The implementation of distance learning at every level of education, significantly higher education, has various obstacles. One of them was the lack of teaching materials that can support students to learn both guided and independent. Learning resources that were commonly used did not interactively support learning. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of interactive e-modules based on project-based learning in mathematical literacy skills and student confidence in number theory courses. The type of research used was quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were students of the 2021 mathematics education study program, which consisted of two classes with 32 experimental classes and 36 control classes. Technique sample used a census where each class was selected and determined treatment. Data collection techniques were used tests with literacy ability test instruments and self-confidence questionnaires. Data analysis with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using MANOVA and the effectiveness of learning with interactive e-modules were analyzed using a one-sample t-test.The results showed that the application of project-based learning-based interactive e-modules was effective in students' literacy skills, with a t-count result of 6.949 and a significance level of 0.000. The use of e-modules is more effective than the control class, with an average literacy ability of 81.25 in the experimental class and 62.91 for the control class. I am judging from the adequate self-confidence with a high category and the results of t count of 4.179 significant at 0.05 alpha. The results of the Manova analysis show that the application of interactive e-modules is more effective in terms of literacy skills and student self-confidence, with a significant Hotelling's trace of 0.000

The aim of this study was to describe the numeracy abilities of junior high school students in Bengkulu City in solving math problems based on minimum competency assessment questions. The results of this study for the long term can be used to prepare students’ abilities to face the minimum competency assessment test. The research method used is survey research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were all Class VIII students from the State and Private junior high schools of Bengkulu City, namely 40 schools. Sample selection was done in two stages: stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The research sample consisted of 8 junior high schools in Bengkulu City that met the sample criteria. Data was collected using the minimum competency assessment level 4 math test instrument with 8 items based on the minimum competency assessment grid. Data analysis was carried out with descriptive statistics to describe students' abilities, and prediction tests were conducted using regression tests to describe students' readiness to take the minimum competency assessment test. The results of the study based on the material aspect showed that: (1) students' mastery of number material was 54.47%, (2) algebraic material mastery was 46.44%, (3) students' mastery of geometry material was 33.15%, and (4) material data and opportunities of 18.81%. The analysis results of the level of student knowledge about implementing minimum competency assessment are, on average, in the less category with a percentage of 48.42%. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that there be the socialization of the application of minimum competency assessment to teachers and students as well as the preparation of special questions so that students are accustomed to solving minimum competency assessment-based questions.

In university learning, it is important to use learning resources that can facilitate students' thinking skills. So it is necessary to develop teaching materials for learning material in class, So it is necessary to develop teaching materials that can help students understand the concepts of the material. This research aims to develop a statistics teaching module based on a realistic mathematical approach to foster student problem-solving. This research and development uses a 4-D model in four stages, namely: definition, design, development, and dissemination. Product trials are carried out in three stages, namely: a validity test, a limited test, and a wide-scale test. The test subjects in this research were students from the mathematics education study program at three universities in Bengkulu. The research instruments were questionnaire sheets and problem-solving tests on basic statistical material. The research results show that the RME statistics teaching module meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective in terms of students' problem-solving abilities. The suggestion from the research results is that it is important to present a context that is relevant to the student's environment in the use of RME teaching materials.

Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan model-model keberagamaan dan implikasinya terhadap kerukunan beragama pada realitas keberagamaan yang pluralistik. Dengan model keberagamaan instrinsik inklusif humanis fungsional, kerukunan dalam konteks pluralitas agama akan terwujud dengan lebih sejati dan genuine. Untuk mewujudkan pola keberagamaan tersebut, pendidikan agama berbasis multikultural merupakan kemestian di tengah realitas kehidupan yang sedemikian plural dalam segala segmen.

Semaraknya tindakan kekerasan yang mengatasnamakan “agama” sebagai tameng dengan pelaku yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan pondok pesantren, telah membangkitkan opini, yang secara arbitrer menyatakan bahwa pondok pesantren merupakan sarang paham radikal. Makalah ini berusaha mendeskripsikan geneologi radikalisme di Indonesia dan berusaha melacak kemungkinan munculnya radikalisme Islam berbasis pondok pesantren. Pada akhirnya disimpulkan bahwa wacana tersebut bersifat polemis, politis dan terkesan over generalization. Namun demikian, sesuai dengan heterogenitas pondok pesantren, diakui ada pondok pesantren–terutama yang berbasis salafiyah-wahabiyah--yang memang memberikan kontribusi pada radikalisme.

Di tengah multikulturalitas kehidupan, eksistensi pendidikan agama berbasis multikulturalisme merupakan suatu keniscayaan sebagai bingkai sarana internalisasi nilai-nilai multikulturalitas dengan basis teologis ajaran agama. Tulisan ini berupaya mendeskripsikan gagasan Nurcholish Madjid tentang multikulturalisme pendidikan agama (Islam). Melalui penelusuran berpola analisis isi dan hermeneutika model semi Dilthey-an terhadap gagasan Nurcholish Madjid, ditemukan letak kelebihan sekaligus kekurangan dari gagasan tokoh tersebut yakni belum ditemukannya the body of knowledge dari konsep multikulturalisme pendidikan agama (Islam), sehingga direkomendasikan pentingnya studi lanjut.

Salah satu problem teologis berkaitan dengan perbuatan manusia adalah apakah manusia itu bebas berkreasi dalam menentukan perbuatannya sendiri ataukah semuanya serba ditentukan oleh Tuhan. Sehubungan dengan fenomena ini, muncul beragam perspektif sehingga kita mengenal Mu’tazilah, Jabariyah, Asy’ariyah dan Maturidiyah dengan seluk beluk doktrinalnya yang berposisi secara resisprokal. Tulisan ini berusaha mendeskripsikan hal yang mesti dilakukan oleh umat Islam –melalui transformasi keilmuan di perguruan tinggi agama Islam – dalam menghadapi fenomena aliran teologi yang bersifat resisprokal tersebut dengan tidak berpretensi untuk mendamaikannya dengan sebab ikhtiar tersebut akan terjebak pada pola pikir Hegelian.

The existence of religion education in Indonesia from the beginning has raised polemic circumstance, it appears many policies on the existence of religion education. This article portrayals the religion education in Soekarno’s regime. In his era, in which consistend of three periods; revolutionary era, parliementary democracy, and guide democracy, was early seen how the political policies of the government colored the design and construction of religion education.

This article carefully observes Islamic education bipolarly---Islamic education looked through the perspective of normative-textualist and historical-contextualist. The perspectives execute the construction of materials and Islamic education approach that would be transformed. This will determine the shape of religion character. Both perspectives posses strong and waek points. Yet, it can be deduced that no single perspective is applicable for any situations. Consequently, religious teachers must be accurate in applying the two perspectives on the basis of contectual-persuasiveness matching to life dynamic.

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam selama ini dipengaruhi oleh filosofi behavioristik mekanistik sehingga melahirkan produk yang cenderung intelektualistik-atomistik dan kurang menjiwa. Melalui pendekatan filosofis, diajukan konsep spiritualisasi pendidikan agama Islam. Dengan basis filosofis konstruktivisme humanisme teosentris, pembelajaran ini menggunakan strategi dan metode semisal Paradigma Pedagogik Reflektif (PPR) –yang lebih mengutamakan aktivitas siswa untuk menemukan dan memaknai pengalamannya sendiri– dan strategi project based learning (PBL), suatu strategi pembelajaran kontekstual yang memberdayakan siswa dengan memberi kesempatan kepadanya untuk berinteraksi secara langsung dengan masyarakat di luar sekolah melalui magang kerja sosial.
