Abstract

This study aims to examine how the influence of Village Fund Allocation Management, Transparency and Accountability on Community Empowerment in Siua Dalam Village, Muara Sabak Timur District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. This study uses a saturated sample for all Siau Dalam village apparatus, totaling 100 people. The results of the test are that the management of village fund allocation, transparency and accountability have an effect on community empowerment in Siau Dalam village, Muara Sabak Timur District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. The results show that for every increase in the allocation of village funds by one unit, the community empowerment variable increases by 0.067, for every increase in transparency by one unit, the community empowerment variable increases by 0.064, and for every increase in accountability by one unit, the community empowerment variable increases. of 0.192.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured according to the company, to determine the calculation of the cost of production when using the full costing method and to determine the comparison of these methods. The location of the research is tofu company located in Pematang Sulur Jambi City. In regard to the cost of production, the company uses its own method which is certainly notappropriate in its implementation. Therefore an appropriate method is needed so that in calculating the cost of production is more accurate and the company can be more precise in making decisions. Based on this, a problem arises that is how the analysis of determining the method of calculating the cost of production on the tofu company if you use the full costing and variable costing method. The results of the study indicate that the full costing method can provide an accurate calculation of HPP, which in its calculation includes all elements of costs, both raw material costs, direct labor costs and fixed variable BOP. This is because the full costing method is very suitable for long-term decision making.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the causes or factors that influence a person to have the intention of doing whistleblowing. This study aims to determine whether Machiavellian nature and professional commitment affect the intention to do whistleblowing at the Jambi Province Youth and Sports Office. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees who work at the Jambi Province Youth and Sports Office and the research sample is 118 employees who work at the Jambi Province Youth and Sports Office with the sampling technique using the saturated sampling method. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the Machiavellian nature and professional commitment affect the intention to do whistleblowing and it can be concluded that the higher the Machiavellian nature, the higher the intention to do whistleblowing as well as professional commitment, the higher the professional commitment, the higher the intention to do whistleblowing.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to specify the increase in financial performance for the pandemic in pharmaceutical division. PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk registed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The approach method used is the quantitative descriptive approach. The species of data used is secondary data facile from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, ie financial statements of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk from 2018 to 2021. The ratio analysis used in this study includes analysis of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios. As a result, the liquidity and solvency ratios over the past four years have been in good shape for the company as it has been competent to meet all its obligations, but the profitability and activity ratios have fluctuated and are trending downward. It was shown that there was Researchers say PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk uses ratio analysis to measure financial performance, and the results generally increase percentages, but not significantly.

Abstract

The financial statements of a company are important in its use. Because, with financial reports, company management and external parties need these reports to make a decision. The main step in carrying out this decision-making is of course by first analyzing the financial statements, in order to find out whether a company's finances are healthy or not, and can also assess how the company's performance is through its financial reports. This study aims to be able to find out how the financial performance at PT. ACE Hardware Indonesia Tbk reviewed through analysis of financial ratios. The method used in this research is descriptive method by measuring liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios and activity ratios. Data and information sources were taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and parties that have previously published this analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of profitability on stock prices, especially for consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. This study uses the method of regression analysis to examine the effect of profitability on stock prices in consumer companies listed on the IDX. The independent variables used include return on assets (X1) and return on equality (X2) with the dependent variable being stock prices (Y). Where the results of this study indicate that ROA has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices in consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Other results show that ROE has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices in consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Even though Activity Based Costing (ABC) has been implemented by large companies in Indonesia, there are still obstacles that limit its implementation, such as high implementation costs and the long time required. The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence the success of the implementation of Activity Based Costing (ABC) in Indonesia. The type of research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data used in this research was obtained from the results of a literature review of these articles. The research results show that management understanding and commitment are the main factors influencing the success of implementation. The constraints of high implementation costs and the long time required are special concerns in implementing ABC in Indonesia. Technology support and staff skills determine the smoothness of the implementation process. Implementing ABC requires activity mapping, identification of cost drivers, and appropriate cost allocation to optimize resources and improve company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the work environment and employee performance at BPJS Employment in Kota Jambi, emphasizing the influence of the work environment on employee performance. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive method, the authors clarify objectives, plan the approach, and collect data for comparison between work environment conditions and employee performance. BPJS Employment in Kota Jambi, functioning as a government institution and Social Security program, is dedicated to providing community services with a commitment to excellence. The study identifies a positive relationship between the work environment and employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.949 indicating a potential 94.9% increase in performance with a 1% improvement in the work environment. The research confirms a significant impact of the work environment on employee performance, accounting for 76,7% of the variance, while the remaining 23.3% is influenced by unexplored variables.

Abstract

This research aimed to assess the alignment of the accounting practices at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tarbiyah Islamiyah in Koto Lubuk Village, Jambi, with the generally accepted accounting principles. The data for this study were gathered from both primary and secondary sources, utilizing techniques such as interviews and documentation. The findings revealed that Madrasah X in Jambi City employed accounting procedures that included daily cash books, ledgers, income statements, balance sheets, and a list of fixed assets. However, the institution did not record depreciation for fixed assets at the end of the period and failed to prepare financial statements as per SFAS ETAP, which includes activity reports, financial position statements, cash flow statements, and notes to the financial statements. In conclusion, the application of accounting practices in X Jambi City, was found not to align with the generally accepted accounting principles.

Abstract

To support the government's efforts to encourage the adoption of digital technology for MSMEs to adapt to consumer behavior in the current digital era, Community Service activities are carried out through the distribution of training and training in the market via the market education website. The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of MSME players so that they can sell and market their goods using the current marketplace platform. This community service activity is carried out online using the Zoom application. The implementation method consists of three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The socialization of marketplace training presentations to 25 MSME participants in the Bandung Regency area was carried out through the Marketplace Education website. The expected result of this socialization is that MSME players will gain better knowledge and skills through market-related training available through the market education website. The results of completing the questionnaire by twenty MSME actors involved as respondents showed that 85% of participants really needed it and 15% needed to take further training to increase their knowledge and abilities about the market. This activity increases the knowledge of MSME players about how to create marketing strategies and display products that attract consumer interest in the market.
