The aim of study is to analyze the impact of atittude , perception and need on customer prefferention of nokia hand phone users in Surabaya. When analyze on opinion of 100 samples from population with accidental sampling technique and questionairre as tools for collecting the data, this study shows that there are significance impacts of atittude , perception and need on customer prefferention of Nokia's handphone.

This study uses an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a single factor, namely handling different fish to organoleptic quality histamine levels consisting of several levels of treatment such as: Handling of tuna at room temperature (control), Handling of mackerel tuna with addition of crushed ice 25% bb which produces a temperature of ±180C, Handling of tuna with the addition of people's salt (10% bb), Handling of mackerel tuna with a mixture of 12.5% ice and 5% salt of the people. The results of the study the effect of handling tuna made histamine levels differ greatly real. The amount of histamine at room temperature averaged 47.78 mg/100g, the amount of histamine in the treatment of crushed ice was 1:4 so that the temperature reached ±18°C averaged 11.30 mg/100g, the amount of histamine in the salt treatment of the people (10% bb) average of 31.00 mg/100g and the amount of histamine in the treatment of 50% mixed treatment B and 50% treatment C averaged 21.45 mg/100g. The effect of handling mackerel tuna makes organoleptic quality that is very significantly different based on appearance. The best appearance in the treatment of crushed ice is 1:4 so that it reaches a temperature of ±18°C of 8.00 with brilliant specifications rather reddish, strong scales, thin mucus. The effect of ear tuna handling results in very different organoleptic qualities based on the eye. The best eye condition in the treatment of 1:4 ice destruction so that the temperature reaches ±18°C at 7.722 with convex specifications, the cornea is somewhat foggy, the pupil is rather dim. The effect of handling mackerel tuna makes organoleptic quality very different based on texture. The texture conditions are best at 1:4 crushed ice treatment so that the temperature reaches ±18°C at 7.83 with elastic specifications. The effect of the handling of tuna produces different organoleptic qualities that are very real based on odor. The analysis showed that the smell was the best in the treatment of 1:4 crushed ice so that the temperature reached ±18°C at 7.778 with the specification of a soft fishy odor. Handling of mackerel tuna should use 1:4 crushed ice to reach a temperature of ±180C because it can maintain histamine levels and organoleptic quality of the fish as a whole.

Sistem parkir mobil yang digunakan saat ini khususnya pada Universitas Patria Artha masih menggunakan sistem parkir yang bersifat manual, dalam pengertian jika ingin parkir kendaraan harus melewati pos satpam dan menggunakan tenaga manusia untuk membuka palang parkir yang berada di area kampus. Dengan sistem manual tersebut tentunya menyebabkan beberapa kendala baik bagi petugas maupun bagi para pengendara yang akan memakirkan kendaraannya. Sistem smart parking ini dirancang dengan menggunakan sensor ultrasonik yang diletakan pintu di masuk dan keluar kampus, Tujuan dari penggunaan sensor tersebut tentunya sebagai alat yang memberikan data masukan kepada arduino uno sebagai pengolah data yang selanjutnya diproses dengan hasil keluaran sebuah instruksi kepada motor servo dan juga tampilnya suatu informasi melalui sebuah layar LCD yang menunjukan keterangan mengenai jumlah kendaraan yang parkir.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhfaktor instrinsik dan ekstrinsik terhadap minat siswa SMK untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Desain survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari para responden, yaitu 96 siswa SMK Pariwisata di Provinsi Bali. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan metode analisis Linier berganda dengan aplikasi program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 17 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor intrinsik (kualitas, karir, dan ekonomi) serta faktor ekstrinsik (lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan masyarakat, penghasilan orang tua, dan pendidikan orang tua) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pat.la minat siswa SMK untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi vokasi pariwisata. Secara parsial, aspek kualitas pada faktor intrinsik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat, begitu pula dengan aspek pendidikan serta penghasilan orang tua pada faktor ekstrinsik. Dibandingkan faktor ekstrinsik, faktor intrinsik memiliki pengaruh dominan terhat.iap minat.

Budgeting is one of the defining factors in the success of hotel industry. It can be a tool for coordination, delegation and monitoring which is beneficial for managers to improve their performance. This study aims to investigate the impact of participation, perception of distributive justice, and perception of procedural justice towards management performance. Data were collected from star hotels in Badung Regency based on the hotel list published by Bali Government Office in 2009. The analyses shows that there is no significant impact of participation in budgeting on management performance, meanwhile the perception of distributie justice and procedural justice significantly influence management performance.

Artikel bertujuan untuk mengukur indeks pelayanan pendidikan agama (Islam, Kristen, Katholik, Hindu dan Buddha) pada satuan pendidikan menengah, tepatnya pada SMAN dan SMKN sebagai sampel sasaran. Berkenaan dengan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama, Kementerian Agama sejatinya sebagai provider layanan, baik layanan berupa rekruitmen guru, penyediaan sarana dan prasarana, buku teks pegangan guru maupun siswa, dan sumber belajar lainnya, perangkat pembelajaran dan juga kurikulum PAI. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode kuantitatif dengan fokus pada pengukuran berupa indeks, untuk mengukur mutu layanan pada sembilan unit layanan yang semestinya dipenuhi kementerian Agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa tingkat/indeks layanan pendidikan agama di Kota Palu berada pada kategori puas, dengan nilai rata-rata unit layanan atau IKM sebesar 2,72, jika dikonversi dalam gradasi nilai, maka berada di nilai 68,63. IKM dengan mutu layanan B (puas). Meskipun demikian, nilai indeks ini masih menyisakan masalah beberapa masalah pada satuan pendidikan yang menjadi sampel penelitian, yang perlu dicarikan solusi konstruktif, terutama pada aspek: rekruitmen guru, pengadaan buku teks dan sumber belajar lainnya, penguatan kapasitas guru melalui pendidikan dan latihan, bimbingan teknis, dan pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana yang terkait langsung dengan pembelajaran agama di sekolah.

Auricularia auricula is an edible mushroom cultivated in Indonesia that has been known to have potential properties of bioactive compounds than can be used for medicinal purpose. This study aimed to examine the cytotoxic and apoptosis effect of chloroform extract of A. auricula on cervical cancer cells in vitro. The research design was in vitro experimental research. Cytotoxic tests was using an MTT [3-(4,5-dimetiltiazol-2-yl)-2.5-diphenyl tertrazolium bromide] assay and apoptosis test was using double staining method. Test of bioactive compounds was carried out using GCMS. Cytotoxic effect were analyzed by linear regression and apoptosis test was analyzed descriptively. Chloroform extract of mycelium A. auricula showed the best results with IC50 = 264.87 µg/ml. An important finding obtained after the double staining process was that chloroform extract of A. auricula can induce HeLa cells death by apoptosis. GCMS test results showed that the extracts containing limonene and piperidinone which are the anticancer bioactive compounds. In conclusion, the chloroform extracts of A. auricula has the potential to inhibit the growth of cervical cancer cells. The benefit of this study are expected to provide information about the anticancer potential of extract of A. auricula against cervical cancer cells, thus contributing to the development of alternative anticancer treatments from natural product.

This paper aims to compare the three sistems of law on the status of adopted children by using normative juridical approach. It concluded that the position of adopted children in the sistem of Islamic law does not sever the relationship between the adopted child and his biological parents then adopted children do not become the heir of his adoptive father except through wajibah testament. The amount of inheritance is not more than 1/3. Positive law stipulates that adopted children have equal position with biological children of foster parents so that the adopted child becomes heir adoptive parents for adoption severed all civil relationship between the child and biological parents. While in traditional law, the position of adoptive children depends on the laws in force in a customs area because some areas in Indonesia is different in determining position an adopted child.

Natural potential of strawberry fruit agrotourism are still being developed in order to become the main destination when it comes to Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. So, the right strategy for developing Strawberry Fruit Agrotourism and a mature strategy so that development can be realized properly and can have a good influence on the income of strawberry farmers. The research objectives are (1) Identifying internal environmental factors in the development of Strawberry Fruit Agro-tourism. (2) Identifying external environmental factors in the development of Strawberry Fruit Agro-tourism. (3) Analyzing development strategies in Strawberry Fruit Agro-tourism. (4) Analyzing the development strategy of the income of farmers in Strawberry Fruit Agro-tourism in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency.The approach in this study is a quantitative approach, this study aims to identify internal and external factors. The focus of this study is the strategy of developing strawberry agro tourism on the income of strawberry farmers who refers to the development strategy which is an internal factor, namely Human Resources (HR), Infrastructure, transportation and promotion. Then on external factors, namely the Government, economic conditions, technology and competitors. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique in this study used a SWOT analysis. The SWOT matrix results show that Strawberry Fruit Agrotourism is in quadrant II, which means activities to expand the business by building in other locations and increasing the amount of production and adding services. Strawberry fruit agrotourism introduces its potential by promoting it so that it can be recognized by the wider community and can expand tourism transportation services. Suggestions for this research are to enhance good cooperation from the tourism service government and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) to develop strawberry agro-tourism by implementing and implementing planned programs.

Hindu in Bali is never apart from ceremony. Everything they do are always relates to ceremony. Ceremony is one of the way how Balinese people stay close to the God (Tuhan Hyang Maha Esa). From thousands of ceremony in Bali, in this thesis, I am discussing further about ‘Patiwangi Ceremoney’. Although this ceremony has been banned from the government’s regulations known as DPRD dated on 1951. However, in some village in Bali there are still exists. One of them is in Village of Sidan, Gianyar regency. In deeper meaning some people thought that ‘Patiwangi’ ceremony is related to gender inequality. This is the basis of writing a thesis title ‘Patiwangi Ceremony in village of Sidan, Gianyar Regency, (Gender Education Perspective).In this study, I am discussing 3 contributor factors. 1. How forms Patiwangi ceremony in village of Sidan District of Gianyar? 2. What is the function of Patiwangi ceremony in village of Sidan District of Gianyar? 3. What is the implication Patiwangi ceremony on gender education perspective in village of Sidan District of Gianyar?In this thesis, four theoretical concepts are used to answer the problem. The theory of interactionism symbol which is used to analyst form of Patiwangi ceremony, Structural Functional Theory to analyst the function of Patiwangi ceremony, Behaviorism Theory and Gender Theory to analyst the implications of gender education perspective of Patiwangi ceremony. This research conducted in village of Sidan, Gianyar regency. This thesis is qualitative research, using the data collection techniques such as; observation, interviews, documentation, literature, informant determination analysis by purposive sampling and data analysis with qualitative descriptive.From the qualitative descriptive data analysis obtained the following results, 1. Patiwangi ceremony can be explained through the married and ceremony process. Process Patiwangi marriage performed without making a proposal to the bride’s parents. This system called ‘Kawin Lari. The groom will arrange the place to meet the bride without parents’permission. From the bride's family, parents will then come to groom’s house to ascertain that their daughter actually married to the men according to the letter sent. After that the groom’s family will telling that their daughter will have the married ceremony based on a good day which is pointed by high prize in Bali called ‘Pinandita’. The proses Patiwangi ceremony will begin with ‘matur piuning’or asking permission to the God of the sun ‘Sanggah Surya’. The bride is praying in front of the temple (Sanggah Surya) while the groom is sitting on the chair waiting for her. After finish, the bride will stand up and the families of the groom will start pouring yellow rice, old Chinese money as a symbol of happiness and prosperity. The families also will throw red ‘Endong’ leafs as a symbol of purification and eliminate the evil spirit. The ceremony will end with spring of holy water to the bride by the prize (Pinandita).2).The Functions of Patiwangi ceremony, a). Purification, this can be seen from the ornaments of the Patiwangi ceremony such as; yellow rice, old Chinese money and the red ‘Endong’leafs as a symbol of the God of Brahma, which is purifying the bride from ‘Leteh, Cuntaka, and Evil Spirit. Hence, married within different kast in Bali without Patiwangi ceremony can cause unhappiness. b). Balance, this can be seen from the ceremony itself which is offered to the God as a witness in spiritual, human as a witness in unspiritual and evil spirit ( Bhuta Kala) as a witness in devil’s side. The purpose is that after married the bride and groom will get harmonization and balance in life.3). The implication of Patiwangi ceremony, a). Social implication includes changing in social status, parent’s status, and the relationship between both families and also the farewell ceremony. b). psychology implication only happen to the bride, since she is leaving the kasta that she has and followed the groom’s kasta.As per the implication Patiwangi ceremony on gender education perspective, it will be seen on social gap such as; 1). Naming on parents from ‘Biang’ become ‘Dubiang’ and ‘Aji’ become ‘Duaji’. 2). Naming on bride from ‘Dewa Ayu’ become ‘Ayu’. 3). The relationship of the bride and parents are no longer as a biological parents, since she has been married with called ‘Nyerod’ in Balinese language.4). On the farewell ceremony, if one of the parents died, the bride is not allowed to pray if she is pregnant.
