Abstract

Materials with nanoscale dimensions have recently attracted attention due to their outstanding electrical, magnetic, and dielectric capabilities. Electromagnetic materials, known as spinel ferrite MFe2O4 (M = divalent ion), are essential in advanced technology. Cadmium-substituted ferrite spinel with composition Ni1-xCdxFe2O4 (x = 0, 0.1, 0.15, and 0.2) was synthesized by the autocombustion method using citric acid as a fuel agent. X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) confirms that the spinel structure is present in the prepared nanocrystalline ferrites. Fourier Transformed Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) spectra showed intensive absorption bands in the 400-600 cm-¹ range corresponding to tetrahedral and octahedral sites. The absorption spectrum of FTIR shifts towards lower wave numbers as the Cd2+ ion concentration increases. Cd2+ ions doping is important for crystal growth, as evidenced by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) images. The band gap energy values of Ni1-xCdxFe2O4 samples are 1.53 eV, 1.46 eV, 1 43eV, 1.42 eV for x=0-0.2, which indicates the samples absorb in visible light. Analysis of magnetic properties with Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) shows a small hysteresis loop, so Ni1-xCdxFe2O4 is a soft magnetic material. The dielectric constant increases as the Cd2+ ion concentration increases. The characterization outcomes recommend that the compounds can be used for several applications such as memory, and energy storage devices.

Abstract

Recloser merupakan perangkat penting dalam sistem distribusi tenaga listrik, yang berfungsi untuk mengamankan jaringan dari gangguan sementara dengan cara memutuskan aliran listrik dan menghubungkannya kembali secara otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui setting waktu dan arus serta untuk menganalisis sistem kerja recloser pada penyulang KB-04 di Alue Ie Mirah, yang dikelola oleh PT. PLN (Persero). Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode studi lapangan dan analisis gangguan hubung singkat yang terjadi pada penyulang KB-04. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa arus gangguan arus hubung singkat 3 fasa, 2 fasa, dan 1 fasa ke tanah dengan jarak 3 km pada penyulang KB-04 adalah masing-masing sebesar 3,24 kA, 1,40 kA dan 1,18 kA dengan waktu kerja recloser selama 0,2 detik (Ihs 3fasa) dan 0,1 detik (Ihs 2fasa dan Ihs 1fasa ke tanah). Kerja recloser pada penyulang KB-04 sudah sesuai dengan standar IEC 6022 karena waktu setting recloser dari hasil analisis dengan nilai existing (nilai ketetapan yang ada di lapangan) sama-sama 0,2 detik. Semakin besar nilai impedansi, arus gangguan yang terjadi pada penyulang KB-04 akan semakin kecil begitu juga sebaliknya

Abstract

Resiko akibat kegagalan trafo/gardu distribusi tidak hanya pada kerugian material yang ditimbulkan, tetapi juga pada kemampuan SAIDI/SAIFI yang mempengaruhi kinerja sistem distribusi lebih luas. Mengingat perannya yang sangat penting, maka penggunaan dan pemeliharaannya wajib dilakukan secara baik dan benar supaya sistem penyaluran daya listrik menjadi baik dan andal. Namun apabila tidak diperlakukan secara baik maka trafo/gardu distribusi sangat berpotensi menimbulkan susut energi (losses) terutama jika pembebanan tidak seimbang atau melebihi kapasitas (overload). Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan monitoring dan pengukuran beban secara baik dan sesuai standar agar mendapatkan informasi yang akurat serta tepat dalam waktu singkat sehingga dapat terjaga mutu pelayanan kebutuhan listrik ke pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini, pengukuran beban trafo dilakukan pada penyulang AT.06 Gardu 225/20 kV berbasis aplikasi SI-UFO Mobile di PLN (Persero) ULP Idi. Aplikasi Si-UFO Mobile merupakan pengembangan dari Monitoring Overload and Underload in Distribution Substation. Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk membantu percepatan dan pencegahan kerusakan transformator akibat beban lebih dan menyampaikan informasi kepada petugas terkait, sehingga dapat dilakukan tindakan pencegahan dan perbaikan lebih dini sebelum trafo mengalami kerusakan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk monitoring gardu distribusi menggunakan aplikasi Si-UFO Mobile. Hasilnya, aplikasi Si-UFO Mobile mampu memberikan informasi hasil pengukuran trafo/gardu Distribusi yang cepat sehingga dapat diambil tindakan yang lebih cepat dalam menanggani permasalan terkait pembebanan. Penggunaan aplikasi Si-UFO Mobile juga dapat mengurangi besarnya arus yang mengalir pada netral trafo dan juga dapat menyelamatkan nilai kWh dengan total sebanyak 1.921,92 kWh/bulan.

Abstract

The utilization of solar energy as a renewable energy source is becoming increasingly important to reduce dependence on fossil fuels. One of its applications is the parabolic reflector solar cooker, which harnesses solar radiation for cooking purposes. This study aims to evaluate the performance of a solar cooker equipped with a parabolic reflector through a water heating test. The study presents an analysis of the performance of a solar cooker using a parabolic reflector collector. The solar reflector was constructed from mirror fragments arranged to form a parabolic shape with a surface area of 1.05 m². The experiment was conducted in the Lhokseumawe region, Aceh Province, Indonesia, located at coordinates 5°12’11.01’’ N and 97° E, with an altitude of 18.3 m above sea level. Performance measurements were carried out using a water heating method with a vessel containing 3.2 kg of water placed at the focal point of the reflector. The solar radiation received by the collector was reflected toward the focal point, heating the water directly. The results showed that the water temperature increased to 82.4 °C within 60 minutes, from 12:00 to 13:00 local time (WIB). The overall efficiency of the solar cooker was found to be 33.9%. These findings indicate that the parabolic reflector solar cooker has strong potential as an environmentally friendly alternative energy source suitable for application in tropical regions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using social media in disseminating information and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors for its success. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the use of social media by the Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Signals Office of East Luwu Regency had a significant success rate. Social media facilitates the delivery of information without having to go directly to the field, allows rapid and wide distribution of information, and increases satisfaction both internally (Diskominfo staff) and externally (the community). Active users show interest in and comfort with Diskominfo's official accounts, as evidenced by various forms of interaction such as likes, comments and resharing. Supporting factors for success include information disclosure and regulations that support transparency and accountability. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited internal human resources and low public digital literacy, which hinder the optimization of information dissemination evenly.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the hadith about how an educator develops the soul of student Ini the view of the hadith of the propeth muhammad SAW. Every student has the right to obtain knowledge in order to develop the potential that each student has, so that this potential can be developed in character formation and instilling the spirit that student should have. The research we use is a qualitative research method in the nature of library research, where the main object we use are primary and secondary book which produce descriptive data so as to produce the data contained in the int research text. The result of this research are several ways to build student's souls from a hadith perspective. In the hadith that we researched, there is several education that need's to be given to student. Apart from that, manners must also be taught to student. Because this is important in building the soul of student.

Abstract

Petunjuk Pola komunikasi organisasi merupakan hal penting dalam sistem pengendalian kepada pegawai/bawahan. Adanya pola komunikasi yang ditetapkan oleh pimpinan membuat komunikasi dalam organisasi berjalan berdasarkan pola-pola yang telah ditetapkan. Kantor Camat Tamalate Makasssar sebagai bagian dari institusi pemerintahan daerah yang bertugas memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, serta memiliki banyak pegawai dalam pelaksanaan fungsinya harus menggunakan cara yang efektif untuk menghindari salah paham dengan berkomunikasi dengan baik sesuai dengan pola yang telah ditetapkan pimpinannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek atau informan menggunakan informan peneliti utama yaitu Camat Tamalate, Kepala Sub Bagian, Kepala Seksi dan pegawai Kantor Camat Tamalate. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pola dan proses komunikasi yang digunakan adalah pola roda, pola Y, pola rantai, pola lingkaran dan pola menyeluruh. Proses komunikasi yang dilakukan bergantung pada konteks informasi yang ingin disampaikan antara pimpinan dan pegawai. Pola yang paling dominan digunakan adalah pola komunikasi Y, komunikasi berlangsung berdasarkan arus yang tergambar di struktural. Faktor penghambat komunikasi di Kantor Camat Tamalate yaitu kedudukan/posisi dalam organisasi, hierarki dalam organisasi, keterbatasan komunikasi, hubungan yang tidak personal, sistem aturan dan kebijaksanaan. Faktor pendukung proses komunikasi di Kantor Camat Tamalate yaitu kualitas media yang digunakan, komunikasi organisasional yang diterima pegawai, iklim komunikasi yang sehat, komunikasi horisontal sesama pegawai, umpan balik yang diterima pegawai atas kinerjanya dan komunikasi pimpinan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ethics of the State Civil Apparatus in carrying out public service tasks at the Camba District Office, Maros Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with 7 informants. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the ethics of the State Civil Apparatus in the implementation of public services at the Camba District Office, Maros Regency, shows that in terms of equality, it has been implemented without discriminating against the social background of the community, but it is not yet optimal because there are still people who think that if they want to take care of the files it is necessary acquaintances who work in the office in order to get management faster. Loyalty, in this case, employees are obedient and loyal to the rules, leaders, and co-workers. The responsibilities given in public services are still not optimal, regarding employees at the Camba District Office there are still those who don't arrive on time so that sometimes hampers services.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to staretegi services in the national unity body and takalar district politics in order to realize effective administrative services. The number of informants in this study was 8 (eight) people. By using interview data collection techniques, observations, documentation, company documents, and literature studies. The results showed that the administrative service strategy in the national unity agency and takalar district politics can be seen from the aspects of 1) community service attributes have been said to be effective, this can be seen from the facilities and infrastructure that are sufficient, 2) aspects of the approach to improving services cannot be said to be effective, this is because employees are still slow in completing correspondence which is influenced by lack of human resources, 3) the management implementation aspect also cannot be said to be effective, this is because the training for employees in the KESBANGPOL agency in Takalar Regency is still lacking, and the 4th aspect) of the feedback system has been said to be effective, namely from the skills of the Head of the National Unity Agency and Takalar Regency Politics in understanding the obstacles experienced by the community

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the constraints faced by the Inspectorate in supervising the utilization of BOS allocations in Takalar District. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the level of effectiveness of Inspectorate supervision is through four indicators, namely: 1) Productivity in managing BOS funds has been able to achieve the supervision target for the inspectorate by complying with applicable SOP audits, reviews and surveys. 2) Adaptability in the communication aspect in the management of BOS funds is still not going well. 3) Job Satisfaction is still experiencing a low level of satisfaction, the main factor of dissatisfaction experienced is derived from the aspect of ability. 4) The search for resources is not yet sufficient, this can be measured from the education level of the Inspectorate staff in Takalar Regency.
