Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and marketing relationship on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at CV. Bekasi Unggas. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data presented in this research was obtained through a questionnaire given to 53 respondents who as a customer at CV. Bekasi Unggas. Research design used is hypothesis testing using the structural equation model (SEM) – Smart PLS version 3.3.3. Results from this research show that: (1) There is a direct effect of price, marketing relationship and consumer satisfaction on repurchase intention, (2) There is no evidence of a direct effect of service quality on repurchase intention, (3) There is an indirect effect price, service quality and marketing relationship on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see from the side of the literature study of existing research results using evidence and perspectives from researchers, The research method used in this study is qualitative with literature studies derived from references to scientific articles that discuss related to the topic, by providing evidence and strengthening with the perspective of researchers, evidence of existing research using qualitative and quantitative methods, so from the point of view of researchers states that it is corroborating and there is also a brief Fintech has become an important part of the lives of the Indonesian millennial generation. By using fintech wisely and developing their financial and technological literacy, millennials can use fintech to make their lives easier and improve their financial well-being.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to see the relationship between variables and provide answers from the perspective of researchers’ methods use qualitative techniques in ways related to literature, and review literature which is a way or method of scientific writing in the form of library research. The results of the research on the variables in this study according to the review literature that between variables there is a direct and positive influence even though there are variables as independent variables, intervening variables, and dependent variables. Dozens of review literature displayed in this study were analyzed using variables in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana objek yang digunakan merupakan mahasiswa/mahasiswi Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik sampel purposive sampling. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 190 responden. Alat olah data yang digunakan adalah aplikasi/software structural equitation model (SEM) dengan alat bantu SmartPLS versi 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa; 1) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli; 2) Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli; 3) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; 4) Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; 5) Minat beli berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. Design/methodology/approach – The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and the journal Sinta. Findings – The results of this research are that: 1) Employee education influences employee performance; 2) Work experience influences employee performance; 3) Employee education influences employee loyalty; 4) Work experience influences employee loyalty; and 5) Employee performance influences employee loyalty. Research limitations/implications – The limitations of the data used in this research make the results less than optimal. Practical implications – This research is useful for company management in seeing whether employee education levels influence employee performance and employee loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kebiasaan kerja karyawan di Mie Gacoan Bekasi. Komponen kunci dalam mencapai tujuan bisnis adalah kinerja karyawan, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti keterampilan, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dikomunikasikan kepada karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program statistik SPSS dan analisis regresi linier. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh keterampilan yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan, disiplin yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan, dan lingkungan yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan, baik secara paralel maupun paralel. Keterampilan kerja yang kuat memungkinkan karyawan menyelesaikan tugas dengan lebih efektif, sementara disiplin kerja berkontribusi terhadap stabilitas dan produktivitas. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja yang sehat meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan karyawan secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh influencer marketing dan penggunaan teknologi digital terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, dengan menggunakan sikap merek sebagai variabel intervening. Di era digitalisasi yang pesat ini, dimana terdapat lebih dari 132 juta pengguna internet di Indonesia pada tahun 2017, pemasaran media sosial menjadi semakin penting. Menurut penelitian ini, sikap positif terhadap merek dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen, yang pada gilirannya dapat mengurangi dampak pemasaran influencer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis frekuensi dan analisis data untuk memahami perilaku konsumen yang dipengaruhi oleh pemasaran digital. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa influencer dan citra merek mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen, khususnya di kalangan pengguna aktif media sosial. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa konsumen yang memiliki pengalaman lebih baik dapat melakukan hal tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja di Solaria Summarecon Mall Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literature review, di mana data dan informasi yang relevan diperoleh dari berbagai jurnal, artikel, dan sumber akademik lainnya yang membahas topik terkait. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi hubungan antara pelatihan, pengembangan karir, dan kepuasan kerja serta bagaimana ketiganya mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di lingkungan kerja. Hasil dari literature review menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan yang tepat dan peluang pengembangan karir yang jelas dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memprioritaskan investasi dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan karir sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

The article on the influence of work-life balance, and employee engagement training on job satisfaction and employee performance is a scientific literature review article within the scope of human resource management science. This article aims to create a hypothesis regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of human resource management. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was used in this research. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to this research. Data was obtained from reputable academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sprott journals. The results of this research are as follows: 1) Work-life balance influences job satisfaction; 2) Employee engagement influences job satisfaction; 3) Training influences job satisfaction; 4) Work-life balance influences employee performance; 5) Employee engagement influences employee performance; 6) Training influences employee performance; and 7) Job satisfaction influences employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence between variables and analyze the factors that cause personal aviation security performance. This research uses a literature review study to systematically review previous articles to see their correlation with current research. The results show that there is an influence between all independent variables on the dependent variable. This finding could be something new in qualitative research, aviation security performance can improve with competency appropriate to their field of work, work discipline while on duty, and self-efficacy at all levels, thereby creating good work achievements according to management's expectations. In human resource management research, there is no research framework like this article and the hypotheses in this research are very rarely found in previous research. Purpose – This research builds a theory of whether there is an influence between independent variables on the dependent variable. Design/methodology/approach – The method used is library research which analyzes previous articles as a literature review. Findings – There is a significant influence between variable X1 on Y, variable X2 on Y, and variable X3 on Y. Research limitations/implications – Many other factors influence performance, including remuneration, motivation, leadership style, and job satisfaction. Practical implications – The depth of this research reviews the performance of personal aviation security who are tasked with checking the luggage of passengers entering the airport area. Originality/value – Researchers have tried to look for the same research model but have not found it, there has never been previous research that discusses the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable.
