questionnaires using Google Forms. This research is carried out through various stages designed to achieve research success. The result of this study is the formation of character through P5.

Abstract

The Merdeka Program is an initiative to improve the quality of Pancasila Students by providing opportunities to acquire knowledge, develop skills, and improve performance in six areas of Pancasila Student profile development. Thus, citizenship skills develop from knowledge relevant to citizenship, allowing them to effectively deal with national and international issues. This citizenship skill is a skill that comes from social knowledge, which transforms the information obtained into something significant. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project on Civic Skills in SMA Negeri 6 Jeneponto students. This study used a combination observation method, which is research based on a combination of positivism and positivism. The mixed method research is a reset process that combines quantity and cauldron formats. The results of this study show that the Influence of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project on Civic Skills in students of  SMA Negeri 6 Jeneponto in Jeneponto Regency, where students have been able to instil character or attitudes related to several dimensions such as the dimension of faith and fear of God Almighty and noble character, the dimension of cooperation, the dimension of independence and the creative dimension as well as the creative dimension where students can come up with original ideas or ideas and can make something of value such as making handicrafts (tissue and colossal places) during the exhibition of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project. Moreover, in civic skills, students can see the teacher's strategy. At the beginning of the lesson, the teacher informs that active students will get additional points. In addition to these strategies, you can develop students' social and cognitive skills by having them make presentations in front of the class. You can encourage students to speak, ask questions, and convey ideas through lectures

Abstract

Developing Pancasila student profile dimensions and 21st-century skills remains a significant challenge in modern education. This study aims to enhance 21st-century skills and strengthen the Pancasila student profile by integrating Project-Based and Problem-Based Learning methodologies grounded in research and community service. A mixed-methods approach was employed, with qualitative data collected from three informants selected through purposive sampling and quantitative data gathered from 68 respondents using total sampling. Data collection methods included questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data is analyzed through the stages of reduction, display, and conclusion, while quantitative data is processed using descriptive statistics and correlation analysis through JASP software. Triangulation was applied to ensure the validity of the qualitative data, and statistical tests were used for the quantitative data. The results indicate that integrating project-based and problem-based learning in the Social Sciences Learning course, Research Methods, and Social Statistics significantly enhances the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile while improving 21st-century skills. This study highlights the effectiveness of combining innovative learning models to foster students' character and skill development.
