Abstract

Literature Review tentang Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Pembelian Ulang dengan Kepuasan Konsumen sebagai Variable Intervening dalam Manajemen Pemasaran adalah artikel ilmiah yang mengembangkan hipotesis mengenai dampak faktor-faktor di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Pembelian Ulang dengan Kepuasan Konsumen sebagai Variabel Intervening dalam Manajemen Pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel Literature Review yaitu dengan metode library risearch, bersumber dari media oline seperti Google Scholar. Publish or Perish, dan Scispace. Meriview beberapa penelitian terdahulu sebagai bahan diskusi dan pembanding. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, citra merek, kualitas produk, dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian ulang konsumen, dan kepuasan konsumen berfungsi sebagai mediator antara citra merek dan kualitas produk dan tingkat pembelian ulang konsumen. Dengan kata lain, perusahaan harus meningkatkan citra merek, kualitas produk, dan kepuasan konsumen agar konsumen lebih sering membeli produk mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan konsumen, daya tahan, dan kesadaran merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Somethinc di e-commerce Shopee pada Generasi Z. Latar belakangnya adalah perkembangan pasar skincare di Indonesia yang pesat, terutama di kalangan Generasi Z yang cenderung memperhatikan kualitas dan efektivitas produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei kepada konsumen yang telah membeli produk Somethinc di Shopee. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen dan kesadaran merek memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan daya tahan produk juga berperan penting. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu Somethinc dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan di kalangan Generasi Z.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how brand identity, product quality, and promotion affect consumer purchasing decisions in Hasifmon. The number of samples taken from all members of the population was thirty respondents. Primary data, questionnaires, were used to conduct this study, and a partial linear regression method was used. The results of the study show that brand identity, product quality, and promotion greatly influence Hasifmon's purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of the pemasaran strategy used by Wardah to increase product sales on the Shopee platform. By analyzing sales data and consumer surveys, we can provide information about effective internet marketing strategies for kecantikan products. Temuan indicates that targeted promotional combinations, influencer collaboration, and customer loyalty integration all significantly contribute to the growth of sales. This study identifies that the combination of influencer marketing, time-limited promotions, and personalization of marketing is a key factor in increasing sales. According to the study's findings, a strategy for pemasaran that is integrated and tailored to consumer preferences is crucial for achieving success in a competitive market.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is to help hypothesize for future authors in determining research related to mixed methods. Research articles on the role of qualitative, quantitative, positivism, and post-positivism on mixed methods are scientific literature articles within the scope of research methodology. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct literature reviews of relevant previous articles. The data used in this research is secondary data, which comes from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Springer, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel penghubung. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan untuk riset selanjutnya. Artikel ini menggunakan objek riset dengan pada pustaka online, Goggle Scholar, Mendeley, dan sumber akademik lainnya. Metode riset dengan library research yang bersumber dari e-book dan open access e-journal. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendekatan yang meneyeluruh terhadap literatur yang ada, untuk menyusun pemahaman mengenai hubungan antar variabel tersebut. Hasil artikel ini: 1.) Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja; 2.) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja; 3.) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja; 4.) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; 5.) disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; 6.) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; 7.) Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose – The goal of this work is to construct a hypothesis on the influence of factors that may subsequently be used for further research within the area of marketing management. Design/methodology/approach – The research method chosen was descriptive qualitative. Data was acquired from past research that is relevant to this study and sourced from academic internet media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and the journal Sinta. Findings – The findings of this study show that: 1) Climate change affects business sustainability; 2) The development of the internet of things has an impact on business continuity; 3) Climate change affects competitive advantage; 4) The development of the internet of things influences competitive advantage; and 5) Business sustainability influences competitive advantage. Research limitations/implications – The constraints of the data used in this study mean that the results produced are less than perfect. Practical implications – This research is valuable for business executives who want to understand the influence of climate change and the expansion of the Internet of Things on their company's sustainability and competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Employee Engagement through Servant Leadership, Training, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance. This research uses quantitative methods and questionnaires distributed to employees at international cargo expedition companies. The analysis tool used was SmartPLS version 3 software. The research results revealed that servant leadership had a positive impact on employee engagement in international cargo expedition companies, while training also had a positive impact. However, self-efficacy does not have a significant effect on employee engagement or performance. Theoretical contributions suggest that employee engagement can mediate the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance, and vice versa. The findings of this research are useful for the human resource department. However, this research has the limitation of researchers only focusing on employee performance and involvement in freight forwarding companies. This study recommends further research in other organizations.

Abstract

This study examines the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions in the retail sector, focusing on product display, price, and promotion. In an era of increasingly competitive business, companies need to develop effective marketing strategies to attract consumer interest. Through a literature review, this study shows that attractive product displays can increase purchasing interest, while competitive prices and appropriate promotional strategies, such as discounts and cashback, play an important role in influencing purchasing decisions. Although many studies show a positive relationship between price and purchasing decisions, there is variation in its influence which emphasizes the need for further research. The results of this study are expected to provide new insights for retail business actors in formulating more relevant and effective marketing strategies, as well as increasing competitiveness in a competitive market

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance dan fasilitas kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan melalui motivasi kerja pada PT Inovan Digital Nusantara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 149 karyawan pada PT Inovan Digital Nusantara. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 112 responden karyawan pada PT Inovan Digital Nusantara. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert (1-5). Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner dan pra survey, data sekunder diperoleh dari penelitian terdahulu yang telah dipublikasikan pada jurnal bereputasi dan buku serta e-books. Uji yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji outer model, inner model dan uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan software statistik SmartPLS versi 4.1.0.0 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan di PT Inovan Digital Nusantara yaitu sebagai berikut: 1) Variabel Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja; 2) Variabel Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja; 3) Variabel Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan; 4) Variabel Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan; 5) Variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan; 6) Variabel Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja; dan 7) Variabel Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja.
