Abstract

The need for technology that can help Indonesian fishermen is needed to improve fishing yields. Based on BPS data Indonesian fishermen dropped from 1.7 million to 64 thousand in 2013. This is due to several factors, including unfavorable professions for fishermen. This is insufficient fishing equipment for fishing. One of them is the need for navigation tools that are easily understood by traditional fishermen and in accordance with the needs in fishing.we propose the design of Class B's Automatic Identifier System (AIS) to help fishermen navigate and find fish points. In this system we also propose determining the point of fish based on information from fishermen who are collectively collected by the fishermen. With this design it is hoped that the fish point can be shared with other fishermen. The result this design, it is expected to be able to assist fishermen in navigating using AIS so that fisherman security with AIS system with multiple sensor can be improved find the point of fish obtained from sending data from several fishermen and collect data weather for safety.

Abstract

Law No. 17/2016 has emphasized that perpetrators of sexual crimes can be castrated, but this is a polemic for medical personnel who are appointed as executor in this action, because eliminating the patient's normal body functions is very contrary to the duties of a doctor. This study aims to obtain answers to legal protection for urology doctors who perform castration and to find out whether the actions taken by urologists at the request of the court were against medical ethics or not. The approach method used in this research is a library research approach with secondary data collection. The results of further research were analyzed qualitatively. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the urologist who performs castration at the request of the court, means that the action is an order that must be carried out, but this is contrary to professional standards because castration can have a bad impact on the patient and this is very contrary to professional standards and doctor's code of ethics so that it can be concluded that legal protection cannot be provided because the doctor acts contrary to professional standards and doctor's code of ethics. Castration performed by a urologist is against the code of medical ethics even though it is an order from the court. On the other hand, the doctor does not have the authority to act as a direct executor, while the executor himself is actually a public prosecutor, so that the doctor can refuse the action if it is considered contrary to the code of ethics and conscience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap korban kejahatan siber dalam transaksi pinjaman online berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UU PDP telah membangun sistem perlindungan preventif dan represif berbasis hak asasi manusia. Namun implementasinya masih belum efektif akibat tumpang tindih regulasi, fragmentasi kewenangan antar lembaga, problem yurisdiksi lintas negara, dan rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada penegasan bahwa UU PDP harus ditempatkan sebagai lex specialis dalam kasus penyalahgunaan data pribadi pada pinjaman online, bukan sekadar pelengkap UU ITE. Diperlukan harmonisasi regulasi serta penguatan otoritas pengawas independen guna menjamin perlindungan hukum yang berorientasi pada korban.

Abstract

In a sale transaction, the buyer, as the person who enters into a sales contract with the seller, has the option of continuing or terminating the sales contract for the goods purchased. According to fiqh scholars, Islam regulates or allows the use of khiyar for the benefit of all parties in a transaction when there is an urgent need. The aim of this study was to find out how the fuqaha perceived khiyar in terms of buying and selling. The author's research method is a literature study that collects data through data collection, and the four priests of the institution classify khiyar similarly. The four madhhab priests accept khiyar terms and shame khiyar in buying and selling. The priests of the madhhab disagree on the legitimacy of the khiyar. Some agree it's okay, while others don't

Abstract

Islamic monetary policy in Indonesia faces the challenge of demonstrating its effectiveness in controlling inflation and maintaining exchange rate stability amid the dominance of conventional monetary instruments within a dual financial system. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic monetary policy as an instrument for inflation control and exchange rate stabilization from the perspective of Islamic economic law, with a particular focus on the role of Bank Indonesia in the Islamic financial system. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, the research examines the framework of Islamic monetary policy, central bank operational instruments, and relevant macroeconomic data. The findings indicate that Islamic monetary instruments, such as Bank Indonesia Syariah Certificates (SBIS), sharia SBSN repos, and sharia monetary operations are effective in managing liquidity without relying on interest rate mechanisms. Absorbent instruments are shown to be more effective in suppressing inflation, while injective instruments support economic growth during periods of slowdown. In addition, Islamic monetary policy indirectly contributes to exchange rate stability by strengthening domestic liquidity conditions and reducing speculative activities. The study concludes that sharia monetary policy is not only aligned with the legal principles of Islamic economics but also possesses empirical relevance as a macroeconomic stabilization instrument. The implications highlight the need for institutional strengthening and further deepening of the Islamic financial market so that Islamic monetary policy can play a more optimal role in supporting equitable and sustainable national economic stability.
