Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the relationship between student perception for teacher competence and using of learning medium with students psychomotor skill. The study was conducted at 70 samples selected randomly. The result of the research indicates that there are positive correlations between : (1) student perception for teacher competence and students psychomotor skill; (2) students perception for using of learning medium; moreover, there is positive correlation between students perception for teachers competence and using of learning medium with students psychomotor skill.

Abstract

Inovasi diperlukan sebagai sebuah tahapan proses riset dan pengembangan (research and development). Dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan sebuah inovasi diperlukan. The policy of decentralization for primary and middle-level education has been commenced since 2001, by handing over the authority for running the management of the education to the local government at sub-urban and municipal level.

Abstract

The Building Learning Power program aims to optimize all student capacities in developing cognitive and soft skills aspects as well as designing and realizing students' short-term and long-term goals. This research is evaluative research with the CIPP evaluation model which includes four pillars, namely: Context, Input, Process, and Product. This study aims to determine the success of the program Building Student Learning Power. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Context evaluation shows that this program is very much needed by students to improve self-ability and soft skills, 2) input evaluation shows that the input of teachers, students and infrastructure is in a good category, 3) process evaluation is in a good category, but obstacles in program implementation still need to be overcome, 4) product assessment in the good category. In short, the achievement program to build learning power must continue to be improved because the benefits of the program can be felt by students and parents. Even though, there are some aspects that have not been achieved in each pillar of daily activities needed to be improved.

Abstract

This research is specifically to find out how the role of the principal as a supervisor in developing the pedagogical competence of teachers to achieve the quality of graduates at MI Nurul Islam Bekasi. This study uses a qualitative or naturalistic descriptive approach. Data collection using participant observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using three techniques, namely persistence of observation, triangulation and member checking. Meanwhile, for data analysis using three flow of activities, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. PKS (Assistant Principal). Second, the principal has not played a good role as a supervisor. Third, the implementation of supervision has not been able to run well because there are several inhibiting factors, one of which is the teacher lacks confidence in the supervisor's ability, so there is no motivation to welcome supervision activities. Fourth, teachers expect continuous supervision carried out by professional supervisors who can guide and foster teachers in developing pedagogical competencies and teaching abilities to create good quality graduates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi standar proses pada Madrasah Aliyah di Kota Bekasi yang belum menunjukkan kualitas baik. Bahkan dibandingkan dengan SMA, kualitas standar proses di MA masih di bawahnya. Kondisi ini berkaitan dengan banyak faktor, satu di antaranya adalah dimensi kepemimpinan yang harus terus diperbaiki. Permasalahan yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana peran Educator, Manajer, Administrator, Supervisor, Leader, Inovator dan Motivator(EMASLIM) kepala madrasah untuk mendorong kualitas proses pembelajaran mulai dari perencanaan sampai dengan kegiatan tindak lanjut sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas standar proses di Madrasah Aliyah Kata kunci : kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kualitas pembelajaran, standar proses

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of Islamic Education as an important subject in the formation of noble values of students. Islam as a religion which is a system of belief and belief greatly influences actualization in the context of education. Formulation of the proposed problem is: "What is the role of Islamic Education in facing the paradigm shift of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution?" The expected goal of this research, is expected to be able to obtain a description of the role that must be fulfilled by Islamic Education in the face of changes in the industrial era 4.0. The results of the study show that the role of Islamic Education is very crucial in facing the changing times that are needed in determining the values of virtue that are the guidelines for future generations. The conclusion from this research is that every implementation and implementation of Islamic Education must be able to direct students to act based on morals which are stated in the Qur'an and Sunnah as well as on the agreement of the scholars.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlandaskan pada masalah mengenai kecerdasan emosional siswa di SDN Satria Jaya 02 Tambun Utara. Peserta didik kurang mampu dalam mengendalikan emosional pada saat pelaksanaan pembelajaran seperti kurangnya rasa motivasi diri dalam belajar, siswa mudah menyerah apabila tidak paham, dan kurangnya pemanfaatan media dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran sehingga siswa mudah jenuh dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dengan menggunakan Nonequivalent (Pre-Test dan Post-Test). Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel penelitian yang terdiri dari dua kelas, 35 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 35 siswa kelas kontrol. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, peneliti mendapatkan hasil yang menujukan rata-rata di kelas pre-test eksperimen adalah 89.60 dan Post-Test eksperimen adalah 98.80. Sedangkan untuk rata-rata Pre-Test kelas kontrol adalah 89.83 dan Post-Test kelas kontrol 82.80. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Blended Learning berpengaruh positif dalam kecerdasan emosional siswa pada pembelajaran PAI kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Satria Jaya 02 Tambun Utara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberian kompensasi dengan kinerja mengajar guru, seberapa besar kontribusi pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, dan apakah hal tersebut memiliki signifikansi atau tidak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Adapun pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket yang disebar secara online melalui google formulir. Dan untuk analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS Versi 25. Dari hasil penelitian ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut:Uji normalitas dari hasil uji statistik bahwa ditunjukkan nilai 0,166 > 0,05 (data berdistribusi normal). Selanjutnya nilai homogenitas dilihat dari nilai signifikansi 0,219 > 0,05 yang artinya data homogen. Adapun nilai korelasi rxy = 0,731 dengan nilai thitung 6,778 > ttabel (1,684). Sementara nilai koefisien determinasi atau besarnya pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y sebesar 53,5% sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa pemberian kompensasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 53,5% terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di MAN 1 Kota Bekasi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi Pearson Correlations hal ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pemberian kompensasi dengan kinerja mengajar guru di MAN 1 Kota Bekasi. Hal ini berarti hipotesis yang peneliti ajukan diterima.
