Abstract

Dendrobium Gradita 31 has superior characteristics that are in demand by the market in Indonesia, so seeds with sameness quality, the same characteristics as the parent and in large quantities are needed. Tissue culture is one solution to support the availability of seeds in large quantities and have a high level of sameness quality. The process of regulating the type of ZPT and concentration in the culture media does not always produce the same regeneration pathway. This research aims to determine the regeneration pathway and to obtain the best type and concentration of cytokinin to support its regeneration pathway. This study used a completely randomized design with 3 replications. The first factor is the type of cytokinin, BA and Tdz. The second factor is the concentration of Benzyladenine and Thidiazuron, 1, 2 and 3 mg/l.. The data was analyzed using analysis of variance, and mean value was tested using tukey test 5%. The results of this study indicate that the regeneration pathway in the formation of adventitious shoots was indirect embryogenesis. The use of Tdz 3 mg/l was able to produce the highest percentage of somatic embryo formation and the highest number of somatic embryos. The fastest shoot formation time, shoot formation percentage and the highest number of shoots per clump were found BA 2 mg/l.

Abstract

Oyster mushroom is a commodity that is in high demand in the community. Oyster mushroom production in Indonesia is decreasing year after year as wood sawdust, which is often used as a media for oyster mushrooms, becomes increasingly difficult to get. Bamboo has a nutrient content similar to wood sawdust; therefore, bamboo sawdust can be utilized as a media for growing oyster mushrooms. The aim of this research was to find the best mixture of bamboo and wood sawdust for the growth and yield of oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus). This research was carried out from July to October 2023 at Lampung State Polytechnic. This study used a randomized block design with one factor that was repeated four times. The following treatments were used: C0 = 100% wood sawdust, C1 = 90% bamboo sawdust + 10% wood sawdust, L2 = 80% bamboo sawdust + 20% wood sawdust, C3 = 70% bamboo sawdust + 30% wood sawdust, C4 = 60% bamboo sawdust + 40% wood sawdust, and C5 = 50% bamboo sawdust + 50% wood sawdust. The collected data was analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and then evaluated with LSD test at the 5% level. The results of this research were that the treatment of C5 = 50% bamboo sawdust + 50% wood sawdust gave the best results on the parameter of the mycelium growth rate, the time of the fruit body initiation (FBI), the number of hoods, the diameter of the hood, the thickness of the hood, the harvest, the harvest weight per baglog, and the total harvesting per plot.

Abstract

ABC mix biological hydroponic nutrition is an innovation by developing the AB Mix hydroponic nutrition formulation (based on 100% chemicals) in collaboration with Liquid Organic Biofertilizer/LOB from LOB Plant PT. Great Giant Pineapple (PT.GGP). This invention is created in order to solve the problem of industries that want to produce hydroponic nutrients based on liquid organic biological fertilizer to reduce the concentration of chemicals in hydroponic nutrients. The aim of this invention are (1) to develop hydroponic nutrient products consisting of chemical fertilizers and biological fertilizers so that the use of chemicals can be reduced, (2) to produce patents granted regarding hydroponic nutrition based on chemical fertilizers and biological fertilizers, and (3) to apply the results of the invention to society and industry that requires the invention. The ABC Mix biological hydroponic nutrition product already has a patent with number IDS000006120 and has been implemented at Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School 606 through community service activities.

Abstract

The emergence of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems has transformed the way businesses operate, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Serves as a relevant area of study to understand the impact, challenges, and benefits of using Open ERP. ERP is a method used by industries to enhance business process efficiency. This is done by sharing information both within and between business processes. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Open ERP in the MSME ecosystem using the HOT-Fit method, which measures the fit between Human, Organization, and Technology components in the use of the Odoo application for MSMEs. Odoo is a open-source ERP software that is suitable for small and medium businesses. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that the implementation of OpenERP using the Odoo application only affects the human component. Simultaneous testing indicates that these three variables collectively influence net benefits.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara yang kaya akan sumber daya alam, terutama dalam hal bahan pangan, yang memberikan peluang besar bagi masyarakat pedesaan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan perekonomian mereka. Salah satu bahan pangan lokal yang memiliki potensi besar tetapi belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal adalah Tahu. Tahu, sebagai produk olahan kedelai yang kaya gizi, dapat diolah menjadi berbagai produk kreatif dengan nilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Di Desa Alai Selatan, Kabupaten Lembak, sebagian besar ibu rumah tangga terlibat dalam usaha mikro yang fokus pada pengolahan produk pangan, namun masih terbatas pada cara-cara tradisional yang kurang inovatif dan berdampak minimal pada peningkatan ekonomi keluarga. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengolahan pangan, membuka peluang usaha baru, dan mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif, melibatkan peserta dalam setiap tahap, mulai dari perencanaan hingga evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan peserta dalam pengolahan tahu menjadi produk inovatif yang bernilai tambah. Selain itu, beberapa peserta melaporkan peningkatan pendapatan setelah mulai memasarkan produk mereka. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap bahan baku dan peralatan, serta kesulitan dalam pemasaran, masih perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan rolade tahu di Desa Alai Selatan memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan dan dapat dijadikan model bagi pengembangan program serupa di daerah lain untuk mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan melalui inovasi produk pangan berbasis lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui proses pembelajaran daring ke luring, praktik pembelajaran daring ke luring serta dampak pembelajaran daring terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran luring pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMP 16 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Perubahan pembelajaran di SMP pada masa pandemi Covid-19 membutuhkan banyak persiapan dan penyesuaian dari sekolah, termasuk guru kepada peserta didik dan peserta didik dalam pelaksanaannya. Hasil penelitian bahwa proses pembelajaran secara luring belum diterapkan secara keseluruhan untuk mengurangi interaksi siswa. Praktik pembelajaran daring ke luring dilaksanakan telah sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat, diantaranya dalam waktu belajar dan implementasinya dan dampak pembelajaran daring terhadap luring masih perlunya upaya preventif dan represif oleh sekolah. Proses, praktik dan dampak daring terhadap luring masih membutuhkan peningkatan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara holistik kepada peserta didik

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Masalah gizi ganda, termasuk kekurangan dan kelebihan gizi, merupakan permasalahan utama di Indonesia. Makanan yang aman, bergizi, dan beragam pada masa kanak-kanak adalah langkah penting untuk menghindari malnutrisi, terutama di sekolah. Metode: Kegiatan "Nutriday" di Desa Muara Dua, Kecamatan Pemulutan, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, bertujuan meningkatkan literasi keamanan pangan dan jajanan sehat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan manajemen dan teknis melalui penyuluhan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Desa Muara Dua. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dari Juli hingga Agustus 2023. Hasil: Setelah intervensi pertama, 16 siswa mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan, sedangkan pada intervensi kedua hanya 8 siswa yang meningkat. Dalam hal sikap, 20 siswa mengalami perubahan positif setelah intervensi pertama, namun hanya 8 siswa yang berubah pada intervensi kedua. Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap siswa setelah edukasi menggunakan leaflet dan media ular tangga mengenai keamanan pangan dan jajanan sehat, menunjukkan intervensi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi keamanan pangan dan gizi siswa.

Abstract

The cause of diarrhea in infants and children is different from adults. In children, it is usually caused by a virus, whereas in adults it is caused by bacteria. Diarrhea in adults can be triggered by several factors, for example due to wrong eating, impaired digestion of food, the influence of drugs and due to psychiatric conditions whereas in infants can be infected if, swallowing these germs when passing through the birth canal is affected by germs or when touched by a hand germic. Children are also easily infected by germs because they often put their dirty hands and toys into their mouths. This research is a quantitative study in which the dependent variable data collection is done once at a time. The population in this study were all mothers of children under five in Talang Cempedak Village, Jejawi District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in 2019. The sample in this study were all toddler mothers in Talang Cempedak Village, Jejawi District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in 2019 by 18 people using total sampling technique. The results of this study from 18 respondents showed that 10 respondents amounted to 55.6% poor mother of toddler knowledge, as well as the behavior of 9 mothers of toddlers 50.0% bad and 50.0% good, and environmental sanitation in Talang Cempedak Village as many as 55.6 bad%. The  action in order to increase the movement to prevent diarrhea response in infants, such as counseling about diarrhea by health workers is needed so that the incidence of diarrhea can be prevented. Keywords: Diarrhea, Ogan Komering Ilir, Jejari, Counseling

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan aspek non-keuangan sebagai moderator, yang meliputi tekanan kelembagaan, tekanan lingkungan, dan tata kelola. Sampel terdiri dari 32 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, yaitu 16 perusahaan manufaktur dan 16 perusahaan pertambangan, dengan total 256 observasi dari tahun 2015-2022. Data dianalisis menggunakan model pengaruh langsung dengan metode Generalized Least Square (GLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Semakin banyak kegiatan CSR yang dilakukan, maka kinerja keuangan perusahaan semakin baik, mendukung teori legitimasi dan teori stakeholder. Tekanan kelembagaan memperkuat pengaruh positif CSR terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan tekanan lingkungan dan tata kelola (diukur melalui keberagaman latar belakang pendidikan direksi) melemahkan pengaruh tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi regulasi di negara berkembang, seperti Indonesia, dengan menekankan perlunya aturan yang lebih ketat mengenai penerapan CSR oleh perusahaan untuk memastikan praktik tanggung jawab sosial yang efektif.Kata Kunci: Aspek Non Keuangan, CSR, Tekanan Kelembagaan, Tekanan Lingkungan, Tata Kelola, Kinerja Keuangan  ABSTRACTThis study examines the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on financial performance with non-financial aspects as moderators, which include institutional pressure, environmental pressure, and governance. The sample consists of 32 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely 16 manufacturing companies and 16 mining companies, with a total of 256 observations from 2015-2022. The data were analyzed using a direct influence model with the Generalized Least Square (GLS) method. The results showed that CSR has a positive influence on the company's financial performance. The more CSR activities carried out, the better the company's financial performance, supporting legitimacy theory and stakeholder theory. Institutional pressures strengthen the positive influence of CSR on financial performance, while environmental and governance pressures (measured through the diversity of directors' educational backgrounds) weaken this influence. This study provides important implications for regulation in developing countries, such as Indonesia, by emphasizing the need for stricter rules regarding the implementation of CSR by companies to ensure effective social responsibility practices.Keywords: Non-financial aspects, CSR, Institutional Pressure, Environmental Pressure, Governance, Financial Performance

Abstract

Pleourotus ostreatus, well known as an white oyster mushroom is  the most popular edible mushroom in Indonesia. Baglog (sawdust as main substrat) is usually used to cultivating them. In the cultivation, it often occurs that the growing media in the baglog is not able to support the growth of oyster mushroom optimally. It is possible to add some supplements in the middle of cultivation period. The study aims to obtain information on the potential of molasses, washed rice water, and coconut water as nutritional supplements in white oyster mushroom cultivation to increase the production of it. This research was conducted from August to December 2022 at mushroom plant house (kumbung), Lampung State Polytechnic. This research used descriptive method with couple of parameter, like yield and form of white oyster mushroom. The results of this study shown that washed rice water can be used as supplement materials and has given the highest of white oyster mushroom yield (90.008 g). followed by coconut water (63.661 g), and molasses (51.102 g). On the other hand, the addition of washed rice water affect in productivity period if compared to molasses and coconut water addition.
