Abstract

Research aims to improve The development learning cooperative Model of Two Stay Two Stray type to improving Social Skills and Increase student outcomes which are validity, practically, and effectively in topic structure earth and disaster for eight grade students; and describing the realization result of instructional design plan, student?s learning outcomes, student?s responds, and the obstacles encountered in the implementation of learning. The research was conducted in two steps, The development of cooperative learning Model Two Stay Two Stray type for improve Social Skills and Increase student outcomes which referred to four-D instructional design model. The last step was tested the instructional design that has been developed on students. Subject of this research is students in class VIII SMPN 14 Bima city. Researcher use One Group Pretest-Posttest Design to test the instructional design that has been developed. Data collecting through validation, observation, test, documentation, and student respons questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptiv analysis. The development of cooperative learning Model Two Stay Two Stray type for improve Social Skills and Increase student outcome are validility, practically, and effectively topic structure earth and disaster. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran model kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray yang valid, praktis, dan efektif pada pokok bahasan struktur bumi dan bencana kelas VIII; dan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil keterlaksanaan RPP, hasil belajar siswa, keterampilan sosial, respon siswa, serta Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua tahap, yaitu tahap pertama pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran model kooperatif Tipe Two Stay Two Stray yang mengacu pada model pengembangan four-D tetapi hanya sampai pada tahap pengembangan. Tahap kedua yaitu mengujicobakan perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan pada siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 14 Kota Bima. Uji coba dilakukan dengan menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui validasi, pengamatan, tes, dan angket respon siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknis analisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran model kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray  sangat valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk pokok bahasan struktur bumi dan bencana.

Abstract

This research was aimed to produce a valid, practical, and effective teaching material using ?internalization model? on subject matter ?wave and sound?, to increase moral sensitivity of student in Junior High School. The development of it used 4-D model which was reduced to 3-D, that is ?define, design, and develop?, and was try outed on grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Ketapang using One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. The data collection consisted of observation, test, documentation, and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in the study was descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis. From the study it was found that: 1) The developed teaching materials valid; 2) The practicality of the teaching material, viewed from the realization of the lesson plan, and the students? activity is suitable with the steps of the ?internalization model?; and 3) The teaching material is The effective viewed from (a) The mastery of students? study on aspects of moral sensitivity; (b) The increase of moral sensitivity shown by 80,98% students after the learning process, and (c) Students response towards the teaching material and implementation reaches 98,15%, categorized as very strong. The result of the study showed that the teaching material using internalization model on subject matter ?wave and sound? is valid, practical, and effective to increase moral sensitivity of student in Junior High School. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran model pemaknaan pada materi gelombang dan bunyi yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk melatihkan sensitivitas moral siswa SMP. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model 4-D yang direduksi menjadi 3-D, yaitu define, design, dan develop dan diujicobakan di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Ketapang dengan menggunakan One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengamatan, pemberian tes, dokumentasi dan penyebaran angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Temuan hasil penelitian, yaitu: 1) Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berkategori valid; 2) Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan RPP dan aktivitas siswa sesuai dengan tahap-tahap pada model pemaknaan; dan 3) Perangkat pembelajaran efektif ditinjau dari: (a) Ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada aspek sensitivitas moral; (b) Peningkatan sensitivitas moral dengan kategori sensitif yang ditunjukkan 80,98% siswa setelah pembelajaran mencapai tingkatan sensitif, dan (c) Respon siswa terhadap perangkat dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran mencapai 98,15% dengan kriteria sangat kuat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran model pemaknaan pada materi gelombang dan bunyi valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk melatihkan sensitivitas moral siswa SMP.

Abstract

This research is the development of the design of the learning materials used a model of Dick and Carey and tested in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Dlanggu even semester in academic year of 2015/2016. Learning takes place by applying the based of guided inquiry learning materials. The research subjectives are learning materials. The data collections used validation, observation, test, and questionnaires methods. The results showed that: (1) a valid learning materials developed; (2) the learning process took place well; (3) the students were more active in learning; (4) the learning achievement of students has increased by a score of N-gain high category; (5) the students responded positively towards learning. Based on the above results, it can be concluded that the guided inquiry learning based materials that have been developed feasible used to improve student learning achievement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran IPA yang layak untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sekolah menengah pertama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan desain perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model Dick and Carey dan diujicobakan di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Dlanggu tahun ajaran 2015/2016.  Pembelajaran dilakukan dengan cara menerapkan perangkat pembelajaran IPA berbasis inkuiri terbimbing. Sasaran penelitian adalah perangkat pembelajaran. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode validasi, observasi, tes dan angket. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan valid; (2) pembelajaran terlaksana dengan kategori sangat baik; (3) hasil belajar siswa  mengalami peningkatan dengan skor N-gain berkategori tinggi; (4) Siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang telah dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is produce chemistry teaching material using concept map strategy that valid, practical, and effective to improve understanding of concept and critical thingking ability of student in senior high school. The development of teaching material used to four D Models and was tested to 2 classes in class X of SMAN 1 Muara Bengkal second semester in academic year 2014/2015. Teaching material tested to One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Tested of teaching material used to one group pretest and posttest design. The data collection used observation method, test, and quetionnaires. The data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis of quantitative, qualitative and statistic non parametric. The results of this research are: 1) Teaching material developed has a valid category; 2) The practicality of teaching material in terms of a good category in feasibility of lesson plans and the students activities in accordance with steps of direct instruction using concept map strategy; and 3) The teaching material effectiveness in terms of: (a) Improving understanding of concept and critical thingking ability of student by getting the n-gain score from students and  the result of non parametric analysis (b) The students? responds toward material and implementation of teaching are very positive. It?s conclusion that the teaching material through concept map strategy are valid, practical, and effective to improve understanding of concept and critical thingking ability of student in senior high school. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran Kimia yang berbasis strategi belajar peta konsep yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model 4-D dan diujicobakan pada 2 kelas di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Muara Bengkal pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Ujicoba perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan rancangan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, tes, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, kualitatif dan uji statistik nonparametrik. Temuan hasil penelitian, yaitu: 1) Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berkategori valid; 2) Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan RPP berkategori baik dan aktivitas siswa sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan pada model pembelajaran langsung yang menerapkan strategi belajar peta konsep; dan 3) Keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari: (a) Peningkatan Hasil belajar pemahaman konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang  terlihat dari nilai n-gain masing-masing siswa serta hasil analisis data nonparametrik yang telah dilakukan; (b) Respon siswa terhadap perangkat dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran sangat positif. Disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran kimia berbasis strategi belajar peta konsep yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA.

Abstract

To achieve the 2013 curriculum aims, which is, to prepare Indonesian people that have the ability to live as individuals and citizens who believe, productive, creative, innovative, effective and able to contribute to society, nation, and world civilization, teachers should educate students to become self-regulated learner. The previous studies found that self-regulated learning not only improves students? learning, but it also improves their perceptions. Therefore, the aims of this research were to implemented a certain SRL's elements on pollution topic. It were also to evaluate the effect of self-regulated oriented learning on students? achievement and students? perception. This research involved 64 experienced students from 2 classes in 7th grade of Junior High School 1 Lamongan. This research was conducted in three phases, that are, the development of research instruments, validation of those instruments, and implementation of those instruments in the classroom. The findings showed that SRL implementation in terms of Lesson Plans and worksheet feasibility is in good categories. It was also affected on the students' perceptions of constructivist learning environments about 82.1%, affected on the students' acquired knowledge results about 72.5%, and affected on the students' process skill results about 76.8%. Due to the results, it can be concluded that implementation of SRL was effective for the learners

Abstract

The objective of this research was to produce worksheet of fungi material based on Plus KWL?s strategy to train the metacognitive skills seen at the effectiveness. The type of this research was a development with a 3D research design that was shortened into define, design and development. The subjects of this study were students of class X MIA 1. Instruments used in this study was test. Based on the effectiveness of worksheet based on Plus KWL?s strategy was obtained from pre and posttest result which have been tested from the positive value sensitivity. This worksheet can be used to train the metacognitive skills by very good criteria that were determining the level of confidence and score. It can be concluded that the worksheet based Plus KWL ?s is very effective to train metacognitive skills

Abstract

This study aimed to produce a guided inquiry learning science model through flipbook media which is appropriate for training critical thinking skills for junior high school students on the Human Respiratory System material. The development of the device is a modification of the 4-D model which was tested on eighth grade students of the junior high school even semester semester 2019/2020 and was repeated twice. This is One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design and the data collection uses the method of validation, observation, tests, and questionnaires. The research data generated are validity, practicality, and effectiveness of learning devices analyzed descriptively quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that (a) learning devices developed were categorized as very valid, (b) learning activities were carried out very well with an average score of 3.69, (c) student activities in learning were carried out very well, (d) student responses to learning inquiry was very good (95.99%), and (e) the results of students' critical thinking tests had a high increase, critical thinking skills increased from 28.37 (Very Less Critical) to 81.21 (Critical). The conclusion of the science learning device with guided inquiry learning model through the developed flipbook media is appropriate to be used to train students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The development was refferred to ADDIE model, consisted of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate phase. The research stage was begun by curriculum, concept, task, and student analysis then continued with design and development stage in Biology Department, Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The developed student worksheet was then implemented limitedly to fiften 12th grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Gresik. The observed parameters were the validity of the stundent worksheet and pretest-posttest questions. The data of worksheet and pretest-posttest questions validity obtained from the validation of an education expert, as well as the validation of a material genetics expert and a biology teacher that were analyzed based on mode. The validation result showed that the student worksheet and pretest-posttest questions were very valid with score 4 and 100%, respectively. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the student worksheet and pretest-posttest questions were very valid and worthy to be used in training student metacognitive skills.Keyword: student worksheet, KWL, metacognitive skills, genetics material

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 yang berlaku di Indonesia menggunakan pendekatan scientific approach. Lembar kegiatan siswa merupakan salah satu perangkat yang penting dalam pembelajaran. Dari hasil wawancara terhadap 14 siswa SMA kelas X , lembar kegiatan siswa belum terintegrasi scientific approach, khususnya pada materi ekologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKS berbasis Scientific Approach materi ekologi kelas X SMA yang layak secara teoritis berdasarkan hasil validasi para ahli. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah 3D yakni design, define, dan develop. Lembar penilaian kelayakan LKS mengacu pada skala Likert. LKS yang yang dikembangkan kemudian divalidasi oleh dosen ahli materi dan ahli pendidikan menggunakan instrumen lembar validasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi metode validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata validitas LKS sebesar 91,03% dengan rincian aspek penyajian sebesar 89,06%, aspek isi sebesar 88,75%, dan aspek kebahasaan sebesar 95,20%. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa LKS yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kriteria interpretasi sangat valid. Kata kunci: lembar kegiatan siswa, scientific approach, materi ekologi

Abstract

Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik berbasis Problem Based Learning ini menekankan siswa untuk berpikir kreatif sehingga cocok diterapkan dalam materi daur ulang limbah karena siswa dituntut untuk membuat banyak ide. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan validitas Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Problem Based Learning pada materi daur ulang limbah untuk melatihkan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas X SMA. Validitas LKPD ditinjau dari isi, penyajian,kebahasaan, kesesuaian dengan model PBL dan aspek berpikir kreatif yang dilihat dari hasil telaah 1 dosen ahli materi dan 2 dosen ahli pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate).Validasi dilakukan oleh para ahli terhadap LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif.LKPD berbasis PBL yang dikembangkan setelah dilakukan telaah dan revisi, diperoleh modus hasil validasi kelayakan LKPD yang telah dikembangkan, yaitu kategori valid untuk komponen kelayakan isi dan kelayakan kebahasaan.Kemudian kategori sangat valid untuk komponen kelayakan penyajian, kelayakan kesesuaian dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan kelayakan pada aspekketerampilan berpikir kreatif.Modus dari kelima komponen tersebut termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid, dengan demikian, dapat dinyatakan bahwa secara umum LKPD yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kategori validitas sangat valid sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.   Kata kunci: validitas, lembar kegiatan siswa, problem based learning, daur ulang limbah
