Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of publicity on the target market at PT. Hidiri Indonesia Cemerlang. To determine the effect of direct marketing on the target market at PT. Hidiri Indonesia Cemerlang. To determine the effect of publicity and direct marketing on the target market at PT. Hidiri Indonesia Cemerlang. The population taken was 154 people and 111 people were sampled using the slovin method. The results showed that Publicity had a significant effect on the target market (accept Ha , reject Ho). Direct marketing had a significant effect on the target market (accept Ha , reject Ho). Simultaneously, the variables of publicity and direct marketing had a significant effect on the target market. It can be concluded that the hypothesis of this study can be accepted, namely: "Publicity and direct marketing have a significant effect on the target market (accept Ha and reject Ho)".

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to learn how students use used bottles as high print media to create two-dimensional works of art. Another objective is to find out whether the motifs produced from high prints using used bottles match the motifs on the base of the used bottles and to find out whether the prints match the motifs on the base of the used bottles. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a sample of 30 works. The research instrument used an observation sheet on the results of printing practice with used bottles on paper. The analysis technique uses descriptive techniques which are then classified into quantitative data groups. The data obtained will be observed on the results of printed works with predetermined benchmarks and tabulated in tabular form. After being observed, it can be concluded from the results of students' work creating two-dimensional works of art with the utilization of used bottles as high print media with good learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the free expression method will have a significant impact on the relief printing skills of class XI students of SMA Swasta Tunas Bangsa Kwala Begumit. This study compares the demonstration method with the free expression method for high printing practice materials. Data were collected using a high printing practice test using plant materials. The data that had been collected were then analyzed using statistical analysis in the form of data normality tests using the Liliefors method, followed by homogeneity tests using the Bartlett method, then for comparison tests using the t-test. The results of the study proved that there was a significant increase in students' high printing skills. This was evidenced by the experimental class t-test value obtained that = 10.90 with a price of 1.6753 with dk 52 and a real level of 0.05, then 10.90 1.6753 was obtained and there was an increase of 20% with a comparison of the average post-test value between the experimental class (85.93) > control class (74.96). This shows a significant increase in students' skills in high printing practice using plant materials

Abstract

Bulu Village, Sugihwaras District, Bojonegoro Regency, is an agricultural village with abundant natural resource potential, including tobacco. However, community agricultural practices still rely heavily on the use of chemical pesticides, which are relatively expensive and carry the risk of negative impacts on human health and environmental sustainability. This situation prompted the implementation of a community service program in the form of training in the manufacture of natural pesticides from jadam sulfur and tobacco leaves using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. This approach was chosen because it focuses on exploring and optimizing local assets, both in the form of natural materials and community social skills. The training activities were attended by farmer groups and youth organizations (Karang Taruna), which play a crucial role in the program's sustainability. The training materials included theories on the dangers of chemical pesticides, the advantages of natural pesticides, and hands-on practice in making pesticides from jadam sulfur and tobacco leaves. Evaluation of the activities was carried out through observation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires to participants. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in farmers' knowledge about environmentally friendly pesticides, skills in making natural pesticides, and growing awareness of the importance of sustainable agriculture. In addition, the involvement of Karang Taruna strengthens the sustainability of the program through regeneration and ongoing mentoring. Overall, this training demonstrated the effectiveness of the ABCD approach in optimizing local potential to produce more economical, healthy, and environmentally friendly agricultural innovations. Thus, this program not only supports increased agricultural productivity but also contributes to the broader well-being of rural communities.

Abstract

The culinary product market, particularly Pancake Ucok Durian in Medan City, demands effective marketing strategies and attractive packaging designs to enhance consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategies and packaging designs on consumer purchase decisions. A quantitative survey using purposive sampling was conducted on 200 active consumers within the last six months. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression. The results show that marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, contributing 41.2%. Meanwhile, packaging design has a more dominant influence, contributing 43.4%. Simultaneously, both variables explain 55.1% of the variation in consumer purchase decisions. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing marketing strategies and packaging design to strengthen Pancake Ucok Durian’s competitiveness in the market

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Aplikasi Digital Ibis Paint X Terhadap Kemampuan Menggambar Perspektif Dua Titik Hilang Pada Siswa Kelas Xi Man 2 Model Medan. Ide Penelitian Ini Berangkat Dari Tantangan Era Modernisasi Dan Disrupsi Teknologi Yang Menuntut Inovasi Media Pembelajaran Seni Rupa Agar Lebih Interaktif Dan Efektif Dibandingkan Metode Konvensional. Masalah Utama Yang Dihadapi Siswa Adalah Kesulitan Dalam Memahami Konsep Titik Hilang, Garis Bantu, Dan Proporsi Pada Media Manual Yang Sering Dianggap Membosankan. Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Pendekatan Kuantitatif Dengan Metode Kuasi Eksperimental (Quasi-Experimental) Melalui Desain Kelompok Eksperimen Dan Kelompok Kontrol. Proses Pengumpulan Data Dilakukan Melalui Tes Awal (Pretest) Dan Tes Akhir (Posttest) Untuk Mengukur Kemampuan Visualisasi Ruang Siswa. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Penggunaan Aplikasi Ibis Paint X Memberikan Pengaruh Yang Signifikan Terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar. Pada Kelompok Eksperimen, Nilai Rata-Rata Meningkat Dari 72,57 Menjadi 83,09 (Naik 14,49%), Sementara Pada Kelompok Kontrol Peningkatan Hanya Mencapai 9,04%. Analisis Uji-T Menunjukkan Nilai  (5,38) >  (1,6753), Yang Berarti Hipotesis Penelitian Diterima. Meskipun Pembelajaran Manual Juga Mengalami Peningkatan, Capaian Akhir Pada Media Digital Terbukti Lebih Unggul Dalam Aspek Ketepatan Perspektif Dan Kejelasan Garis Karena Dukungan Fitur Seperti Perspective Ruler Dan Layer. Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Aplikasi Ibis Paint X Efektif Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Seni Rupa Yang Orisinal Dan Inovatif. Penelitian Ini Berkontribusi Pada Pengembangan Strategi Pembelajaran Seni Berbasis Digital Yang Relevan Dengan Kebutuhan Peserta Didik Di Era Teknologi.

Rebranding is a strategic process to change the image, identity, and position of a brand or company with the aim of achieving better business goals. Then the KKN activity aims to rebrand Cesky Cookies MSMEs in Gunung Anyar Tamba Village due to a response to increased customer interest in innovation product Activity methods used include observation, interviews, data analysis, and product rebranding. And the results of this PKM are changes to the logo, re-photos of products, and making branding banners. It is hoped that this activity can increase product attractiveness and have a positive impact on brand image and awareness among customers

Abstract

In a watershed, discharge data is essential to determine the flow rate of a river and is used to meet the daily water requirements of humans, plants, and animals. The Way Pisang watershed is a part of the Way Sekampung watershed, administratively located in the South Lampung Regency. In this study, the water demands analyzed include domestic, livestock, irrigation, and industrial needs. These water demands are compared with the water availability in the Way Pisang watershed. The analysis of water availability was conducted using the NRECA and FJ Mock methods, yielding results of 68.75 m³/s and 59.88 m³/s, respectively. Meanwhile, the water balance calculation was performed using the NRECA and FJ Mock methods through WEAP software. The results indicate that from January to November, the Way Pisang watershed experiences a surplus level of 63% (NRECA method), 57.7% (FJ Mock method), and 63.4% (WEAP method). Conversely, in December, it faces a deficit level of 0.62% (NRECA method), 1.37% (FJ Mock method), and 0.72% (WEAP software).
