Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about how people behave as entrepreneurs in their business, known as entrepreneurial ethics. Many business owners overlook the importance of ethics when starting a company because they believe it can be done quickly with a lot of skill and funding. This research uses a qualitative approach, using data processing techniques based on interviews, observations and documentation related to this research. The research results obtained are that in their daily entrepreneurial actions, managers are always faced with ethical dilemmas, which they must maintain continuously because a company's ethical reputation takes time to develop. And goodwill is an invaluable asset for a business.

Abstract

The phenomenon of negative activities in elementary schools has become a real problem as social and technological developments influence student behavior. Activities such as unhealthy communication and other deviant behavior are often considered normal, yet they impact the development of children's social interactions. This study aims to analyze the influence of negative activities and examine how negatively they affect children. The background to this problem is based on concerns about the increasing negative behavior that can hinder students' ability to socialize and build positive relationships with peers. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlation study method. The subjects were 30 students at Nembol 2 Elementary School, Mandalawangi District, Pandeglang Regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire that measured the level of negative activities and students' social interaction behavior. The results of the regression analysis showed a significant and negative relationship between negative activities and students' social interaction behavior (r = -0.545, p = 0.002). This finding indicates that the higher the level of negative activities, the lower their social interaction behavior. Thus, the regression analysis indicates a significant and negative relationship between negative activities and students' social interactions. So basically, it's clear that bad things mess up how well students get along socially.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and the quality of human resources on the effectiveness of achieving higher education institutions' missions, with group cohesion as a moderating variable. The study was conducted at IAIN Madura, employing a quantitative methodology, and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were gathered through structured questionnaires distributed to academic and administrative staff. The results demonstrate that transformational leadership, organizational culture, and human resource quality significantly and positively influence institutional mission achievement. Furthermore, group cohesion enhances these relationships, highlighting its essential role in fostering a cohesive and goal-oriented organizational climate. These findings underscore the necessity of strategic leadership and a robust organizational culture in strengthening institutional performance. The study offers practical implications for academic leaders, emphasizing the importance of building group cohesion to amplify the effectiveness of leadership, organizational culture, and human resource quality. Future research is recommended to extend these findings by investigating the dynamics in different higher education settings and incorporating longitudinal approaches to explore the temporal impact of these variables.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disease with an increasing global prevalence. One of its most serious complications is diabetic foot ulcer (DFU), which often leads to infection, lower limb amputation, and decreased quality of life. Primary healthcare plays a vital role in early detection and prevention of DFU. This community service aimed to develop and implement the innovation “SIGAP KAKI DM” (Comprehensive Early Detection and Self-Education for Diabetic Foot Ulcer Prevention) at Puskesmas Panti, Jember. The program was designed to improve the knowledge and skills of healthcare workers in diabetic foot screening and patient education. Thirteen healthcare workers participated in interactive training sessions, consisting of lectures on DFU risk factors, demonstrations of foot examination techniques, and hands-on practice using monofilaments, tuning forks, and ankle-brachial index (ABI) measurement. Pretest and posttest evaluations showed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge and skills, with “good” scores improving from 23.1% to 92.3%. Healthcare workers were able to perform diabetic foot examinations independently and educate patients on self-care practices. Educational materials such as booklets and posters were also developed to support patient empowerment in foot care. The innovation has potential to be integrated into routine services at primary healthcare centers to prevent DFU and reduce amputation rates among DM patients. Sustained implementation and cross-sector collaboration are recommended to ensure program effectiveness and long-term impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji bagaimana status dari anak nikah siri terhadap hak waris dalam perspektif hukum keluarga di Indonesia serta perbedaan pengakuan terhadap anak dari nikah siri dalam konteks hukum perdata dan hukum Islam terkait hak-hak perdata dan kewarisan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem hukum Indonesia mengatur pengakuan anak dari pernikahan yang tidak dicatatkan secara resmi oleh negara, khususnya melalui pendekatan hukum positif seperti Undang-Undang Perkawinan, Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI), dan Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010. Hukum perdata tidak mengakui pernikahan siri yang tidak tercatat, sehingga anak dianggap di luar perkawinan dengan konsekuensi terbatasnya hak waris. Sebaliknya, hukum Islam mengakui keabsahan pernikahan siri secara agama dan mengakui anak berdasarkan nasab, memberikan hak waris sesuai syariat. Kendala utama dalam hukum perdata adalah kurangnya pengakuan administratif, yang berujung pada ketiadaan akta kelahiran sah dan pengakuan nasab secara negara, meskipun Putusan MK membuka peluang pembuktian yang seringkali rumit. Perbedaan mendasar ini berakar pada fokus penentu keabsahan: hukum perdata mengutamakan pencatatan negara, sementara hukum Islam menekankan pemenuhan syarat agama dan pengakuan nasab. Akibatnya, meskipun hukum Islam memberikan hak waris berdasarkan nasab, implementasinya terhambat dalam sistem hukum negara yang mengutamakan pencatatan. Dualisme filosofis ini menciptakan potensi ketidakadilan, sehingga harmonisasi hukum perdata dan Islam serta reformasi sistem pencatatan dan pengakuan anak menjadi krusial untuk perlindungan hukum yang setara.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the competitive management of education marketing from an Islamic perspective. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is carried out by observation and also a literature approach studio using literature sources related to the research problem. The results of the study show that competition between educational institutions is increasingly competitive; the importance of marketing strategies in introducing the advantages of the school to potential consumers or students; Islamic Perspective in the Phenomenon of Competition between Educational Institutions in Implementing Educational Management Strategies. The marketing strategy will usher in the school as a major educational institution as expected.
