Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Quantum Teaching learning model on students' self-confidence in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach and a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class that was treated with the Quantum Teaching model and the control class that used conventional learning, each consisting of 32 students. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire to measure the students' level of self-confidence. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the average self-confidence score of students in the experimental class increased from 42.00 to 60.09, while in the control class it only increased from 41.94 to 45.94. The normality test indicated that the data was not normally distributed, thus the analysis continued with non-parametric tests. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed a significant increase in each group. Meanwhile, the Mann-Whitney test showed a very significant difference between the experimental and control classes with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). A significant difference was found between student learning outcomes in the experimental and control classes. This indicates that the Quantum Teaching approach has a positive and significant impact on improving student learning outcomes compared to conventional learning methods. These findings indicate that the Quantum Teaching model is not only effective in improving cognitive understanding but also significantly increases student self-confidence. The interactive and enjoyable learning environment makes students feel valued, more active, and more confident in their abilities. Therefore, this model is recommended as an innovative and enjoyable learning alternative, particularly in teaching Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

Mental health is a health issue that is gaining increasing global attention, especially in today's digital age. This research aims to understand the role of social communication in supporting public policies in the field of mental health. Excavate the impact of the use of social media on mental health that focuses on Generation Z, as a vulnerable group. The study describes the complexity of the relationship between social media and mental health and proposes a balanced approach to supporting public mental health in this digital age. The research methods used in this study are content analysis methods that allow researchers to study these issues in depth using a qualitative approach. Research results show that social media does not always have a negative impact, but can also have a positive effect. Digital literacy and mental health awareness are considered important tools in protecting yourself from the negative impact of social media. The conclusion is that collaboration between government and social media platforms is an important step in addressing mental health problems. Governments have a major role to play in developing regulations that protect their citizens, while social media platforms have the potential to provide valuable resources and information.

Abstract

During adolescence, significant physical and sexual changes occur so that sexual attraction to the opposite sex is quite large and sexual drive also develops. The results of the Indonesian Population and Family Planning Program survey in 2013 showed that more than 60% of teenagers in Indonesia had had premarital sex. Around 53% of women aged 10-19 years had sexual relations during adolescence, while the number of men who had sexual relations was more than double that of women. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between teenagers' knowledge of unmarried sexual behavior in Makassar State High Schools. The research methodology used in this research is an observational analytical design with a cross sectional research design with a sample size of around 79 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is simple random sampling. The data collection instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. The conclusion is that data analysis uses the Chi Square test. The statistical test results obtained a significance value of 0.004 (p <0.05), so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected (there is a significant relationship between teenagers' knowledge of unmarried sexual behavior in Makassar State High School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perbedaan budaya dan kemampuan adaptasi sosial terhadap kepercayaan diri serta keberanian berbicara mahasiswa olahraga di Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) dan Universitas Musamus Merauke. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner terstruktur berbasis skala Likert kepada 320 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian mencakup empat variabel utama, yaitu perbedaan budaya, adaptasi sosial, kepercayaan diri, dan keberanian berbicara, dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas yang memenuhi standar (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,70). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik sebagai prasyarat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan budaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan diri dan keberanian berbicara mahasiswa, meskipun pengaruhnya relatif lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan kemampuan adaptasi sosial. Adaptasi sosial terbukti sebagai faktor dominan yang meningkatkan kepercayaan diri sekaligus mendorong mahasiswa untuk lebih berani berbicara di forum akademik maupun non-akademik. Perbedaan karakteristik mahasiswa UNJ dan Musamus juga menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan pendidikan yang kontekstual sesuai dengan lingkungan sosial-budaya masing-masing kampus. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan memperkaya kajian lintas budaya dalam pendidikan olahraga, serta kontribusi praktis bagi perguruan tinggi dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang inklusif dan mendukung pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa olahraga.

Abstract

This paper aims at explaining the criminal provisions in government regulation number 9 of 1975, according to Law Number 12 of 2011. The research method used in conducting this article is a qualitative research method with a normative juridical research type using the statute approach. Sources of data are divided into two forms, namely primary data sources obtained directly from main sources such as the head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religions of the Republic of Indonesia, Commission III of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia, the Head of the High Court of Religion of North Sumatra, and Experts in the field of Islamic Law. In addition, laws and regulations and the book of ushul fiqh are used as secondary materials. Data analysis was carried out in the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results show that the criteria for marriage that can be punished or fined are divided into two, namely, First, is the presence of intention. Second, the action is detrimental to another person, in other words, the injured person reports or complains about the detrimental action to the police so that it can be processed because the provision is a complaint offense. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan ketentuan pidana dalam peraturan pemerintah nomor 9 tahun 1975 menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yuridis normative menggunakan pendekatan statute approach. Sumber data terbagi pada dua bentuk yaitu sumber data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber utama seperti Kepala Kanwil Kementerian Agama RI, Komisi III DPR RI, Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Sumatera Utara, dan Pakar dibidang hukum Islam. Selain itu, peraturan perundang-undangan dan kitab ushul fiqih dijadikan sebagai bahan sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria pernikahan yang dapat dipidana atau didenda terbagi kepada dua, yaitu; Pertama, adalah adanya niat atau unsur kesengajaan. Kedua, tindakan tersebut merugikan orang lain, dengan kata lain, bahwa orang yang dirugikan tersebut melaporkan atau mengadukan perbuatan yang merugikannya kepada pihak kepolisian, sehingga dapat diproses, karena ketentuan tersebut merupakan delik aduan.

Abstract

Lakkang Village is one of the villages in Tallo District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. Lakkang Village is geographically located in the middle of the Makassar urban area, its location is in the delta of the Tallo and Pampang rivers, which are one of the rivers that divide Makassar City. The current problem faced by Lakkang village is the problem of low literacy or interest in reading, this is caused by a lack of public awareness about interest in reading and writing, even though if you look back at reading and writing skills, known as literacy, it is the main basis for efforts to improve community education level. One effective strategy to advance literacy culture is through the development of libraries, especially in villages. To overcome this problem, an alternative solution that can be implemented is to carry out activities to improve village library services to realize increased literacy in village communities so that it is hoped that they can create quality human resources in Lakkang Village, Tallo District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to see the potential for improving village library services in realizing increased literacy in the community in Lakkang Village, Tallo District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. To obtain the data used were observation and literature review. This service activity is an educational effort to improve village library services which are able to realize literacy in Lakkang Village, Tallo District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. As a form of the author's thinking, several efforts and breakthroughs are offered, namely: 1.) Increasing community knowledge regarding literacy by improving village library services, 2.) The role of improving village library services for the Lakkang Village community in realizing increased interest in reading and writing in the village is to create quality human resources.

Abstract

The Mount Bromo fire caused by the use of flares during prewedding photos raises questions about compensation. The purpose of this research is to find out how compensation for the Mount Bromo Fire Caused by Flare Users During Prewedding Photos in the Perspective of Wahbah Az-Zuhaili. The method used in this research is the normative method, to analyze the obligation of compensation based on positive law in Indonesia. The results of this study are according to the Law Regulations based on the Criminal Code, flare users can be convicted and charged compensation, especially since this fire case was caused by negligence that harmed many parties including the Indonesian state, and has harmed the state budget, nature, and surrounding residents. Meanwhile, according to Wahbah Az-Zuhaili, compensation must be based on the principles of ta'zir and ta'widh. A fair compensation solution can be sought through consensus deliberation involving all relevant parties.

Abstract

The Medan Marelan Health Center is one of the health centers in the city of Medan. The supply of medicines is considered necessary so that these medicines can still be available at any time with various types and functions. In order not to experience difficulties in distributing medicines and anticipating the supply of medicines in the Puskesmas, research was carried out using the Data Mining method. In this study, a test will be carried out on the Association Rule which is used as a solution to problems with the pattern of the drug procurement system, and will display information about the value of support and confidence from each Data Mining process. Tests in this study using Weka Software to determine the procurement of drugs that are often needed. Information obtained from the stages of the FP-Growth Algorithm is to produce patterns in the procurement of medicines, and an itemset combination pattern has been formed using the FP-Growth Algorithm method so that the results of this study can be used in drug supply effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The inability of the law to be an accommodating and acceptable rule makes for disharmony over diversity in Indonesia. Various sharia-nuanced regional regulations continue to emerge in various regional lines in Indonesia. However, it is necessary to conduct legal analysis related to its existence in the constitutional legal system in Indonesia. The research method used is normative juridical. The results showed that in a democratic country positivization of Islamic law both in absolute (law) and relatif  (local regulations) does not violate in the constitutional legal system that also guarantees the fulfillment of human rights to its citizens. In addition, the lack of political will from the regional government of North Sumatra to support sharia-nuanced regional regulations proposed by districts / cities that are less responded to by the government at the provincial level that hinders the process of positivization of sharia-nuanced regional regulations in North Sumatra
