Abstract

This article aims to explain the hadith about how an educator develops the soul of student Ini the view of the hadith of the propeth muhammad SAW. Every student has the right to obtain knowledge in order to develop the potential that each student has, so that this potential can be developed in character formation and instilling the spirit that student should have. The research we use is a qualitative research method in the nature of library research, where the main object we use are primary and secondary book which produce descriptive data so as to produce the data contained in the int research text. The result of this research are several ways to build student's souls from a hadith perspective. In the hadith that we researched, there is several education that need's to be given to student. Apart from that, manners must also be taught to student. Because this is important in building the soul of student.

Abstract

Petunjuk Pola komunikasi organisasi merupakan hal penting dalam sistem pengendalian kepada pegawai/bawahan. Adanya pola komunikasi yang ditetapkan oleh pimpinan membuat komunikasi dalam organisasi berjalan berdasarkan pola-pola yang telah ditetapkan. Kantor Camat Tamalate Makasssar sebagai bagian dari institusi pemerintahan daerah yang bertugas memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, serta memiliki banyak pegawai dalam pelaksanaan fungsinya harus menggunakan cara yang efektif untuk menghindari salah paham dengan berkomunikasi dengan baik sesuai dengan pola yang telah ditetapkan pimpinannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek atau informan menggunakan informan peneliti utama yaitu Camat Tamalate, Kepala Sub Bagian, Kepala Seksi dan pegawai Kantor Camat Tamalate. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pola dan proses komunikasi yang digunakan adalah pola roda, pola Y, pola rantai, pola lingkaran dan pola menyeluruh. Proses komunikasi yang dilakukan bergantung pada konteks informasi yang ingin disampaikan antara pimpinan dan pegawai. Pola yang paling dominan digunakan adalah pola komunikasi Y, komunikasi berlangsung berdasarkan arus yang tergambar di struktural. Faktor penghambat komunikasi di Kantor Camat Tamalate yaitu kedudukan/posisi dalam organisasi, hierarki dalam organisasi, keterbatasan komunikasi, hubungan yang tidak personal, sistem aturan dan kebijaksanaan. Faktor pendukung proses komunikasi di Kantor Camat Tamalate yaitu kualitas media yang digunakan, komunikasi organisasional yang diterima pegawai, iklim komunikasi yang sehat, komunikasi horisontal sesama pegawai, umpan balik yang diterima pegawai atas kinerjanya dan komunikasi pimpinan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ethics of the State Civil Apparatus in carrying out public service tasks at the Camba District Office, Maros Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with 7 informants. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the ethics of the State Civil Apparatus in the implementation of public services at the Camba District Office, Maros Regency, shows that in terms of equality, it has been implemented without discriminating against the social background of the community, but it is not yet optimal because there are still people who think that if they want to take care of the files it is necessary acquaintances who work in the office in order to get management faster. Loyalty, in this case, employees are obedient and loyal to the rules, leaders, and co-workers. The responsibilities given in public services are still not optimal, regarding employees at the Camba District Office there are still those who don't arrive on time so that sometimes hampers services.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to staretegi services in the national unity body and takalar district politics in order to realize effective administrative services. The number of informants in this study was 8 (eight) people. By using interview data collection techniques, observations, documentation, company documents, and literature studies. The results showed that the administrative service strategy in the national unity agency and takalar district politics can be seen from the aspects of 1) community service attributes have been said to be effective, this can be seen from the facilities and infrastructure that are sufficient, 2) aspects of the approach to improving services cannot be said to be effective, this is because employees are still slow in completing correspondence which is influenced by lack of human resources, 3) the management implementation aspect also cannot be said to be effective, this is because the training for employees in the KESBANGPOL agency in Takalar Regency is still lacking, and the 4th aspect) of the feedback system has been said to be effective, namely from the skills of the Head of the National Unity Agency and Takalar Regency Politics in understanding the obstacles experienced by the community

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the constraints faced by the Inspectorate in supervising the utilization of BOS allocations in Takalar District. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the level of effectiveness of Inspectorate supervision is through four indicators, namely: 1) Productivity in managing BOS funds has been able to achieve the supervision target for the inspectorate by complying with applicable SOP audits, reviews and surveys. 2) Adaptability in the communication aspect in the management of BOS funds is still not going well. 3) Job Satisfaction is still experiencing a low level of satisfaction, the main factor of dissatisfaction experienced is derived from the aspect of ability. 4) The search for resources is not yet sufficient, this can be measured from the education level of the Inspectorate staff in Takalar Regency.

Abstract

Implementation of the Zoning System Policy in Student Admissions is a policy for equal access and quality of education because the principle is to bring education services closer to the community and equalize the quality of education. The zoning system provisions contained in the Acceptance of New Students (PPDB) are based on Permendikbud Number 44 of 2019 concerning Acceptance of New Students in Kindergartens, Elementary Schools, Junior High Schools, High Schools and Vocational High Schools. This study aims to find out how the zoning system policy is implemented in accepting new students at SMA Negeri 4 Wajo. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach by obtaining data from interviews, observation and direct documentation in the field. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the zoning system policy in PPDB SMA Negeri 4 Wajo has been going quite well when viewed from various indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, only the communication that has been carried out has not gone well. This can be seen from the research results of researchers associated with George C. Edward III's 4 indicators including communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Implementation of the Cities Without Slums Program in Lilirilau District, Soppeng Regency The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that aspect 1) implementation of program development can be seen from the development of clean/drinking water, environmental road construction, drainage development and waste management which have been benefited by the community. Aspect 2) Implementation Implementation and learning Development program, namely access to clean water, construction of environmental roads, construction of Drainage and Waste Management, Aspect 3) Evaluation of the City Without Slums Program Through the city without slums program, it seeks to establish cooperation between each element to create a city without slums through management waste management and maintaining cleanliness. Supporting factors are in organizational behavior and inhibiting factors. The implementation of the city without slums program still has obstacles, there is still a slum environment that has not been worked on

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pelayanan publik dalam meningkatkan Public Trust di Desa Kanjilo Kecamatan Barombong Kabupaten Gowa. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pelayanan publik yang diterapkan di Kantor Desa Kanjilo Kecamatan Barombong Kabupaten Gowa dilihat dari aspek seperti integritas, niat, kemampuan, dan hasil di Kantor Desa Kanjilo. 1.) Integritas, Integritas pemerintah desa dan aparat desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik, dimana kejujuran yang diperlihatkan oleh aparat desa terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan sudah baik. 2.) Niat, Niat pemerintah desa dan aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik yaitu Keramahan dan kesopanan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa niat aparat desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik menunjukkan niat yang baik. 3.) Kemampuan, Kemampuan pemerintah desa dan aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik tersebut berdasarkan pelayanan yang diberikan aparat desa dalam melayani kebutuhan masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan aparat desa cukup tapi kemampuan yang dimiliki terbatas. 4.) Hasil-hasil, Hasil-hasil kegiatan pemerintah desa dan aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik, dimana masyarakat merasa puas dengan sistem pelayanan yang diberikan di Kantor Desa Kanjilo.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini  bertujuan guna mengetahui bagaimana  staretegi pelayanan di badan kesatuan bangsa dan politik   kabupaten takalar agar terwujudnya pelayanan administrasi yang  efektif. Adapun jumlah informan pada penelitian ini   adalah 8 (delapan) orang. Dengan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dokumen perusahaan, dan studi Pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi pelayanan administrasi di badan kesatuan bangsa dan politik kabupaten takalar dapat dilihat dari aspek 1) atribut layanan masyarakat sudah dikatakan efektif, hal ini bisa dilihat dari sarana dan prasarana yang sudah cukup memadai, 2) aspek pendekatan untuk penyempurnaan layanan belum bisa dikatakan efektif, hal ini dikarenakan masih lambatnya pegawai dalam menyelesaikan surat menyurat yang dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya SDM, 3) aspek implementasi manajemen juga belum bisa dikatakan efektif, hal ini dikarenakan pelatihan untuk para pegawai di badan KESBANGPOL kabupaten takalar kiranya masih kurang, dan aspek ke 4) system umpan balik sudah dikatakan efektif yakni dari kecakapan kepala badan kesatuan bangsa dan politik kabupaten takalar dalam memahami kendala yang dialami oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the quality of public services in the era of digitalization at the Duapitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive type that focuses on the quality of public services in the era of digitalization at the Duapitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The results of this research indicate that the existence of Transparency in Dua Pitue District regarding openness in the public service process is not good enough. This is characterized by openness regarding service procedures, not yet well publicized and not yet understood by some people. Accountability at the Dua Pitue District Office. The sub-district government carries out its duties and functions properly and correctly based on standard service procedures. Participation in the Dua Pitue District Office is the provision of services (serving) the needs or people who have an interest in the organization in accordance with the basic rules and mental involvement of a person in achieving goals, as well as taking responsibility for it. equality of rights and human resources must have extensive scientific capabilities in providing services and speed in providing information as well as accuracy, friendliness and comfort.
