Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Kabupaten Tanggamus terkait sistem peringatan dini bencana tanah longsor menggunakan integrasi alat sederhana dan teknologi. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi pra-survey, pematangan konsep, pelaksanaan kegiatan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi dalam bentuk workshop, bimbingan teknis, dan pendampingan. Hasil dari pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat, khususnya di Desa Way Kerap, Kecamatan Semaka, memberikan apresiasi dan respon positif terhadap kegiatan ini. Indikator keaktifan peserta dan kondusifitas pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai sistem peringatan dini bencana tanah longsor. Selain itu, evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan kognitif peserta. Meskipun begitu, beberapa peserta masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam mempraktekan alat teknologi pengukuran, menunjukkan perlunya pendekatan lebih intensif dalam pendidikan teknologi bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

The personality that has been attached to a region cannot be separated from the habits formed from the environment and culture that will gradually form a cultural identity. A region must have an identity and personality to maintain its existing characteristics, which can maintain its identity from the influence of other cultures. The presence of information and communication technology, especially smartphones, has an impact on muli meghanai to actively participate in the development of butabuh cultural traditions, this study aims to provide socialization from the globalization of the use of technological media as a means of butabuh cultural traditions to be preserved among adolescents. This scientific article was prepared using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The results showed that the use of technological media contributed to the butabuh cultural tradition. The use of technological media is claimed to be used as a tool to optimize butabuh culture in the national and international arena.

Abstract

Tourism Geography Learning Process in 21st Century Competencies Effort for Geography Education Students. Objectives: This research aims to find the content of 21st century competencies in the learning process of tourism geography subject. Methods: It is a qualitative research and data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects are 14 students who were divided into students from villages and cities.. Findings: The results showed that the learning process from the curriculum aspect and the tourism geography learning process has formed the character of collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking, but the content of communication competence has not been maximally formed. In addition, students from rural areas tend to have better cooperative and social care characteristics than urban students. Conclusion: The tourism geography learning process has formed the character of students in accordance with 21st century competencies, namely collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking, but personality factors and habits from the area of origin also influence the development of student character during college.Keywords: 21st century education, student character, character education.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v11.i3.202105

Abstract

History education is often considered boring and students have difficulty understanding its function. However, history lessons can give us an understanding of current and future events. The problem that is often forgotten is actually only related to how we can adapt to learning models that are often less suited to real conditions. This research tested a learning model called reflective learning which was then tested on students, namely Al Kautsar High School students, Bandar Lampung. In this research, researchers used a quasi-experiment, namely one class was the control and the other received treatment in the form of reflective learning model to measure the effect on historical empathy. The research results show that a reflective learning approach can effectively foster historical empathy

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of geographic information system learning media based on overlay and scoring on the ability to think critically and think creatively in geography subjects in the implementation of the 2023/2024 independent curriculum. The research design used in this research is Quasi Experimental with a None-equivalent Control Group Design. The population is all X students, totaling 324 students. From this population, samples were taken, namely class X-5 as the experimental class, totaling 34 students and class The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling Technique, namely sampling based on certain considerations. The research results obtained from class X-5 as an experimental class had an average posttest score of 76.62. Meanwhile, in class X-6 as the control class the average posttest value was 71.47. The hypothesis test results obtained were sig. (2-tailed) 0.000. So a value of 0.000 < 0.05 means that H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of overlay and scoring based Geographic Information System Learning Media on the ability to think critically and think creatively in class X-5 SMA Al Kautsar even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

The learning environment has psychological function, while interest is part of psychological aspects, then the discussion between both would be a scientific need. The Research was conducted on Zainal Abidin Street Bandar Lampung City has a formulation of the problem, is there a relationship between the learning environment and student learning interest. This study uses a survey method with quantitative approach, data will be analyzed with descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the sesearch, the conclusion obtained is there was a significant relationship between learning environment and student learning interest. Based on the responses of respondent for each indicator of the sub-variable learning environment and interest in learning, the position of the environment of Jl. Zainal Abidin is indicated that it has not succeeded yet to trigger learning interest.Lingkungan belajar mempunyai fungsi psikologis sedangkan minat adalah bagian dari aspek-aspek psikologis, maka bahasan megenai relasi antara keduanya kiranya menjadi suatu kebutuhan ilmiah. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan di Jl. Zainal Abidin Kota Bandar Lampung ini memiliki rumusan masalah adakah hubungan antara lingkungan belajar dengan minat belajar Mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunaan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data akan dianalisis dengan statistik deskripsi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan belajar dengan minat belajar mahasiswa. Dilihat dari tanggapan responden untuk setiap indikator dari sub variabel lingkungan belajar dan minat belajar, kedudukan lingkungan di kawasan Jl. Zainal Abidin terindikasi masih belum berperan sebagai pendorong minat belajar.Kata kunci: lingkungan belajar, minat belajar, pendidikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang nilai nilai kecakapan hidup etnis bugis perantauan di kota karang Bandar lampung. Tema ini diangkat dari pemikiran kuatnya tradisi dan pendidikan masyarakat bugis sebagai masyarakat nelayan yang tersebar dan berkembang di berbagai daerah serta adanya perkembangan perubahan global. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis ethnografis dengan sasaran masyarakat etnis bugis perantauan di kota karang bandarlampung. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumen, serta FGD. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis interaktif model Hubermans. Hasil ditemukan bahwa nilai nilai kecakapan hidup etnis bugis perantau di kotakarang bandar lampung masih mempertahankan tradisi leluhur etnis bugis di Makasar Sulawesi selatan. Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the difference between the in the results of learning achiement X IPS 3 students using the SFAE learning model with the results of learning achiement X IPS 4 students using conventional learning, (2) the effect of using the SFAE learning model the learning outcomes of class X IPS 3 on geography in MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quasi-experimental method. Analysis data techniques that used in this research were t test and effect size. The results showed that (1) there were difference in the results of learning achiement X IPS 3 students using SFAE learning models with the results of learning achiement X IPS 4 students using conventional learning, (2) there was the influence of using the SFAE learning model the learning outcomes of class X IPS 3 on geography in MAN 1 Bandar Lampung.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS 3 yang menggunakan model pembelajaran SFAE dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS 4 yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional, (2) pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran SFAE terhadap hasil belajar kelas X IPS 3 pada mata pelajaran geografi di MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPS 3 dan kelas X IPS 4. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t dan uji efek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS 3 yang menggunakan model pembelajaran SFAE dengan hasil belajar  siswa kelas X IPS 4 yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional, (2) ada pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran SFAE terhadap hasil belajar kelas X IPS 3 pada mata pelajaran geografi di MAN 1 Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci: pengaruh, model student facilitator and explaining, hasil belajar.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to know the (1) the ability of planning lesson, (2) the ability of implementing lesson, (3) the assessment of learning result of the geography teacher based on standard process in  public and private senior high school in the Metro City school year 2012-2013. The method used in this research is descriptive method, and the population is the whole of geography teacher at Public and private senior high school in the Metro City of 25 teachers. The instruments of data collection are questionnaire and documentation. Technique of data analysis used independent sample T test. The results of this research indicate that there are differences of geography teachers’ ability to plan learning process, implement learning procces and ability in assesment of learning result at Public and Private senior high school in the Metro City school year in academic year 2012-2013.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) kemampuan perencanaan pembelajaran, (2) kemampuan pelaksanakan pembelajaran, (3) kemampuan penilaian hasil belajar  guru geografi berdasarkan standar proses pada SMA Negeri dan SMA Swasta di Kota Metro Tahun Ajaran 2012-2013. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru geografi pada SMA Negeri dan SMA Swasta di Kota Metro yang berjumlah 25 orang guru. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kuesioner dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji independent sample T test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan guru geografi dalam kemampuan perencanakan proses pembelajaran, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran dan  penilaian hasil belajar guru geografi pada SMA Negeri dan SMA Swasta di Kota Metro Tahun Ajaran 2012-2013.Kata kunci: geografi, guru, mengajar, profil, standar proses.
