This study aims to analyze social and financial performance of microfinance institutions UED-SP Sinar Dana. Social performance analyzed using Microfinance Information exchange (MIX) soscial performance standard report, and financial performance analyzed using 17 PEARLS ratio. Analysis of the UED-SP social peformance has reached the social mission and goals the cumulative volume of loans 25.10 percent, and the higher growth of loans volume is the agricultural sector 32.25 percent. The poor borrowers 23.33 percent and volume of loans increased 55.82 percent. Internal systems increased on a variety of loan products and increased incentives for staff. The output and outcome UED-SP was increasing in average annual, outreach of the women borrowers, the borrower of productive economic in the agricultural sector, poor borrowers, and the volume of saving. The financial performance of UED-SP obtained that the purpose of the protection is not achieved because it does not have a provision for loan losses on loans greater than 12 months delinquent. Effective financial structure is obtained the net loans highger than range limit of ideal accivement, ratio of members share capital in ideal, the ratio of capital institutions in ideal. Asset quality in non perfoaming loan and ratio of non-earning assets are in the ideal. Revenue and expenses earned operating costs and the ratio of net income are ideal. The ratio of income from loans and the current asset liquidity ratio are ideal. UED-SP showed signs of growth with the asset growth, loan growth, and savings deposit growth in not ideal ratio. This study aims to analyze social performance and financial performance rural microfinance institutions (UED-SP) in Pangkalan Lesung Subdistric. Research was conducted at UED-SP Barokah in Sari Makmur village and UED-SP Sido Asri in Rawang Sari. Social performance analysis using MIX Market performance indicators, and financial performance analysis method using 17 ratio with Pearls. Analysis social performance and financial performance on average performed over the period 2011-2013. Results performance analysis showed that UED-SP in Pangkalan Lesung Subdistric has reached 10.77 percent - 19.57 percent of poor households, agricultural sector is the most reach on productive activites. The volume loans increased at 70.58 percent on UED-SP Barokah, and 68.07 percent on UED-SP Sido Asri. Women borrowers increased at 87.19 percent on UED-SP Sido Asri and 98.66 percent on UED-SP Barokah. The results obtained analysis financial performance that rural microfinance in Pangkalan Lesung Subdistric does’t have a reserves for the loan risk on 1-12 months and over than 12 months. Effectiveness financial structure obtained very large ratio outstanding loans (94.21 percent), while loans and loan stock still small, and ratios of capital institutions ratios are very large. NPL ratio (4.35 percent) and unproductive assets ratio (00:05) is quite low. Ratio operating costs still high (11.96 percent), while ratio net income quite small (9.63 percent). Liquidity ratio good (4.94 percent). Signs look good capital growth with growth institutional capital sizeable (116.17 percent) and growth assets, loans and shares are above inflation. Penelitian ini tentang analisis usaha purse seine yang dilaksanakan pada bulanJanuari sampai bulan Februari 2014 di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Sibolga KabupatenTapanuli Tengah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisisbesar investasi dan kelayakan usaha penangkapan dengan menggunakan alat tangkappurse seine. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan penentuan respondendilakukan secara purposive sampling yaitu nelayan yang menggunakan purse seine kecildan nelayan yang menggunakan purse seine besar.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa investasi untuk usaha purse seinekecil sebesar Rp 1.915.486.000 sedangkan Investasi usaha purse seine besar yaitu Rp2.798.120.000. Kriteria investasi untuk usaha purse seine kecil menghasil NPV sebesarRp 2.204.956.856,- BCR sebesar 1.35 dan IRR sebesar 39.07%, sedangkan usaha purseseine besar menghasilkan NPV sebesar Rp1.548.739.520, BCR sebesar 1.21 dan IRRsebesar 32.42%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha purse seine kecil lebih layakdilanjutkan dibandingkan purse seine besar dilihat dari kriteria investasi.Kata kunci: Purse Seine, Kelayakan Usaha, investasi, PPN Sibolga.

Abstract ?é?á A natural intelligence is a new method in the teaching and learning process in as the steps of indication to associate the needed subtance. It has a purpose to build the children?óÔé¼Ôäós intelligence to be multintellegence. This method is used to make an effective teaching learning process which deals with the students?óÔé¼Ôäó potential quality to get the maximal output in long term. This concept is actually presented to the early age learners in learning Bahasa Indonesia to know how their mother tongue will influence their second language based on the community that they live with. By living with their community who speaks Bahasa Indoensia as the second language, they will learn it in how to speak and write naturally. Learning Bahasa Indonesia using a natural intelegence is a good method in making them able to speak and write it well because this method motivate and force them how to understand, comprehend and apply it directly. And this method was actually trained to teachers of Non ?óÔé¼ÔÇ£ Formal PAUD / Under age /children group. By having this training, Non ?óÔé¼ÔÇ£ Formal PAUD teachers will be apble to implement the method well and the result will make children learn Bahasa Indonesia effectively and creatively. Patient safety is the main thing in providing nursing services. Nurses must be able to ensure the ongoing patient safety program to suppress or reduce malpractice actions carried out when performing nursing services. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of legal responsibility of nurses for patient safety in independent nursing practice, and the concept of legal protection for patients as consumers of nursing service users. The approach method used in this research is a normative juridical approach, the method of collecting secondary data is that which is obtained through the literature and also sources of statutory law. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the legal responsibility of nurses for patient safety is divided into two types of responsibilities, namely; civil liability as well as criminal liability. The application of patient protection law as a consumer includes preventive protection in the form of; services in accordance with standard operating procedures, professional standards, and standards of legislation with principles on patient safety and security as well as in the form of coaching, education, and supervision for patients. In a repressive manner in the form of; advocacy, efforts to resolve consumer protection disputes properly from the government and consumer protection institutions, in addition to compensation, compensation, and/or replacement of nursing services that are not in accordance with the agreement or not properly, as well as the implementation of justice and punishment for health care providers who has committed a error to the patient.

Indonesia adalah negara hukum yang mengatur hubungan antara negara dengan rakyatnya antara rakyat dengan rakyat atau antara individu dengan individu dehingga hubungan dapat tercipta dengan baik, terutama dalam menyangkut hubungan hukum dansalah satunya hubungan kerja hubungan kerja ini akan dapat terjadi dengan suatu perjanjian baik perjanjian kerja yang permanen atau perjanjian kerja waktu tidak tertentu atau hubungan kerja waktu tidak tertentu akan tetapi terkadang hubungan tersebut dapat putus baik dengan sendirinya, diputuskan atau meutuskan sendiri sehingga dalam hal ini diambil judul akibat hukum pengunduran diri oleh pekerja/buruh sebelum berakhirnya perjanjian kerja dalam perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu (pkwt) dan mengambil rumusan masalah Apakah akibat hukum bagi pekerja/buruh yang memutuskan hubungan kerja dengan mengundurkan diri sebelum habisnya masa kerja dalam staus Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) tujuannya untuk mengetahui akibat hukum dan metode yang digunakan dalam hal ini adalah metode penelitian normatif kemudian dalam pembahasan membahas tentang PHK menurut undang undang kemudian PHK dari pihak pekerja dan akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan dari pengunduran diri tersebut adapun akibat hukum dari pengunduran diri pekerja PKWT tersebut akan berakibat pada ganti kerugian oleh pekerja namu begitu juga pekerja akan tetap memperoleh haknya seperti uang pesangn, penggantian hak dan uang pisah.

The need for technology that can help Indonesian fishermen is needed to improve fishing yields. Based on BPS data Indonesian fishermen dropped from 1.7 million to 64 thousand in 2013. This is due to several factors, including unfavorable professions for fishermen. This is insufficient fishing equipment for fishing. One of them is the need for navigation tools that are easily understood by traditional fishermen and in accordance with the needs in fishing.we propose the design of Class B's Automatic Identifier System (AIS) to help fishermen navigate and find fish points. In this system we also propose determining the point of fish based on information from fishermen who are collectively collected by the fishermen. With this design it is hoped that the fish point can be shared with other fishermen. The result this design, it is expected to be able to assist fishermen in navigating using AIS so that fisherman security with AIS system with multiple sensor can be improved find the point of fish obtained from sending data from several fishermen and collect data weather for safety.

The study aimed to identifivcation the household expenditure structure and food coasumption in Pelalawandistrict. The data used in the study was collected from survey In July to November 2(K)2. The result of studyshows that the avarage of houseliold income was Rp 803,135 per month, and the gini ratio of household incomewas 0.20. The household expenditure structure shows that the proportion of non-food expenditure is greaterthan the food expenditure. The consumption of rice and sugar was higer than the expected food consumption,wliile the consumption offish, meal, egg, vegetable and fruit was lower than the expected food coasumption.

The study aimed to analyze development of smallholder oil palm plantations in Riau, focusing on patterns of partnership between farmer and estate companies, financial intitutions, marketing agents, and industries, and analyzed profit margin and farmer incomecontribution to household income. Data had been collected by household survey and indepth interviews, and analyzed using a descriptive-comparative method. The study identified that smallholder oil palm plantations were developed by finance scheme of Nucleus Estate Smallholder (NES), KKPA (Kreedit Koperasi Primer untuk Anggota), and pure self finance. According to the poverty criteriaby Sayogyo, most of the oil palm farmers are not in poor category. The productivity of pure self finance smallholder plantation is 15.5% to 44.0% from the research-based palm oil standart productivity, while smallholder plantations by NES and KKPA have 61,3% to 83,8% and 39,7% to 70,6% of the standart, respectively. It is due to diferences in seed used and agricultural technology applied. Marketing of fresh fruit bunches in smallholder plantations by NES and KKPA integrated with nucleus estate or company, while marketing by pure self finance smallholder plantations used intermediate sellers.

Ada nilai-nilai karakter yang menjadi prioritas utama. Diantaranya adalah jujur, toleransi, demokrasi, suka menolong, cinta kedamaian. Karena kondisi Negara Indonesia saat ini dengan rusaknya moral dan semakin parah. Maka nilai-nilai itu yang dianggap sangat dibutuhkan. Dan kesemuanya itu adalah nilai-nilai kemanusiaan (Humanis) yang lebih mengutamakan perlakuan baik terhadap sesama manusia. Karena tujuan dari pendidikan karakter adalah menjadi manusia yang baik. Perlu kita cermati bersama, bahwa nilai-nilai tersebut terlihat sangat baik dan sesuai dengan kemanusiaan. Tapi masih belum sepenuhnya bisa diterima oleh Islam dan masih harus dipertanyakan lebih mendalam. Seperti “Jujur”, dalam Islam tak selamanya kita harus jujur kepada siapa saja. Ada porsi dan posisi serta kondisi yang harus dipertimbangkan. Sebagai contoh, ketika perang dan tertangkap menjadi tawanan. Maka ia sebagai seorang muslim tidak boleh jujur mengatakan dimana letak kelemahan kaum muslim walaupun harus mempertaruhkan nyawanya demi agamanya. Dan pada saat itu ia termasuk muslim yang berakhlak mulia. pada umumnya karakter adalah sesuatu yang baik. Karakter jujur, toleran, kerja keras, dan sebagainya, memang sesuatu yang didambakan manusia. Namun tanpa disertai akhlak, karakter itu akan dapat melampaui batas-batas ajaran agama. Sebagai contoh, karakter toleran. Toleransi saja tidak cukup. Toleran terhadap apa? Seorang muslim tidak boleh bersikap toleran terhadap kemusyrikan atau kemunkaran. Sebab, setiap muslim berkewajiban menjalankan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar
